Great hotel & staff
We have had a lovely time here, staff are friendly & welcoming Rooms are cleaned twice a day, with fresh towels. Mini bar restocked daily. Our favourite pool server is Wendi Vargas, she is the best!! Always smiling & happy to help 😊

September 2026 . Had a brilliant time at the hotel , everything very clean , food great , beach 🏖️ great ( no seaweed ) . Staff very friendly and helpful. Big shout out to Wendi Vargas she looked after us around the preferred pool Secrets side 👌🍻🌅❤️

Fernando and Luis B were amazing at our sushi bar experience. It was well worth the booking. They made everything fresh to order in front of you and took time to explain what different options there were. Thank you both of you! Excellent customer service.
