Nice stay at all inclusive resort
We liked the resort. Loved the food choices. The drinks were good. The overall look was okay because they were doing so much construction. Sometimes the outdoor upkeep could use more care. Pretty high pressure sales pitch was uncomfortable.

Relaxing Experience, room for improvement.
The overall experience was good, the food and drinks were good, but I would expect better quality in the drinks. My only complaint: we forgot a speaker at the sports bar, in plain view of a security camera. When we came back to recover it, we found that it had been stolen. Unfortunately, the staff was not very cooperative in locating it or even in checking the camera footage.

The best ever.
Stayed here a week and loved it. It does pay off to be a member. Take advantage of the excursion. Ceaser in the bar and Victor pool side rocked.

Perfect paradise getaway
Hacienda Tres Ríos was the perfect all inclusive getaway. The food and hospitality is amazing. Tools are updated and cozy.

My wife and I took the four-night package in August and really got our money's worth! The service from the entire staff was phenomenal. The nature activities, including biking and kayaking through the terrain and rivers, are not to be missed. The beach was beautiful. The complimentary wind surfing boat ride was very special. The quality and quantity of food available was amazing and I am a NYC food snob! And the top shelf liquor was always available! I could go on... Visit this property!!
