This is one of the most beautiful resorts I have been to. Taking the Catamaran from Cancun to Isla Mujeres Impressions Resort started the feel of complete luxury and pampering. Our butlers Angel and Jennifer greeted us dockside and arranged all our reservations to restaurants, tours, and more. The staff is Amazing and so attentive to your every need. Shout out to GiGi, Pablo, Abraham, and Brian for making our 1st Wellness and Bliss Retreat perfect on every level. Will definitely be here again soon. Make the effort to go to sunrise at Punta Sur, it's the fist place the sun touches Mexico. Ixchel temple is amazing. She is Goddess of the Moon, Water and Fertility.....

It’s hard to picture a more idyllic vacation spot than Impression by Secrets Isla Mujeres. The property is amazing and food and service were excellent. Though we had a few minor glitches with our room, our assigned butlers Wedinzon and Josias were quick to resolve them for us. We look forwarding to returning soon.

The property had a beautiful simple elegance about it set against the beautiful turquoise waters and the Cancún skyline. Our butler, Angel was truly amazing. He was very pleasant, helpful with dinner reservations, golf cart rental, and special room requests. I highly recommend this resort for a honeymoon, anniversary, or relaxing couples trip. They did have activities throughout the day and night but they were very relaxed as well as the overall feel of the resort. If you like luxury, elegance, and a beautiful view no matter where you look this resort is for you.

The views at Secrets Impressions are unparalleled as there were gorgeous views from every direction on the resort. The resort itself is pristine, sophisticated and beautiful. The rooms were spacious, very well laid out and super comfortable. The staff was fantastic...they really were. They were very easy going and accommodating. The hospitality at Impressions was top notch. The food was delicious overall, with only a couple instances of it just being OK. We did not encounter any large groups/families or any obnoxious or loud behavior and were able to truly relax and unwind. Everyone was extremely friendly and the environment had a very spa-like vibe. For as many people who were on the resort, it never felt crowded. We had no trouble finding a spot by any of the pools. The waiters consistently checked on us to see if we needed a drink. Amy McHugh at Dream Makers Vacation Services was wonderful every step of the way. We were very nervous as we had never been to Mexico before and had some previous travel nightmares, but she was patient, understanding, responsive and very helpful! We really appreciated her assistance and would highly recommend her services. The Staff at this resort are amazing! Literally everyone was very warm, welcoming, friendly. accommodating and always had a smile for us. Special shout out to some of the people we interacted with the most: Abraham (AB) in Entertainment. Great guy, better activities! Dante, the concierge, and Javier, our waiter, at the rooftop deck. Eric and Caesar, our waiters at Unik. Mariano, the concierge, and Moses, the waiter, at the main pool. Enrique and Angelica in Cacao...believe me, we were there a lot! Pablo, our waiter at Spezia. Our maid, Amyrani, who did a great job every day. And, last but not least, our butlers Omar and Ritik. But again, all of the staff we interacted with were fantastic. Many of them offered (unsolicited) to take pictures of my wife and I so we weren't stuck with just selfies, which was so appreciated and a very nice touch.
