Carlos is the man!
Carlos at the victory sports bar is absolutely amazing! His Old Fashioned is one of the best I’ve ever had—perfectly balanced and made with real skill. On top of that, his personality is hilarious and welcoming, and he keeps everyone laughing. Bartenders like Carlos are what make a place memorable. Highly recommend grabbing a drink from him! The resort itself is incredible as well. There are so many activities offered that there’s never a dull moment, and everything is well organized and enjoyable. We had a great time at Tres Rios. The butler team were very helpful. Our grandchildren had a blast. Looking forward to the next time.

Beautiful property with great staff.
My wife and I spent another beautiful week at Tres Rios in February. We have stayed at this resort several times since our first visit in 2008. We appreciate the amazing service provided by the dedicated long term staff. Our Butlers Alma and Daniel went out of their way to ensure that our vacation was the best. The efforts of the entire staff should be commended as they all demonstrated so much pride in their role. The food and restaurants are very good and there are several activities such as kayaking and snorkeling in the river and touring the many cenotes on this extensive property. The two pools were very busy this year and could have used additional seating and umbrellas to accommodate all the guests. The resort itself has been undergoing renovations and upgrades that should be completed in the near future making Tres Rios an even more enticing choice for a great vacation.

Love 3 Rios!
Tres Rios is lovely as always. A nice variety of eateries and food quality. Friday fiesta's are a special treat. Rooms are clean and well appointed. The nature reserve is unique and special. Nice to see the Hacienda grill closed in now. Keeps the animals at bay and offers a great view. A very special part of the experience is the attentive staff. We view many as family. Special thanks to our butlers Daniel, Ruth, Geovani and Alma! We always love to see and catch up with Selena, Jose, Anna and Isabelle. The activities staff Alex, Miriam and Fatima. Special thanks to housekeeping, restaurant,and maintenance staff. Sharon enjoyed all of Marbella massages in the spa. Nice to see so many familiar faces each year. Looking forward to our next visit.

My wife and I took the four-night package in August and really got our money's worth! The service from the entire staff was phenomenal. The nature activities, including biking and kayaking through the terrain and rivers, are not to be missed. The beach was beautiful. The complimentary wind surfing boat ride was very special. The quality and quantity of food available was amazing and I am a NYC food snob! And the top shelf liquor was always available! I could go on... Visit this property!!
