Secrets Maroma Beach Riviera Cancun

Excellent service from our concierge Katya. The best ever! Great food! Too many people around the pool! Lot’s of sea weeds OMG!

This was our 3rd stay at Secrets Maroma and we are as in love as ever! This resort is at the top when it comes to just about everything you would wish for. Start with location. Maroma beach is one of the most beautiful when the sargassum is out to sea. While we were there it was minimal. As always the workers are so hard after it and trying to keep things clear. Our room was everything we could ask for in the way of comfort. We had excellent housekeeping and mini bar service. As far as concierge goes we were totally attended to by first our UVC concierge Zayda and Luis, and by Issac our UVC rep. And then by Marcelo Marin our building 16 concierge. He couldn’t have been more attentive. Any need or concern we mentioned was immediately addressed. Thanks Marcelo! The pool attendants work so hard and are so pleasant. We had numerous conversations with Franco and he always able to help us find what we needed. Even making some spa and cabana reservations for us. Our beach waiter Dario ( spelling ?) was on the spot and our fav pool bartender was Omar. The entertainment team is awesome and I wish I remembered their names. They work ALL day long to give the guests a fun experience. One name I definitely remember is Hector. Thank you Hector for all the fun! You were always there!❤️ To sum it up we had an awesome vacation and Maroma remains one of our absolute favorites!

Across the board, 100/100 Amazing resort!

We recently stayed at Secrets Maroma Beach and overall had a really great experience. The resort itself is beautiful, with one of the most stunning beaches we’ve ever seen—soft white sand. There was a lot of seaweed but the staff was working very hard to clean it. The staff truly made our stay special. Our butler, from bldg.25, Roberto, went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. He was attentive, professional, and always available when we needed anything. We also want to give a special thank you to Rodriguez Estefani, who was incredibly friendly, sweet, helpful, respectful, and resourceful throughout our stay. Interactions like these really made a difference and made us feel welcome and cared for. The food was another big plus. There were plenty of options, and we enjoyed most of the restaurants we tried. Service was consistently good, and the overall atmosphere of the resort felt relaxing and well-maintained. There was a small misunderstanding at the Mexican restaurant regarding some extra charges for tequila, but it was smoothly handled by a manager during checkout. The only downside for us was the spa—we found it to be extremely overpriced for what was offered. While the facilities looked nice, the pricing didn’t feel justified compared to other similar experiences we’ve had. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would definitely consider coming back, especially for the beach, the food, and the amazing staff.

Absolutely a must on your bucket list. This place is top notch. You will not regret it. The minute you arrive via your transport they swing open your door & greet you with a smile & say welcome home. From that moment on you will not lift a finger. We were lucky enough to have Daniel for our arrival & departure he was so efficient, friendly & clearly loves what he does to make everything run smoothly. Check in was seamless. We did the preferred & were brought directly to a private area & sat down greeted with a glass of champagne each. We were assigned our room & then taken to our building via golf cart. Aaron was our guide & brought us to our room. He was pleasant & showed us around our suite & gave us a run down on everything in our room & about the resort. We stayed in building 27 Oceanfront & it was breathtaking. Brandon was our concierge & went above & beyond for us. He made sure our refrigerator was stocked with anything we asked for. He arranged breakfast in bed for the next morning & there after we had a pot of fresh coffee waiting for us every morning at 9am. He arranged for our Bali bed & our reservations for the Teppanyaki table. Every morning on the way to the beach he would greet us asking how we were and if we had any special request. One day he actually came down to the beach to see how we were & if we needed anything. Bali bed is a MUST. Treat yourself to getting one. Even if it’s just for one day. You will have private butler service for the day. Your drinks will be cold all day long they keep switching out ice buckets for you. They even bring you wet towels to cool you down from the heat. Shout out to Alberto who was our server the very first day & greeted us every day by our first names he was awesome, friendly & accommodating checking on us the whole week! I need to wrap this up so let me say that the food was amazing in every restaurant, service was above and beyond everywhere from the pool, the bars & the shows I can go on all day. This resort is immaculate & everyone here truly will treat you like royalty. I cannot stress enough that this place is a must!!!! Thank you secrets for making our 30th wedding anniversary magical.
