Secrets Maroma Beach Riviera Cancun

Had a wonderful time at Secrets Maroma. Weather was almost perfect except for rain on our last day but still had amazing days at the pool and beach. Portofino was a standout restaurant with a delicious Lamb Tortellini. Sergio did an outstanding job with the service and was incredibly friendly. I can't remember all of the staff's names but Felipe and Octavio were so kind in greeting us and helping us with our bags and keeping our room well kept. Definitely recommend upgrading to Preferred if you can to enjoy the amenities that come with it (exclusive beach and lounge access). Also the couples massage and hydrotherapy circuit were fantastic. There was some construction happening during our stay which will most likely not be done until beginning of 2026. I believe it was the main bar area in the center of the resort. Keep this in mind when deciding when to book. It didn't change our stay much but having that going on while on vacation may not be ideal for some. Overall, the food quality is excellent and the decor around the resort makes it feel like you're immersed in Mexican culture.

Dear Reader, Dear Secrets Team We spent 9 incredible nights in November at this beautiful resort. This resort tick all boxes - A lot of space, nice pools,great gym, huge choice of activities during the day, bars and restaurants/grills, night event specials and a beautiful beach. From the beginning at the stunning lobby until our departure there was literally nothing we can think of that wasn't to our exceptions. This resort is on a league of his own. I think personally i never met such high standard on food. The Mediterranean restaurant was my favourite. The Staff were absolutely outstanding. All of them were very friendly and helpful. A huge compliment for David who is an incredible waiter. They way he worked and interacted with guests while being as friendly and nice as he is is something we rarely saw in any resort. At the fusion night he and the staff were making sure that all guests had anything they asked for while running around setting up umbrellas in the pouring rain at the pool. To me that wasn't only showing how professional they are dealing with their guests. It also shows that they are really taking care of things with their heart and personality. Another big thank you to our concierce Erick Mercado. He made sure that our stay was beyond perfection. We do really appreciate your time and kindness at such professionalism. I can only repeart myself at this point, it was beyond perfection. If you want to taste the paradise of mexico This is the place. All the best and the biggest thank you to the staff. Lives up to its 5 star rating, Wonderful resort close but not to close to Cancun staff was great and just a top notch beach. Will go again with more family!

Our concierge Felipe Cruz was amazing. Always made sure we were fine and if we needed anything. Location was beautiful and our room was nice with the preferred swim out pool. Food was delicious.

The moment we walked into the lobby we were greeted instantly by the most professional polite staff. Instructions for checking in were easy to come by. Once at our building we met our concierge Felipe who was phenomenal during our entire stay always checking in either in person or through text messaging always providing us with the best quality service. 10/10 loved every minute on the resort everyone was so friendly we absolutely will be back !!
