Secrets Maroma Beach Riviera Cancun

The best all inclusive resort we have been to yet! Roger Arroyo was an amazing concierge and he made our stay extra special. The food here was great too!

Secrets was a great stay all the staff was welcoming and customer services was exceptional. Angel was also a great concierge to us and provided a great service to us while on vacation. Food was great, pools were awesome, entertainment was awesome. Just wish the ocean was clear and didn’t have the seaweed but didn’t stop us from enjoying our time at this great resort.

Huge shout out to the following people that made our stay over the tip: Marcelo (building concierge), Alfredo & Manny (Preferred Club Lunch area), Franco & Jose (beach concierge), Veronica (Italian Restaurant), Rene (drinks at the beach). Really want to extend an extra comment for Alfredo because he is over the top. He always took extremely good care of us and he truly made our experience amazing. He deserves a ton of recognition. He always had a smile on his face and truly such a hard worker.

Been to several Secrets and they are very consistent and excellent across the board. Customer service is on point from start to finish. Great food options. I have a sensitive stomach and I did not get sick once, and I even ate sushi etc. Room was clean and well maintained. We had the swim out suite. It was worth it for afternoon swims and avoiding the crowds at the pool. Overall 5 star. Will return.

Writing We went to Secrets Maroma Beach mainly to unwind, but it ended up being a really well-rounded holiday with plenty to enjoy. We stayed in a Junior Suite Ocean View, which was excellent. Spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with a great view to wake up to each morning. The grounds are beautifully kept and give the whole resort a really premium feel, whether you’re by the pool or walking through the gardens. The beach itself is stunning, with soft white sand and loads of space. The staff clearly work hard every day to clear the seaweed, which we appreciated. That said, while we were there, the sea conditions and seaweed meant it wasn’t really suitable for swimming, which is worth being aware of. Food was a big highlight. There’s a really good variety of restaurants, and the quality was consistently high, so you never feel stuck for choice. There’s also plenty going on throughout the day and in the evenings if you want to get involved. The entertainment staff were brilliant — friendly, fun, and created a great atmosphere without ever being pushy, which made a big difference. Overall, it was a great trip with a good balance of relaxation, good food, and things to do. We’d definitely recommend it.
