Not going to be a secret much longer.
A wonderful paradise, been to a few cancun resorts but this one is definately the best so far. There attention to detail and really going out there way to make our stay the best it could be was outstanding. Our concierge. Roberto in block 25 was a true gent and was always at hand belong out. Even out of hours when he had gone home. The food was all on point. The pool stunning and the beach beautiful.

Phenomenal Resort
Excellent experience. Far exceeded expectations. Roberto our concierge and Leonardo, our waiter in Bordeaux was amazing. Dave the buffet manager was phenomenal and the quality of the food offerings at breakfast (especially the delicious fruit selection) was amazing. All buffet staff was gracious and welcoming, especially Freddy. Coffee was delicious and all food was fresh and delicious. Could not ask for better. Service everywhere was excellent. Pool was cold as apparently they turned the heat off at the beginning of March but a few of us braved it. Beach is BEAUTIFUL and kept immaculate. We will definitely return asap! 💙

Awesome Resort (Except for UVC)
This is the best all-inclusive resort we've been to. I definitely recommend. The Preferred Club upgrade is worthwhile. The food at the Preferred restaurants and the Preferred Lounge is worth it. Everything is just perfect. Just as with all Hyatt resorts, be careful with the UVC representatives. Just know that they will try to sell you a very expensive package and float benefits that pay for themselves. We bought one such package; most of the claims are simply not true, or you would have to spend so much money to reap these benefits that it becomes unrealistic. I spoke with multiple other people who bought these packages, same comment from everyone! Apart from UVC, the resort is PERFECT!

Secrets Maroma Beach is it
We had a wonderful time at Secrets Maroma Beach Resort. Beach was spotless all the day we were there.Live music ant Oceana preferred breakfast Our concierge Manuel provided an exceptional service, book bldg 16. Great entertainment staff with Oscar, Joanna, Marcello and the rest of the crew. Felipe, Eduardo and Clary make the best drinks. Hibiscus mezcalita was the vacation drink. Get fig and blue cheese pizza by the pool and ask for Domingo at the French restaurant. Wonderful people everywhere we went. Highly recommended resort.

Wonderful vacation with friends
Excellent service, great food, beautiful clean grounds. Our concierge Angel was always helpful and attentive. Bartenders and service staff were amazing.
