Secrets Maroma Beach Riviera Cancun

We stayed at Secrets Maroma Beach for 4 days and 3 nights this past months. This resort was beautiful, the service was spectacular and the food was delicious. We upgraded to the Premier Club and it was worth the additional cost for the food alone. The water/waitress service on the Preferred club side of the beach was also fantastic. Small things like a glasses cleaning service were a nice touch. This definitely feels like a 5-star resort. It was clean, beautiful and ALL of the staff was friendly and helpful. The cherry on top for me was the concierge service provided by Roberto Canul. From the moment we met him settling into our room, his smile, friendly demeanor and firm handshake set the tone for our trip. He was helpful, friendly, conversational and overall just a great guy to see and interact with during our trip. Roberto made us feel comfortable and "at home" while on vacation. He takes pride is his job and I really appreciated that as a guest at the resort. This is definitely a place I would go back to in the future. The non-stop round trip from Philadelphia to Cancun also makes this very easy travel.

Secrets Maroma Beach is a beautiful resort with wide pools to accommodate guests’ landscape decor and layout. It was very clean throughout the resort. Excellent, friendly, and genuine atmosphere. They care about making sure that your complete stay and experience is Muy Excellente, special thanks to Guillermo,Angel, and Chelo. Our concierge team ensured our comfort and handled all our requests effortlessly. Our housekeeper kept our room spotless and inviting (Nora). We had an issue with our toilet; they changed our room, in my opinion, to a better view room in building #27. Honestly, our previous building #17 is mostly for in front of, weddings and events. This made you go around the events every day. If you're not careful, you might fall. Just be careful as much as possible. Zadya and Luis from the UVC team kept us updated on all the resort’s activities and sought us out to help whenever needed. Their sincerity and attentiveness made us relaxed in paradise. The entire team of Secrets Maroma Beach made our stay enjoyable and relaxing. We especially appreciated the hospitality and support of UVC Issac, Zadya, and Luis. I need to get my favorite place out of the way now. CoCo Cafe is essential for the resort’s success. You're going to hear that a lot from my reviews. The staff, especially the morning ones, are my inspiration. Try and enjoy our stay; they are exceptional. They deserve extra recognition. Andres was Mi amigo every morning. Great job, Andres! Location is a little difficult to get to if you have any issues with walking up stairs. They do have an elevator inside the building to the right of the big stairs. Outside of World Cafe. The food was delicious, made to order, and incredibly tasty. Oceana was our favorite; Oceana served the best omelets for breakfast,scrambled eggs, and French toast. Oceana’s Fresh Seafood was a great choice for dinner. They always greeted us with our name and room number, creating a memorable and personal experience. We would love to give all of the waiters and staff a Very Special Big Thank You! Margarita,Julio, Gabriela, all the staff and waiters Mateo,Mony,Alfredo,Carlos, David, and Ariel. Thanks for making us feel at home. Food was always hot, that is why we love going there. It also tastes amazing. Seaside Grill is the steakhouse in which we always enjoy. The steak is always made perfectly for me. Portofino real restaurant and Bordeaux real restaurant Portofino real restaurant and Bordeaux real restaurant they were being remodeled. Thanks Angel at Portofino. But they moved its location temporarily to World Cafe. This was on the lower level. Both of them we enjoyed immensely. Both are always favorites. We thoroughly enjoyed all the shows, including live music, the Lady Violinists at Oceana. All of the singers and performers were actually really good. Our 50-minute massage was amazing and gave us very relaxing massages. The hydrotherapy pool is quiet and relaxing. The quiet pool is fun because it’s an infinity pool with only one side to enter and lounge chairs on the other. Can’t forget Isabella, Catalina, Ezekiel, and Manny. Room service: the food was hot all the time and the coffee. Thanks, Adolph. The beach is walkable but has sargassum. We’ll return when it’s clearer. Beach cabana was run very smoothly by Manuel. Our hostess Ismar always check in on us and we appreciated that so much. Thank you both. Overall, the resort is impressive , stunning, and exceptional. The large layout never felt crowded. Great service but some restaurants you will have to wait. In one case we actually walked away after a 45 minute wait and then came back at 1000 pm.

We had a great experience. The resort was beautiful. Unfortunately, it was partially under construction at the time of our vacation, but it wasn't too bad. The entire staff was wonderful. Super helpful and nice. Roberto, our concierge, was amazing. He made our stay even better.

We had an amazing stay and were incredibly impressed with the resort from start to finish. The property is beautiful, the grounds are immaculate, and the level of service really stood out. Everyone we interacted with was warm, attentive, and genuinely seemed to care about making our stay special. A special thank you to Brandon Gómez from Concierge and Elpidio, our Personal Butler, who were both fantastic and made everything incredibly easy for us. Their hospitality and attention to detail were greatly appreciated. Our room was beautiful, the food was excellent, and the entire property felt peaceful, luxurious, and very well maintained. We also really appreciated all of the thoughtful little touches throughout our stay. We’ve stayed at a number of nice resorts, and the service here was among the best we’ve experienced. We would absolutely come back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, high-end stay with exceptional hospitality.
