My husband and I visited BodyHoliday from December 12-17, 2025. We chose the resort because of the long list of activities provided each day. We loved the resort itself, the activities and amenities....but dealing with management has been extremely disappointing. Our issues with management started before our arrival. We booked our trip in September 2025 and got established on the guest portal in early October. We easily booked our daily spa treatments and my husband made dinner reservations at the 2 reservation-only restaurants by clicking on the designated tabs. However, upon looking back at our portal one month later, we noticed that we didn't have dinner reservations. We contacted management and we were told that the tab that we clicked on was not operational and that both restaurants were booked. We expressed disappointment and we were then given 9:30pm reservations. We had initially requested 7pm reservation and it took several more exchanges to actually get the times that we wanted. What was shocking to us was that when we attended our first reservation, we expected the restaurant to be packed with other guests...but the restaurant was maybe 1/2 full. We are still baffled as to why we had to fight so hard to get our reservation. Our chief complaint with management occurred on our 4th night (we stayed a total of 5 nights). My husband became violently ill 6 hours after dinner-clearly a case of food poisoning. We both had had the exact same meal, except he had a cold seafood salad appetizer and I had hot soup. I immediately went to concierge Tuesday morning (12/16/25) to explain what had happened to my husband. She made a note but never expressed concern or an apology. I was given crackers and was told that someone would bring soda to our room immediately-I waited 35 minutes for that to arrive. A woman did phone my husband to check in and said he likely had "winter flu"....which he did not. We are both physicians and know for a fact that it was food poisoning. He spent the entire day in bed and we missed out on our 25th wedding anniversary dinner. We visited concierge the morning of our departure to talk about our incident with management and was told that he/she was in meetings all morning. While we were having lunch before our departure, 2 individuals approached us to discuss our situation. We asked for a credit of one day for my husband, since he basically missed out on 25% of his stay. We were told we would hear from the resort by December 19, 2025. We did not hear from the resort so I sent a follow up email on December 22,2025. It is now 12/31/2025 and not a word from management. To say that we are disappointed is an understatement. We spoke to several other guests during our visit and most had been repeat customers. But the general consensus was that things were "slipping" and the resort wasn't like it used to be. This was our first visit so I have nothing to compare it to but what we do know is that management is completely unresponsive and shows lack of empathy and concern. We would love to return with our adult children but we are not sure that we can trust that we would have a positive experience, given the bitter ending.

All-inclusive loving traveler from the US and in summary, this was an outstanding 10 night honeymoon experience booked through Costco and I hope to return one day. The resort wasn’t overly crowded like other resorts I’ve been to. The food was amazing, the beach was clean with a nice private cove, and the spa treatments were fantastic (couples should book weeks in advance). The drive was tough and the room was basic, but those are my only negative thoughts. Airport transport: Bring motion sickness pills even if you’re not prone to car sickness. Trust me. The drive is 90min on a narrow road with two-way travel, at high speeds, with lots of passing and honking. Many, many hair-pin turns, with elevation gain. Rooms: Underwhelmed. We upgraded to the Grand Luxury Oceanfront Room and the view was beautiful, but the room was very basic. Towels were rough, very small shower, and the bed felt old and stiff. Luckily, didn’t spend much time in the room, so it wasn’t an issue. FYI, no TVs. Food and drink: Outstanding. Fresh and healthy with lots of variety. As a vegetarian, I had no issues and was blown away. Allergy info is posted on everything. Email the resort before your stay for reservations at the special restaurants (Tao and Windows). We paid $95USD each for the iTal experience with the garden walk and it was fun. 5 courses, small plates, beautiful view, shared table with the rest of the group. The Friday Sunset Cruise was worth it and they comped it for our honeymoon. Sports/Activities: Loved them! So much to choose from, all day. Tried yoga, snorkeling, golf, sailing, volleyball, aqua fit, stretch, an ab, and ball class. You can truly just sit on the beach and eat and drink, or sweat all day going from class to class. Beach: Wonderful. Clean sand and beautiful water in a private cove. I believe technically public but only saw resort guests there. Loved the food and drink service on the beach. We never had an issue getting a beach lounge chair for the day; not crowded. Spa: Tip: For couples, book treatments weeks in advance, via email or phone. They invite you to sign up for the “webroom” to self-schedule, but it was non-operational for the entire month we tried using it; so frustrating. Finally got ahold of someone the week before and got all of the massages we wanted scheduled, but our appointments were rarely at the same time, so we always had to split up. Bummer. Treatments were fantastic though! I enjoyed every massage. What a great resort perk. Weather: Stayed at the resort December 8-18, 2025 and only had one day where it rained a lot. Otherwise, warm temps and just a quick sprinkle here and there. No issue with bugs, surprisingly. Saw a few mosquitos at night, otherwise no issue. Wear sunscreen! Guests: Not overly crowded. SO many return guests. Almost everyone we met had been there before, one guy 20 times. Primarily from the UK. Only met a couple Americans.

Our friends ask us why we continue to go to the same place year after year instead of venturing out to other destinations. The answer is quite clear to our family….The Body Holiday is our home away from home and the staff is our St. Lucian family. The bonus is the impeccable service we receive from the moment we land at the airport and continues throughout our stay. This resort works for everyone. You can take advantage of the multitude of top tier activities they offer, or you can simply relax and do nothing at all. The beach service is so good you never have to leave your chair. The food is amazing! Any “foody” will be completely satisfied with the selection and the quality. Have I mentioned the daily inclusive treatments you get at the wellness center? These ladies pour into you and make certain you are getting an experience that rivals any world class spa. I can go on and on…afternoon beach volleyball, bocci ball, tea time (or Cava for me), sunset on the beach and the piano bar before dinner are just a few of our favorite times of the day. Our time at TBH each December allows us to reset and recharge for the coming year. This is why we count the days once we return home until our airline posts the flights and we can book our trip for the next December! Yhasmine ( the General Manager) and her team have created an environment where the only reason you want to leave is so you can return as quickly as possible! ❤️

Wow! What an adventure. My husband and I went to Body Holiday looking for exercise, the spa, the ocean and fantastic food/drink and that's exactly what we got. I'm already thinking of when I can return.

We visited The Body Holiday for a week and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. You can do as much or as little as you like. The resort is beautiful and sunsets are spectacular. A lovely break away in the sun with friendly attentive staff. We will be back.

Every year I come to The BodyHoliday, I always feel that it can't get any better, but to my surprise, each holiday there does. I put it down to the dedication and the excellent service that the staff provides, and their desire to ensure that guests have the most relaxing and enjoyable holiday they possibly can.

Just wanted to let you know how much I enjoyed the resort. With so many activities and treatments available it was different from any other trip I've taken to the islands.

A friend and I used Luxury Link for the first time to book a vacation to The BodyHoliday. I have to admit that I didn't know what to expect but it was probably the most amazing vacation I have ever taken. St. Lucia alone is stunning, but The BodyHoliday took the trip to a whole new level. The staff, the setting, the meals, the spa treatments and other guests far exceeded anything I could have imagined.
Four of my friends have since traveled to St. Lucia and The BodyHoliday and now know exactly what I was raving about! There isn't a week that goes by that I don't think about my next visit there.

We just returned from 5-night package at The BodyHoliday- fabulous! Great service, beautiful location, good food, amazing range of activities, and very well managed. Found the other guests to be very interesting and full of life at all age levels! We will return!
