Best resort we been to by far
From the moment we were greeted at the resort the hospitality was amazing ! Everyone was so nice. The food was great ! And our concierge Katya from building 14 was fantastic ! She always let us know when events was going on and things we could do. She always checked on us to see how things was going. And she made our stay even better. We loved her ! We definitely will be coming back.

Ten of us went to Secrets Maroma Beach Riviera Cancun to celebrate 2 milestone birthdays (50th & 60th). The staff was awesome and the resort was very nice! Marco was there every morning offering his assistance and with a warm greeting! We really enjoyed all of the restaurants and poolside dining options. Beach waitstaff were awesome and on point! My only caveat is that we were a group of 10 and the largest group they would accommodate in the restaurants was 8. We were clear when booking that it was 5 couples but were not advised that would create an issue with dining. The General Manager stepped in and made some adjustments and it worked out in the end. Will go back to Secrets again in the future!

Can't go wrong with Secrets
Always a pleasure when visiting Hyatt Secrets properties. Service is exceptional. The staff are friendly, attentive and always checking if there's anything that can make your stay better. 10 out of 10. The only thing that could be better was the old TV in the room. Other than that, everything was exceptional. Highly recommended.

Great trip and great place to stay
Felipe Cruz made the visit A+. He was the butler for our building and from the time we arrived he did everything he could to make sure our visit was great. The staff in general was always friendly and helpful. Service was quick and always respectful, asking how we were and how our stay was going.

Honeymoon
This place was an amazing experience for my wife and I. We came here for our honeymoon and everything was awesome. The staff was extremely friendly and kind and we very quick to assist. Katya, who was our concierge was amazing at helping us with details and planning anything activities we wanted to do outside the resort. Highly recommend this to anyone wanting to get away that wants a more relaxing experience
