Grand Velas Riviera Nayarit

Our 4th visit did not disappoint. Incredible service all the way to the folks maintaining the grounds. Always friendly and welcoming throughout the hotel no matter what their position! Our oceanfront suite was stunning with a large balcony and jacuzzi. The restaurants (as always) were incredible where the Itallian restaurant Lucca was absolutely delightful. I actually ordered off the menu a bit with the arribiatta but added Italian sausage. The Chef actually came out and greeted us. Both my wife and I being Italian with my father from Italy know a thing about Italian food. The Chefs prep and spices was perfect! For desert the chocolate moose and vanilla gelato was amazing. I might add here the waiters and staff here also where with us at a moments notice. As for the day time pool activities, was relaxing! The hotel and staff do an AMAZING job separating the kids area and the adult pool and jacuzzi area. Night life was very romantic with a performer named Victor who performed Monday and Wednesday nights. Beautiful voice and listing to him on a moon lit night with the backdrop of the ocean...It doesn't get any better than that! Keep up the great work Grand Velas, can't wait to get back. We had another wonderful stay at Grand Velas Riviera Nayarit. What truly makes it special is the people. A huge thank you to Chef Raul Ramirez, Victor Ramirez, Gustavo the pool concierge, Gilberto Magana, Abramel Gutierrez, and Ricardo Wario, our amazing server — each of them helped make our stay exceptional. Their attentiveness, professionalism, and warmth made every moment memorable. We can’t wait to return and highly recommend this resort for anyone seeking a luxury experience with truly outstanding staff.

We had a lovely experience and hope we can come back again one day! We were very well taken care of the entire time! My kids were comfortable thanks to the concierge. Luis was great checking in on us everyday and making sure we had everything we needed!

We had a wonderful 5 days. The resort is just beautiful. The rooms are spacious and includes all you need for your stay. The staff are all so friendly. Our concierge, Luis, was most attentive to our needs. And very helpful with suggestions on things to make our stay exceptional. I would definitely return for vacation here.

Grand Velas Riviera Nayarit is an all inclusive experience that offers a service standard that is universally outstanding. Our concierge, Luis, was a text away and offered helpful suggestions and interesting insights throughout our stay; without being intrusive in any way. The restaurants offer 5 star meals, with consistent service that matches the rating of the food. The property includes a huge multi-tiered infinity pool overlooking one of the world's best beaches for swimming and walking (miles and miles if you want). Pool service, from chair and umbrella alignment to food and drink delivery was at our fingertips. The maid service and turndown option was consistently good and friendly. Grand Velas is not inexpensive, but the adage, you get what you pay for, certainly applies here.
