We stayed for 4 nights. Had an ocean view room that overlooked the pool as well. The view was fantastic. They had a bottle of sparkling wine and a bottle of tequila waiting in our room at check in. That was nice. It's one of the few places in Cozumel on that side of the island where the beach is very nice. Aside from the nachos at Oceana we thought the food was very mediocre. Nothing stood out as being fantastic. Nachos at the beach grill were horrible. Cold chips with cold cheese sauce on them :( The drinks were all good except for the house wine. The red was OK but the white was horrid. Tasted like vinegar. They did a good job keeping the room clean and restocking the mini-bar daily. The staff was very friendly. Beware of asking the taxi prices from the guys at the hotel. At Sunscape Sabor (The sister hotel) the taxi prices were posted. They are not posted at Secrets. Whenever we asked the bellman how much we should pay for a taxi to town or other places they suggested a price in US dollars which was almost double the actual price if you paid in pesos. Made me wonder if they weren't getting kickbacks from the taxi drivers or something. Not saying this happens, but at Sunscape they always gave the correct price when asked. Anything that was not included in the price was ridiculously expensive. $200 for a 50 minute massage. $400 for a romantic dinner for two which didn't include lobster. $80 for a bottle of wine that might be $20 if you purchased it at a liquor store. You'd need to pay extra if you wanted that. Cozumel has a lot of great food and massage options for lots less money. If you want to go somewhere for a week and not leave the resort, you drink quite a bit, and don't mind average food there was a lot there to like. My wife and I aren't big drinkers though and we like good food so we probably won't return.

SECRETS and Cozumel have been the best Carribean vacation my wife and I have been on. Diego at Windows and Luis on the beach are fantastic. Everyone here has been awesome. We had the Valentine's night Dinner on the beach at sunset and the food minus dessert was exceptional. Our room was modern and well maintained. AND YOU WILL NOT BE HARASSED on the beach to buy crap from people like other resorts. Highly, highly recommend this adults only resort for your Carribean get-away. You won't be disappointed.

Enjoyed this slice of paradise immensely! Jairo, Arelly, Vicky and Alfredo at Preferred Club pool were awesome! Rodrigo and Omar at PC lounge were very attentive to our needs. Yatmara and Mily from UVC were extremely caring and gracious. Jose the gardener always a smile and a hearty hola every day! Spa staff Paula, Guadalupe and Guiamo (masseuses) were great. Angel at Oceana, Margarita at Market Café, Vivas at Bordeaux and Fabiano at Windows - top notch service.

Good restaurants for an all-inclusive resort. Nice beach and pools. You can choose different levels of luxury--which restaurants, view, room size, etc. Decent booze for an all-inclusive. Exercise room, most restaurants are ocean front.

Spent a relaxing week at Secrets Cozumel. The resort was average overall, in need of some cosmetic upgrades. The food was good and had a several options to choose from. The entertainment improved as the week went on which included a Caribbean night and Fire Show. Two of our favorite staff were Jairo from the preferred pool and Adrian from Oceana. They were attentive and provided excellent service during our stay. They always recognized us and remembered exactly what we liked!
