Excellent service Carlos on the bar
Wowww que buen servicio nos dio Carlos los 6 noches que estuvimos allí fue excelente en la barra de bebidas we had a good time with our family and friends we were a group of 19 and he did an excellent job. We will return only because he did an excellent service.

The staff is the best
This resort is great plenty of activities to do with family and friends , have to give a big shout to Carlos the bartender he was great and took amazing care of all of us and i know he will do the same for everyone else , also to Alexander he is the activity guy he also is a great guy and if you see him you know you’ll have a great time with him as well

Had a great time the management made sure we were taken care of and Carlos the bartender made it all worth every penny.
Had a great time, the sports bar bartender Carlos took great care of us. Went so far as to giving then younger family members sprite so they can enjoy with the family. Very wholesome and great moments. Will definitely come back just to visit him.

Sports Bar attendant has done an exceptional job.
Carlos has done an excpetional job with my entire family of (20) Castillo family. We have had a great experience and time here at the sports bar with him. He made us, so many drinks we are entirely very happy and satisfied with all his attentions.

My wife and I took the four-night package in August and really got our money's worth! The service from the entire staff was phenomenal. The nature activities, including biking and kayaking through the terrain and rivers, are not to be missed. The beach was beautiful. The complimentary wind surfing boat ride was very special. The quality and quantity of food available was amazing and I am a NYC food snob! And the top shelf liquor was always available! I could go on... Visit this property!!
