Windjammer was an amazing destination for our family vacation! We went with 4 adults, 2 teens, and 2 preschoolers, and everyone had an incredible experience. The Villa was perfect for hosting everyone - imagine renting an air b&b at an all inclusive. The resort feels small and intimate, with everything within walking distance of the front lobby. It's kid friendly, but not necessarily kid focused (exactly what we were looking for). The restaurants had a little something for everyone, our favorite was Papa Don's. Staff were amazing - Trevor in reservations helped us navigate the process and made sure everything fit what we were looking for. Marcus & Kurnisha were our butlers for the week; they took care of literally everything once we arrived and made us feel like family. Kelam the bartender makes a mean mojito and seemed to remember exactly how everyone likes it. Keenan was incredibly attentive as a beach waiter - can't wait to see him crush it as a butler! While everyone we met were incredible, these people went above and beyond to make sure our vacation was perfect.

If you’re looking for a Caribbean resort that offers stunning scenery, plenty of activities, and enough space for the whole family to relax, Windjammer Landing is an excellent choice. We recently spent a week here with our family, including three older teenagers, and it was one of those vacations where everyone genuinely had a great time. The first thing that strikes you is the setting. Built into the hillside overlooking the Caribbean Sea, the views are spectacular from almost everywhere on the property. The Mediterranean-style villas give the resort a unique feel, and the landscaping is beautifully maintained. We stayed in a 3 BR/3-level villa with a private plunge pool - which we did not use often. While the resort is spread across a steep hillside, the shuttle service was outstanding. We never waited long for a ride, and the drivers were always friendly. The beach was one of our favorite parts of the resort. The water is calm, clear, and perfect for swimming. We enjoyed paddleboarding, kayaking, and snorkeling, and appreciated that the non-motorized water activities were included. The staff consistently made us feel welcome. Everyone we encountered, from housekeeping to the shuttle drivers to the restaurant teams, was warm, friendly, and eager to help. Service occasionally moved at “island time,” but slowing down is part of the Caribbean experience, and we quickly adjusted our expectations. Food was very good overall, with enough variety that we never felt like we were eating the same meal twice. Some restaurants stood out more than others, but we always found something we enjoyed, and breakfast was especially because it offered a variety of options for the whole family. What impressed us most was how well the resort worked for a family with older kids. There was enough to keep everyone busy without feeling overly crowded or overly commercial. Whether someone wanted to relax by the pool, spend the day on the beach, enjoy the water sports, or simply take in the incredible views, there was something for everyone. Windjammer Landing delivered exactly what we hoped for: beautiful accommodations, incredible scenery, a welcoming atmosphere, and quality family time. We’d happily return and would recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing Caribbean getaway, especially families traveling with teenagers.

We had 2 nights without the AC working in one of the bedrooms in our hillside villa. My son and pregnant daughter-in-law had to sleep in a hot bedroom and the Windjammer sent someone to fix it 4 different times but within a hour it was back to blowing hot air. The problem dragged on for two days. This family vacation was supposed to be a get away from the stress of our busy real world lives but we had to deal with the stress of room problems. Originally management was only offering words not solutions. They did finally get the AC working and made things right. Would I stay here again? Probably - It is a nice resort and a very beautiful island. They do need to respond faster to major issues like this and should have moved us after the first night.
