Alma is the best!!

The building is very nice. Food is very good. The activities (sailboat, kayak, bike ride) are fun but a bit too short. Room service takes a bit too long and communication between staff isn’t the best. Lots of miscommunication between staff. Our stay was mediocre but what brought it over the top was the employees Pablo from the buffet and Alma the butler. Pablo and Alma went above and beyond to make sure our stay was special and made us feel very cared for. They made our stay 10x better!!! They deserve acknowledgment!

We have been coming to this resort for 11 years. we are greeted like family every time we return. The atmosphere is relaxing, and it never feels crowded, regardless of how full it is. The location is perfect if you are looking to get away from it all--not like resorts in the hotel zone. Service is attentive. Staff is always working to maintain the property.

Resorts needs more family fun activities. Poor activities. Nothing that entertains the kids. If you have been before, you have already done everything that they have to offer. Beach is barely a beach.

This is such a unique and wonderful place. I wish the other hotels in the area would step up their game so their guests stopped trying to come to our beach and River!
