Here Olani Thalassotherapy spa treatments and yoga classes happen in an environment that values serenity and "Endless Privileges" means top-shelf cocktails and gourmet meals made from organic, locally grown ingredients.

You never feel like this is a small resort. It has two amazing restaurants, two pools, private beach....The staff are exceptional and because it is a small resort, get to know you very well. Highly recommend for quiet time away from reality.

We have stayed in the Cancun area about 7 times. Last year, we visited Isla Murjeres and fell in love. We decided to book an 8 day stay on the island for a more intimate visit with Mexico in a small, boutique resort. We did our research and knew that this hotel allowed children, had no evening entertainment, and only had 35 rooms. That being said, it was everything we expected and more! If you cannot forgive some of the tired areas of the hotel, please appreciate the people, food, and service as much as we did. It was an amazing and definitely geared toward couples who need pampering and relaxation. The food is the best we have had at any resort, ever! WOW! GOURMET with lots of UNIQUE items. The view at every breakfast, lunch, and dinner was breathtaking. The beach is small, so if your ideal vacation is walking on the beach every morning, book a different hotel. We so enjoyed the 18 chairs on the beach and the swimmable area. Its a very different experience for those who frequent Cancun. We rented a golf cart for 2 days and were able to tour the entire island and visit some very memorable places. Don't sit at the resort and watch the world go by. You will find a variety of really historic and cultural areas on the island. TALK TO THE LOCALS ABOUT WHAT THEY LOVE! We personally enjoyed The Joint, Punta Sur, Private hidden beach, Playa Norte, the sunset cruise at Zoetry, cucumber slice therapy at the pool, snorkeling, The Soggy Peso, Our Lady of Guadalupe, Crayola House, Womens Beading exchange, Tortugranja, and ICEBAR. We did it right, and so did Mexico! A special thanks to "THOR" JONATHAN, DENNIS "THE MENACE", "GREEN BAY" JOSE, LOVELY MARLENA, ALEKSANDER "THE GREAT" and "DIMPLES" MARCO! You were all AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING. Gracias, Zoetry!

The employees that work at the resort or exceptional always trying to please you the disappointment was the fact that there were children there we were under the impression zoetry was like secrets and was adults only. The rooms were small but it reminded me of a boutique hotel the views were phenomenal but once the waking up to screaming kids ruined the atmosphere of the resort

This year was our 35th anniversary and we thought we would try out a 3 night stay at Zoetry Villa Rolandi and then move on to Secrets Akumal for 7 nights. While there were a few things that could have been nicer we had a very nice stay and treated extremely well. Staff: All the staff were extremely friendly always saying hello to you and always making certain you have everything you need. There were several individuals that were standouts. Malena and Bernice where the absolute best. Super helpful and friendly. Juan Carlos, Alejandro, and Ricardo were also very good. I wish other UVC resorts had staff such as these 5 individuals. Food: We enjoyed all the food with the exception of the food at the French/Mexican Fusion restaurant Le Metissage. We just didn't care for the combinations however other guests seemed to really enjoy the restaurant. Casa Rolandi however was excellent for breakfast and dinner. Room service was also very good. Again I wish other UVC properties would replicate their room services quality of food and service. Beach & Pools: The beach was a little small but it had great sand and the water was very swimmable. There was always room to grab a lounger. There was plenty of room around any of the 3 pools. Pool and Beach service was excellent. Property and Room: The property needed a little attention. It looked a little tired. They were actually painting a couple of areas when we were leaving. The elevator did not work the entire time we were there and we were on the 3rd floor which made a little rough for my wife who needs a knee replacement. The room was very nice however the hot tub did not work, the refrigerator had to be replaced, and the wall body sprayers had did not have enough pressure to hit your body. The steam shower was amazing! While mentioned a couple of opportunities (which is why a 4 was given versus a 5) we still had an excellent time and would not hesitate coming back because everyone is committed to being 5 star resort.
