A very happy and memorable vacation

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 8 hours ago

We came to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Aldo Pulido, Lourdes Gaspar, and Francia Torres went above and beyond to make sure that my wife, who has some health issues, especially with food, was able to enjoy, relax, and have great memories of this vacation for many years to come. Also worth mentioning are sous-chef Juan Mora, who prepared amazing and delicious plates and made sure my wife was able to eat without trouble and enjoy the food in every restaurant we visited; Carlos at the buffet; Gabriela at the Oceana restaurant; Eduardo at the Preferred Club, Hugo and Luis at the cabana, and all the wait staff.

Secrets Maroma beach revealed

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 2 days ago

We enjoyed our week long stay at Secrets Maroma Beach. We liked the premises, food, bars and entertainment. Special thanks to Francia Torres, the concierge of 24th building, who kept us informed on all activities and everything in the hotel. She was extremely helpful and we are very grateful to her!

Overrated Resort

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 2 days ago

The beach was overran by seaweed. This place lacks pools, so the available pools are crowded. They apparently were working on the new pool right across from my room, so cranes and jackhammers were part of my resort experience. There was no mention of possible construction anywhere I looked. The food was okay, breakfast buffet was the best tasting by far. Limited entertainment and the drinks are what you would expect. Disappointed overall. Wouldn’t return.
