Secrets Maroma Beach Riviera Cancun

Our third stay at Secrets Maroma was absolutely fabulous from arrival to departure. We were so happy to return and see all the beautiful renovations and improvements since our visit last year. The new breakfast restaurant is wonderful, and we especially loved spending time at the Seaside Grill as well. What truly makes this resort so special, however, is the incredible staff. We would like to sincerely thank all of the hardworking employees who made our vacation unforgettable. A special thank you to our favorite restaurant staff: - Angel at the Italian restaurant for his outstanding service and warm personality. - Pablo at the French restaurant for making every dinner such a pleasure. - Rebeca for preparing the most delicious omelettes every morning. - Gabriella, manager of the Seaside Grill, for her warm welcome and excellent hospitality. - Fredy in the breakfast area for his service with a smile and genuine interest in his guests. We would also like to give special recognition to Edy, the pool concierge, who was always there to help set us up comfortably poolside with kindness and attention. And of course, a very special thank you to Katya, the concierge of Building 15, who does a truly fabulous job. Thank you for all your help, attention, and outstanding service throughout our stay. The location of this hotel was perfect! Close to the airport and local excursions. The beach was beautiful. The food and cocktails never disappointed. The rooms clean, beautiful, and all had views of the ocean. Our concierge, Angel, texted us daily with the activities that were going on around the property. He was helpful to answer any questions that we had and made sure we had everything we needed, including transport back to the airport. We would absolutely come back!

My husband and I had an incredibly relaxing and enjoyable time at Secrets Maroma for our five year anniversary. The staff were extremely attentive and kind and went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of. Our room was spacious and the staff kept it very clean. The resort is beautiful, and the food was delicious! I would go back in a heartbeat!
