Beautiful resort. Rooms were spacious and the shower was big enough to have a party in !!!! Drinks were good and most of the food was delicious. Everyone at the resort was helpful and we would defiantly return.

Sunshine at last, bye bye snow for awhile.
Anyone who wants to enjoy the beauty of nature and yet receive all the best in an all inclusive resort needs to go here! They have provided everything for everyone. If you have children they have a wonderful pool with plenty of activities. If, like myself, you prefer a more peaceful environment it is just a step away where you have three pools to relax in. The beach is gorgeous with plenty of day beds or lounge chairs to enjoy. The restaurants and buffets are amazing in both flavor and variety. There is no other resort beside them so you can enjoy your trip in a private beautifully natural area. I went kayaking down a river, on a senses trip and a nursery tour all while remaining at the resort! There is wildlife to see , we enjoyed watching the monkeys in the trees at the nursery, the birds and fish in the rivers and the iguana all around. I can not say enough about that this resort. Absolutely love it there!

Trip was fun , 6 family members. Rooms were middle room sleeping accommodation is lacking . Service was great especially Miguel at the Hacienda Grill !!!! Hugo & Michael were fabulous at the pool side. If anything could be improved it would be One (1) umbrella for every 2 lounge chairs. Considering they call it a luxury resort. Nice place service is what makes it excellent. Lacking activities like pickleball, basketball, batting cage/mini golf was removed. Theatre has no bar area and has poor lighting. Must stress though the staff is all amazing!!!! They are so extremely professional and friendly. Being a member is definitely disappointing considering the value that is provided considering the all inclusive prices ( yes inflation has been a factor but not to the extent that prices have increased) considering limited amenities. Definitely not a 5 luxury resort as they claim but keep saying renovations and new owners are hoping to implement. Time will tell.

“Awful customer service!”
We have had a horrible experience with them. We have contacted their customer service emails repeatedly, and time after time, there was no response. We may as well have been trying to talk to a brick wall. We have wasted thousands of dollars on Sunset World Resorts and want our money back. Sunset, if you see this, we would like someone to contact us ASAP to provide a release and refund!

Amazing week! Beautiful resort. Staff was very accommodating and pleasant. We did snorkeling, sensory tour and garden tour. Totally recommend. The food was delicious! Not to mention great drinks. The karaoke with a live band was amazing! Totally great time

My wife and I took the four-night package in August and really got our money's worth! The service from the entire staff was phenomenal. The nature activities, including biking and kayaking through the terrain and rivers, are not to be missed. The beach was beautiful. The complimentary wind surfing boat ride was very special. The quality and quantity of food available was amazing and I am a NYC food snob! And the top shelf liquor was always available! I could go on... Visit this property!!
