We have spent time at many Secrets and Breathless resorts. The culture of this resort was actually more service-oriented that others in the chain. We found that the staff was really top-notch. The preferred club staff always went out of their way with the best service we have received. This resort also had the best food we have had on any of our trips. Highly Recommend. The preferred club was excellent.

We had the best week at Secrets Maroma Beach! Before we arrived, Karen Ramirez, the lobby concierge helped us book beach Bali beds and pool cabanas. She was so helpful and kind! I was so excited to meet her once we arrived. Betsabe Olivares worked with me to book an amazing private dinner for our group. She answered all my questions and even moved our location bc of the beach conditions. Luis Sosa/Zayda were the absolute best UVC Concierges! They spent the whole week with us planning great activities and restaurant recommendations! They made sure our trip was incredible!! Erika with UVC was so kind and so helpful in assisting our large group checking in and offering support all week. Mariana in the spa made our spa experience one to remember. She helped us plan an amazing spa day for the girls! Angel Lopez was our personal concierge and he was so helpful to us in our building and really made our trip easy! I can't wait to come back to Secrets Maroma Beach!!

We did the preferred room for our stay and Karen Ramirez was our personal concierge, she made sure to go above and beyond to make our time amazing and always found a way to make things happen. She was amazing! Everyone that worked at secrets was amazing and so welcoming and helpful. Make sure to do the preferred thy had two exclusive bars with amazing food as well, which added a special touch to the already amazing stay. The grounds were amazing the French restaurant was my favorite, but all the food was amazing.
