Hacienda Tres Rios

It was not a good experience service is real bad the people who work there do not do a good job with service my son left his crocs by the pool they did not return them the hole hotel is in construction The room a/c was not working properly definitely not worth your money you could get better service better stay somewhere else defensively would not return or recommend it to anybody Thanks.

Had the best time kayaking and snorkeling with Fatima as our guide! She was super friendly, fun, and made everyone feel comfortable the whole trip. You can really tell she loves what she does. She explained everything clearly, made sure we were safe, and knew all the best spots for snorkeling. The whole experience felt organized but still relaxed and enjoyable. Definitely one of the highlights of our trip. Highly recommend asking for Fatima if you get the chance! 💙

Great location and the service was outstanding. The mayordomos were always present and did a great job. Oliver, Marco and Daniel made our stay memorable . Our accommodations are outstanding. Sara was able to move us to room 3301. This is our favorite room. They still working in the Isla and the pizzeria. Bldg 5 is almost ready. The grill was open and it was great. The service at the pool was great and quick.

All the activity workers (Fatima, Vanessa, Mauricio, Alejandro, and Miriam) were all fantastic. The helped with extras that they didn't have to do to accommodatea personin a wheelchair. The bar service was great. They were very attentive and always happy. The rooms were beautiful. Were had 2 rooms with an adjoining door. The rooms are spacious the balcony has a nice view. The beds were VERY comfortable.

Well… let me be honest. I was skeptical about my week vacation to hacienda tres Rios. I had never seen the property, but I knew they have been doing a major reconstruction over the past few years. Well… my skepticism was quickly extinguished when I met the staff at the hotel. The staff is extremely especially Carlos at the sports bar, and Alexander and Vanessa who do the kayaking, snorkeling, and bicycle tours. They are very fluent in English and you can tell the have passion for making peoples experiences in Mexico the best it can be. I was fully prepared to say no to buying a property…. Well. I’m now a proud owner into the resort. Maybe you catch me in the cenotes or singing karaoke on your next visit, because I’ll definitely be back. Thank you sooooo much!
