Secrets Maroma Beach Riviera Cancun

Beautiful resort! Room was spotless and spacious with very nice amenities. Staff is so accommodating and friendly. Plenty of shaded lounges both by the pool and on the gorgeous beach.

The resort was incredible. All of the staff were soo friendly. Our Building 26 Concierge, Roger Arroyo was impeccable. His attention to detail was outstanding.

Everything was perfect! The most impeccable grounds, the most spectacular service! From start to end I never experienced such an amazing level of service. The team members are the soul of this resort. They are kind, caring and extremely well trained in hospitality. Cuddles to Marcelo (concierge), Hugo and Gloria (event servers), Daniel (bartender), Alberto (beach server) made our trip extra special. Congrats to the management team!

Secrets Maroma Beach exceeded our expectations. The staff was extremely helpful, especially our Concierge Héctor. The food was outstanding and the entertainment was very good. The pool area was also outstanding.

From the moment we arrived at Secrets Maroma, we were treated like royalty. We were greeted by staff immediately and taken to the check-in area for preferred guests. Check-in process was about as quick and seamless as possible. We had to wait a few hours for our room, but we had a nice leisurely lunch at one of the restaurants. The room itself is very nice and quite large. Nicely appointed with beautiful patio with a comfortable couch, table and soaking tub (just in preferred rooms). The resort is beautifully landscaped. Beach was beautiful with plenty of palapas available for guests. We never had to reserve a spot as there was always one available. We enjoyed the quiet on the beach. There was quite a bit of seaweed but secrets does a good job raking it and keeping it under control. We swam every day. Also enjoyed daily water aerobic and spinning classes at the pool. There were multiple shows and music performances every evening. What is quite amazing about this resort, is that there are so many small alcoves and sitting areas, that it was always possible to find a private area all to yourself. The service was absolutely top notch. They simply could not do enough for us. Be prepared to be greeted with a smile from every employee who passes you by, regardless of what their job is. Special shout out to our concierge, Roberto who texted us every day with the schedule as well as making sure that our needs were met. In terms of the restaurants, we enjoyed them all, especially the pan Asian restaurant. We also enjoyed the live music during breakfast (violin or sax). There were so many small touches that add to the experience at the resort, that are too many to mention. This was our second visit to Secrets Maroma and I can’t imagine going anywhere else to escape the cold New England winter. Thank you Secrets Maroma.
