The water games by the pool are awesome. Very entertaining, great commentator and tequila shots. Alma was fantastic. Magda jesus alexis y alex were great. They had games for ages. Waiters and bartenders did a great job with all the drinks. Great time

Andy and Lopillo are absolutely the best lifeguards and tour guides. They were so attentive to me as a beginner swimmer in the Cenotes. Andy literally held my hand until I became comfortable in the water and Lopillo jumped in when strong currents swayed my friend and I away from the group. They are friendly, courteous, and professional.

From the moment we arrived to Hacienda Tres Rios (HTR) we were warmly welcomed and treated like family. Check-in was quick and we were encouraged to eat and use the amenities available to us while we waited for our rooms to be ready. Diego remembered me from my last visit and made sure that my friends were informed of all HTR has to offer…it’s so nice to be rendered! Such a wonderful way to begin our stay. The concierge team does a great job of setting the time and what to expect from everyone at the resort. They are helpful with arranging transportation and, off-site excursions, and answering most any question you may have. The rooms at Herencia are beautifully decorated, spacious, and maintained- you can literally eat off of the floor (I didn’t but you could). Room service, housekeeping, maintenance and support staff are always working work together to ensure everything on site runs smoothly. Every need and concern was readily & pleasantly taken care of by the “Mayordomos”. They are very attentive and go the extra mile to ensure your needs are met. It was especially nice to have received a welcome communication prior to my arrival where I was asked about any dietary needs (or anything else of concern). Each day I received communications as to what events were taking place, some of which the Mayordomos helped to reserve. Thank you Ciello (and the team) for doing everything possible to make this a memorable week! The restaurants and the food are top of the line. the variety and choices are too many to name but every always finds something they love eating. The waiters (at the restaurants and the beach), as well as the servers, are very professional and kind. My friends and I always felt welcome and no request was ever too big or small. The beach and cenotes provide the perfect location for observing nature, swimming, napping (on the beach beds and hammocks) or just enjoying the sun. It’s especially nice when the waiters provide refreshments to cool off while sunning when the temps were high. Guillermo and Edgar are superb. The Spa has so many options to choose from so you will always find something that suits you. Dennis, one of the masseuses, worked his magic on my neck so that I could fully enjoy my vacation. I could go on and on but it’s best to simply say that everyone (and I mean everyone) working at Hacienda Tres Rios works as a cohesive team to fulfill every guests wish to feel special, cared for, seen. Be it to stay engaged every minute of your stay or just relax, unwind, and get away from the rush and grind of every day life…Haciendas Tres Rios is the resort to visit. I will be back to stay here again, even I didn’t have a good experience with the Porto Bello Manager,hope he will learn more how to speak properly with a good tone of voice,I guess he will remember me,treat the customers right, and he will go a long way,,excellent place to be,,people are very friendly 👍

The Kayak tour with Lupillo and Andy was absolutely awesome. The tour consisted of going down one of the cenotes found in the resort in a kayak and allowed us to swim in the cenote afterwards. Both Lupillo and Andy were very attentive and fun! They both made the experience one to remember forever. I highly recommend this experience, specially with people as great as Lupillo and Andy.
