Total package experience
From start to finish secrets maroma beach was an unforgettable experience! From the time we checked in we were catered to with a welcome drink , a bellman for luggage and a wonderful check in experience. Everyday all the food ,drinks and service was on point, we even had help booking an excursion stress free! Having concierge for anything for room needs was also amazing hector from building 14 checked on us daily and fulfilled all requests. The location was literally a secret so tucked away from main roads just made the experience even better. One thing I will note is the room had some spots on our first night that DEFINITELY needed a cleaning retouch but as soon as we let concierge know everything was being taken care of. I would hopefully see myself returning in the future!

First trip to Secrets Maroma!!
This was our first time at any Secrets property and wow did we enjoy it!! What stood out to us was all of the food options at the pool during the day! We have stayed at a lot of all inclusives but wow this one was great!! Bramdon Gomez our building 27 concierge was the best!! We upgraded to a preferred club ocean front swim up for $700 for a 4 night stay when we arrived and that was the best thing we did!! Huge pati and great neighbors!! I highly recommend this resort if its in your budget!!

Great experience!
Angel in building 23 was our concierge, he was very helpful in setting up reservations and giving us information on daily activities. Domingo, the waiter at Bordeaux, was super professional and helpful with the menu. He took care of us very well. Brown sugar with the entertainment team, as well as the entire entertainment team, was very funny and inclusive and brought a lot of laughs. Dario, the pool waiter, was a rockstar bringing our group drinks, very attentive and got us food & drinks quickly. Great personality and attitude. Andres, with the coco cafe, was super fun and very sweet. Overall, this resort was a favorite. It was clean, fantastic food, great people, great entertainment. You are getting what you pay for here ! Will definitely be back.

Paradise in Paradise
Had the best time ever. Maroma Beach was everything and more than advertised. Food, entertainment and activities were over the top. Preferred club building concierge Roger Arroyo took care of all our needs from coffee in the morning to champagne at night. Secrets Maroma Beach all inclusive is not to be missed.
