Secrets Maroma Beach Riviera Cancun

We really enjoyed our stay at Secrets Maroma. We really liked the aesthetic and the vibe. They have a lot of fun things to do like games throughout the day but we really just focused on relaxing by the pool. Service was amazing. Like, whatever they pay the staff or whatever training program they do for their staff, wow. Keep it up. We did not have a single experience with any staff member that did not leave us saying, "man everyone is really nice". The restaurants were good I would say a 7.5 out of 10. They have a French, Italian, Mexican, Mediterranean food and Sushi/teppan yaki style. Plus a steak house/seafood. We had a chance to attend the french Italian and Sushi place and were pleasantly surprised. The steak house was fine, great ambiance at every place. All in all, I would definitely recommend this place and plan to go back if I'm looking for a relaxing vacation.

Spent a week at Secrets Maroma for a relaxing and fun getaway. Staff was really great and professional. Zayda and Brandon G. especially went out of their way to assist us drying our stay. Room was beachfront in building 27 and views were excellent. The staff at building 27 all took care of us. Food and drinks were really good as well, the Preferred staff at the bars made us good drinks. We really appreciate the courteous and helpful staff. The beach was cleaned daily but unfortunately the sargassum kept us out of the gulf waters. We did take a trip to Isla Mujeres, booked out of the hotel and the trip was a half day and the beaches and waters at Isla were worth the getaway.

We just got back from Secret Maroma. The trip was truly the best we have taken. We have stayed at several Secrets, this was our favorite. We had a swimout room which I would highly recommend. It was a beautiful room. The service where ever you went was great and very attentive. So much food!!! You definitely will find something you like to eat. The entertainment was so professional and amazing. Hector went over and beyond. Always asking if we needed anything. We definitely will be back!!!

I went to Secrets Maroma in Cancun and had an absolutely awesome time. Karen Ramirez was especially helpful getting both my sister and myself a scooter to ride around. We both are deeply grateful for the time she spent getting all of this set up. I would have never been able to walk the resort. The entire staff was always there waiting to help you with any need you have. Edy at the pool upgraded us every day with a warm smile and a happy hola. Are concierge Marco make sure we had everything we needed. Adrian made sure every single day that we had water in our room which I'm very grateful for. It was an absolutely amazing week.
