Secrets Maroma Beach Riviera Cancun

Our stay was for our 45th anniversary at Secrets Maroma Beach. Fabulous location and an amazing staff that was always ready with a smile and greeting regardless of where you were in the resort. A couple of the staff stood out as going the extra steps to make sure we had a memorable trip: 1. Our Concierge Bramdon Gomez and our housekeeper Noemi. Both of these folks were exceptional in every way. Bramdon ensured that morning coffee was delivered by 7am every morning and Noemi was just the sweetest individual taking great care with all our belongings. The newly remodeled World Cafe (the buffet) was an abolute welcome surprise in terms of selection, cleanliness and atmosphere. The staff at the Preferred Club Lounge were always ready to make sure you were satisfied and the lighte snacks were delicious. Himistu (Asian) and Seaside Grill proved to be our favorite dining locations with great selections and fresh food! Since we have been to this resort many times over the last several years my only wish is that they would get some fresh entertainment acts at the theater. They have had the very same 3 or 4 acts for the past 3 years and we did not even go to those shows. We have been to several Secrets Resorts includingThe Vine, Moxche, Playa Muejeres and, Akumal. This is our favorite Secrets resort and we could not be more pleased. In fact we've booked this resort for Oct 2027 and dearly hope we get to see Bramdon and Noemi again!

Most amazing experience and hands down the best all inclusive resort for couples. Staff were so welcoming and accommodating. Food was the best I’ve ever had. Location and the size of the resort were perfect. Everything is within a 2-5 min walk. Beach and pools were excellent.

My wife and I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Secrets Maroma resort. From the moment we arrived we were treated Ike family. Roger our concierge made sure we had everything we needed and that we didn’t want for anything, if you’re looking for a vacation like no other I highly recommend Secrets maroma.

Our stay at Secrets Maroma Riviera Cancun was wonderful and relaxing. While there was quite a bit of sargassum on the beach during our visit and we chose not to get in the water, the staff worked tirelessly every single day to clean the beach and keep it looking as beautiful as possible. Their dedication and hard work did not go unnoticed and were greatly appreciated. The resort itself is absolutely gorgeous, with lush tropical landscaping, beautiful pools, well-maintained grounds, and a peaceful atmosphere that made it easy to unwind. Everywhere we went, we were greeted by friendly, welcoming staff who genuinely seemed to care about making guests feel comfortable and valued. A special thank you to Bramdon, our phenomenal concierge, who went above and beyond throughout our stay. He was attentive, professional, and always available to help with anything we needed. His exceptional service made our vacation even more enjoyable. He was TOPS!!! We also want to recognize Edy, our pool concierge, who took wonderful care of us each day. His friendly personality and attention to detail helped make our pool days carefree and relaxing. And a huge shout-out to Valentino, a truly top-notch bartender. Not only did he make excellent drinks, but his positive attitude, engaging personality, and outstanding service made him one of the highlights of our trip. We especially enjoyed the Rock & Roll Show, which was energetic, entertaining, and a lot of fun. The Candlelight Event was another memorable highlight and is an absolute must-do for anyone visiting the resort. What made this vacation so special was the incredible staff. Their warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality were evident everywhere we went. Secrets Maroma Riviera Cancun is a beautiful resort with an amazing team, and we are grateful for the wonderful memories we made there. We would highly recommend this resort, just be mindful of sargassum season if you are hoping to spend time in the ocean. The Watson’s

This was our first time at Secrets! We had an amazing time at Secrets Maroma! The entertainment staff was awesome! Monica was kind and funny! They had activities all the time. We were never bored! The hotel is beautiful and food is great! We loved the restaurant staff especially Carlos at Himitsu! Carlos was kind and very attentive. Our room was always clean thanks to the housekeepers! Our mini fridge was always fully stocked. We can’t wait to stay here again!
