Secrets Maroma Beach Riviera Cancun

Had a fabulous relaxing week at Secrets Maroma. Whilst the facilities & food were great with plenty of choice it was the quality & excellent customer service of the staff that made the difference. Marco, Leo, Alberto, Salvador, Misael, Freddy & Eduado all really stood out in excellent service. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Me and my boyfriend had the opportunity to stay here from a family member and we had an exceptional time. The location was beautiful such amazing qualities all around the hotel. Amazing food, beautiful views of nature and the ocean. The pool was also a great spot to relax. Very clean and always had activities to do. The room was amazing, the bed was super comfortable and clean. The housekeepers did an amazing job. Would come twice a day once in the morning to make the bed and bring clean towels and at night they would set up the bed for sleeping and always left yummy chocolates. Also, the staff here is amazing! Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Thank you to Roberto, Zayda, Luis, and Omar for an incredible experience. Would definitely recommend and hope to be back soon.

This place is amazing! The people there are what make it so special. At the French restaurant, Francisco brought us a special dessert on our last night with safe travelswritten in chocolate. Nicoletta the host was delightful. Anna, in the Italian restaurant was so friendly. And the food was unbelievable. Anyone who says otherwise, is crazy. The animation team were so friendly. Hector, Uriel, Alexandra, Oscar, DD, Fritz, and all the rest who I can’t remember their names were awesome. There were so many things to do like making a macramé hanger or learning tomake sushi or guacamole. Francia, our Concierge, let us know the days activities every day, and checked in on us to make sure everything was perfect. And it was. The Coco Cafe had the best treats, especially the alfajores! And the gentleman who worked there were so funny and nice. Tony and Sam and the other guy at aqua world made going out on the catamaran so easy. We loved our stay! The only hint we would give to travelers is stay away from the timeshare people. We didn’t have any problem, but otherguests didn’t like them.

What a fantastic time we had at the Marona beach hotel, just perfect in every way. We stayed for two weeks in a swim up room in the preferred guest club , our concierge was Roberto who catered for our every need and nothing was too much trouble he was great and was like a good friend at the end but certainly looks after his guests. The food was incredible and loved all the restaurants and what outstanding service in all of them. My favourite was the Boardoux and the Italian but all exceptional. Staff everyone so happy in their work and a pleasure to find that these days. Certainly treated special in every way at the Marona beach hotel. Few names that I can remember are Roberto , Freddie at the buffet breakfast, Jimmi steakhouse, Loui and Maurisio beach concierge, all daytime entertainment team who ensure you have a great time or if want to sit quietly not a problem, waiters walking around the pool/beach always keeping you with refreshments and many more I cannot remember or run things behind the scenes. Just a pleasure. Would definitely recommend the Marona to others and hopefully return soon as just a fantastic place in every way.
