Wendi Vargus was amazing at serving drinks around the pool. Had a fantastic time. Very lovely people in resort but Wendy made the experience extra special.

Overall, I had a terrific experience at this hotel and only wish I had stayed longer. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming and attentive, making check-in smooth and easy. The property was clean, beautifully maintained, and had a relaxing atmosphere that made it easy to unwind. The beach was calm and perfect for spending a peaceful day by the water. The dining exceeded my expectations. On our first night, we ate at Chinola, where the food was flavorful, especially the sancocho. The appetizer platter and our main courses were delicious, and the outdoor grill created a wonderful atmosphere. The buffet offered an impressive variety of options, with dishes that reflected the local culture. I also ordered in-room dining, which arrived quickly, hot, and delicious. The Dominican breakfast was a highlight and a great way to start the day. The Preferred Club exceeded my expectations. The experience felt more elevated than at other hotels I’ve stayed at in the U.S. The food and beverage selections were beautifully presented with plenty of variety, and the lounge was welcoming, comfortable, and relaxing. The only improvements I would suggest are a few minor updates to modernize the rooms, such as adding more convenient charging ports and refreshing some of the furnishings. I found the bed to be a bit uncomfortable and the water pressure low, but this did not take away from what was otherwise a wonderful stay. I would definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a serene getaway in a beautiful beachfront setting.

Beautiful place, tasty food and excellent staff for the activities, the shows and the dances, especially Dareling. Super nice and kind!!! Love the people and the atmosphere here!

Raul, Wendy and Olga are amazing!!!

Raul, Luis, And Olga and the pool bar were awesome. Great service and knew our order before we even swam over. Miquel and the Mare restaurant was great and very pleasant. The staff at the preferred bar inside made great drinks and really entertained us.
