Belizean Dreams Resort

Lovely property, staff, management, and location. Top tier high quality food and drinks served with true hospitality. The rooms and bungalows were charming and comfortable. We felt like guests of honor from the moment we arrived and the service flow and set up runs so smoothly in a friendly way. The excursions through the resort were fantastic and with friendly guides and drivers. Very pleasant and memorable! The sargassum build up threat on the beach is real and should be recognized going in. If it is heavy you can't wade/walk along the beach. The kayaks and floats are nice to get over and past it to enjoy the water that way.

One of the best boutique resorts I've been to (and I've been to a lot). Property in excellent condition - right on the beach. Everyone so friendly, knew our names and made us feel special. We were a group of 4 families (14 people) and all the meals were DELICIOUS highlighting fresh local ingredients. Truly appreciative and would absolutely recommend.

This resort was amazing for our family of 6. A small boutique resort that felt upscale and personalized. The staff was so kind and helpful, the room and accommodations were clean, well maintained, with very comfortable beds. The poolside atmosphere was relaxed, had plenty of seats, lots of sand games and toys for the kids and a bar that makes amazing drinks. The excursions were well planned and executed. I was impressed with the food - only one restaurant but they had enough variety and it was delicious. Overall, everything was easy, fun and relaxed. Would highly recommend this resort to anyone!

Our stay at Belizean Dreams was fantastic. The staff-every single person-gave a master class in service-friendly, kind, and far beyond helpful in every way. The rooms are spacious, clean, attractive and the beds are divine. Our tours to Xunantunich (ruins). Monkey River (wildlife), chocolate making and other delights were also wonderful, enhanced by knowledgeable and engaging guides. Hopkins is a delight in itself and far removed from the tourist laden parts of Belize farther north. Go. You will be so glad you did!

The hotel and staff are amazing. We had excellent service. Everyone is friendly and accommodating. People in the town of Hopkins are also very friendly. We enjoyed our time. The only bummer was weather that caused a ton of seaweed and an almost brown ocean all along the coast. I guess it can happen during this time of year. This prevented us from swimming in the ocean or doing any water sports from our hotel. We were able to snorkel at the reef and it was gorgeous.
