Our weekend stay at Windjammer Landing Resort and Residences was truly memorable and what stood out most was the exceptional hospitality from the team. From the moment we arrived until the time we departed, every interaction made us feel genuinely welcomed and valued. A special thank you to Mimose at the Front Desk. She was so pleasant and professional during our checkout. Even though she was working, she took the time to speak with me and never made me feel rushed. Her warmth and genuine passion for providing excellent service were evident and she left a lasting impression. Our arrival was equally wonderful. We were greeted in the lobby by John, whose energy and warmth immediately set the tone for our stay. Jonathan and Rohan continued that warm welcome with their friendly smiles and Jimmy made the journey to our suite enjoyable with his pleasant personality. One act of kindness that we especially appreciated came from Martin, who works at the bar in the main lobby. Noticing my husband's disability, he thoughtfully assisted us by helping us make our way through to breakfast. It wasn't something we asked for but something he simply noticed and acted on. That level of attentiveness and genuine care meant so much to our family and is exactly the kind of hospitality that guests remember. Throughout our stay, we experienced the same level of care from so many team members. Herbert and Annel from Room Service were excellent and Shania made our first breakfast especially enjoyable with her helpful and attentive service. The room service receptionists were always warm and welcoming on the phone - I believe I spoke with Keitha and Joel on separate occasions and they were both a pleasure to interact with. Even though we didn't request housekeeping service, the housekeeping team consistently greeted us with genuine smiles when offering turndown service and thoughtfully provided bottled water. Those small gestures made a big difference. As we were leaving, the bellman who assisted with our departure showed the same genuine care that we experienced throughout our stay. Although I'm sorry I didn't get his name, he took the time to ask how our stay had been, warmly invited us to return, and even checked whether our airport transfer had been arranged. It was such a thoughtful conversation, especially considering we were on our way out and it perfectly reflected the culture of hospitality at the resort. One of the highlights for our family was seeing how much our daughter remembered Noelita and Claudia at Dragonfly Restaurant. Their warm, engaging personalities made such an impression on her that she spoke about them long after our meals. It's a testament to how meaningful authentic hospitality can be, especially for children. It is clear that the team at Windjammer Landing takes great pride in creating memorable guest experiences. Every smile, greeting, thoughtful gesture and genuine conversation made us feel at home. Thank you to Mimose, John, Jonathan, Rohan, Jimmy, Martin, Herbert, Annel, Shania, Noelita, Claudia, Keitha, Joel, the housekeeping team, the wonderful bellman who saw us off and everyone else who made our weekend so special; special mention must go to Denise in Reservations who started us on the journey by assisting with our accommodation. If I have unintentionally forgotten anyone by name, please know that your kindness did not go unnoticed. We look forward to returning again!

We had a wonderful time. Jonathan checked us in, and he was so nice and attentive. We were upgraded and the villa was lovely. Our butlers, particularly Liam, reached out daily to see if we needed anything. John at the front was so helpful. The beach, pool and facilities are all very clean. We would definitely stay again.

My family and I had an outstanding stay at this hotel from start to finish. The staff was incredibly welcoming, professional, and always willing to help with anything I needed. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay. The hotel’s location was convenient, making it easy to get to nearby restaurants and attractions. I also appreciated Rohan and his attention to detail and helping to make my wife’s birthday special and memorable. He really went above and beyond and is a true asset to the hotel. What really stood out was the exceptional customer service. Every employee I interacted with went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and ensure everything was perfect. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and enjoyable place to stay. I look forward to returning on my next trip!

We were a family of 4, children aged 12 and 15 in a lovely, clean and spacious villa. Occasionally towels, water and coffee replacements were not done so we had to ask for more. Staff mainly very friendly, shuttle service works pretty well. Food very good in the restaurants, we tried them all. Was definitely best for us to be AI as dinner with a couple of drinks easily gets >100usd/person. We didn’t like the fact you get a bill for any food or drinks, despite being AI and shows a service charge but also has an option to leave an additional tip each time, including breakfast. We took advantage of the watersports, these staff are excellent, especially Denver, Mario and Jamieson. If you have never waterskied then you need to pay for a lesson but after that it’s free. The entertainment staff did a great job doing volleyball and beach cricket which our son enjoyed. Aqua aerobics was very subdued so we didn’t do it here. The evenings are very quiet, despite there being live entertainment. The fire eaters were great and one musician got people dancing but otherwise it’s background with few people engaged. Shame as I believe the hotel used to do theme nights / beach parties which we would have enjoyed. I think there has been a recent change in management and I would question the move to try and make this an exclusive resort vs a family friendly location, it’s already a member of the leading hotels of the world so has attained that mark of quality but I fear it may loose any fun factor. We used the hotel excursion to Sugar Beach and I think it was a reasonable price compared to the beach sellers. Lots of sunbeds, never an issue. Nice snorkelling off beach.

Windjammer is wonderful from start to finish. Beautiful rooms and public areas, staff who go the extra mile and the food was the best we have ever experienced in a hotel. Without exception the staff were helpful, cheerful and lovely - they are a credit to the resort. The watersports were a real highlight, no need to book in advance and patient, friendly help for first timers. Never a problem getting a sunbed, and cheerful beach staff were always ready to serve you a drink if you didn't want to stagger a few yards to the bar yourself! Had wonderful food in particular for a special birthday in Upper Deck (so good we went twice) and Masala - they were real highlights. Super massage, I can recommend it👌 The resort were kind enough to arrange birthday cake at The Upper Deck, in the room and even a glass of wine and cake when I went for my birthday massage. We all felt truly spoiled and a full day's trip on the catamaran topped it all off nicely. Heaven on earth this place ✨️
