We love coming back here year after year. The staff is amazing !!! You truly feel welcomed and cared for. The resort keeps getting bigger and with that growth is more restaurants, pools and upgraded facilities. The gym gets better every year, there is always yoga in the beach and the smiling faces all around :) did I mention “Adult only and all inclusive” We absolutely love it here

I have stayed at many hotels and all inclusives and this is by far the worst experience. Anyone who says anything good about this resort is either paid for or has never traveled. Every single opportunity to fail at hospitality was achieved. Service, quality and cleanliness all get a zero. I would not stay here again if it was free. The staff hate working, the food is worse than school cafeteria. Only hotel that can be in in paradise yet make you feel like you’re in hell. Anyone who says they like it are victims of Stockholm syndrome and or have pity for this insult to the hospitality industry. Stay anywhere but here even if you win a free trip.

Everything about this stay was unacceptable from start to finish. We had to switch rooms three separate times due to cleanliness issues and overall poor condition. Each room was dirty, poorly maintained, and not ready for guests. The experience was frustrating and disappointing. I would not recommend staying here.

We were looking for a hotel with a lovely beach for a relaxed 10 night break. The beach was lovely. Walk up past the Dreams beach (approx 200m) and you can drift all the way back with the current. Many varieties of fish and other marine life are live just meters from the shore within the rocks. Took a snorkeling tour from the pier to the south of the island which was amazing with rays, turtles and nurse sharks. Hotel rooms were a bit dated, need a bit of TLC but did the job. Bed was really comfy. We were in an Ocean view standard suite. Beds on the beach get taken early. There are enough beds, just not enough beds with parasols/shade. The beach beds on the preferred side looked much busier than on the regular side, so we were glad we didn't upgrade the room. Asian restaurant and french restaurant were really nice. Buffet was standard hotel fayre and different every time we visited. Staff were incredibly helpful without being intrusive. Our fridge wasn't working and it got replaced within 2 hours. I asked for a hairdryer and it came to the room within 30 minutes. Room service was quick and tasty. This hotel does not deserve the bad reviews - it's good value for money and the location is stunning. Thank you to the team for making our holiday so special!
