Secrets a must visit.
A very relaxing place. Great to unwind. Adults only. The attention to detail is impressive. Great choices to eat, the drinks keep flowing. Infinity pool is a must and the beach is gorgeous.

This was an amazing experience, Yuliana, Armando, Yeifrani, Edual, y Pablo Picasso, were excellent. Every evening there was something to do and they were very friendly.

Not at all up to Secrets Standards
This resort is disappointing and not worth the price! Even with shoulder season discounts it not worth it. I dislike the buffets at any time of day. They have kept covid required covers on the buffets and you could not get much of anything yourself! We accepted that often half the restaurants were closed due to shoulder season. Often the ones open were understaffed and not up to standard of secrets. We did find some amazing staff and they made the experiences great. The tennis "pro" attempted to rip off my friend by charging him US 40 to rent a court!!! Nope. When we questioned the concierges they pretended to not understand how things worked. Yes the "preferred lounge concierges" were quite frankly useless. And the Upgraded mini bar??? First of all it's not a mini bar! It's a bar fridge with 2 cans of beer, water and coke or diet coke. The upgrade was 2 small Pringles and 2 peanut m&m's!!!! What a joke. We were assigned a butler for no charge due to these issues. Victor was really good! When it was time for me to leave I was not informed my private driver and I had to jump through damn hoops to get out!!! No issue bringing me in but ridiculous to get off the property! I ended up walking more than half way to the entrance dragging my own suitcases as NO ONE would help. Unbelievably ridiculous BS. I and my friends will never return to this resort! Not worth it at any price in my opinion.

Great Mare restaurant experience
Great experiencia specially in the restaurant Mare . David Santana was great he gave us excellent service and he’s very attentive with us!!! 20 of 10 for him!
