Very nice & welcoming atmosphere.
We had a really good time, absolutely loved everything. Only complaint was the AC, didn’t seem to be cooling down our room. We also loved our mesera Rosa. She was very nice and welcoming.

Loved it
Our family loved Hacienda Tres Ríos! The nature park is beautiful and fun to explore via bike and kayak and snorkeling too. All of the tour guides were knowledgeable and friendly, in particular, Alex shared a lot of interesting information about the local ecosystems. The staff is genuinely kind, helpful, and courteous. The pool is fun, and the beach is lovely.

My wife and I took the four-night package in August and really got our money's worth! The service from the entire staff was phenomenal. The nature activities, including biking and kayaking through the terrain and rivers, are not to be missed. The beach was beautiful. The complimentary wind surfing boat ride was very special. The quality and quantity of food available was amazing and I am a NYC food snob! And the top shelf liquor was always available! I could go on... Visit this property!!
