Beautiful setting , clean. Very knowledgeable and approachable staff- particularly the fitness team . Bryan haven’t husband a masterclass in functional mobility and dynamic stretching ( whilst we sipped champagne ) Many choices of activities ..or to lounge too Healthy delicious food Came home totally refreshed

The resort experience was excellent. It’s designed in a way that allows you to create the type of vacation you need. I chose to take part in physical activities in the morning and relax in the afternoon. This really kick-started my motivation to exercise regularly, and I’m very thankful for that. As a solo traveler, I felt quite comfortable. I met other solo travelers as well as many returning guests who shared helpful tips. In fact, I’d say about half of the people I met were repeat guests. They also have communal tables that can help solo travelers meet people. The food was high quality overall. I especially loved the offerings at Tao and the Wellness Café. I ate at the Wellness Cafe nearly every day and highly recommend the Super Date smoothie, pumpkin pancakes and smoked salmon eggs benedict. The resort staff are excellent and provide friendly, high-quality service. They truly made me feel welcome. The beach area is very nice and never feels crowded. It faces the sunset. Recommendation for future guests: If you’re booking activities or spa treatments in advance, don’t frustrate yourself trying to use the webroom—it doesn’t work. Even if you think it did, the resort team can’t see what you entered. Instead, email the reservations team directly. Also, keep in mind that with some persistence, you can adjust your spa schedule as desired once you’re on-site. Recommendations for the resort: Allow common massage upgrades (such as hot stone or deep tissue) for a reasonable fee or better yet, add a therapeutic massage option to the included list. If the webroom isn’t working, please inform guests prior to arrival so they don’t arrive with a poor first impression.

Wonderful holiday at the Bodyholiday. The all-inclusive daily treatments are a joy and the full schedule of activities keep you busy - or not - your choice. Great selection of restaurants/food. I’ll be back just wish the journey to the hotel from the airport was shorter - might get the helicopter next time!

Loved every moment of our time at Bodyholiday. After 6 days I feel totally relaxed and recharged. Classes and treatments were all amazing. And everyone is so friendly. Hope to be back.

Wonderful experience - as always for some of us who had visited before as well as for those for whom it was a first visit. Fantastic location, great range of activities to suit all tastes, good food, friendly helpful staff and and importantly other likeminded guests which overall creates a great atmosphere.
