Lo mejor de todo el lugar, es el servicio que la mayoria de la gente o mas bien toda la gente proporcionan. Tienen ustedes a Los mejores (THE BEST OF THE BEST) LUPITA,ROSA,LUIS, desafortunadamente no recuerdo todos Los nombres pero buelvo y repito all the staff Make you feel very important and comfortable. The bartenders EFRAIN, ABEL They are so so 👍 good so great they treat you like a king 🤴 The staff from the animations o my god they make you feel happy happy happy and entretenidos you have so much fun 😁 with them... ..mention apart because they are the best ADA MAU LIAM FATIMA RODRIGO the concierge Veronica she was so nice whit us and what are say before all your staff are the greatest . The rooms are comfortably 👌 they are so clean and neat your food is very good but the only. Complain is not to much choices your drink are good and have a lot of variety I understand you are in construction but need some changes and the more important the ⛱️ beach

Hacienda tres Rios/La Herencia is a beautiful resort with kayak in their cenote/rivers. The staff, especially Fatima is great and takes good care of their guests! Shout out to Diego, Daniel, Alma and all the great staff at the resort!

Noise level from construction annoying. Value of room accommodations ok. Would enjoy Horno provide evening meals again.

While we continue to enjoy visiting your property and truly appreciate the kindness and professionalism of the staff—many of whom we’ve come to know and love over the years—we feel compelled to share our growing disappointment with the overall membership experience, time after time... Despite being Herencia Members and paying a premium, we consistently feel we are not receiving the value or benefits that were promised. Our all-inclusive rates remain significantly higher than other guests we’ve met, many of whom pay less for comparable or even upgraded accommodations. The promised “exclusive” member benefits, such as free vacations, cruises, and access to new facilities, have simply never materialized. Each time we inquire, there is little to no availability, and the explanations always feel like empty promises. Additionally, the property has been under construction for more than 18 months, and we have not seen any of the improvements reflected in our experience. We were assured that our last upgrade would allow us to stay in the new building — yet nearly two years later, that building is still incomplete. When we use our corporate weeks, we’re also told we cannot take advantage of member specials, which feels unfair and contradictory to the value we were sold. We continue to return because of the wonderful staff and the relationships we’ve built with other members, but the lack of transparency, broken promises, and rising costs have left us deeply frustrated. We sincerely hope your management team re-evaluates how members—especially long-term ones—are treated and that meaningful improvements are made moving forward.

We liked the resort. Loved the food choices. The drinks were good. The overall look was okay because they were doing so much construction. Sometimes the outdoor upkeep could use more care. Pretty high pressure sales pitch was uncomfortable.
