PHENOMENAL HOSPITALITY
Secrets Maroma Beach was in fact beautiful from the people to the hospitality from the moment we arrived i didnt want to leave. Marcelo our concierge was amazing every step of the way providing us updates and daily activities for us to enjoy. I would definitely be going back!. Alfredo from the preffered club lounge was absolutely amazing the seafood to die for !!

Spectacular Honeymoon Experience!
Our honeymoon at Secrets Maroma Beach Riviera Cancun was absolutely unforgettable from start to finish. Every part of the experience exceeded our expectations and made us feel truly relaxed, welcomed, and celebrated during such a special time in our lives. The resort itself is stunning, the atmosphere is peaceful and luxurious, and the level of service throughout our stay was exceptional. A special thank you to our concierge, Katya, whose professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail made our trip even more memorable. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect and always made us feel taken care of. We were also incredibly impressed with the restaurant selection and the quality of the food. Every meal felt like a fine dining experience, with amazing flavors, fresh ingredients, and outstanding service at each restaurant we visited. There was so much variety that every night felt unique and exciting. We left with amazing memories and cannot recommend Secrets Maroma Beach enough for anyone looking for a romantic and truly first-class getaway. We are already looking forward to coming back someday!

Great Experience Twice
This was the second time my boyfriend and I came to this resort and everything was amazing from the food, activities to even the workers! Roger, Angel and Oscar made our experience great and treated us with nothing but kindness and exceptional service.

This was a fantastic experience from the resort, to the food, and most importantly the staff. Everyone was beyond nice, helpful, and at your service. Highly recommend this resort. Ask for Roberto Canul as your room concierge as he was the best!!
