Secrets Maroma Beach Riviera Cancun

This resort was outstanding, both the food and facilities were amazing. Aside from the resort the staff were incredible could not recommend the resort highly enough, even though we had we an issue in our bathroom.

Beautiful beach, employees were all friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the food, drinks and pool. Just starting to explore all inclusives but this resort might have to be a repeat. Everything was fantastic, can't even think of anything negative.

Yet another visit to the wonderful Secrets Maroma Beach, and yet another wonderful vacation. The beautiful sandy beach, superbly manicured grounds, excellent restaurants and bars, lovely weather, and—most of all—wonderful staff made our stay exceptional once again. What more could we ask for? Although every staff member was fantastic, a few deserve special thanks. Erick from Bordeaux is the best and friendliest waiter we’ve encountered at any Secrets resort. Diana, the hostess at Bordeaux, was always pleasant and welcoming. Clary from the lobby bar was especially sweet, friendly, and helpful. The rest of the bar staff were great as well. Hugo, who assisted us around the pool and beach—thank you for your help! Gabriella from the Seaside Grill was wonderful, and finally, Estefani Rodriguez, who came to see us every morning, truly made us feel welcomed. Our thanks also go to all the rest of the staff who were always available whenever we needed anything. Another unforgettable stay!

Our daughter got married at Secrets Maroma Beach the last weekend of November. The resort is absolutely gorgeous. The staff is super attentive and we really appreciated that the resort felt fully staffed, we never had a problem finding someone to assist. The food at all the restaurants was way better than we expected for a large resort and we especially commend the French restaurant. BUt we really want to compliment the Wedding Department staff and Karla in particular. She is organized, patient, thorough and a real problem solver. Her calm professionalism was delightful in the midst of family chaos. She made the wedding event very memorable and the bride and groom were so so happy. She is terrific and we would highly recommend Karla and all the staff for a destination wedding.
