The owners are investing big money to make this unique hotel even better. It has just reopened after having been closed in September to enable building and renovation works to be carried out. As always, the staff are very helpful and friendly. Helen Mercedes an Ambassador must be mentioned particularly as she seems to be able to work miracles !! The menu in Jammers, the beachside bar and restaurant, has been improved and Embers is being rebuilt entirely. Dragonfly restaurant will soon have a superb new balcony with stunning views and will I think soon become a focal point of the resort. New beachside villas are in course of construction at North Point - it must be said that inevitably some noise can be heard at this end of the beach. Can’t wait to return in April 2018.

This resort is truly 5 star! It earns it’s rating in every way. From the cleanliness to the willingness to please of all the staff. That’s before the location is considered. The restaurants are as you’d expect, clean, obliging staff and gorgeous food. Whether it’s a lounging beach holiday or an active, sporty one, this resort is ideal. The dive centre attached to the centre, Eastern Caribbean Diving is excellent as well. If not a diver, there are free to use paddle-boards, kayaks and masks & snorkel. Definitely a winner!

Really good place, Villa are great with plunge pool and nice views. We stayed two weeks and had two different villas 411 and 49 they both were great. The beach is beautiful with plenty of room lots of shade or sunshine water shoes are needed in some spots. We had the best adventure with Jerry’s Taxi Service 1-785-485-1160 He took us sightseeing shopping to water fall snorkeling at sugar beach and restaurant FEDO’S New Venture. Lots of fun Jerry is vary popular with the Island people throughout the trip ones would call out his name or toot. He picked us up at 9 am we returned around 6:30 pm great day. The zip line was great and we also rented the jet ski at beach from Mike lots of fun water was not to rough really nice.

Hello. So just to start out. We went during one of their "off" weeks so we are a little biased. We stayed in a 1 bedroom villa with no plunge pool on the all inclusive plan. We went for our honeymoon and it was everything we wanted and more. Our villa had 2 A/C units and 2 flat screen smart TVs that both worked with the apple tv we brought. The accommodations were modern and clean. We especially appreciated the full kitchenette and enormous shower and bathroom. Every restaurant and bar at the resort was fantastic. We ate ate dragonfly every morning and ordered from the a la carte menu instead of the buffet. Maria and Lenny Cumberbatch always made sure that we were satisfied. The juice was fresh and the omelets delicious. The mischievous birds always put on a good show. Jammer's was awesome for lunch and casual dinner. Jeff was like our personal bartender. Nona always mixed a good drink at 96 Degrees in the Shade, their beach bar. Papa Do's had an amazing lasagna bolognaise and the champagne shrimp risotto. We went to the Upper Deck one night and had the New England Clam Chowder, which was lacking for the price, and the Filet Mignon, which was tender and flavorful. We got a couples massage at the spa. Unfortunately, we cannot recall our masseuses that day, but they were fantastic and give a great aromatherapy massage, the Magnesium Massage. Wilhelmina made sure that we as a honeymooning couple had a great time by surprising us with a fruit and dessert plate after, accompanied by some white wine.It was absolutely fantastic and I recommend it to anyone visiting the resort. This is coming from someone whose never step foot in a spa before. Honestly, we are determined to go back to the Windjammer. It was worth every penny. My wife and i have been all over the world (separately) and this was honestly the perfect resort for us to spend our time comfortably on our honeymoon. Their is always a breeze, the staff is always pleasant, and the only thing to do is have a good time and relax. And get a tour with Simon. Simon Says have a good time.
