Relaxing week
We had a very relaxing week at Secrets Maroma. The team helped us with any reservations and helped us coordinate an all-day driver to Puerto Morales and the cenotes. Roger made sure we always had coffee in the morning (just ask) and helped us organize everything. The only part that slightly took away from the experience was all the options to up charge. They were clearly stated, but it just felt like there was always something extra. And the check in experience was very long and consistently pushed the vacation club breakfast.

Ellison’s First Time Stay
This property is amazing, the staff is well conversed no issues with communication. The room was above my expectations. It was absolutely gorgeous and comfortable. The best part was the staff. Everyone me and husband came in contact with was very friendly, helpful and supportive. Especially our concierge Roger. He greeted us and always checked on us to see if we needed anything. One time I went down to get ice, he replied to me not to take over his job. He will do that for us. It was just ice and he let us know he was there for us in whatever we needed. I also want to say thank you to Mauricio, Julio, and so many others I can’t name but, this property is a 10 and you won’t be disappointed.

Staff is incredibly friendly, rooms are very nice and clean, and the overall vibe is very quiet and lowkey. Our concierge Guillermo was specifically awesome. Great experience
