This was our 13th all inclusive resort, and our favorite!!! It is the perfect size, no long halls to the restaurants. The grounds are beautiful and liked they have signs to identify the plants. The little animals are cute to see if you're lucky. Our room was perfect. Housekeeping seemed to be like magic elves, always spotless, and fast. We upgraded to the Preferred Club, because I'm spoiled. The club is nice to visit before dinner or after the beach. We rented a cabana everyday, Eder, Ivan, Andy, and Lucas were the very best. The beach is breathtaking, you can walk for miles. The sand is never hot, zero rocks, and cleaned everyday. Our favorite restaurants were the Portifinos and Bordeaux. The food is great no matter what you order. We never waited or were hurried. Service is impeccable, thank you Bernie. Made a reservation for the Hibachi, Glade we did, William and Vincent are great. The World Cafe is my favorite for breakfast, lots of fresh everything. Sr. Edgar and the harp player made it a lovely way to start our day. The grilled fish by the pool at lunch was my super treat of the day ! The chef is a true Top Chef, I looked forward to eating fish each day. David (Mini Cooper) is a delight. There was a saxophone player floating in the pool, so beautiful. The entertainment is just out of this world. The singer in the lobby was lovely. The Divo singers melted my heart. Have to say my favorite was the Traditional Mexican show. The music and dancing was just happy. Lucy in the lobby is a real professional. We came with another couple who are VIP members. I definitely know why, they chose Secrets. A trip back for us is a top priority for us as soon as possible. Love the other guest we meet, and an adult resort. Want to say thank you to all for the outstanding visit. And a hats off to Roger our concierge, a fine gentleman.

My wife and I still talk about the wonderful experience we had. We loved every minute. The room was very nice and more than we expected. The staff was always concerned about how we were and if we needed anything. The food and service was great. You gave us an truly great vacation.

Had a great time at Secrets Maroma. Relaxing getaway for my wife and I. One of the bests beaches we have stayed at. Upgraded to ocean front swim out room, amazing room!! Only downside to swimout room this time of year was pool was cold. Friendly and helpful staff, excellent drink and food service on the beach.

Wonderful hotel, staff, food, spa, the only downside was the hard sell for time share which takes almost 2 1/2 hours ! They would not take NO for an answer & it made me feel uncomfortable. Other than that I can't not fault the staff at all there were all genuine friendly & happy staff.

We just returned from a week - and were so sad we didn't have a few more days. From the moment we checked in, we were pampered and well taken care of. Carlos checked us in, made sure we didn't have any questions, and made reservations for us at Himitsu (be sure to do so early in the week, it is well worth it.) As we were checking in, a waiter came over to take drink orders and was very attentive. We were in building 22, and our concierge, Mariano, was wonderful. He helped with anything we needed. Within minutes of calling him, someone was at our door. I was amazed he remembered each guest's name. He also made sure we had no glitches checking out, and that our luggage was picked up promptly. The only "complaint" I had was we left earlier than his shift and didn't get to see him to give him a tip for all he had done for us during our stay. The restaurants were all very good. The breakfast buffet had anything we could want, and the omelet chefs did a great job. During breakfast the had live music, from a pianist to a harpist which was a great way to wake up. The smoothie bar was also a nice touch. There was an older gentlemen on the waitstaff who worked breakfast and lunch (I didn't get his name), who was very accommodating us. Lunch was also good at the buffet - the flank steak grilled upon order was very good. For lunch, the grill and pizza outside by the pool were good, but we loved the barefoor
