Another wonderful holiday at this fantastic resort, weather great, staff so friendly and helpful ,food lovely, ( no issues ) favourite restaurants - Noor- Sakura - Mare. A special thank you to Wilfredo Garcia at the Preferred pool area, friendly and helpful each day, Olga and the team at the Preferred swim up pool, great drinks and friendly. A special thank you to the team at the " Aroma coffee shop " coffees, cakes, snacks, toasties, lovely, always smiling, great choice of drinks especially the new smoothies, Juana Martinez, Nathaly, Rosarry, Veronica, Elizabeth, & others, Thank you, see you next year. Preferred lounge bar staff, a great team, great entertainment. The hotel Management always had time for a quick chat, the Sports Bar is a great addition, open until early hours, Preferred checkin/ check out staff, great, always helpful if needed.

Had sushi tonight for dinner the tuna bibimbop was our favorite. Santa, our server was excellent

Just back from the most amazing vacation, teaching Zumba on the beach at Dreams and getting to enjoy both the Secrets and Dreams resorts in La Romana DR. The staff there are wonderful, and I especially want to shout out to the Entertainment Team who supported me so well as I taught, and were always making sure all guests were having the best vacation possible. Esteban, Maria, Yuliana, Stephen, Rock, Picasso, Eddy, Gensy, Darline, Fran, Leandro, Diego, Dorby, Jacob ... but really the whole team is just fantastic. Shout out to our amazing maid who went above and beyond - Claudia. The food at the resort is top notch living up being a five star resort. We did not have one bad meal, and were constantly raving about the food. Fresh seafood always available to be grilled in front of you for lunch every day. So much choice and everything tasted amazing. They grow their own veg and bananas on site so big time farm to table. Very green environmentally conscious resort. So much to do - a really great water park for kids, tennis, at least three swim up bars. An incredible infinity pool. Paddle boards, paddle boats, sail boats and kayaks all available. Lots of activities for kids. Entertainment is also super good. Cocktails were all delicious. Excited to go back again. The set up for me to teach Zumba every day on the beach was sheer genius with 60-70 people joining the class and doing it in the ocean, and the whole E team dancing with me on the beach. Friday they have a fitness challenge which was super fun and very well organized. Perfect vacation in every way!

We had a fantastic time! Amairy at the infinity pool bar was a fantastic server who brought us drinks so fast and she was so nice! We also thought the food was wonderful every day - especially the hibachi! We can’t wait to come back!
