Exceptional Hospitality and Unforgettable Service
We had an incredible experience staying at Neptune. The hotel was exceptionally hospitable, and we were looked after superbly throughout our stay. The staff were outstanding—especially Norbert, who was always on hand for anything we needed; John, who arranged a wonderful private dinner for my wife and me; and our driver, Samuel, who took great care of us

Post-Kilimanjaro and Safari Relaxation
It’s perfect. Mellow, lovely, amazing food, incredible staff. I have stayed all over the world in lovely and fantastic hotels and this may be my favorite. My special thanks go to Elia and Nobert for going out of their way to make our time extra special with popcorn and local food and lots of hot chocolate. This hotel is special and should be at the top of everyone’s Tanzania bucket list.

Absolutely loved it!
The property is amazing, unbelievable attention to details, everything is very stylish and beautiful. Had one of the best dinners in our life, our server Nobert went absolutely far and beyond and elevated our experience even further. In Canada even in the most fancy places service is not even close.

A trip of a lifetime for me
It was indeed luxury and lovely..I went on a safari with Untamed Expeditions..and it was first rate all the way…this was-our 3rd place & it was just sublime..I haven’t one complaint…al the way down to the hot water bottles in your bed acting Dow..it fireplaces when you return from a scrumptious dinner. Naps by the pool after a 7 hour game ride was divine…there was an sos that I didn’t get to experience …but it looked very lovely…I would love to come back soon.

Wheelchair accesible?
This place is verry beautiful. Verry big rooms but not particular adepted for wheelchairs, the room nearest by the restaurant and pool does not have anny adrptations other than a ramp op the stairs. But the rooms are big enough to get around. For the rest of the faccilities the staff is glad to help you whenever they can
