Secrets LaRomana was in my top 3 DR experiences.
As a guest I would say our stay here has been WONDERFUL. Food and service have been AMAZING. I servers in BOTH buffet restaurants have been soooo good. Bianca in the Caoba. Bienbenido @ Spice Market The Manager Onan was very helpful. Carlos at the Preferred Club beach has been great. The beach drink server (male) has been super. Housekeeping staff stellar. Coffee shop was absolutely wonderful. Escarlin and Veronica were always friendly and fast. I also met the manager Juana and she was polite and helpful. Dinner and staff Mare, Chinola and Noor were great. Food presentation was great as superb. Noor and Mare have been my favorite. Breakfast and Costal was great. One of the best beaches I have ever been on. Yoga class was great. Also LOVE the Uniforms. Extra credit to Noel at the front desk. He made check in and check out pleasurable and easy. Only cons are that the rooms are basic with no flare. Decorated nicely but nothing exciting. Coffee in the restaurants and buffet needs to be better. Should match the coffee in shops. Need better policing of holding chairs in the beach Preferred area. As a travel advisor/agent I will say the resort has done well for a property that management has been taken over by the Hyatt Inclusive Corporation. The change in ownership has created a great environment. Employees seem happy and moral is up with their "Service from the Heart" motto. I will definitely be back.

Amazing employees, 2 were exceptional!
We had an amazing time, spending most of our time at the Infiniti pool. We had the absolute pleasure of having amazing wait staff service from Belkis Mejia and Edwin Herrera. They both took amazing care of my mother and I. Amazing employees and hopefully they will be here next time we come back!

Very intimate Hotel in comparison to others that when have stayed in on the Island. Staff amazing love the fact that most restaurants are à la carte with no need to book . Just finishing a lovely lunch at restaurant Mare by the beach attentively looked after by Jennifer & Jhonny 👍🏻

Lunch at Mare
Had lunch at Mare today. Had a great time, service was amazing especially by Jhonny Buayan. Kept refilling our glasses without having to ask.
