Perfect Resort for a couple seeking rest and recharging.
We absolutely loved this resort! We have stayed in all-inclusives all around Cancun, including Dreams/Secrets, and we enjoyed this stay the most. This Secrets is not connected to a Dreams, so it is truly adults-only. It is quiet, spotless, and beautiful. The food is amazing, and the drinks are high-quality. We loved the whole staff; Emmy, Alejandra, and Daniel in entertainment were so much fun, and Wilbert the lifeguard was so kind and attentive when I scraped my foot (all my fault!). Francisimmo and Mauricio (French restaurant and Oceana) were outstanding, and the young woman with big brown glasses in the World Café made me incredible crepes for lunch every day! We felt pampered, relaxed, and completely safe throughout our stay.

Unmatched Hospitality
We had such a wonderful stay on our annual Girls' Trip! There were plenty of pool chairs, excellent service, and good food. The restaurants were easy to get into and the lobby drinks were delicious. The hospitality was perfect! Our concierge Hector was excellent. He was friendly, kept us up to date on all activities, and checked in regularly. Between Oscar, Leonardo, Wilberth (fantastic cabana service!), Manny, Johana, Hugo, Sara, and Marvin- we had every need met! Thank you all for such hospitality!

Best resort ever!
Wow! Secrets Maroma did not disappoint! The accommodations were clean, updated and spa like. Food was fantastic, especially at the French, Asian, and Oceanic restaurants. But the staff was what made our experience 5 star! They cater to your every need and provide what you need before you even know you need it! We were sitting in the sun melting and our concierge, Guillermo had the staff bring over an umbrella, gave us cooling towels and cleaned our glasses! Staff was everywhere and very attentive. Good entertainment and activities. Our excursions to Cozumel and Tulum were excellent and the resort is happy to assist booking. Overall great experience, highly recommend!
