Maroma Beach as a UVC member
The resort is located about 35 minutes from the Cancun International Airport and our transportation service to the resort was on time. Upon arrival, we were met with a cool towel and a glass of champagne, then taken to check-in (which was flawless). The resort is beautiful and our room had an ocean view (preferred) and was well appointed with artwork and amenities. King size bed was comfy and pillows were in abundance. Room was cleaned daily and mini-bar well stocked every day. Turn down service was a luxury I wish I had at my home! Rarely any noise that I can recall. Service was impeccable and I'd like to give a shout out to our building #25 concierge, Roberto and his assistants, Luis and Zayda. They all made our stay truly outstanding. The highlight of our stay was our UVC upgrade rep, Erika. She is an exceptional talent for the club and made it impossible to say no to an upgrade in membership. We absolutely love her. Would we go back? Absolutely! We'd ask for the same building and staff if available. Awesome trip. Can't wait until next time...

Amazing 🤩 Marcelo
Maroma Beach ... going back April 1 can't wait. Everybody was wonderful. We felt like part of the family, especially Marcelo our concierge. He was amazing as well as all the Pool attendants... it was probably one of the best vacations that John and I had and we are counting the days to go back in three weeks.

I hope you find this review fair and honest. Service and friendliness of the entire staff was VERY good. The pool area servers were attentive and readily available which is exactly what you'd expect on vacation. We had a concierge (Hector Arinas?) that stayed in touch with us the entire stay. He was by far the highlight of this trip. Areas to improve would include the food and beverage. Was a little disappointed in some aspects of the food but even then, the service folks were so good it made a difference. The drinks seemed different depending which bar they came from and what bartender made them. Wish the buffet were open at all the normal eating hours. Didn't have a lot of options for variety due to special events they hosted like Fusion and Mexican nights. Check-in process was slow and they wanted to sell us something. We are well past the days of time share presentations or vacation ownership pitches. After several "no thanks", we were finally able to move on and begin enjoying the vacation. This resort was not inexpensive. Beautiful property and the service staff spoiled us.
