I had a wonderful experience at the Sakura restaurant. The food was excellent and super tasty.

We have loved our time at Secrets! It is a beautiful and well done resort. The staff are very kind—especially our friends at the adults only pool, Luis, Wendi, Olga, and Raul. Would definitely recommend it for a first all inclusive trip!

Our family and friends had a wonderful time at Secrets La Romana! From the moment we arrived until we left, the service was outstanding and truly made our vacation special. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and we all slept extremely well every night. The beach was absolutely beautiful with crystal-clear water and, best of all not a trace of seaweed! We spent most of our days enjoying the beach and pool. The food was good overall. Some restaurants were better than others, but Mare was definitely our favorite. The steak was delicious, and the seafood was incredibly fresh and perfectly cooked. The buffets also offered a great variety and consistently good food. We visited the waterpark once, and it was a fun addition to the resort. The evening entertainment in the lobby was excellent. The performers were talented, and we looked forward to see who would perform at the lobby each night. However, we do have a couple of suggestions. We would have loved to hear music playing throughout the day at the main pool and beach areas. While we understand keeping the preferred adults only area quieter, the main adult pool and beach could definitely have a livelier atmosphere. We also think adding more nighttime activities would make the resort even better. A White Party on the beach, dancing under the stars, or themed entertainment would be a fantastic addition. Some evenings felt a little quiet after the shows ended, with the sports bar being one of the only places to go. Without a doubt, the highlight of our stay was the incredible staff. Everyone from the front desk, cleaning staff, Security guards, restaurant servers to the pool and beach staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They always greeted us with a smile. A special thank you to Bettra at the pool bar, who took amazing care of us in our cabana all week. She was friendly, attentive, and truly made our days by the pool even more enjoyable. We would also like to recognize Cesar from the facilities team, who greeted our family every single day with a smile, stopped to chat with us, and made us feel like valued guests. Overall, we had a fantastic vacation and made wonderful memories with our family and friends. We would absolutely return to Secrets La Romana and look forward to visiting again!

The food at Sakura was excellent! The staff Luz Daniela and Silvina was superb!
