Secrets Maroma Beach Riviera Cancun

Secrets Maroma is one of the best all inclusive resorts. We have been there a number of times and it keeps keeping better. The staff is outstanding. Building concierge our quarter back Brandon building 27, made all things possible for a great vacation. Thanks to Roger building 26. Many thanks to all managerial staff Rodrigo, Gabriella, Veronica, & Julio. The food from Chef Juan is Five Star. Rubin at the grill , thanks again. The pool concierge Manny, Eddy, Hugo & Maurico always there for any pool side needs. I would like to give a shoutout to Hechtor in the Italian restaurant, Alfredo from breakfast and Sara from World cafe. There are other wait staff that were part of the team, I’m embarrassed to say I don’t remember their names. Special thanks to Isamar & Eber who kept us hydrated at poolside and very happy. Always to glad to see Omar at the pool keeping us entertained. It is a pleasure to watch all staff to work as a team and be so attentive to guests. Can’t wait to return to our family at Maroma . My wife and I recently stayed at Secrets Maroma Beach Riviera Cancun for 5 nights. This was our first time staying at a Secrets resort and it did not disappoint. We stayed in the Preferred Junior Suite Ocean View. Our room was on the fourth floor and the view was fantastic. We were worried we wouldn't see much of the ocean but top floor apparently has the best view. The service was beyond exceptional. Everyone was very helpful and we especially liked the sunglass cleaning at the pool. You wouldn't think that would be a big deal but it was so helpful. Since my wife and I are not "adventurous" eaters, we found the food to be good but not spectacular. The Bordeaux was by far our favorite restaurant, we went there two nights. We had a beach day and yes, the sargassum was pretty heavy, we still enjoyed our day. They kept the beach as clean as they could. I even tipped the guy who went back and forth all day in the tractor. If you stay and see them, you should tip them too. They may be the hardest working people on the resort. Great place, great vacation, and will definitely consider going back but will probably check out other Secrets resorts first!

My husband and I recently celebrated our 10-year wedding anniversary at Secrets Maroma, and overall, what made this trip truly special was the incredible staff. The resort itself is absolutely stunning, with beautifully maintained grounds, a breathtaking beach, and the newly renovated Preferred Club Lounge, which quickly became one of our favorite places to relax. The standout star of our stay was Brandon, our concierge in Building 27. Simply put, Brandon is the gold standard of hospitality. His kindness, professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine desire to make our anniversary memorable were unmatched. He anticipated needs before we even expressed them and consistently went above and beyond throughout our stay. Brandon is an absolute diamond, and Secrets Maroma is fortunate to have him representing the resort. He was, without question, the best part of our experience. The bar team at the Preferred Club Lounge was equally exceptional. Rogelio, Eduardo, and Ernesto not only crafted outstanding cocktails, but learned our names from day one and welcomed us each visit with warm smiles and genuine enthusiasm. They created an atmosphere that felt less like a resort bar and more like coming home to friends each evening. Luis at the poolside pizza restaurant deserves special recognition as well. He made one of the best pizzas we enjoyed during our trip, but what impressed us even more was his charisma, kindness, and obvious dedication to his work. Every morning at Market Cafe, Christiano greeted guests with a smile and remained attentive and welcoming throughout breakfast service. Rodger, who stepped in as our concierge when needed, was equally helpful and ensured we were well taken care of. We would also like to recognize Aldo, the Chief Concierge, for personally addressing concerns we experienced during our stay. His professionalism, responsiveness, and sincere commitment to guest satisfaction did not go unnoticed. At Barefoot Grill, Audomaro worked tirelessly day after day, often serving multiple guests at once while maintaining a positive attitude and excellent service. Anna at the pool was consistently quick, efficient, and always greeted us with a smile, making long days by the water even more enjoyable. The only challenge we experienced during our stay was an ongoing air conditioning issue in our room. While it was unfortunate, we want to acknowledge that the staff, particularly Brandon, Rodger and Aldo, who did everything within their power to assist us and ensure we felt heard and valued throughout the process. At the end of the day, beautiful resorts can be found in many destinations, but exceptional people are much harder to find. The staff at Secrets Maroma are what set this property apart, and they are the reason we will continue to return to Secrets Maroma.

Secrets Maroma is a 5 Diamond Resort because they make us feel like family. It’s the most relaxing, tucked away paradise that one can only imagine. Their service is by far the best we have ever had, food is outstanding and the atmosphere is just calming and surreal. From Eddy and Ana at the pool to Alex and Antonio in the Himitsu, Freddy and Cristiano in the World Cafe and last but not least, to BRANDON the concierge in building 27. All are such wonderful, happy, caring people. You just don’t find this at every resort. We are blessed to know them all and appreciate each and every single person and everyone else as well, who gave us such outstanding service. We will ALWAYS return to our second home! Don’t miss out on Maroma!

Highly recommend this hotel. It’s beautiful. The food is superior. The atmosphere is so relaxing. The pool is so relaxing and peaceful. The restaurants are amazing.
