This is a special place with incomparable service in a quaint and luxurious environment. Zoetry Villa Rolandi has exceeded all of our expectations and keeps getting better. This most recent visit albeit shorter that the 10 day stay in August, was superb. We were treated like royalty by everyone. Alexander and Kevin and their crew took care of all the arrangements for sunset cruises etc.Dennis, Genner and Jesus served us in Casa Rolandi with exquisite detail. The pool staff of Juarez, Juan Carlos and Alejandro were always anticipating what we needed - they hustle! Hilario, the true gentleman, made the Cozy Bar a required stop for a pre-dinner cocktail. Our Captain Tino and his first mate Julio were incomparable! Thank you Marco and all your staff for making our experience at Zoetry Villa Rolandi unforgettable!

We always stay in Cancun. Only a 20 min beautiful ferry ride away is Villa Rolandi. From the moment we checked in I felt serenity. Kevin was our greeter. He was precise and very well spoken. He has a wonderful presence. Malena came over immediately to introduce herself, just so pleasant and helpful I cant speak enough about the staff. I really was impressed with the quality of the food. Yes it is limited restaurant options but you know that in advance. So if you need 7 restaurants to choose from then Villa Rolandi is not for you. The rooms are perfect! I mean they have steam showers and double shower heads! Pool side service was fantastic! Ricardo was there every afternoon to offer cool cucumber for your eyes and a cool towel with a nice light scalp massage. Juan Carlos kept our drinks flowing! I really want to praise everyone individually that runs the dining room! Their service was outstanding. Dennis, Carlos, Ivan, Jesus, and Virginia always had a beautiful smile. Congratulations to the GM and his management team. We cant wait to go back.

This was a fantastic resort. The service is excellent. English is spoken by most. The spa is great. Private Hot tub on your balcony looks over 3 pools which are above white sand beach. Don't miss the turtle farm nearby.

We stayed at Zoetry from 8/25 - 8/29 — not nearly long enough! I would definitely return to this small, boutique style hotel. The accommodations were wonderful, and it was exactly the peace and quiet we were looking for. Rooms: Our room was on the second floor, and very spacious. Yes, all rooms have a view of the ocean - can’t beat that. The bathrooms are large, and we enjoyed the multi-jet shower. I particularly liked the spacious storage space in the bathroom, as I always feel like I take over the double sink space. There were cubbies opposite the sink, as well as a large wardrobe space where you can hang your maxi dresses and suit pants/jackets. The only downside of the room we experienced was the restocking of the mini fridge and snacks. We never had enough water, and we started to ask the restaurant for large bottles each night. There also seemed to be a little mold on the one side of the large couch, but that’s to be expected in a tropical climate. It would have been nice for the cleaning staff to stay on top of that. The little deck off the room was perfect for sitting and reading a book before dinner, and although our hot tub didn’t work, we still found it spacious. There was always an iguana a room over sunning itself, so we went out there frequently to look at it. All-inclusive amenities: Since this is AI, everything is included (minus the spa). The drinks were always good, and the food was OUTSTANDING. I *highly* recommend this resort if you are even partially a “foodie.” We have stayed at other AI’s, and the food is always ok, nothing too exciting, neutral, etc. The food here is AMAZING. Lots of flavor, very fresh, nice amount of options. One day for lunch they did a cookout on the beach, which was really nice. The staff, specially Jesus Ponce, will learn what you like and bring you your favorite drink before you even ask for it. It’s the small things that impress me the most, and that made me happy. Catamaran from Cancun to Isla Mujeres: For me, this was the most “stressful” aspect of the trip - I was very nervous about missing the boat and not getting to the island in a timely fashion. I made sure our private transfer service from the airport to the marina had our resort information, and I also made sure to reach out to the resort to inquire about pick up (via Facebook). I also sent them an email, which they never responded to. They, thankfully, quickly responded to the Facebook message with the specific marina information. We only waited maybe 5-10 minutes in the marina “lobby” before the catamaran arrived with guests that were departing. We were quickly helped onto the boat, and handed cool towels. After that came the glass of champagne and my vacation truly started. The ride lasted about 35 minutes before we arrived at IM. Again, for me, never having had to catch a boat to my final destination, this part was the hardest part of my trip. Make sure the hotel has your transfer service information, and vice versa. I’d recommend reaching out to Zoetry via Facebook as this seems to be their preferred method of communication. Service: The front lobby staff is great, and we were quickly checked into our room upon arrival so we could change and get our vacation started. Malena was helpful our entire stay and answered any questions we had accurately and quickly. Jesus Ponce in the restaurant was also amazing, and seemed to *always* be there. Whatever you need, Jesus made it a reality. There were also always fresh cookies available in the lobby - cute little detail that we enjoyed. The only downside was the pool service - at times it was very slow. There was only ever one guy taking drink or food orders at the pool, but I think adding a second person would greatly improve the wait time. The drinks were always delicious, so it wasn’t too big of a deal to wait, but sometimes I was thirsty and waiting for a bottle of water seemed to take longer than it should. There is a self-service cart at the entrance to the main pool, but sometimes it wasn’t stocked when I would walk out to claim a lounger at the pool. Also, sometimes the towel box was empty, so we would have to request (and wait) for towels. All in all, I recommend Zoetry, and I’d definitely stay there again. I’d also consider staying at one of their sister properties in Cancun. I have included many pictures of the food and views - enjoy!

Incredible weeklong R&R at Villa Rolandi. Enjoyed 7-course dinners at Metissage. All gourmet meals balanced off with activities; eg., paddle boarding, snorkelling, kayaking, biking. There are morning yoga and meditation exercises. Staff professional and helpful in every way, always serving with a smile. Will definitely return!
