My friends Petther Olga Josh and I had a great time at Westin Costa Rica! We left feeling like we had become family with the staff! Daniel, our waiter at Mitra Market, is a great sensation in service, his kindness, knowledge and respect towards us was impressive, he recommended the gastronomy offered by this beautiful resort, this guy is the best ♥️💪🏼. Our day pass was so fun. Thanks to him and the guys at the triton bar, they were patient! It was so much fun having such happy people! They are an asset to the resorts team! The chefs at the Mitra Market restaurant are friendly tanks. Johan prepares us a juicy and cooked cut of meat. The pool and beach access were fantastic! We loved having easy access to plan excursions! Our entire week was an adventure!

Awesome place to stay with great entertainment and great service. People like Daniel were very helpful during our stay. The 24/7 room service was such an awesome experience of the all inclusive. They had awesome nightly events like silent disco and dancing. Definitely would recommend.

The Westin was an amazing experience! Everyone was so nice and helpful at the resort. The pool was amazing, which had a swim up bar, and the beach was amazing too! A couple times one of the golf cart drivers stopped so that we could see some howler monkeys in a tree on the way to the lobby which was really nice. Overall, the staff was absolutely wonderful. The only negative I have is that the service at the restaurants at the resort was not very good. It took a long time for the service. I was waiting an hour for a glass of wine one night. Also, the alcoholic drinks at the pool bar was a hit-and-miss. Sometimes they were good sometimes they were not. Lastly, Eric Garcia with the blue shirt from Google was right at the entrance on the beach (you can’t miss him!) and he was an amazing excursion booker for us. He booked us an awesome waterfall experience excursion which we had the best time. I highly recommend Eric G to book your excursions with, he is very nice.

Beautiful place with an amazing staff. We stayed in a lovely room. The landscaping was gorgeous along with the pools. There was always a tram to take us where we wanted to go. The best part of our visit was the amazing staff. We want to give a special thanks to Angie, Gaelle , Kevin and Andy at Mitral Market and Greivin and Jeffrey at the Westin Club pool. The public bathrooms were very clean and housekeeping did a great job attending to our room. The reason for the 4 stars is my husband got sick after eating at Spirula with diarrhea which he is still feeling after 3 days. The food was generally good but marred after this experience. Our other suggestion is to have some kind of lighting around the stairs between the bedroom and sitting area. It’s a bit of a hazard.

Our family stayed at the Westin and thought the services were great! The staff was so friendly, our room was clean and the ac worked so well! We thought the food was amazing . There are free activities like snorkeling, boogy boarding ,kayaks and bicycles and others that you choose to pay .We had massages on the beach by Nina and it was very relaxing. We used Erik G for off resort activities- waterfall hike, zip lining and transportation to and from the airport (he has google blue shirt ) google him. He was so accommodating even with our numerous delays!
