Terrible, and terrible with expedia and terrible if you reach out to the resort
So dont be fooled. Even if you book here you are not guaranteed travel to and from the resort. We arrived to find out expedia, nor the resort arranged transport. It will cost you 120 american to get to the hotel from the cancun airport. If you call the resort they will tell you they cant help you and if you call expedia, you will be put in a call circle till you give up. Good luck to you all!! Lol

Relaxing, pampered and luxurious!
The staff and service was amazing! The property was meticulously maintained. The ease of getting chairs by the pool or beach was fantastic. In addition getting to go to dinner without reservations was took stress out having to plan or be disappointed by the lack of options! The food everyday was delicious.

Wonderful resort!
We confirm all the good things that the other reviews say. Things you should know: 1. The swimming pool floor is quite rough, bring water shoes. 2. The preferred lounge is not the beach club bar, ask someone to explain the location. Your concierge might be able to help you find an inflatable to use for the pool (prior guests leave them behind). The bartenders are extremely accommodating to create cocktails that aren’t on the menu. 4. Pay attention to the dress code requirements, people did get turned away.

Nice holiday in Secrets Maroma Beach!
The beach and the nature are fantastic! All the personnel is polite and helpful. Special thanks to our concierge Angel as he is always available for whatever we need. Hotel facilities are one of the best in which we have been. Food in all the restaurants is tasteful and delicious and service is at very high level.

Best resort in Cancun
We had the most wonderful time at Maroma! From the very start the staff are all insanely helpful, getting you drinks, very kind, and treating you like royalty. We had Roger as our building concierge and he was AMAZING! Very helpful, quick at responding and helped us get the most out of our vacation. The food is INCREDIBLE. Special thanks to Ruben the master chef for going above and beyond in making us delicious picanha tacos and chocolate covered strawberries. If you can, we’d recommend getting a beach cabana if it’s sunny out. We got it all 3 days we were there and we had Manuel as our beach concierge and Miguel as our server and they were both AMAZING! Miguel was so kind and went above and beyond with the service. I could not recommend this resort more. We will definitely be coming back.
