Amazing experience
Found Secrets Maroma Beach for our honeymoon and couldn’t have had a better experience. This was our first adults only All-inclusive and I don’t know how we are going to get better. The service was impeccable and the food and drinks were fantastic for an all inclusive. (If you get preferred, just avoid the preferred restaurant for lunch, not a good meal) We stayed for 5 nights and each day was full of activity for us. The beach was beautiful and they did a fantastic job of cleaning the sargassum each day that we barely noticed it. Our concierge, Roberto, was amazing. Attentive but not pushy, and made our stay amazing. Omar from the entertainment team was a great time, and made it a point to say hi to us every day. Overall, the experience was amazing and we can’t wait to get back in the future! Only downside for us was that the pools are not heated and it was definitely chilly! Next time we won’t get a swim out room during this time of the year as it was freezing in our room pool.

Romantic and Perfect Getaway
This was our first time at all inclusive and it did not disappoint! What a beautiful resort! I recommend upgrading to the junior suite Preferred Room. Our room was top corner room with private pool And porch with gorgeous view of ocean. The room was beautiful and we were greeted with bottle of champagne. Our concierge was Guillermo Saldana and he was lovely… he surprised me for my 50th bday by having a sign on door and balloons and rose petal and birthday cake in the room. The restaurants were all delicious. The service was top level And everything was romantic and perfect. So relaxing! I loved sitting by the ocean and the Cabana boys made sure we had beverages and food. Make sure you bring tip money - it’s not expected but they are working so hard you want to tip them. We loved every minute and plan to come back. We only stayed 3 days - next time we want to do a week. Also my massage was amazing - definitely book one while here!
