Secrets Maroma Beach Riviera Cancun

We had a wonderful stay. The staff treat you like family, not strangers. Hector Arenas, Alberto (beach waiter), & Rhoena (Unlimited member services), all went above and beyond to take care of our every needs. A special thanks to all of the chefs & servers who made sure us vegans had something delicious to eat. We will definitely be returning soon.

This location along with their dedicated staff & service was truly an out-of-this-world experience! The atmosphere they created at Secrets Maroma was so incredible to not only relax in but to also be cared for was indescribable. The amenities were wonderful along with the room and cleaning services they offered. This trip was worth its value and more! The food, the stay, the beach, and the weather were exactly what my girlfriend and I needed after working non-stop from the winter, and the only downside was that we wished we couldn't stay longer. We're already planning on going back for her birthday in the fall haha! My thanks and blessings to the dedicated staff under Miguel V.'s management and to the staff that catered to our time on the beach and poolside!

Had a fabulous relaxing week at Secrets Maroma. Whilst the facilities & food were great with plenty of choice it was the quality & excellent customer service of the staff that made the difference. Marco, Leo, Alberto, Salvador, Misael, Freddy & Eduado all really stood out in excellent service. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Me and my boyfriend had the opportunity to stay here from a family member and we had an exceptional time. The location was beautiful such amazing qualities all around the hotel. Amazing food, beautiful views of nature and the ocean. The pool was also a great spot to relax. Very clean and always had activities to do. The room was amazing, the bed was super comfortable and clean. The housekeepers did an amazing job. Would come twice a day once in the morning to make the bed and bring clean towels and at night they would set up the bed for sleeping and always left yummy chocolates. Also, the staff here is amazing! Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Thank you to Roberto, Zayda, Luis, and Omar for an incredible experience. Would definitely recommend and hope to be back soon.
