Excellent service
Franklin was a great host for our family. They were exceptionally attentive, really helped look after my mother who is in a wheelchair, and made us feel like nothing was a bother. Also helped accommodate my peanut allergy despite lots of peanuts on the menu

Secure and Safe
Very personable resort. The staff were attentive and went great lengths to make sure you felt safe. Two gates to even get into the resort made staying in another country very comfortable. The food and drinks were above average. The beach and pools had plenty of chairs but did run out of towns in the middle of the day so recommend getting towels early. Plenty of food options from seafood dishes to classic cheeseburgers. The maid service was the most outstanding to us. Our room was cleaned daily and mopped, and felt new each time we walked back into our room. Overall, was a great experience and would recommend highly.

On the beach
Diorka, on the preferred beach, is really Nice and takes care of us. She always makes sure everything’s ok for us. The boy (don’t know his name but he’s deaf) giving the towels on the beach is also super friendly and always smiling ! A pleasure to see them both when we arrive in the morning 😉

Very good hotel
The waitress, Kensia, is very friendly and knowledgeable. She gave us some great wine recommendations, which made our meal even more enjoyable.
