Feels like being on a movie set...

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 11 hours ago

Resort- beautiful. Scenic. Felt special. The staff was all very friendly. Their motto is to make guests feel like family. They achieve that. When I spoke to the staff most had been there multiple years in all areas from servers, to spa, to shuttle drivers. Some as many as 20. They all say it is a great place to work. Pools- beautiful. Looks like a set of White Lotus! Beach- great seating, proximity to water great. Food-a solid 8.5-9 for all inclusive. Only "average" meals were breakfast, where it is a buffet. It was fine-had omelet station etc. Just repetitive. Room- Amazing. Loved it. Perfect for groups. Up there in my favorite rooms of all time in al lmy travels. Now, we did get upgraded from a 2 BR to a 3 BR and our "plunge" was a large infinity edge plunge. View was insane. We could have stayed in that villa all week and been happy not leaving the unit. Housekeeping-superb! They deliver fresh towels and she cleaned top to bottom, even though we did not use a large chunk of it. We were assigned the same ( lovely) housekeeper for the week. Spa- Very nice, amazing treatment! To note: We did all-inclusive and would do that again! A lunch and dinner bill for 4 seemed to run $200-400 with apps, drinks, and food. I 100% think all-inclusive is worth it unless you plan on cooking//eating in villa. I liked you could tip on the room bill even on AI so I wasn't dragging cash to dinner etc Villas are up the hill with the view, regular rooms are lower- all set on side of hill. Transportation up and down the hill is provided and they are great. Water sports are included- you can ski, go on a tube etc all included. Jet ski-not included. There is on site planning for tours. We used them. They were competitive in price for what I found online. Entertainment- it is there but limited in July. They had something every night. We did not stay out late enough for the beach DJ etc, but entertainment is not a huge focus. Transportation for our return to the airport we used that the hotel reserved-black car- was excellent. No issues with motion sickness. I highly recommend you give Windjammer a try in St. Lucia! The people are just amazing and the views and service here are really worth the trip!

Outstanding watersports team 👏

Outstanding Watersports Team – The Highlight of Our Holiday! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We’ve just returned from the most wonderful fortnight at Windjammer Landing and, although I rarely write reviews, I felt compelled to recognise the incredible watersports team who absolutely made our holiday and are a huge part of why we return year after year. Gordon, the waterskiing aficionado, and his fantastic team – JM, Jameson, Denver, Sharandi, Mario, Howard, Junior, Rolan and Yolan – simply could not have been better. Every single member of the team was warm, welcoming, enthusiastic and always ready with a smile. Their energy and passion are infectious, and they played a huge role in keeping our whole family engaged, active and having fun throughout our stay. One of the best decisions we made was signing our six-year-old up for a waterskiing lesson with Jameson on the very first day. By the end of that lesson, he was up and skiing behind the boat – something we never imagined possible! From that moment on, he wanted to ski every day for the next two weeks and simply couldn’t get enough. The team were endlessly patient, kind and encouraging, making every visit to the watersports hut a pleasure. They created such a welcoming atmosphere that our children couldn't wait to get back each day and try something new. A special mention to Jameson and Denver for expertly driving the boat, and to Junior and Rohan for spotting and supporting the skiers. Along with JM, Sharandi, Mario and Howard, they helped our children build confidence, develop new skills and deepen their love of the water. Whether it was waterskiing, sailing the Hobie Cats, kayaking, snorkelling or the much-anticipated 4pm tube rides, every activity was brilliantly run and enormous fun. Watching our children grow in confidence over the course of the holiday was truly special, and so much of that was thanks to this exceptional team. They go above and beyond every day and are a real credit to Windjammer Landing. Thank you all for making our holiday so memorable. We can’t wait to come back and see you again next year! ❤️🌴☀️🚤🏄‍♂️

Great spot for a family vacation

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 1 week ago

It was a truly great family experience for our family. Great scenery with the villas up on the mountainside overlooking the rest of the resort, beach, mountains, and Caribbean sea. There was ample food and beverages options for the size of the resort, all with tasteful and well executed dishes. Overall a great trip, no regrets outside of having to depart at the end

Awfully Bad

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 2 weeks ago

Awful family holiday. First villa we booked had to be moved due to knocking down a wall. The second villa although bigger little did we know was under a building site. Drilling all day long. We don’t mind during the day but it continues after 5, no one cares, the receptionist laughed, the ambassador promised to do something they do nothing. Have not contacted BA holidays it’s ruined our family holiday . Constant drilling, constant problems, good okish, lots of staff standing around in lobby when the beach guys and pool staff work so hard. Sadly this hotel claims to be part of the leading hotels of the world . After staying at quite a few I am staggered by that claim. Good luck to everyone who stays I really hope things improve. We just want to go home.

Top Notch Amazing Experience!

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 2 weeks ago

Windjammer Landing Resort & Residences in St. Lucia was truly a five-star experience from start to finish. The property is beautiful, the views are breathtaking, and every detail of the stay felt thoughtfully planned and incredibly welcoming. From the moment we arrived, the entire staff made us feel relaxed, cared for, and genuinely appreciated as guests. What stood out most, though, was the amazing service. The staff at Windjammer Landing consistently went above and beyond with warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail. Everyone we encountered helped make the trip special, but we especially want to recognize Marcus, Winsley, and Bridget from the butler team. They were outstanding—attentive without ever being intrusive, proactive with every request, and always willing to add thoughtful touches that made our stay feel personalized and effortless. Marcus, Winsley, and Bridget made a wonderful resort experience even more memorable. Their kindness, responsiveness, and genuine hospitality reflected the very best of Windjammer Landing. Whether helping coordinate plans, answering questions, or simply checking in to make sure everything was perfect, they made us feel completely taken care of. We would absolutely recommend Windjammer Landing Resort & Residences to anyone visiting St. Lucia. It is a stunning resort with exceptional service, and the people are what make it unforgettable. Five stars all the way—we cannot wait to return.
