Everything worked perfectly! This is a well run resort which combines a health based offering with fun. 80% of guests return again and again and I can see why. As a solo traveller I was warmly welcomed and integrated into group of friends who met as solo travellers now firm friends. This is quite unique and a real USP for the hotel. I especially enjoyed Tau and eating most nights at the Pavillion restaurant by the beach. Water sports weee great, never had to queue. Oceanfront room was very clean and comfortable. My only gripe is the towels were poor quality but other than that this has been one of the best holidays I have ever had made so by the kind staff and down to earth guests

What stood out most was the intentional balance between wellness and hospitality. The personalized fitness classes, the quality of the food, and the attentiveness of the staff created an environment that felt both restorative and energizing. It didn’t feel transactional… it felt curated.

Body Holiday operates to a wonderful wellness formula which suits us well. There is a wide variety of daily activities on offer which allow us to do as much or as little as we feel like. We don't need to be joined at the hip and can follow our own schedules, planning to meet for meals and on the beach. Walking up the steps and enjoying daily spa treatment provides another opportunity to move and then unwind. The restaurants and bars offer thoughtful, delicious meals which allow guests to make informed choices without compromising quality. The all inclusive drinks are freely available, and provide enough for most palates, but if you want to upgrade your wine experience, the cellar is well stocked with additional brands. Spending time on the beach and in the sea every day brings warmth to winter pale skin and bones. No, it's not cheap, but this kind of all inclusive offer is special and brings peace of mind too, which is why most guests return year after year. We have never returned so often anywhere and, like many others, feel invested in the team, management and delivery, encouraging junior staff in their careers and enjoying a warm welcome on our returns.
