Secrets Maroma deserves it rating as the 3rd best All Inclusive resort of 2024. We attended a family wedding there, so was not involved in the selection of location. We were amazed at the service, hotel staff, rooms, location and the best was the beach. Maroma Beach is the best beach I have ever experienced. We will go back again for sure. We selected the Preferred Club and it provided some great perks...better room location, private a la carte dining on the beach, and a concierge who could not have been more attentive and perfect.

The best resort i have ever been to! The staff was beyond amazing and helpful in every way possible !! I will definitely be coming back again with my family and friends next time. I want to say thank you especially to Esther for taking care of us and helping with all of our questions. We had such a beautiful time and i am so happy we stayed in such a clean and fun resort !

We have just got back from an amazing week at Maroma Beach. We were celebrating an anniversary and the hotel offered several extra special touches to help make it special. Our concierge Emmanuel in building 16 was super helpful- always asking if we needed anything and being proactive on our behalf. The hydro sessions are worth taking advantage of and we enjoyed breakfast at preferred beach club most days (the preferred lounge could have been better used- every TV was advertising which killed mood a bit). Staff were all super friendly - special mention to Alfredo who served us at preferred lounge and lobby bar. Beach bar was hardly ever busy but lovely spot for a drink with exceptional view. Beach was amazing- water was so mild and sand so soft! Loungers (and floaties) do go early but we always managed to find somewhere to get a spot! All the restaurants we tried were very good- including the Mediterranean that opens 3 nights a week. We went back for Asian food twice we enjoyed it so much. Lunch options around the pool or at the buffet were also delicious. Overall a great week- our only comment is that the preferred lounge check in means you don’t actually get to see the lovely lobby and get orientated with all the restaurants etc- not sure it adds anything that special- could just have a separate spot in the main building. Oh and if you don’t want the timeshare chat just request it on your booking and you won’t be bothered!

Our experience was amazing. Our concierge Roger was amazing, he helped us plan everything! The resort was beautiful, but he made the experience real first rate! A few days on the beach was just what we needed and this place delivered with style.

BEach is terrific. Pool chairs are old and broken. Dinners were terrific. Staff was great. Memo in entertainment and Manuel at pool were especially good.
