Grand Velas Riviera Nayarit

This is our first time with the brand of Grand Velas ( we’ve stayed at many other 5 star resorts Impressions, Atelier and so on) but this resort blew them all away. The resort is immaculately clean from the inside to the outside. The service is catered to your every need. We never had a bad meal or a bad drink. We absolutely loved how authentic the Mexican food was at this resort. I loved that they offered skirt steak tacos, quesadillas or for your chilaquiles. That they had salsa macha y de molcajete. They had cebollitas y chiles toreados. El ceviche, cocteles de camarón y los tacos de pescado to die for. Mixology at the swim up bar 100/10 whatever you wanted they could make and very good too. Omar and Jose Jairo at the swim up bar were our best friends for the 5 days we were there. Very skilled bartenders who were also very friendly and kind. We loved them, they took such good care of us. Patricia and Kenia at the adults side of the pool loungers made sure we got taken care of. Ricardo during breakfast made sure we had everything we loved to start of our day. Daniel and Angel at the French restaurant were outstanding. Housekeeping 100/10. In all reality every single employee there did excellent job. We can’t wait to come back.

Come to the Grand Velas Riviera Nayarit to enjoy comfort, luxury and great hospitality. Never before have I had such exceptional all round service - in their fine dining restaurants, by concierge, by the hotel staff, at Azul, at the kids club and just all around the hotel. I have experienced amazing service in other parts of the world but Grand Riviera wins hands down. The hotel staff here works extremely hard to maintain hotel grounds, welcomes you, takes care of you, engages kids and is highly skilled at what they do. Language can occasionally be a barrier but their desire to serve you more than makes up for it. There was literally no request that the resort turned down and went out of their way to meet them. This included multiple adjustments to dinner reservations, making special appetizers and main courses per our dietary restrictions in their a la carte restaurants, accommodating any special requests we had during buffets, late check-out request and what not. We had a wonderful ocean facing room on the main floor and enjoyed it thoroughly. The room size was pretty good and it seemed to be one of their newly renovated rooms. Pool water was generally warm, beach was clean and cabanas were always available. Their pool side service is also amazing. The staff at Azul restaurant is always on their feet. Our concierge Luis was amazing. And the food at Sen Lin was awesome. I have to say that all their restaurants have amazing ambience and good food. Perhaps it is our palette that’s biased towards asian flavors and the Sen Lin’s chef’s attention towards us that made the restaurant special. If I will visit Puerto Vallarta again then I will without a doubt stay here with my family! Thank you to the Grand Velas Nayarit team for a relaxing and luxurious vacation!

We had the most wonderful stay at Grand Velas Riviera Nayarit earlier this month. We travelled with our pre-teen daughter and felt that it was the perfect escape! The newly renovated suites had the most comfortable beds and were a great size for a family! The size of the resort is perfect with many amenities but also an intimate feel. What really makes the property special are the staff that go above and beyond to ensure you have an exceptional stay. Saturnino at the pool was a stand out, recommending fantastic drinks and always having another round at the ready! Edvin and Gustavo also always went the extra mile! We really have no complaints about this property, only positive things to say! We hope we have the opportunity to return soon!

We have been coming to Grand velas for 15 years. I love it. My whole family loves it. We really enjoy Fidel at Azul who gives us great service. We Played the Pickleball tournament with Gustavo the diver. It was a lot of fun. Our concierge dulce was very helpful. Francisco the pool service guy was great. We hope to be coming to this resort for many years to come

Our stay at Grand Velas Puerto Vallarta was absolutely incredible from start to finish. Our concierge, Pearla, went above and beyond to make sure every detail of our stay was perfect. She was attentive, kind, and always one step ahead of our needs, making everything effortless and stress-free. The poolside experience was elevated thanks to Lamberto, whose charisma, energy, and outstanding service made every day by the pool so much fun. He brought such a great vibe and genuinely made us feel taken care of at all times. Evenings at the French restaurant were a highlight of our trip. The dinners were absolutely delicious, and the nights were truly memorable thanks to Francisco. His service, knowledge, and warmth turned every meal into a special experience we’ll never forget. Grand Velas Puerto Vallarta exceeded all expectations. Between the world-class service, incredible dining, and amazing staff, this was one of the best resort experiences we’ve ever had. We can’t wait to return!
