Belizean Dreams Resort

Can't say enough good things about Belizean Dreams. The staff are incredible - super warm and attentive to make sure you have the best experience possible. The rooms are spacious, clean, comfortable, and have everything you need. The grounds are gorgeous. The food is excellent. The tours are wonderful. Loved having kayaks and paddleboards right there to use. The live music was a treat. In sum, we loved our week here, and cannot imagine a better experience.

I'm usually the trip planner; this year my husband found Belizean Dreams Resort and booked us. I cannot say enough great things about our experience. We did a snorkeling trip while there, got massages, and enjoyed some significant beach time (watch for the manatees!). The food was delicious. The staff is incredible. We made use of the bicycles and the kayaks and stand up paddleboards. I'm voting to return next year because it was such an overall wonderful experience.

The staff and grounds at Belizean Dreams was phenomenal. They had a nice assortment of food available throughout the day and the drink variety was perfect. They went over and above to accommodate our tours, movie night and overall requests as a group. No matter what time of day it was, the resort never felt overcrowded. It was the perfect size to get a private feeling experience. Highly recommend if you’re visiting Belize.

this resort was absolutely amazing. The staff here were friendly, attentive, and full of hr Belizean spirit! I would definitely come back here for a extremely relaxing time. The food was good and the drinks were better.

Had a wonderful stay with another couple celebrating a 40th birthday. All of the reviews below are pretty accurate. All staff members are warm and caring and really want you to have an excellent time on vacation. The food was amazing and we never got sick of it. The drinks and fruit juices were also delicious. We stayed in a standard hotel room which is located above the lobby. It was clean and cozy and included 2in1 shampoo and shower gel. 6 bottles of water is also left in the room every night. The resort itself was pretty quiet but while in our room, we had issues with live entertainment noise from the neighbor resort to the south until 1030p and the employees who were washing the company vehicles and working on things in the alley down below at 5am. The resort also had kayaks and paddle boards that we took out several times. They had snorkel masks I believe but I used my own to go out front of the resort and didn’t see anything. You can see manatees out front some mornings too which was incredible! No wristbands at this resort however you’ll need to sign your tabs after meals and periodically through the day, so if they haven’t already chased you down make sure to just tell them you’re ready to sign before you wander off. And finally, I cannot mention loud enough to make sure you pack as much bug spray as you possibly can and it NEEDS to have as much deet in it as legally allowed. Anything else will not work against the noseeums and mosquitoes. You can pick up a 6oz can in the lobby gift shop for $12USD. I also recommend a yeti/insulated tumbler for your drinks and beers. The heat and humidity melts the ice in your drinks in about 10 minutes and no one wants a warm beer!
