Awesome experience
Great resort, clean rooms, stayed 4 nights and had a great time, we tried 4 restaurants, the grill by the beach, the italian retstaurant, chinola and sakura, all of them provided excellent service, they all deserve recognition for their work , Franklin at Sakura was very attentive and professional, the guys working the beach grill did an outstanding job with the pork tacos and hamburguers, overall a great experience, would definitely consider coming back.

Great taste of Asia
Sakura is one of the resort’s restaurants that serves pan Asian food. It’s by far the best food we had during our vacation. We had great service from Santa, Franklin and Robin on our last night.

AH-MAZING!!!!
WOW! This was our 3rd time to the DR, 1st time on the Caribbean side, and 2nd time at a Secrets. We had a swim out room on the Preferred side and it was SO quiet and private! The grounds are GORGEOUS, the beach is great and the water clear! We spent a week here and didn't even have to lift a finger. The food was very good! The Amber Spa - TOP NOTCH!!!! Shout out to THOSE ladies (Martha & Maria, Poitra and I'm sorry I cannot recall the other massage therapist's name :-( The massage was SO good that we went back for a 2nd one right before we left. Exceptional service mentions: Fransisco @ the Sports Bar - what BEAUTIFUL drinks, OH SO good, and ALWAYS served with a smile! Thank you kind sir! Josalina at the Preferred Concierge desk SO helpful! Yunior - you are a wonderful server! Thank you so much for the Super Bowl Party experience and the Boho Beach Party service...Hee Hee I don't think our livers will ever be the same! YOU ROCK!!! The room cleaning staff and beach staff - AWESOME! I would come back to this resort in a HEARTBEAT!

Lovely Resort
The facilities were beautifully, very clean and did not feel crowded despite being full. The garden room felt like we were in a beautiful part of a jungle. Pools are clean and the beach is well maintained. We felt the hotel was good value for the money. The only caveat is, don't expect good quality wines unless you pay extra. Overall a wonderful experience and would recommend to couples or friends for a relaxing and safe trip.
