Secrets did not disappoint!
We had such a great time at Secrets! The resort is beautiful and very clean. The customer service is exceptional. Angel Lopez, our concierge, was outstanding! So attentive and friendly. Highly recommend!

Time of my Life!
If you are looking for an absolute wonderful vacation come to Secrets Maroma. The food, the rooms, The Service was the best ever! The staff treats you like family!! Two ladies that were so helpful named Talia and Karen who worked at the concierge desk are two examples of service with smiles!! They were absolutely true examples of what customer service is all about. The entire staff rates 10 Stars!!!! Going to Cancun this is the place to go!!!!!!!!!

Great All-Inclusive
We had a great experience. The service is absolutely fabulous in all aspects. You are never without a drink or food option. The Preferred Club rooms have great perks that are worth the price. The only disappointment was the beach- nobody was spending time on the beautiful beach due to the seaweed. Also, even though our room was an ocean view, you could not see the ocean at all (might want to be more specific about the room views). The weather was gorgeous and the nightly entertainment was very good.

Great place to enjoy vacations
Great place to enjoy vacations. Delicious food and every body very kind and attentive to help. Karen, Daniela, Adriadna, Sergio and Efrain were great hosts. The only point to improve in my opinion is the taste of some beverages like Piña colada and Daikiri. Overall, we had a great time!

Secrets Maroma vacation
The secerets maroma beach is one of the most stunning hotels I’ve ever stayed in and I’ve been all over the world in lots of stunning hotels , all the staff and concierges are so helpful and friendly (especially angel our concierge he helped us organise our whole holiday and there was so many amazing activities to do) I couldn’t recommend this place enough wether you be in a couple or as a family such a friendly and great vibe and the rooms are immaculately clean. If you are looking for hotels in the playa del carmen area, this one is a standout pick
