This was our first experience and I am already looking to book for this time again next year. The ranch is gorgeous and you wanted for nothing. All staff were professional and all other guests were friendly. Beautiful place.!

I can't wait to write this review. We were warmly greeted with a smile and lunch!!! All pre-arrival communications were handled promptly, professionally, and every request was granted. We were then escorted to our suite near the pool. It was like our mini home for the next three days. Our room was impeccably clean, well appointed, comfortable, included alcohol that could be tailored to your preferences, a shower sauna, a bathroom fit for a queen, and welcome treats. Everything one could possibly need, they have thought of (umbrellas, flashlights for walking to and from at night, books to read, an aroma infused mystifier, boot scrapers, robes, pictures of yourselves upon your nightly return and emailed to you for keeping, etc…). The staff is beyond perfect. So warm and genuine. We loved everyone we met, especially Molly and our restaurant waiters. Molly (who we later realized was the manager) took us on a safari tour and was determined to spot some wildlife. She handled the terrain like it was nothing! You are making us women proud Molly! Who says a woman can't be beautiful, intelligent, wear a cowgirl hat/boots, and be a daredevil mountainous driver! She was personable, easy to converse with, interesting, and also took the time to share information as we toured the owner's private art collection. She was so incredibly perfect for this job. One can't possibly be so perfect! The food and service… I am a simple soul. I can ruin a good piece of meat by ordering it well done. I was completely satisfied, as well as my very non-picky husband. We both had plenty of choices and loved our meals and the presentation of the food. The food from breakfast to dessert was beyond delicious. The kitchen opens its doors to you on Sunday nights. This was great to see. The staff were working their bottoms off in there! Look out for those Doc Holidays from the bar… they are so scrumptious, but can sneak up on you! We went horseback riding and loved our guides and trail ride. It was an awesome way to spend my birthday. Again, everything one needs is provided and safety was foremost. A slight need, the larger fishing pond could use a better designated fishing point for the want-to-be fishermen. Perhaps a more cleared out path and gravel or boarded area. But with the river as your backyard, it's not really that important. It's like the staff members are ninjas. You take a dip in the pool, two minutes later someone comes out to ask you if you would like a beverage. You peek at the fishing equipment, a staff member comes out in seconds to assist in getting you set up for a quick fishing stop. You go to dinner only to return to a beautifully cleaned room. In my opinion, the 18-20% gratuity can and should be added at the end of the stay so no worrying about tipping as you go along. One should factor the tip in the daily rate charge to avoid any reservation/wallet upset upon departure. I would have given even more if I could afford it because they were just that great! As our departure time approached, the blow was eased with a to-go lunch of Michelin star quality. Beautifully packed and prepared sandwiches with fruit on the side. Oh, and a little shrimp cocktail, lemon wedge and sauce included. We were giggling when we realized we were eating shrimp cocktail at a rest stop, of course kept cold with Ice packs! Just when we arrived home and reality set in...a TCR postcard arrived with a thank you message. Seriously? Just perfect. I only wish our budget would allow us to return soon (a teacher's salary just doesn't quite get it done)! I'll be saving up to say the least. Thank you Triple Creek for helping my husband and I make wonderful memories! We loved it all.

When looking for options for summer anniversary trip, TCR came up on our radar. We are outdoor enthusiasts from Idaho spending most of our summer free time tent camping, hiking and fishing. What we never have in all of these experiences is having people take care of all your needs while doing it. We were simply taken care of in every way needed. We did most all the activities of which we don't do very often. Long distance horseback ride, sapphire panning, fly fishing the Bitterroot river, hiking and hiking Trappers peak. However the pinnacle activity every evening was finding our way to the rooftop lounge to work on our Stave puzzle over a couple of cocktails. The staff was excellent for us. Professional yet casual and took a genuine interest in caring for us without being over the top. They accommodate your schedule and any unforeseen changes you may have. The menu and food is simply amazing. I tried a different cuisine every meal and all of it was fantastic. Never in the 5 days did we run out of options or feel the quality was lacking on any dish. Wine selection is outstanding and Jeremy (Sommelier) was very helpful in our selections. We have read many reviews in which people were not impressed with wait service and being slow at times. We did not experience any undesirable delays and sure they were busy at times but the entire wait staff seemed to work well together and never did we feel weren't being taken care of. We enjoyed our cabin accommodations and loved the pool, the grounds and all the wonderful western artwork. If I had to identify opportunities for improvement it would be that the A/C unit in our Sugar Bear cabin was undersized and had a tough time keeping up with the unseasonably hot temps and seemed unusually noisy. Secondly they warn you of sketchy wifi service and that is absolutely true. Although we were able to get a signal we could never establish a connection outside of being at the lodge. The lodge connection was limited at best. My advice would be upgrade the system or get rid of it all together to save any frustration. Overall we had a fantastic time and wouldn't think twice about returning.

This was the finest experience for us. Food was masterfully prepared and served by professionals! They were so kind as well and remembered your likes. Breakfast and dinner were truly five star. The cabins are private, feel remote yet are close enough to all activities. Ever room gets a golf cart to enjoy the facilities. Rooms are truly gorgeous and beautifully equipped in a Montana elegant style. I can't get over the service. Taylor, Wes, Joe and all the rest were so pleasant, positive and helpful. A very substantial art collection is throughout the cabins and lodge. Owner has been a very successful person and has such wonderful skills in building a team and a culture. Pay the price - it is so worth it!

We just got back from staying at Triple Creek Ranch, it was a reality check being dropped off to our high-rise in downtown Chicago and hearing honking and sirens for at Triple Creek you don't hear a thing at the ranch except marmots, chipmunks and birds- We stayed the first part of the trip in Kalispell to hike in Glacier, then the next 4 nights at the ranch, which was a great way to unwind and relax- As with the other Relais & Châteaux properties, this did not let us down- We stayed in the Chipmunk cabin, which is far away from the main lodge and other cabins, which we wanted-One odd thing was we did not get a golf cart, not sure why as to every other cabin did and the rate we paid was higher than some of the smaller cabins, but I think we dealt just fine ;) However, if we return in the summer, we'd want our own cart- What I really liked about this resort were the activities, some of the places you must pay for them but they had horseback riding, casting clinic, nature safari, and sapphire panning included in our package- I participated in 4 activities and then we did an ATV activity which was lined up that we paid for separately for, which was worth it-(Bitterroot Activities at Rye Creek Lodge) Food was great... Breakfast was full of many items and a table set up front with items to eat before your order is brought to you, mostly fruits and breads- Lunch was not just a cold sandwich, they had many options and very filling-Left side of the menu were the daily specials and the right side were regulars, I loved the grilled ham and swiss- Dinner, so very good, with lots of options-There was not one time I didn't see something I couldn't eat-And what is great here, if you have on shorts and a shirt, that is ok-If you want to dress up, that is ok- As well, if you want to eat at 6:00, that is fine or if you want to show up at 7:45, that is fine too-You are not required to schedule a time to eat either, which was so nice-We always had a table to sit at and never felt there were too many people in the dining area- The only con I can say about dinner is the Sunday night change they did, which was a bit uncomfortable for me-You were to go back to the kitchen to speak with chefs/staff and pick up your appetizer/salad-As well someone playing guitar in the main dining room in which we were told he would accept tips- We were so tired and honestly had no questions to ask-And for me I can be bit shy, to walk in the kitchen and have all eyes on me isn't what I wanted but it seemed we had to do it- The attention to detail is in line with most of the Relais & Châteaux we've stayed at-As soon as we'd leave our cabin they would go in and refresh it-And when we'd go to dinner turn down would occur- The activity center always had someone there to ask questions or help us set up an activity-The waiters are trained so very well and were always so nice, they always had their eyes on the guests, never missing a beat- You will not go thirsty or hungry here, that's for sure-We aren't big drinkers so we didn't touch any of the alcohol that was in our cabin but we were told it gets restocked...scary to think people can go through all that! I highly recommend staying here, we were so sad to leave for it was perfect weather (I prefer heat so I got lucky) perfect food and fun things to do-
