I visited BodyHoliday last week and had an amazing experience. What stood out most was the staff. They were attentive, friendly, and quick to help. Their dedication and the joy they brought to their work reflected so well on the management and made me feel warmly welcomed. My room was absolutely gorgeous, with a beautiful waterfront view, and was exceptionally clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and falling asleep to the sound of the water was deeply peaceful. Together, they made for wonderfully restful nights and were among the things I appreciated most about my stay. The entire atmosphere is inherently calming. The hotel’s design feels connected to the nature surrounding it—the trees, birds, animals, and ocean. There are endless activities to keep you busy, but just as much opportunity to slow down. Whether on the beach or in another quiet spot around the property, relaxation comes naturally. The spa treatments added to that sense of relaxation, with very competent staff whose care helped me unwind even further. A particular highlight was the beach workout with Olympic champion Julien Alfred and her coach. It was challenging in a way that gave my fitness routine a refreshing boost, while welcoming people of all fitness levels. The session was interactive, fun, and memorable, with opportunities to share personal moments with Julien that made the experience especially meaningful. This is an annual event, and I would encourage anyone considering a visit to BodyHoliday next year to plan their stay around it. The food was delicious, with a wonderful variety and tastes of authentic Saint Lucian cuisine always available. As a Saint Lucian, I especially appreciated seeing our warmth, hospitality, and cuisine reflected so beautifully throughout the experience. BodyHoliday brought together beautiful surroundings, outstanding service, comfort, and plenty of choice in how to spend each day. I left feeling rested, energised, and grateful for such a memorable stay.

There’s a reason people come back dozens of times. Even a small glitch with our reservation, the need for room updates, or the fact that the clubhouse bar had to be closed for emergencies repairs can’t keep me from giving Body Holiday a five star review. The service and the activities are top-notch. I’m not a yoga person, but I thoroughly enjoyed some of the yoga activities.

We absolutely loved our stay at BodyHoliday! We initially came to work out with Julien Alfred, but ended up falling in love with the entire place. Everything felt thoughtfully planned, from arrival to departure, and the staff made us feel so well taken care of. The activities did not disappoint! If you’re hesitant about an all-inclusive because you’re worried you’ll be bored, don’t worry. Between our daily massages, exploring the different dining spots, and trying activities like archery and watersports (Shout out to Tarik), our days were full in the best way. We’re already planning our return for 2027.

As always Body Holiday was Fantastic. glorious sandy bay, very peaceful, totally relaxing. Oasis spa treatments wonderful, actvities in Oasis Studio all 1st class; food good, staff friendly and helpful before and during holiday. Rooms ideal (with ceiling fan and a/c and No TV Brilliant!). breakfasts and lunches excellent at the different venues. Courtyard by the Cariblue perfect for a quiet cocktail. Minor negatives. 1. dinner menus in Cariblue same for last 2 or 3 years. Need to be updated with more international dishes , eg roasts, pies, salads, eggs etc. Food quality and taste good, just too samey. buffets excellent. 2. Piano Bar acoustics still terrible. conversation difficult at best. Noisy, echoey and not good. Otherwise a fantastic stay.

Such a great vacation!!! The classes , instructors, food and drinks were all very excellent . Specialty restaurants were a treat. You can do as much or as little as you want. Staff and guests alike are friendly. The staff are very attentive to your every need. There are several stairs to the spa and some of the fitness classes…..but they are worth it! My massages exceeded my expectations! I think I’ll be back, like so many of the other guests that I met.
