Secrets Maroma Beach Riviera Cancun

We just returned from an incredible 7-night stay at Secrets Maroma Beach Riviera Cancun, and it truly exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, everything felt seamless, relaxing, and luxurious. The resort itself is absolutely beautiful — the beach is stunning, the grounds are spotless, and the food and drinks were consistently excellent across all the restaurants. There was always something to do, whether relaxing by the pool, enjoying the entertainment, or just taking in the peaceful atmosphere. A special thank you to Angel, our concierge, who made our stay even more memorable. He was professional, friendly, and always available to help with anything we needed — from restaurant reservations to recommendations around the resort. His attention to detail and genuine care for guests really stood out and made us feel well taken care of throughout our vacation. The staff across the entire resort were warm and welcoming, and you can tell they take pride in providing great service. We left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and already talking about coming back. Highly recommend Secrets Maroma Beach to anyone looking for a top-tier all-inclusive experience in Mexico. Thank you for an amazing week!

Great resort! Beautiful grounds, plenty to do. All the workers are so kind, polite and helpful. The room was well stocked, clean, plenty of space. Nice peaceful property, relaxing music, no loud blaring music.

My wife and I visited Secrets Maroma Beach this spring. We enjoyed our time on vacation. The property was very clean and inviting. There were plenty of activities each day (rain or shine) in the pool and around the property. The staff was very nice and loved to strike up conversations. I want to say a personal thank you to Roger Arroyo (Building 26 Concierge). Every time I walked by Roger, he greeted me as 'Mr. Graupman'. It always brought a smile to my face. I also want to say thank you to Victor (pool server). I gave him a $20 tip at the start of the day, and he kept the drinks coming. He started giving me bucket of beers to save a few trips ;-). We loved the variety of food options for lunch and dinner. All the food was amazing and there were plenty of options to choose from. The evening shows were spectacular! Each show was unique and was worth the stop during our evenings. Overall, we were very impressed with the property, staff, food, the beach, the pool, the activities, etc. We will come back again in the near future! Thank you Secrets Maroma and team!

Everything from check-in to meals to service was exceptional. Our personal Concierge, Marcelo Marin, was extremely helpful with everything from questions about the hotel, to booking services at (The spa). He was fantastic.

Amazing resort. Lots of variety of food. Staff that genuinely cares and an amazing concierge. Angel is the best! His attention to detail was impeccable. Will definitely visit again soon. Thank you! A+++
