Hacienda Tres Rios a great place to be
Kayak and Bicycle tours with Alma/Ricardo and Alma/Amy. Both tour was great and I was impressed with the trail, it was very nice and well maintained. i love kayaking underneath of all those mangrove and was so refreshing. I have to mention though that bikes needs to be upgraded and pls provide helmet. It will be alot easier for your guests to have hand break. (Foot break doesnt exist anymore). Segway with Alexis was an excellent experience. It was our first time and Alexis took the time and makes it a-lot easier for us to learn it. Over all, Hacienda Tres Rios is a wonderful resort. People was exceptional. Facilities are great. What I love the most about this place - you can go to all their restaurants without needing to reserve. The food was great and the convenience is wonderful. I also like the internet access wherever you are within the resort. And the free excursions that they offered are also great. Few more comments for improvements: Resorts needs more entertainment at night. Performers are performing in the dark at esplande, needs more lighting. I would definitely recommend Hacienda Tres Rios

Disappointed - third time here
This was the third time we have come to Hacienda Tres Rios, and I was a bit disappointed this time around. I’m not sure if it was due to construction, but the overall level of service seemed to have decreased. The pool drinks were hit and miss, and the restaurant service was lacking at times with missing or incorrect orders. We traveled with another family and 3 of the 8 people in our group got sick during the trip. I’m not sure if we will be back, sadly enough.

Another home run.
This is the tenth time we've stayed at Hacienda Tres Rios. The service is exceptional, the food is fantastic and the selections are numerous. The resort continues to exceed our expectations even during the current construction phase.

Miguel was our server every morning at the delicious breakfast buffet. He treats you like family and always has a smile on his face. His service is top notch and starting your day with Miguel is a joy.

My wife and I took the four-night package in August and really got our money's worth! The service from the entire staff was phenomenal. The nature activities, including biking and kayaking through the terrain and rivers, are not to be missed. The beach was beautiful. The complimentary wind surfing boat ride was very special. The quality and quantity of food available was amazing and I am a NYC food snob! And the top shelf liquor was always available! I could go on... Visit this property!!
