Well I have come home and cannot wait to return, one week was simply not enough. I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and have many highlights however I’ll start with some constructive feedback first: Cariblue restaurant- the food wasn’t always up to standard. Had chicken tikka and my husband sent it back as it was undercooked and raw inside not just pink. The waitress just took it away offering a replacement which we declined but not sure she even informed the chef. Tao - younger new members of staff not aware of steak nice needed and spoke very quietly almost shy to engage so some training maybe needed although very pleasant. The staff in this restaurant were a mix, not explaining whether a buffet or menu and had to ask for drinks other than water. an older gentleman stood out as very caring, consoling a guest who’d just received bad news and he was attentive throughout any encounter we had. Towels - cariblue pool often out of fresh towels and no obvious place for dirty towels so people were putting them in beside where the clean ones should be. Spa treatments - staff are mixed, most provide a great service however my husband had no music, felt the therapist was rude and rushed his treatment twice so not getting the fully allocated time. I was taken after and he was often out before me. So some improvements but onto the highlights; Activities and the staff taking them were exceptional, aqua fit was fab and Pauline is a star! Body combat- the instructor made me work and very good Volleyball etc was fab Watersports - the guys took us out sailing lesson, kayaking and snorkelling were done and we found them to be great also. Restaurants - spent time at them all and throughly enjoyed them but my special place was the wellness cafe and Amanda was amazing was the guests. There was another younger girl who also stood out as very good customer service and attentive. Smoothie menu maybe needs to change more regular as can get repetitive if visiting daily. Room- it’s nice spacious and clean and housekeeping on top of all our needs, however for the money the room is pretty basic but view was worth it. Pool - loved both and the sea and service at all was excellent minus some towel issues and maybe cushions on beds need a wipe as some bird mess Entertainment- afternoon beach singers great touch but highlight was the piano bar and Alfred (he went above a beyond) so thanks for making our stay special Alfred. Other guests - they made the holiday, everyone is friendly and gets on! Definitely be back thanks body holiday x

Superb Hotel : The treatments are so relaxing, food is so good, exercise-classes are so helpful. They have shared dining tables where solo travellers can all sit together. It is easy to have fun, stay fit and feel good. It is especially excellent to have the chance to meet so many people from Great Britain on vacation there.

I do love every trip to my happy place and I shall give you a solid 8 out of 10. But I visited at a time of low occupancy (mid to late May) and the cost cutting really had an impact on my trip and what I pay for. Cariblue lunch was a total disaster. Your staff know that. And limited beach team at the end of beach near Cariblue. Hardly any staff and I could hardly get a glass of water. So value for money is a no for this trip. And you have not responded to my feedback emails which is a shame. After 28 visits over the past two decades I would expect that

this resort, with theme months and all, is extraodinary! the staff, the attention, the food, the drink, the unmatched island "vibes". Go/come and see for yourself ...

I am writing to provide feedback regarding my recent stay. Overall, I enjoyed my visit and plan to return in 2028, but I wanted to share some specific pros and cons from my experience. Pros: - Accommodations: The property was beautiful, clean, and inviting. My solo room was exactly what I needed. - Service: I appreciated the nightly turndown service. The staff members were wonderful and took excellent care of me throughout my stay. - Dining: The food was amazing and a highlight of the trip. - Activities: I enjoyed the variety of activities available to guests. Cons: - Security: As a solo traveler, I was looking forward to the bodyguard service mentioned for guests in my situation. However, I never saw or met with any security personnel, which was disappointing. - Yoga Classes: As a yoga teacher, I was excited to participate as a student. Unfortunately, the instructor did not show up for the first two meditation classes. No explanation was provided, so I ended up practicing alone. - Spa Experience: While I initially enjoyed the spa, I had a very negative experience during a body correction session where a male staff member made inappropriate comments about my body. I appreciate that I was refunded for this service, but it was a significant issue.
