Overall, an amazing experience—from the first “Welcome Home” to the final, sad goodbye. The warm and welcoming atmosphere went above and beyond anything we could have expected. This was my first time staying at an all-inclusive resort, as well as my first time spending more than four days at one destination, and it truly felt like home. The staff quickly became like family and were there to celebrate an unforgettable week of birthdays and our engagement. I was especially curious to see how the food would be, and it completely exceeded my expectations. We never got bored and enjoyed a different, delicious meal every time. Everything was high quality, and you could genuinely taste the care that went into every dish. The grounds were absolutely immaculate. Every part of the resort was beautifully maintained, and you could see how much care and attention went into keeping everything looking its best. From the landscaping to the common areas, the entire property was stunning. The entertainment was another highlight of our stay. All of the shows and performances were incredible and will not soon be forgotten. Our favorites were the Rock Show and the Mayan Ceremony—both were truly memorable and added something special to an already amazing week. The level of service throughout the entire resort was exceptional. From the front desk to the landscaping team, everyone was professional, attentive, and incredibly well trained. We were always greeted with a genuine smile, and having many of the same staff members take care of us in different areas of the resort made the experience feel even more personal and truly gave us that “home away from home” feeling. A few very special shout-outs: Rodger was our go-to throughout the entire trip. He always knew what we had going on each day and found ways to make every moment feel extra special. Patricia kept our room spotless and provided wonderful service throughout our stay. Hugo felt like having an uncle or brother hanging out with us all week. He was always there with a warm welcome and seamless service, and he made us feel completely at home. Angel always kept the vibe going! We only wish we had gotten his number so we could hang out next time. Mr. Vibe, always! Luis and the entire lobby bar service team were fantastic, and the Coco Café staff were always quick, friendly, and consistently made high-quality drinks. What made this trip so memorable wasn’t just the beautiful resort, immaculate grounds, incredible food, entertainment, or amenities—it was the people. They turned a vacation into an experience and a celebration that we’ll never forget. We will absolutely be returning. Until next time!

We had such an amazing stay at Secrets Maroma Beach! The entire resort was beautiful, extremely clean, and well maintained. Our room was always spotless, and all of the restaurants were super clean. The food was one of our favorite parts of the trip. Every restaurant we tried was really good, and the breakfast buffet had so many great options. We also loved Coco Café—the coffee was amazing and became a daily stop for us! We stayed in the Preferred Club, which we definitely recommend. It gave us access to the Preferred beach bar and lounge, where we could enjoy top-shelf liquor and some extra amenities that made the experience even better. There was always something fun to do during the day. We played pool volleyball and joined in on other activities around the resort. At night, we did karaoke, which was so much fun! We absolutely LOVED Angel from the entertainment team—he had the best energy and made everything so entertaining. Our concierge, Roger, was also amazing and very helpful throughout our stay. One thing to know is that this resort is definitely more of a couples/relaxing vacation spot rather than a party resort. There isn’t a huge nightlife or party scene, which is perfect if you’re looking to relax. If you do want a night out, we went to Coco Bongo over the weekend and had SO much fun! We booked the trip through Amstar, felt very safe going there and back, and it was a great way to get some party/nightlife in while still enjoying a relaxing resort. Overall, we had an amazing experience and would definitely recommend Secrets Maroma Beach! 🌴☀️🥂

Secrets Maroma has to be one of the best resorts I've been to! It is definitely geared towards couples, so I would not advise it for a girl's trip or something similar. The food, the service, the cleanliness, everything was great. It definitely gives you that luxury experience. I went with my boyfriend, and we really enjoyed the swim up room, along with the other amenities offered and the nightly entertainment. 10/10. I would definitely recommend to any couple looking for a romantic getaway.

My husband and I enjoyed every moment of our anniversary vacation. Delicious food of all sorts and cuisines, very accommodating, friendly and polished personnel, amazing facilities - everything was perfect. Our room was pristine and sparkling clean every day. Our concierge Guillermo was absolutely top notch - he addressed every tiny request of ours, was available at all times, and made us feel truly at home, perfectly taken care of in every sense. Best vacation ever!

We had a wonderful experience at secrets everything was a 10!! The food the service and the staff!! We had Katya Palomera as our concierge and she was available For anything we needed. Victor at the infinity pool took care of us everyday and was professional and friendly. Everyone was top notch!! We can’t wait to visit again!!
