Fab hotel and staff are lovely
Fantastic holiday and another great time at the fab hotel. The place is spotless and kept tip top. Food is good and plenty choice. The sports club is a great addition. Staff are amazing nothing is a trouble for them. Would return 🥰 shout out to Olga in the perfered pool xxxx

Amazing Honeymoon
We stayed at Secrets for our honeymoon and had the best time. I couldn't fault the hotel; it’s so clean, rooms are big and food is really nice. There are lots of restaurants to choose from! You also have access to the Dreams side which has more pools and restaurants. We were mainly at the infinity pool - Amairy Nolasco was so lovely and couldn’t do enough for us. She always got our drinks for us!! 😊 We will definitely return in the future.

Arisleydy was a fantastic server with excellent suggestions! We will definitely be back to Chinola. The chicken is the hi-light of the night.

First place I have ever wanted to return to
Generally, we don’t go back somewhere as it may never be as good and we like to explore the world. But, this place is just exceptional, service that delights and positively surprises every day, a great choice of tasty food, staff that continually go out of their way to help and be positive, ability to help with gluten intolerance, cleanliness, pools and having the very excellent scuba caribe dive centre on the beach is great. For us we really enjoyed Sakura and Mare restaurants, the staff in the buffet restaurants were also excellent. Time spent on the lazy river and the water slides is also time well spent. Our non return rule is highly likely to be broken when we’ve saved up

Awesome birthday trip!
The rooms were great, staff was amazing. Restocked plenty of towels and beverages. Marcos (activity / entertainment staff) & Bienvenido (buffet) took great care of us. The food was surprisingly good. Only feedback, wish there was better music at the pool. This is a pretty conservative resort and it shows. But the staff is what makes this place fun.
