Reviews for Couples Sans Souci
This was out first stay at a Couples Resort, from Nov. 4-11, and loved it! The room was awesome and had excellent air conditioning. We were in A block and were close to everything. The lifeguards and pool bar staff were very entertaining and always helpful. Special thanks to Fayon, Mickhugh, Trudy-Ann, Malachi, and Terrance. We met some new friends from TX, FL, AL OK, and OH, and hope we run in to them again on our next visit. The room service was excellent, but we also enjoyed the food at Pallazina and the beach bar. There was so much we didn't get to see and are looking forward to our next visit, which we booked as soon as we got home, because there is so much left that we want to explore. The grounds are extremely pretty and are constantly being taken care of. The lawn party on Tuesday and the Starlite Gala on Friday were so much fun and so beautiful the way they decorated and set everything up. The food was amazing! We have been to a lot of resorts over the years and the staff gets a huge thumbs up for all the time and preparation that went in to these events and far surpassed anything that we have seen. We found it great that at Couples there are no wristbands and everyone is treated equally whether it is your first visit or 20th. We did do the oceanfront bedroom suite and would recommend this to anyone considering a stay at this resort. We had a perfect view of the pool and ocean, and behind A block is the lake and jogging path, where the parrots are located...another beautiful area of the resort. Do take walking shoes for exploring the property, and if you dine at Casanova, the bellman will come pick you up so you don't have to hike up in dress shoes. I would recommend this resort to anyone wanting a romantic stay.

My wife and I visited Couples Sans Souci from November 4th to November 11th for our honeymoon. This is the most lush, tropical, and peaceful place to unwind and rest. From the receptionist, to the cleaning ladies, the servers in the restaurants, to the landscape crew, each one would stop with a smile to say "Hello" and ask how our stay was going. Upon arrival, every Couples employee greeted us with a warm "Welcome Home." We stayed in Building D in a One Bedroom Ocean Suite. I am not sure that our room was one of the more recently updated rooms at the resort, but we have no complaints and loved our room and it's ocean view. We would highly recommend a daily visit to Gamalia at the Veggie Bar to get a fruit smoothie. Find the hidden hot tub and the mineral grotto to be refreshed. Don't miss out on snorkeling over the shipwreck, and check out the scuba diving/ kayaking, sailboat, paddleboards, etc if you're an active person. The drinks were good, the food was great, and the entertainment was fun and talented. We did the complimentary trip to Dunns River Falls and enjoyed it (please note that this is not a hike to a waterfall, this is a hike literally up through the waterfall. Bring watershoes.). The spa at this resort is also second to none. It's hard to imagine a better scene for a massage that a beautiful hut over the water, where all you hear is the water hitting the rocks below you while you get your massage. We would highly recommend this resort to any couple who is looking to relax and recharge! Thanks Couples Resorts for the best honeymoon!
We had a wonderful time. The staff are outstanding as is the food and the views from anywhere on the resort. I went SCUBA diving twice and both dives were awesome, especially the wreck dive. Both Dr. No and Live And Let Die filmed at the Couples San Souci, and we all know, only the best will do for 007.
This was our third trip to CSS, and it never disappoints! The grounds are gorgeous and romantic, the staff is superb and goes out of their way to make their guests happy, they are always helpful and often singing while they work! The parties are amazing, and you get all the food, drink and activities you want. We no longer even leave the resort (although you can!) We love the au natural beach (Sunset Beach) and stayed for the epic sunsets, and Clive playing saxophone. We were married there two years ago, so this will always be our special place to go as a couple. Oh yes, and the best part is NO kids! Can't wait to book our next trip.

Four of us couples enjoyed this magnificent resort this month. The food and drink were stellar and the service resort-wide was beyond stellar. Sans Souci is an historic property on one of Jamaica's most beautiful beach fronts. The amount of free things to do and see is incredible and there is no need to leave the property to have a wonderful trip. Terrific!
