Secrets Maroma Beach Riviera Cancun

My husband and I were in Secret Maroma for 6 days to celebrate his birthday From the moment we arrived, the staff received us with wet wipes and refreshing drinks, super friendly and attentive. We noticed that all the Mexican staff speak English! Excellent We loved the governor's room1 Its beautiful pool with sea view, the extremely beautiful bedroom, spacious super comfortable and spotlessly clean! Beautiful gardens, beautiful pools, delicious restaurants We were able to enjoy the French, Italian, Japanese restaurant, completely all delicious and excellent quality. Sorry for the people I didn't mention and who made our stay at Secret Maroma Cancun was excellent. Jackie at the Reception attended us with a smile and excellent attention. Brandon Gómez Concierge Villa 27 Excellent! He made sure that every moment of our days was beautiful, always attentive, he offered what we needed immediately, my husband had knee pain and he was in charge of going to lifeguard staff to help him, thank you Erik and Pedro for all your help. Lucio Mesero from World café, Andrés Pandelo from coco café always attentive and smiling. Chef Gillermina from World café always pleasing me Carlos Batun and Luis Estrada at Oceana Restaurant served us excellently in our dinner in the drops! Marvin and Alberto in the rooms, rockers Dario, Balbina and Marvin excellent At night 2 super smiling young people offered delicious tacos al pastor for a snack late! The food is excellent, beautiful gardens and rests" Luis and Zaida UVC concierges! Thanks Rosario y Ricky for introducing us to Secret Maroma! We appreciate every birthday detail to my husband, without hesitation we will return to Secret.

I am terminal stage four cancer. I am on a special diet that has been proven to extend life up to 15 months. I am so unbelievably grateful that your resorts chefs were able to finagle meals for me each day that I could eat that followed the diet. I have also never been so spoiled in my entire life by service staff. Your staff was incredibly kind helpful and sincere. to make matters worse, my husband broke his foot the day before we came. We were hobbling around a wheelchair and crutches, and your staff was just amazing! The beach was beautiful. The pools were immaculate. The food was incredible. The beds are so comfortable. The shower and tub is amazing. I did not wanna leave.

On Tuesday night Martha and Coco performed an acoustic guitar set! They were so fantastic. Martha’s voice is absolutely gorgeous impaired so perfectly Coco’s with acoustic abilities 10 out of 10 would definitely recommend them for any venue I visit in the future!!! Thank you so much for such an amazing show!!

Upon our arrival at the resort, we were promptly welcomed by staff members offering refreshing cold towels and beverages. The check-in process was exceptionally smooth. The resort itself was outstanding, and the staff demonstrated remarkable professionalism, consistently exceeding expectations to ensure all our needs were met. The culinary offerings, entertainment, and accommodations were all of superior quality. Should I be asked to rate all aspects of my stay on a scale of 1 to 10, I would unequivocally assign a perfect 10. I would also like to extend a particular commendation to Roberto, our concierge in building 2524. His service was, without exception, impeccable. We are grateful for his contributions in making our stay so memorable, and we eagerly anticipate our return visit.
