Secrets Maroma Beach Riviera Cancun

This was my second time visiting Mexico and my first at Secrets Maroma Beach. I was absolutely impressed by this resort and the staff. The beach is stunning, soft sand with plenty of shade or sun. We couldn’t tell much difference between the preferred and regular lounge areas on the beach, the quality of service & space was excellent in both areas. At the pool, there were so many options to sit right at pool entryway, the pools were heated and large. Drink service was easy and often. We were preferred and our concierge for the building was Marcelo. He was so thorough showing us everything in our room, made it easy to enjoy. He was very accommodating even offering to draw a bath if we wanted it. Louis and Zayda checked in on us daily to ensure we had what we needed. We enjoyed the amenities so much I don’t think we had too much to request but they did ensure we had ice for our champagne and were so kind. The food was exceptional, we enjoyed all the dinner options but if you book preferred be sure to check out the preferred lunch by the pool, you won’t be disappointed. I used the gym a couple of days and Really had a great workout . We even participated in the Spanish classes on the beach. The property offered so many activities during the day and great shows in the evening. Our favorite was the Rovk Show. I will return soon, this time with my husband as this trip was myself and my sister.

Our third stay at Secrets Maroma was absolutely fabulous from arrival to departure. We were so happy to return and see all the beautiful renovations and improvements since our visit last year. The new breakfast restaurant is wonderful, and we especially loved spending time at the Seaside Grill as well. What truly makes this resort so special, however, is the incredible staff. We would like to sincerely thank all of the hardworking employees who made our vacation unforgettable. A special thank you to our favorite restaurant staff: - Angel at the Italian restaurant for his outstanding service and warm personality. - Pablo at the French restaurant for making every dinner such a pleasure. - Rebeca for preparing the most delicious omelettes every morning. - Gabriella, manager of the Seaside Grill, for her warm welcome and excellent hospitality. - Fredy in the breakfast area for his service with a smile and genuine interest in his guests. We would also like to give special recognition to Edy, the pool concierge, who was always there to help set us up comfortably poolside with kindness and attention. And of course, a very special thank you to Katya, the concierge of Building 15, who does a truly fabulous job. Thank you for all your help, attention, and outstanding service throughout our stay. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you to the entire Secrets Maroma team for another unforgettable vacation. We are already looking forward to returning again!

We had an incredible experience at Secrets Maroma Beach Resort in Mexico, and a huge part of that was thanks to our concierge, Bramdon Gomez. From the moment we arrived, Bramdon went above and beyond to make our stay seamless, relaxing, and truly special. He was always professional, friendly, attentive, and quick to help with anything we needed — whether it was restaurant reservations, activity recommendations, transportation assistance, or simply checking in to make sure we were enjoying our vacation. His attention to detail and genuine care for guests really stood out. What impressed us most was how personalized the service felt. Bramdon made us feel valued and welcomed every single day. He consistently exceeded expectations and helped turn an already beautiful resort stay into an unforgettable experience. If you’re staying at Secrets Resort, you are lucky if you get Bramdon Gomez as your concierge. The location of this hotel was perfect! Close to the airport and local excursions. The beach was beautiful. The food and cocktails never disappointed. The rooms clean, beautiful, and all had views of the ocean. Our concierge, Angel, texted us daily with the activities that were going on around the property. He was helpful to answer any questions that we had and made sure we had everything we needed, including transport back to the airport. We would absolutely come back!
