Secrets Maroma Beach Riviera Cancun

Week long relaxing vacation to Secrets Maroma did not disappoint ! I would recommend for couples. ( stayed in preferred section )

We had a wonderful time at secrets Maroma, we are silver UVC members and brought my family with me to benefit the same service level as us. We were impressed at the quality of the food, drinks, room accommodations, restaurant service and overall hotel amenities, Luis, Roger, Brandom make a special effort to keep us informed, answered all of our request, and went out of their way to make sure we were happy and well taken care of. Thanks again to the UVC staff and the building concierge for taking care of me, my wife and family

We had such a great time at this beautiful resort. The staff is fabulous - Angel was the best concierge you could ask for. Oscar made our activity time extra fun! Blackjack in the pool made my husband happy! Food was delicious also. I’d go back again!

This is a very nice resort. All the staff are extremely friendly. Our concierge was Roger Arroyo and he was awesome! The room was amazing with a swim out pool. Food is excellent and the beach was pretty.

We have just returned to the UK after a week at this outstanding hotel. Myself and my husband booked this as our honeymoon and we are so glad we did. We had looked into Mexico and were put off other hotels from their reviews especially when it came to food. However from the moment we got to the hotel we were greeted with a cold flannel, glass of champagne and had our bags taken care of. After a 10 hour flight and hours spent at the airport it was a relief to be able to relax and start to enjoy our honeymoon, we were sat in the lobby whilst our room was sorted, once we had finished a drink it was quickly refilled and we were asked if we wanted any other drinks and given a fast choice as well as bar snacks ! The staff are all incredible, you will not receive better hospitality anywhere else. We chose a swim up room when booking and had a banner on our door saying “just married” which was a lovely personal touch and was treated to a bottle of champagne one evening left in our room (complete surprise). Our concierge Angel was incredible, nothing was too much trouble for him to sort out. Angel went above and beyond to ensure that we were having a great time and sorted out our luggage to be stored safely on our last day and sorted out a shower in the spa as well. This was very much appreciated as we checked out our room at 12 and wasn’t being collected until 4pm. The facility is immaculate, the entertainment is amazing and the food was out of this world! We decided on day 5 to join the Kayak tour to the coral reef and it was incredible ! The entertainment team around the pool take there time to get to know you and are great to have a laugh with. Each evening there was different entertainment located in different parts of the hotel which was fantastic. The first couple of days due to jet lag we missed it but slept like a baby ! Noise level is well managed throughout the day and evening meaning you can fully relax and unwind. This hotel honestly deserves more than 5 stars ! We have had the most incredible honeymoon !
