Best staff I’ve ever interacted with, everyone couldn’t be nicer. Food was all great, and my room was amazing.

Best vacation in my life… absolutely beautiful resort, from the moment you walk thru the front doors it is paradise! Check in process is wonderful, the scents just bring a sense of calm. The resort as a whole is just so amazing and my only complaint is the stairs up to the main building where the lobby/cafe/restaurants are. If you are physically challenged, there is no elevator. Our swim out room was lovely however I wish the patio had more shade but that is just me and so minor. I would have spent more time out there for sure but again that is NOT a negative! It was amazing to come back to the room and relax on our floaties… our concierge Angel was such a wonderful person and made our stay even better! He checked in daily to see what he could do for us and we loved talking to him! You’re never a bother and if you text he responds timely! You don’t feel like there are other guests as he is just so warm and welcoming! When we return I would request that we could stay in Angels area. The beach was paradise and so wonderful to swim in - the service at the beach (depending which area) was good however - we rented the beach beds two of our days and our waitress was the best! Such a lovely girl and so pleasant and happy to serve us and answer questions! I wish I could remember her name!!! When we went to the regular beach area I think we were disappointed in our service because we were so spoiled the other days. The food and drink was really good and they didn’t skimp on food or alcohol! Such a wonderful vibe - I will say there were a few pool servers who were better if you tipped ahead and they went the extra mile to serve you. There is absolutely nothing that would prevent me from returning and we all were trying to figure out when we could return to paradise! Also make sure you visit the spa! I had the best massage in my life and I’ve had many! I wish I went earlier in my trip so I could have gone back at the end. It was like living a dream for 9 days - the breakfast buffet was incredible and preferred eating inside as the birds outside were a bit aggressive with the sugar packets 😂🤣

We had an incredible stay at this resort! From the moment we arrived, the service was truly five-star. Every staff member was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely cared about making our stay perfect. A special thank you to our personal concierge, Francia, who went above and beyond to help us with reservations, recommendations, and make sure every detail of our trip was taken care of. Beautiful property, amazing service, and unforgettable hospitality. We can’t wait to come back!

We just came back from an amazing 7 day stay at Secrets Maroma. From day 1 the service was top notch. The grounds were beautifully kept, the rooms were clean and spacious. The food was exceptional everywhere, buffet, a la carte and by the pool. The pool was huge and we had no problem getting chairs. There was no need to get up and reserve chairs early in the morning. The pool concierges were always friendly and helpful. They even had people cleaning our sunglasses by the pool. Hector our concierge was always available and would come look for us to see if we needed anything. I wish I could remember the names of all the exceptional staff that catered to us. The beach is beautiful although they have a sargassum problem but they are constantly working at cleaning it. Secrets Maroma, we already miss, we will definitely be back!

Excellent birthday celebration for my wife. The seaside grille staff is amazing including David, Gabrela, Felipe and chefs made our lunches memorable. Our concierge Angel made sure we had everything we needed and found us for daily check in - even found us on the beach. Freddie was our server for breakfast and was very attentive. We rented pool cabanas for several days and Manuel did an excellent job fulfilling our request. The lobby bar staff Ricardo, Bernardo, Jessica, Josue and Clary were also amazing and attentive. Secrets Maroma staff rocks.
