There is no detail not included. The staff is amazing to the point where it seems like the staff to guest ratio is 1:1. Carolina who was the direct contact at the hotel if you needed something went above and beyond. The pool and the service could not have been any better

We couldn't have chose a better all inclusive resort for our 10 year anniversary! From the moment we checked in, we were welcomed by the staff, and we happened to get assigned to Carolina who went out of her way to fulfill our needs, and suggested some things we didn't even think about ahead of time, making our experience that much better from beginning to end! Carolina handled all our dinner reservations, followed up fast with any assistance we needed in a very timely matter, they can even assign two of their channels on the TV for special events, like NHL playoffs for instance! Helping us find some in room needs like nail files, hair mousse from the boutique nearby. And even scheduling in room service food early in the morning on our very last day before checkout, so we weren't hungry at the airport. Carolina does it all!!! She really made us feel like she was our personal assistant throughout our entire visit. And that is what made it that much of a difference for our experience at Grand Velas All the food at the restaurants, from the ones you can access to daily, to the dinner reservations were both out of this world, phenomenal! This is a place you come to , to clear your mind and allow yourself to fully immerse into actually enjoying a day off again without thought of responsibilities, and pulls you away from your everyday work mentality. I can truly say I can actually turn off my mental switch to finally relax once we arrived to our room. Truly a blessing to experience such a gorgeous resort for the week. Grand Velas was AMAZING! From the moment you step foot on this property you will be blown away. You’ll have plenty of activities to keep you well entertained, or if you just want to relax, you can do that too! We were there on an awards trip and were able to use more than one of the properties on sight!

Grand Velas is amazing! Definitely a 5 star hotel! We were impressed from the moment we made it here. We were supposed to have ambassador suite, but ended up being upgraded upon arrival bc of rooms filling up due to businesses being here for incentives. The resort was quiet most of the time we were here. Food was absolutely phenomenal. Definitely find the Zen pool if you haven't it's like you're in a dream or a magazine! Best of all was our concierge Carolina. She made our trip so special. We celebrated our 10 year anniversary and all the little surprises were amazing. She was super attentive! She even was able to get us the hockey game we wanted to watch in our room! Overall this place is amazing and we definitely we will definitely be back and we will request Carolina! Thank you for the amazing hospitality for our first time here. It was a very enjoyable experience.

The hospitality of Grand Velas Riviera Maya was over the top. We knew it would be good but didn’t see greatness coming. The restaurants were delicious, the bars fantastic. Chaka the Mayan restaurant on site was delicious. We also did a Rum tasting experience with Orlando that was educational and delicious. This was an overall fantastic experience and we are already planning the next trip down. Either sitting on the beach while the staff are there for you every need with the all inclusive spirits that are fantastic and high end to sitting in the room in your own personal plunge pool having refreshments from the full stocked snack and beverage refrigerator you will not ever really need anything. If you can think of it they most likely have it for you.
