Service was fantastic, rooms need improvement. Air conditioning did not work well, phone didn't work to call room service etc.

I was at this resort in February and loved it so much that I returned with family in May. This resort has several perks. There are no wrist bands or towel cards and my travel agent made all of our dinner reservations in advance. In February the weather was perfect with very little humidity. May is very hot and humid. I still love everything about this resort, but the air conditioning in the rooms must be addressed. I love the sun, but must be able to sleep at night. Please fix this problem so that we can return next May.

Luis Dominguez is the best. He deserves a raise. All week he was so friendly and polite and would go out of his way to make sure we had what we wanted at the pool area. Give him a raise and a promotion. The rest of the experience was good. The Asia restaurant was amazing and the trivia was a bunch of fun at the pool.

We stayed for our honeymoon and were treated like family from minute one. Every single person from the bellman, reception, servers, ect were all so kind and helpful. The daily activities are a great way to try something new and the karaoke nights were our favorite way to have some fun and some laughs with other guests. We would Highly! recommend

We have been to this location more than once and will continue to come back. This adults only resort is a perfect location to simply relax. The staff is hard working and so attentive. Maria is our concierge and has been wonderful! She greets us with her beautiful and friendly smile everyday asking us to let her know of any needs. She has truly helped us to have a very relaxing vacation, taking care of reservations and rides into town for us. ...she is a truly caring and giving person. The resort is lucky to have her!!! The dinner show was brought back into the club Royale theater during our stay and it was fabulous! I hope they keep a dinner show going here. Another great idea. Might be a magic show for the theater... Hopefully they will think about that. The theater is beautiful and I'm so glad they are utilizing it again. The wait staff here is unbelievable! Would like to give a little shout out to Louis at the Grill and Juan at Spices! The entertainers at the pool are wonderfully led by Carlos who is fabulous!! I want to thank everyone who works at this resort for helping us to have a truly relaxing and fun vacation.
