Best All Inclusive experience ever.
The staff was terrific. Made you feel welcomed. They were friendly and attentive. The location was great because it was isolated and it made for a relaxing vacation without any hustle and bustle. The room was well maintained, clean and spacious. Secrets had enough activities but not too many to be overwhelming. Not too big, not too small, just right. All the food and service at all its venues was uniformly excellent.

M&M Wedding
This is my second time at Secrets Maroma. We got married on 1/17/26 and had 38 guest. Location and beach is amazing. One of the best beaches in Cancun. Very little sargassum. We upgraded to a honeymoon suite for this trip. Great location and view of the beach. The check in process and availability wasn’t the best. Some of my guest rooms were not available until after 4:00 pm. Check in at 3:00 pm. We had rehearsal dinner on Friday and my parent’s room wasn’t available until after 5:00 pm. Food was amazing except the Teppan restaurant. Guillermo’s our concierge was amazing. Mercedes our housekeeper was consistent. Karla A. Exceptional Service
My husband and I had a fantastic trip. This resort exceeded our expectations. First class food and service. The staff was exceptional! Huge shoutout to Leo, Danny and Isabelle who really got us up and having a great time enjoying all the fun activities this resort has to offer! Thank for everything, we will be back!

Our favorite resort in Mexico. We had a great time. The service was impeccable and the food was excellent. Will definitely return this year! Bramdon, our concierge, was fabulous. Jesus, at the Barefoot Grill, makes fantastic fish tacos, and was more than accommodating. Massage by Lily was the best I’ve ever had.
