Such a great vacation!!! The classes , instructors, food and drinks were all very excellent . Specialty restaurants were a treat. You can do as much or as little as you want. Staff and guests alike are friendly. The staff are very attentive to your every need. There are several stairs to the spa and some of the fitness classes…..but they are worth it! My massages exceeded my expectations! I think I’ll be back, like so many of the other guests that I met.

I chose this resort because it sits in a beautiful part of St Lucia. The transfer was 1. 1/2 hours from the airport, so, depending on who you booked with, you may have to pay for it both ways. I travel solo regularly & the resort promotes September for solo's. This was a coincidence as It was a special holiday. I selected a garden room, which was lovely, the bed was very comfortable, the room was large & there was a fridge with wine,soft fizzy drinks & water also a coffee machine & a kettle. The tea & coffee was restocked daily. The food was delicious in all of the restaurants. & the additional treats had an explanation showing the benefits for the body this was particularly on display in the Cariblue restaurant. There was still the usual bacon,eggs, omelette made to your dietary requirements plus pastries,toast, literally everything you could possibly want. The staff were wonderful. From the greeting on arrival, to checking in at Concierge & throughout my stay they were so polite, kind & helpful. Wherever you relaxed, be it on the beach or around the pool, the staff would regularly ask & deliver any drinks or food that you wanted. Its all inclusive & in my opinion its not cheap but it was worth every penny. I will definitely return. Its really safe & there is lots of activities throughout the day plus a beautiful wellness spa for the complimentary treatments. There are lots of classes that you can attend & these were really popular. The sunset cruise was great fun as what my visit to the sulphur mud pools & volcano.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at The BodyHoliday in St Lucia and couldn’t recommend it highly enough. From the moment we arrived, the staff were exceptional — warm, friendly, attentive and always willing to go the extra mile to make our stay special. The facilities are fantastic, with everything you could want for a relaxing yet active holiday. There is such a great range of activities, from fitness and water sports to wellness experiences, so there is always something to enjoy. We particularly loved the variety and the fact that you can be as active or as relaxed as you want. The food was excellent, with plenty of choice and consistently high quality across the different dining options. Every meal felt like something to look forward to, and the service throughout the resort was first class. What really makes The BodyHoliday stand out, though, is the people. The staff genuinely care about creating a memorable experience, and their kindness and attention to detail made our holiday feel truly special. A beautiful resort, outstanding service, fantastic facilities, delicious food and an amazing choice of activities — we left feeling completely relaxed, refreshed and already looking forward to returning. Thank you to the whole team for such a memorable stay!

My daughter and I chose The BodyHoliday in Saint Lucia as a special college graduation trip, and it turned out to be such a memorable experience. We absolutely loved it! The setting is spectacular, with beautiful views throughout the resort, but what really stood out to me was the incredible range of activities offered every day. You can be as active and busy as you want — exercise classes, fitness programs, water activities and so much more — or you can do absolutely nothing and simply relax. I loved having that choice. I was especially impressed by the quality of the people leading the exercise and wellness programs. They were knowledgeable, engaging and genuinely wonderful to be around. The food was also outstanding, with a level of quality and variety that exceeded my expectations. And perhaps what I appreciated most was the people. Everyone we encountered was kind, warm, gentle and incredibly helpful, creating an atmosphere that made it very easy to feel comfortable and at home. It was also fun to meet so many guests who return year after year — some coming back every single year. That really says something about the experience The BodyHoliday creates. I also loved the themed months, which add another fun dimension to the experience. I would absolutely return to The BodyHoliday. In fact, I can already understand why so many people make it an annual tradition. It was the perfect place to celebrate my daughter’s graduation, and I’m so grateful we got to experience it together. 💕

Body Holiday fulfills all expectations. All the facilities are first class. The staff are amazing. The food is delicious. If you go you have to experience I-Tal. The Trainers are wonderful, shout out to Neil, Edwin and Nicola. For a solo traveller you need never be alone, because everyone is so friendly and inclusive. It was my third time and I will definitely go again. I don't think there is another place like it.
