They surprised us with champagne, a beautiful birthday cake, and made the whole celebration feel so special. Their kindness, professionalism, and warm smiles made a huge difference. They were incredibly attentive, caring, and always willing to help with anything we needed. Thanks to them, my mom had a wonderful birthday celebration that we will always remember. Fantastic option in Bayahibe!
Excellent option in Bayahibe. The hotel offers superior service, allowing exclusive service in the lounge and at the beach for its Preferred customers. Being a regular I noticed a great refreshment of the food and beverage concepts in Noor, El Camino and Maravento. Staff is pleasant and attentive.
