A five star experience
What really made the trip for us was the level of service. All staff that we met were above and beyond friendly and helpful. A special mention has to go to Bramdon Gómez, our personal concierge in building 26 who looked after our every need - information, transportation, trip planning advice etc. looking forward to coming back again and staying in building 26 with Brandon. 😃 Mrs. Barnett.

Fantastic Experience, Fantastic Resort, Fantastic Staff
Our experience at Secrets Maroma was unparalleled. My girlfriend and I arrived and were immediately impressed by the resort, the amenities, and the staff. We agreed this was by and far the best vacation we’ve been on. Our concierge, Angel was exceedingly helpful and kind, and was always looking for ways to help us improve our already incredible trip. Angel set us up with a beautiful beachside valentines dinner that truly made our experience one of a kind. 110% would recommend this resort and Angel deserves a promotion!

Perfect Resort
Everything was absolutely amazing. Wonderful service and beautiful resort. Every meal delicious. Perfect beach and pools. Melissa at the pool did a great job with our drinks . Angel Lopez was a fabulous concierge and was always available to assist with anything we needed. I wish I could remember more names of the staff because everyone was working hard to make our stay special. It was a perfect week !

Everything from check in to check out was wonderful. Staff was amazing & our concierge Bramdon took such good care of us and scheduled everything for us. The animals around the resort were fun to watch and the cat was so cute
