Hacienda Tres Rios

Best vacation ever. Met the coolest workers and had a blast with them. The bartenders and food staff were excellent and the entertainment staff were the coolest. Johan and Mauricio were the coolest dudes ever. The tours were great and your guides were awesome

Visited here many years. The whole family loves it. We are big foodies so all the restaurants make it very enjoyable with a good variety for the whole week. Lots of entertainment and fun. Rooms are very comfortable, clean and quiet. Very relaxing resort.

I don't often write TripAdvisor reviews, but I’m happy to write one for Hacienda Tres Ríos, because our 7-night couples stay was absolutely unforgettable. The resort delivered the perfect blend of relaxation, adventure, and world-class hospitality. We stayed in a spacious balcony suite with a lagoon view, and it was spotless from the moment we arrived. The living room was incredibly comfortable with a large flatscreen TV, and the bathroom featured extra-large showers that felt like a spa experience. We enjoyed daily housekeeping and nightly turn-down service, which added to the sense of comfort and care. The property itself is stunning—lush, peaceful, and beautifully maintained. The resort features both large adult pools and separate kids’ pools, all just steps from the beach. We loved having so many activities included with the stay: kayaking, snorkeling, biking, a cenote tour, a sensory experience, and even a catamaran sailing lesson. The on-site spa services were also a highlight, with very reasonable pricing for the quality. The staff at Hacienda Tres Ríos truly made our anniversary trip memorable. Every person we interacted with was friendly, helpful, and genuinely dedicated to creating a great guest experience. Her leadership and attention to detail are reflected in every part of this resort. With seven different restaurants on site, we never ran out of great options. Every meal was enjoyable, but we especially recommend the Teppanyaki Experience with Chef Gustavo—a fun, flavorful highlight of our trip! We took advantage of almost every activity the resort offers and loved every moment. From kayaking and snorkeling to biking, cenote tours, sensory experiences, spa treatments, and evening entertainment, there was always something exciting to do. Hacienda Tres Ríos was great in every way. The combination of a beautiful property, great food, adventure-filled activities, and truly exceptional staff created the perfect anniversary getaway for us. We left relaxed, refreshed, and already looking forward to our next visit. Highly recommended—especially for couples or anyone looking for the perfect balance of luxury, nature, and warm hospitality.

The resort is beautiful! The service is excellent. The food is delicious! They remodeled and I am not sure it if for the best. The casual open air grill is now an upscale restaurant! We were disappointed not to have an open air relaxed restaurant! They need to put bug spray in every room. The mosquitos were awful!

Great experience with the team at Hacienda Tres Rios. Everyone, including the teams from restaurants, bars, and especially entertainment did a fantastic job. Kudos to Fernando, Mauricio, Fatima, Gerardo from the entertainment team, and also Don Carlos and Edgar from the bar at the family pool. Great customer service guys!
