Amazing holiday here booked through BA. Absolutely all inclusive, be as active as you like or relax as much as you like. The staff go out of there way to ensure you have the best time. Complimentary massages/treatments daily and outstanding food. No idea why anyone would give less than 5 stars!

My wife and I stayed for 10 days in May and absolutely loved it. There are so many activities to choose from, the resort is beautiful, the staff are excellent and the food was delicious. In particular we thought Natascha the resident yoga instructor was very good. I'd only ever done a couple of classes about 6 years ago and wasn’t all that taken with it but the ones at the BodyHolidy were much better. Once I understood what I was supposed to be doing I found the flowing movements with breathing physically challenging and somehow very emotionally grounding. We liked them so much we went every day and have since started classes at our local gym (sadly not quite as good). Bertha our cleaner was absolutely lovely. She was so friendly and always did our room at the same time. All of the included treatments we had were brilliant and I think the staff work incredibly hard. Readers will probably want to know the negatives and all I can think of is that our room was a little dated and could probably do with a new bathroom. Also, I’m not sure if people with physical disabilities will be able to get around very well as there are lots of stairs. If you have mobility issues I suggest you call ahead. Younger visitors might find the lack of TV in the rooms unusual and it's worth noting that there is no wifi by the pool or beach. For us the digital detox was beneficial. Honestly that’s it, they are in the process of renovating the rooms already. We liked it so much we debated whether we could go back this winter and if it wasn’t for other commitments we would have.

My stay at the bodyholiday ticked all the boxes. This was quite possibly the best holiday I have ever had. From the welcome when you arrive, to the tiny attention to detail all the way through it was fantastic. I travelled on my own, for the first time, you meet in the evening in the piano bar and you are then taken by one of the bodyguards to the Communal table. I met some really great people and made some great friends, I never really ate alone the whole holiday always someone to share with, or alternatively on my own if I wished. There is so much to do with classes in Archery, Yoga, pilates, to name but a few. You can pack in as much or as little as you like. I tended to do classes in the morning, get my treatment, which was amazing and then beach in the afternoon after a light lunch,. round it all off with Yoga at the end of the night. The bodyguards are amazing, Sean, Gracoius, Mindy, Donna to name a few, Natasha the Yoga instructor and Tendal the Bhutanese massage expert really sorted my back out. The girl who cleaned my room each day and turned down my bed at night was also amazing (room 514) I had a garden room, which was clean well appointed and had everything I needed. I came to the bodyholiday, tired, run down and left refreshed energized and happy with a lot of new friends. I cant wait to come back again next year. No wonder people want to come back, I didn't want to leave!

I visited the body holiday in May of this year for a week with friends. It was the best holiday ever. So relaxing, every whim catered for and the highest level of customer service. The staff were amazing, the quantity and quality of classes and activities immense and fabulous choice of food and drinks. Three downsides; the journey from airport is about 1hr 30 mins, don't forget mosquito spray, and whilst it is called the body holiday I didn't come back thinner.... though that might be to do with the copious amount of cocktails and lovely food...

What an absolutely brilliant place; truly a vacation for body and soul, where you can be as active or as idle as you like. I can see why the majority of the guests were “returners”. It’s not Middle East/Far East 5* blingtastic luxury but the outstandingly high customer service means you can forgive everything else (including not having air con for 3 days which left my room smelling musty, my clothes dank and the bed very damp – hence the rating). Superb tennis and swim stroke coaching. The atmosphere is wonderful, the facilities excellent and the food options very good. A really easy and most welcoming place if travelling on your own. I’ve already booked a return visit next year. Don’t forget to pack high factor sunscreen and plenty of mosquito repellent – the sun and bugs were merciless. The wi fi worked well and the ocean front/view rooms had wonderful outlooks but are slightly more worn than the newly renovated garden view rooms. My meal at Tao restaurant was absolutely delicious. Thank you again to all the fantastic staff and management for a fabulous experience. I can’t wait to do it all again.
