Secrets Maroma Beach Riviera Cancun

We had a wonderful time at Secrets Maroma Beach. Beautiful property and everything was so well maintained from the Lobby, to the Pool, to the Rooms. The food was (frankly) much better than I thought it would be and better than other all-inclusives I have visited. Every single employee we met had a smile on their face and was lovely. Special shout out to our room Concierge, Angel, who took great care of us! Our waiter at Portofino, also named Angel, was exceptional as well. To be fair, there was a decent amount of seaweed on the beach/in ocean when we went and that made the beach area slightly less appealing. However, that may be seasonal. Highly recommend this resort and we will be back!

My stay at Secrets Maroma exceeded every expectation. I booked this resort for a solo, relaxing getaway as a mom, and it turned out to be one of the best vacations I've ever had. Having stayed at many all-inclusive resorts—both family-friendly and adults-only—I can confidently say that Secrets Maroma stands above the rest. The variety and quality of the food were exceptional, with every meal exceeding my expectations. The grounds and my room were impeccably maintained, making the entire resort feel luxurious and welcoming. What truly made this stay unforgettable was the incredible staff. Every person I encountered went above and beyond to provide genuine hospitality and make me feel valued. Their kindness and attention to detail transformed a great vacation into an extraordinary one. A heartfelt thank you to Carolina Alfonso (check-in), Erik (luggage), Alejandro (Coco Café barista), Carlos (Himitsu Restaurant), Hector (my concierge), Alejandro, Jose, and Freddy (buffet servers), and Sergio (spa) for making my first solo trip away from my family so special and memorable. Your warmth and exceptional service are the reason I'll be recommending Secrets Maroma to everyone I know. I'm already looking forward to my next visit with my husband!

We just spent 9 nights at Secrets Maroma. We have been to many Secrets, and I didn't think any would be better than Akumal. Maroma is every bit equal or maybe better than her sister resort. The food is excellent. The service is excellent. If it wasn't for the sargassum on the beach (which they spent all day clearing and it's not their fault to begin with) the place would be perfect. They started a construction project 7 days ago to put in a new swimming pool and when that's complete, it will take a lot of the pressure off the the other 2 pools. I would recommend to upgrade to preffered, if for no other reason so you can have lunch at the preferred beach club. The food and drink there are amazing. I would like to thank a few people starting with Zayda who was a UVC concierge. She helped us immensely and made our experience much better. Also Margarita who worked as a hostess for the preferred breakfast restaurant in the morning and the preferred beach club in the afternoon made us feel so welcome. Monica who was part of the entertainment team was so friendly and encouraged us to participate in the activities (which I have never done in the past). Hugo and Leo took such good care of us the day we spent on the Bali bed at the beach. Ivan a waiter at the preferred beach club was also wonderful. Everyone was so attentive and helpful too many names to remember. Thanks to all who made our trip memorable.

We had come here about 12 yrs ago and I said I would never go back because of poor service. Changed my mind and I am so glad I did! My experience was excellent. Very nice swimout suite, great food, and great service. Our preferred concierge Roger was so attentive. Our room was right across from his desk and he checked on us every time he saw us. Got us whatever we needed during our weeks stay. We also had a beach bed 2 days which was perfect. I would highly recommend this resort.

We had an excellent experience at Secrets Maroma Beach! Our swim-up room was beautiful, the entire property was immaculate, and the food was excellent. The staff provided outstanding service, especially Roger, our concierge, and Daniel at the front, who went above and beyond to help us prepare for our cenote trip. Pool service was also wonderful, and our massage was fantastic. We did not care for the Hyatt sales presentation, but overall, we had a wonderful stay and will definitely return! There was seaweed this year, but the resort was cinstarly cleaning the beach.
