Secrets Maroma Beach Riviera Cancun

What a fantastic resort! We stayed at Secrets Maroma for two weeks and had the best time of our lives. Everyone at the resort was very friendly, polite, and respectful. They always went above and beyond to make sure your vacation was the best. The bellman, Carlos, greeted us and handled all our luggage and took us to our building after checking in. He is very friendly, smiling and did a great job for us. Our room was in building 25 and Roberto was our concierge. He did a fantastic job each and every day keeping us informed of daily activities and happenings. He also makes sure your room is comfortable and if you ever need anything, he takes care of it. We also know the concierges in buildings 26 and 27 from our last visits. That is Rodger and Bramdon. They are so friendly, polite, and professional. They do a great job each day! The pool and beach concierges, Hugo, Luis, Edy, Franco, Miguel, Mauricio, Manuel, and the others work very hard each day in the heat to make sure the guests are always taken care of. they are always very caring and polite to the guests. The waiters and waitresses around the pool work nonstop in the heat to make sure the guests have water and drinks and do an outstanding job. All of the restaurants have delicious food and great servers and managers. they always make sure your visit is their top priority. Fransisco and Carlos at Himitsu do an outstanding job each time we are there. Everyone loves when they do the Tuna Snoring outside and make the sushi. They are so professional, friendly, and respectful to everyone. They are great chefs! Carlos at Co Co Cafe is always happy and smiling, and so friendly. Jessica and Carmen at the Lobby bar and the Preferred Club are so friendly and work very hard as waitresses. The highlight of our two weeks was the Entertainment Team! Each and every one of them do an outstanding job keeping the guests active each and every day. They are always smiling, friendly, and polite and always find time to meet and talk to the guests around the pools. It was so impressive one day to see at least 30 happy people in the pool doing water aerobics and having a great time with Angel who was in charge. They all loved it! Angel does an outstanding job each day! We love all of the Entertainment Team, Hector, Didier, Omar, Emiliano, Uriel, Angel, Oscar, Alejandra, Daniel, Johanna, Isabel, Leo, Monica, (hope I didn't miss any) and will never forget them. Finally, we would like to thank the Executive Team, Mr. Javier Estelrich and Johanna Reside along with the front office staff, managers and supervisors for making Secrets Maroma such an outstanding 5 Diamond Resort. We overall very much enjoyed our anniversary at Secrets Maroma. From check in to check out we were able to enjoy ourselves with entertainment, quality drinks, a wide variety of good food options (we were there for 6 days and still didn't eat at every restaurant) and activities. We felt spoiled with a beautiful view of the ocean in a nicely decorated room. The bed was comfortable and the ac worked great. Staff is very friendly, super helpful and always smiling. They go out their way to make your stay special, and even have a sunglass cleaning cart. It's the little details that really take it to the next level. We were in preferred but it is not necessary to have a great time. Although we did enjoy the air conditioned preferred lounge and the beachfront restaurant that preferred level gives you access to. The main pool has plenty of chairs so we didn't feel like we had to play the chair game especially because there were umbrellas for every set of chairs. The pool bar was awesome, great bartenders, drinks were not watered down, and the social aspect was not lacking, we met a lot of really great people. The casino night was so much fun, you play with fake money and can take your winnings to bid for free spa services or other items. I think this was one of my favorite activities as well as karaoke. We will definitely be back, it is one of the best if not the best All Inclusives we have been to.

We had an amazing time at Secrets Maroma!!! We go to Secrets all the time but this location has been our favorite, primarily because Zayda and Brandon made sure that every single day and experience was special. The resort is beautiful and immaculate. The room was clean, updated, and the turndown service made the evenings so special. We will be back!

We had an amazing trip! The staff went above and beyond! Angel, our concierge was there to assist with anything we needed! The food was phenomenal! We will absolutely be visiting again!
