Secrets Maroma Beach Riviera Cancun

We stayed a week at Secrets Maroma Beach. Although the weather was a bit warm, the overall stay was wonderful. We previously stayed at Secrets Maroma seven years ago, and were relieved to find that the quality has not declined. The staff were friendly and attentive. The quality of the food and drinks was outstanding. The facility itself (room, restaurants, cafes) were obviously well maintained. Overall, we had a great time.

My husband and I celebrated our Anniversary there. We upgraded to an Oceanfront room. Our concierge, Marcelo was amazing. He always greeted us by name and made sure we had everything we needed. The resort was beautiful, staff friendly and helpful, the grounds were impeccable and the food was wonderful.

We stayed at Secrets Maroma and Bramdon was our Conceirge where he went above and beyond to provide us the quality service and over all Secrets staff was great at maintaining the name of the brand. I highly recommend members like Bramdon as part of Secrets team and be assigned more Management roles so they are providing the same quality care across the same way they did for me and my family

This resort blew us away in every way. The food was exceptional and not your typical all inclusive quality. My wife is celiac and the staff were always very good at attending to this and the menus all had multiple great gluten free options. The staff were very attentive to us and our needs and seemed to genuinely care. The resort was immaculate and very well kept. We will be highly recommending this to friends and will return one day ourselves. Best way we could have spent a 2 week honeymoon!

Wonderful resort. I got a taste of how the rich and pampered live. And I like it! Beautiful and spotless grounds. Clean and comfortable suites. Did you know that you can request a pillow to suit you? The food and entertainment were amazing. Best trained staff of any hotel that I've ever stayed at. They really want you to come back. I'm not a big drinker, so I can only say that my occasional margarita was delicious. My hubby enjoyed his beer. We had a swim out suite. Worth every cent of the price. Transfer to and from the airport was handled expertly by Amstar. Registered for our suite with a glass of champagne in our hands. God willing, we will be back next year.
