A beautiful resort—the entire complex is stunning, truly a dream! The staff are incredible. Everyone always goes 100% out of their way to make sure you’re doing well, and it really shows. I would especially like to praise Francia from the concierge team and Uriel from the entertainment team. No matter what you needed for the room—cables, etc.—it was taken care of within minutes. And a very special thanks to Uriel from the entertainment team: whenever you had nothing to do, he was always there for you. I can especially recommend the kayak tour—it’s free and offers a different kind of experience. To the entire team: thank you for allowing me to spend so many wonderful days with you.

A wonderful get away
Secrets Maroma beach is amazing, we have been there several times, and it continues to impress us. They have remodeled since we were there last year and they have done a beautiful job! The staff is 10 out of 10! Everyone there starting with the first person you meet until the last one when you leave are so friendly and helpful. Secrets Maroma never disappoints us. The rooms are so clean and well furnished. The entire resort is beautiful and kept immaculate. I can't wait to go back later this year.

Fabulous stay!
Our concierge Angel in building 14 made our stay so great. It was so nice to have a point of contact person to ask questions & get recommendations. The resort is amazing. Everything was taken care of from day 1 and the food was fabulous. I couldn't have imagines a better stay anywhere.

GREAT resort, compromised beach experience.
Outstanding resort. Rooms, pool, lobby, restaurant super modern & clean. Amazing food. EVERYONE is very friendly & helpful. Our concierge Bramdon really took care of us. Most definitely recommend Preferred Club for the perks. Only drawback was all the sargassum the week we were there. Made it impossible to enjoy the ocean, and beach was limited enjoyment as well with all the trucks and heavy equipment removing all of it. But hey, they can’t control that. We would definitely return.

Honeymoon experience
What a fantastic resort with exceptional service from all of the staff. They just couldn't do enough for us from waiting on us by the pool to ensuring every part of our stay felt special. We came on honeymoon and it was worth the long flight. Miguel, Gretica, Estrlla, Andres and all the other staff, thank you. You are all amazing people. We had a very memorable time thanks to you all
