Great place, great staff
We just came home from a wonderful week at the Hacienda Tres Rios. It was my third visit there and it did not disappoint. The rooms are beautiful, spacious and clean. The food is fantastic. The gym is superb. The cenotes are my heaven. The staff are the friendliest and most helpful I’ve ever met. Special mentions to our poolside servers – Jona, Victor & Jose, the absolutely wonderful butlers – Alma, Giovani, Ruth & Marcos, the amazing concierge ladies – Ana & Isabel, Arantxa from Transport, Olivia at the front desk, and Alexander and Fatima who kept the party going at the pool. We will be back!!

Another visit and a wonderful vacation again
Spent 2 wonderful relaxing weeks. Staff makes you feel like family. Food and variety is great from breakfast to dinner. Any drink… they will make it and remember it when you go back the next day again. Thank you to Jona, our exceptional pool bartender/server. The rooms are beautiful. The new gym is amazing. Beach is looking good and pools. Special mention to Rosa our favourite server in the restaurants. Anything we needed, the great concierge staff took care of. Thank you to Alma, Ruth, Giovani, Daniel, Isobel and Marcos. Can’t wait to return again. We will be back!

The best 7 days!
I had the best 7 days in a long time. Everything was very clean, the food is amazing and didn’t make you sick. I truly think it’s the nicest resort along that beach! All of the employees working there, was the best part. I made a lot of new amazing connections/ friends! Some names I’d like to point out who truly made my trip that much better are Jona, Carlos, Fatima, Alejandro. Can’t wait to go back and visit next year! Iain

Jan 2026 family fun at Tres Rios
1/23/2026. Today is our last day on our 7 day stay at Hacienda Tres Rios Riviera Maya. Pros: Rooms are clean. AC working the whole stay. Gym is open Pools and beach are swimmable. Staff are friendly. Easy access on restaurants. Hacienda Grill and Cafe and Pizzq are our fave place for cappucino, lunch and dinner and desserts. My fave drink is tamarind or passionfruit margarita and ask for extra shot on the side. Cons: Lots of annoying Lemurs around the pool so do not eat or bring snacks near the pool. Bars run out of top shelf liquor by midweek. IDK why but Bartenders hides topshelf alcohol, just ask for it such as Patron. Kitori resto is our least favorite.

My wife and I took the four-night package in August and really got our money's worth! The service from the entire staff was phenomenal. The nature activities, including biking and kayaking through the terrain and rivers, are not to be missed. The beach was beautiful. The complimentary wind surfing boat ride was very special. The quality and quantity of food available was amazing and I am a NYC food snob! And the top shelf liquor was always available! I could go on... Visit this property!!
