Best secrets in Cancun!
Great everything. Roger was a fantastic concierge with planning dinners, events and recommendations. Julio restaurant manager for ocean breakfast and preferred club was 10 points as well. Staff was all really nice and very attentive

What a beautiful, peaceful resort! Our concierge Francia Torres for building 23 was attentive, helpful, and so kind. I highly recommend this resort for the service, Isaac the photographer, food, entertainment, cleanliness, comfortable rooms, and easily accessible from the airport. We are already planning our next trip back!

Love Secrets Maroma Beach
I’ve been to 15 or so Secrets properties in Mexico and Dominican Republic over the last seven years. I’ve enjoyed all of them immensely. They each had their unique charms. Secrets Maroma Beach is the all around winner, in my opinion. Top notch property, amenities, food and service. We were there for eight days. Angel, Guillermo, Luis took especially great care of us. Coco Cafe greeted us with a smile and a chuckle every morning. I traveled with my sister for our first “sister trip” and we both loved it! We will be back!

We love Maroma
Excellent service! Maroma is beautiful, they worked hard to clean up any seaweed. The staff is superior, we had Guillermo, Luis and Zeyda as concierge and butlers. 100-% excellent! We enjoyed the fish therapy and the shoulder massage!!

Resort was great
Concierge (Roberto Canul) was attentive and kept us informed of all activities daily. Rooms were cleaned and beds turned down in the evening. Fridge was kept stocked.
