Secrets Maroma Beach Riviera Cancun

Excellent staff and beautifully maintained property. Food was delicious. Beach is gorgeous and even a little rural toward the one side of the resort so it isn’t surrounded by other resorts. Can’t say enough about how kind the staff is. One of the best if not the best AI resort we’ve stayed in regards to the friendliness of the staff and service. Only negative is that they do immediately start the sale of the “vacation club” at check in. The perk is a free spa session. We chose the massage and it was wonderful! BUT note that if you’re on a shorter vacation a they tell you 1.5 hours of your time…it’s not true. We were there almost 3 hours. And they do pressure a lot. We said no and were visited by a few more “managers” even after we said no. So be prepared for that. Wish I’d have read more about it to be more knowledgeable about how long it would take.

The Maroma is one of the most beautiful resorts we have stayed in. They have a concierge in each building to help you with your stay Angel Lopez was amazing. So helpful and answered all our questions. Breakfast by the beach on Sunday serenaded by a violinist. The beach was gorgeous and the pools were amazing. Food was the best! Healthy options and not so healthy lol. They were on top of their service. David at the Prefered Beach Club Bar treated us like he was our best friend. All the servers treated us like they were our friends. The property was laid out well. Very clean. Rooms were big and comfortable. Many activities were offered. Will go back again !

We had a wonderful time as an adult family at this all-inclusive resort. There were plenty of activities offered throughout the day and evening, along with beautiful pools and a stunning beach. We also had a beach-view room that provided excellent views of both the sunrise and sunset over the ocean. The service was amazing—we reserved the Bali beds on the beach twice and received excellent care from Melissa and Jose. The food was outstanding, and we were able to dine at all of the restaurants. Our favorites were the sushi and the hibachi Felipe was an fun and outstanding waiter. Our Concierge Miguel was very helpful with all of our request This is our 5th time Secrets Maroma Beach Riviera Cancun we will be back again

Absolutely amazing time at Secrets Maroma with my husband for our honeymoon. It is such a stunning hotel, the room was immaculate with a beautiful swim out pool and romantic jacuzzi bath which was a lovely special touch. The pools, bars and restaurants all top class and the food was delicious, never had as good food at an all inclusive before! The staff treat you like a close friend or family they are all so friendly and can’t do enough for you! Special mention to the entertainment team especially the wonderful Omar who always made sure everyone had fun by the pool and put some great activities on, he’s a top guy! Will definitely return and recommend Secrets to all our family and friends thanks for making our honeymoon so amazing!
