Secrets Maroma Beach Riviera Cancun was absolutely breathtaking. From the stunning views to the exceptional service and dining experiences, every aspect of the resort exceeded expectations. The staff consistently provided warm, friendly service and were always eager to assist, no matter where we were on the property. The food was outstanding across all restaurants and buffet options — every meal was delicious and thoughtfully prepared. The resort itself was immaculate, well-organized, and beautifully maintained. Our room was cleaned thoroughly each day, and the housekeeping team truly went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. A special thank you to Karen Ramirez, our lobby concierge, who was exceptional throughout our stay. She provided daily updates on resort events, responded promptly to any questions, and was always just a text away when we needed assistance. Her attentiveness and professionalism made our experience even more enjoyable. This was truly a trip of a lifetime, and we would return to this resort without hesitation.

While we have visited many of the secrets resorts, this was our second time visiting Secrets Maroma and this visit was just as wonderful if not more than the first. The food was amazing at every restaurant, the drinks were excellent and staff were so friendly and helpful. Angel, our concierge was especially helpful for any of our wants, needs and requests. He would ask every morning and afternoon if there was anything specific we needed. I would 10/10 recommend this resort.

This was our favorite part of the trip. The whole photo shoot was very professionally done. We took photos at 5 different locations at the resort for over 1 hour. He paid great attention to all the little details and was extremely friendly. We took 150 photos of which we kept 35, very very happy with the end product.

I have no complaints about my recent stay at Secrets Maroma for a business trip. We had a group of about 75 guests and none of us could find a complaint about the resort. I highly recommend staying here and hosting any conference or meeting here.

I'm not even sure where to begin. I have been working with Secrets Maroma for the last two years in anticipation of hosting a business incentive trip at the resort with over 150 attendees. From start to finish the entire process was extremely smooth. Cindy Tun and the rest of the team at Secrets Maroma are truly outstanding. They deserve every accolade and high rating. The attention to detail was above and beyond, every attendee had said it was the best all inclusive they have ever been to. If you are planning a large group they are 10/10 - I was at ease (which is hard as an event planner) throughout the process because I know how exceptional the entire resort is and how hard every level of staff works. I cannot say enough good things about this resort, the food, the beaches, the service are all top notch. Special shoutout to Roberto, our concierge, Cindy Tun in events, Hugo & Alberto in service staff and Aldo in the head role of concierge. Every staff member greets you and anticipates your needs. I will be back!
