Wonderful resort!
I love hacienda tres Ríos. Carlos at the bar by the pool always did a great job with our drinks! He has done a wonderful job. Victor at the pool also was a great server and was very attentive. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and it was been a great trip.

The All inclusive experience for our 2026 Family Vacation was exceptional.
For our first experience to Cancun. Hacienda Tres Ríos resort was the perfect experience. The Mayan Riviera is a beautiful location. We stayed in a Mangrove Junior Suite Room which was comfortable, spacious, adequate for a a family of 3. The room and facilities were clean and well maintained. The all inclusive package was totally worth the price, some of the activities we participated in were the Shopping tour, Kayaking, and the bike tour. My son absolutely loved the Kids Club with Adalid (she's a gem with the kids). Kayaking with Miriam was an amazing 1st time experience. She's also very patient and welcoming. I have to also mention Fatima this girl is seriously an energizer bunny always hype and full of energy when engaging with the guests in the various activities offered at the resort. Have to also shout out Carlos and Alexis from the pool side bar for always keeping our drinks flowing and on point especially the Alexis special lol. Our concierge Veronica was very helpful and welcoming as well as Eric for his customer service. The resort was very peaceful perfect for a family vacation.

Great trip as always. Food and service were fantastic! Notable staff members that really elevated the experience were Rosa (we LOVE her) from the buffet and grill, Daniel and Alma our great buttlers, Miguel from the grill, and Cesar from the lobby bar who makes the BEST drinks (ask for a Paloma with juice or Mexican tiramisu).

Hacienda Tres Rios is one of our favorite places! Beyond the great food and beautiful views, is the amazing staff! Rosa at Las Islas is so kind and attentive! Cesar at the Lobby bar makes the best drinks! Miguel at the grill makes you feel like family. Daniel and Alma are fabulous Butlers who always provide service with a smile. Jose at the pool makes sure you are enjoying your time.

My wife and I took the four-night package in August and really got our money's worth! The service from the entire staff was phenomenal. The nature activities, including biking and kayaking through the terrain and rivers, are not to be missed. The beach was beautiful. The complimentary wind surfing boat ride was very special. The quality and quantity of food available was amazing and I am a NYC food snob! And the top shelf liquor was always available! I could go on... Visit this property!!
