Secrets Maroma Beach Riviera Cancun

Food excellent, Service excellent, Beach excellent, Location excellent. Housekeeping excellent. We loved it all. Have done Secrets Cap Cana and Akumel as well. This was our favorite.

This is my second visit to the Maroma. I was more impressed this time than even the first time. The resort is impeccable, clean, extremely elegant, and well furnished. The beach is beautiful with white sand, many places to lounge it’s well maintained and clean. Beautiful location to have a dinner on the beach. The pool area is beautiful with new lounge chairs and umbrellas, lots of amenities by the pool. Barefoot grill that offers burgers to catch of the grilled fish, pizza oven for delicious pizza, an ice cream cart, a fruit cart, also daily food events but the pool. They will also clean your eyeglasses and fluff your towel as you are lounging by the pool. The staff is friendly and attentive. There is an incredibles selection of places to eat and high-quality food throughout the resort. Some of my favorites were the buffet breakfast, the preferred club for drinks and little morsel of food. The seaside grill, and the Mexican restaurant. There are a few things I wasn’t crazy about, but overall the food was very good.

Everything about this place was so great!! Food and drinks were great, service awesome, grounds lovely. My husband and I took our college-aged kids. They were def the youngest there, but it’s 18 and up, so it worked. Just an overall great resort.

What a great experience at this hotel. Our first time to Mexico and Secrets Maroma did not disappoint. The standard of room, hotel amenities and food & drink, were exceptional and the staff provided an excellent service. We stayed for 10 days so encountered a lot of staff but our appointed Concierge, Katya, started each day by ensuring we knew what was on each day, which restaurants were open, and also checking if we needed lunches for our trips. There are numerous restaurants at the hotel and all are included in the package so there’s no surprises. Bordeaux and Portofino were our favourites. If you are coming from Europe, you will enjoy this hotel and the standard of service offered - you won’t find anything like it over here.

We spent a week here March of 2026 in a swim out suite. We had an amazing time, the resort is top notch, clean and modern. The pools, beach, food and drinks were all great. Lively and fun special events and nightly entertainment. The staff is the icing on the cake. We encountered many staff members and all were very pleasant and willing to assist in anyway at any time. Katya was our concierge, she was always available and a sweet young lady. Her knowledge of the resort and the area was impressive. Some of our other favorites include Daniel, Marcelo, Alejandra and Didier from the entertainment team. Alberto, Marvin and Ana poolside. Eliacin in the lobby bar. Victor from Portofino, which was a great meal. Our favorite restraint was Bordeaux, French cuisine which we visited twice. Sergio and Domingo from Bordeaux were fantastic.
