Simply Perfect in every way! This is our 11th visit and we will be back many more times. For us everything is perfect! People who made our trip memorable are: Beach-Franco,Luis, Renee,Wilburth El Patio- Dante and Gabriela Preferred Club-Margarita, Mateo,Carlos,Gabriela,Carlos We love Roberto and Brandon who are the best Concierge! This resort is home to us with all the luxury and customer service most everyone knows us or remembers us which makes us feel like family ❤️

I relied on the excellent 5 star reviews on Trip Advisor to choose Secrets Maroma Beach as our destination for my husband’s 60th birthday and am so glad that I did!! The resort is absolutely beautiful. We were lucky enough to stay in a preferred club honeymoon suite oceanfront room and it was amazing!!! So spacious with gorgeous ocean views. We had the most wonderful butler Bramdon who arranged for us to have room service daily. It was so nice to start the day with fresh fruit, pastries and fresh coffee in the comfort of our room. Brandon was attentive and always made sure he checked on us daily and helped us with anything we needed. He definitely enhanced our stay - thank you Bramdon!! The service and food were outstanding. We splurged for a pool cabana one day which was so worth it and also had massages at the spa which were excellent!! Staff members we would like to recognize for their outstanding service include: Jimmy waiter at Bordeaux and seafood restaurant Catalina at our pool cabana - thank you for the happy birthday cake and singing!! Sebastian our waiter at Bordeaux Nicoletta the hostess at Bordeux Eric at the swim up pool bar Johanna with activity team - so sweet!! We have traveled to many all inclusive in Jamaica, Mexico and Punta Cana and Secrets Maroma Beach ranks among the best resorts we have been to. Highly recommend and we hope to return in the future.

It was an amazing resort with amazing staff. Everyone is super friendly and always available to help in any way. You never need to look far for anyone. Wait staff is super nice and always ahead of the end of your drink. Amazing service! The buildings have your own personal concierge desk. This was something we had not expected. Ours was Roger in Building 26. Super nice and helpful. He was always there to say hello and offer any assistance we may need. This was a super nice touch to the resort. I cannot express how happy staff is here. The pizza guy was great, the Coco Cafe guy was always joking and making everyone laugh. (sorry do not remember everyone's names). The preferred club beach area was well staffed and always someone to help you with your towels. Overall, I cannot stress how good this resort is. Definitely a must visit!!

What an outstanding facility and staff. This was our first trip to Mexico and any reservations we had about going were quickly erased. The food was excellento!!! The staff was overwhelmingly helpful and courteous. Our concierge, Roger, made absolutely sure anything we needed was taken care of. Transportation was always ready to go, rooms always cleaned and turned, schedules maintained, bar and snacks fully stocked, and information/input about activities was always proffered. The nonstop live entertainment was absolutely fantastic and appreciated! Wow do they find some talent. My spouse is concerned that this set the bar too high for any future vacations. It definitely will be hard to beat, but we’re going to keep trying!

It was so amazing anything and everything you needed was taken care of, the bartenders Ariel, Carlos , and a few others that were outstanding. When we went on the beach we were checked up on multiple times and were fully taken care of. The pool was amazing too every waiter was super awesome, angel specifically was very nice and made me and my guest laugh. Our concierge Angel was also really nice, and our made ( forgive me I forgot their name) made sure our room was clean and put together even going so far as to organize our shoes. I’ve never had an experience quite like this and I recommend this place to anybody looking to have an amazing experience!
