Best resort in Cancun
We had the most wonderful time at Maroma! From the very start the staff are all insanely helpful, getting you drinks, very kind, and treating you like royalty. We had Roger as our building concierge and he was AMAZING! Very helpful, quick at responding and helped us get the most out of our vacation. The food is INCREDIBLE. Special thanks to Ruben the master chef for going above and beyond in making us delicious picanha tacos and chocolate covered strawberries. If you can, we’d recommend getting a beach cabana if it’s sunny out. We got it all 3 days we were there and we had Manuel as our beach concierge and Miguel as our server and they were both AMAZING! Miguel was so kind and went above and beyond with the service. I could not recommend this resort more. We will definitely be coming back.

Our experience at Secrets Maroma Beach Riviera Maya Cancun was absolutely amazing. The resort, grounds, and staff were impeccable. Our concierge Francia Torres, was amazing; it was almost as if she was aware of our every need and made sure to accommodate us always with a smile.

We loved it! This was our second visit, and we would absolutely come back again. The upgrade to a Preferred Club room was well worth it. The rooms are clean and beautiful, and the meals, atmosphere, and service were all outstanding.

Loved it and would return
Great location. The suites are excellent with plenty of room and lots of storage. Bathroom are well equipped with separate shower and huge jacuzzi bath. The whole hotel is kept immaculate and the gardens are really well maintained. The music around the pool can be a little too loud sometimes and the live entertainment around the pool area is not to everyone's taste . The activities are varied and lots of fun. The food in the speciality restaurants is superb but beware there is no booking system so sometimes you will be asked to wait for up to 30 minutes. Overall, excellent resort and we would definitely go back. Seemingly, a lot do Loved the infinity pool particularly and the beach activities
