Secrets Maroma Beach Riviera Cancun

We visited Secrets Maroma Beach Riviera Cancun ten years ago, and returning reminded us why we loved it so much. The resort app and our concierge kept us well informed about everything happening each day. The staff throughout the resort were exceptional—always friendly, pleasant, and eager to help, just as we remembered from our first visit. One thing that always stayed with us was our concierge Miguel from ten years ago. He was incredibly attentive and made such a lasting impression that we still remembered him all these years later. During this visit, Alexandro and William were wonderful waiters who made our dining experiences even better. Our housekeeping attendant, Maria kept our room spotless each day and provided perfect evening turndown service. Our concierge, Francia was fantastic—always responsive, helpful, and kept us informed daily. I especially looked forward to the breakfast buffet every morning. There was a huge variety of food, and everything we tried was delicious. It was truly a great way to start each day. The landscaping throughout the resort is beautifully maintained, and the pool and beach areas are very relaxing and pleasant. The beach attendants delivering food and cocktails were attentive, friendly, and had great personalities that made the experience even more enjoyable. The people here truly make this resort special, and it’s one of the main reasons we were so happy to return.

Secrets Maroma Beach exceeded our expectations in every way. My girlfriend and I went for a 1 week vacation and had an amazing time. The staff was always extremely attentive and kind throughout our stay, bringing us drinks, food, snacks, etc... The events planned throughout the week were unique and fun, and gave us something to look forward to every day. There are multiple events planned for every hour of the day, so you'll always have something to do. Our concierge, Hector, always kept us informed of what was going on so we knew how to plan our day. We would recommend this resort to anyone who is looking for a relaxing vacation! We will definitely return again.

This was our second time at Secrets Maroma. The first time my wife and I went there was not the best visit. We were aggressively hounded by the time share people. This time around we let them know as soon as we got there that we did not want that again. They honored our request. The people who work at this resort are amazing ! They treat you with care and kindness. Bartenders Jose, Daniel, Carlos and all their co-workers were great ! Animation team Hector, Didi, Fritz, Alexandra, Oscar, Uriel, so nice. The restaurant folks Franciso, Nicoletta,and Ana. They will take good care of you. Special shout out to Tony and Sam at Aqua World . Thanks guys. If you want a beautiful resort with great food, beach, staff, and fun activities check this place out. Francia was our concierge. She was a delight ! We had the MOST AMAZING STAY! My sister and I came here for Spring Break and it was MAGICAL! Jesus was the first person we met, who was incredible! Our concierge, Francia, was amazing and gave us a full list of activities for everyday and helped us answer any questions. Eenar was an amazing waiter who kept the drinks comingggg on the beach! Domingo was an incredible waiter at Bordeaux, and Katya was a lovely hostess! And the activity leaders were FANTASTIC and by far the best part of the trip! Thank you to Alejandra for the bike ride, OSCAR and Didier for archery, Marcelo for beach volleyball and kayaking, and so many others! This was a lovely trip with lovely people. We are so sad to leave but we WILL be back!
