Secrets Maroma Beach Riviera Cancun

We had a wonderful time at this resort. We selected Secrets Maroma to celebrate our babymoon. For our first time in Cancun / Mexico, it did not disappoint. There was always plenty to do to keep us busy throughout the day. We had plenty of restaurant options, each of them having really good foods. The staff onsite were fantastic and very courteous / professional during our stay. Well done team! Would highly recommend.

My wife and I recently stayed at Secrets Moxché Playa del Carmen, and our experience was outstanding from start to finish. The resort is absolutely beautiful, with immaculate grounds, amazing pools, excellent restaurants, and top-notch service throughout the property. What truly made our stay special was our concierge, Roberto. From the moment we arrived, Roberto went above and beyond to ensure our vacation was perfect. He helped coordinate special decorations, arranged flowers, assisted with spa appointments, secured restaurant reservations, and was always available whenever we had questions or needed assistance. His attention to detail, professionalism, and genuine desire to make our stay memorable exceeded all expectations. The entire staff was friendly and attentive, but Roberto’s exceptional service took our experience to another level. He made us feel like valued guests and helped create wonderful memories that we will never forget. If you’re considering a stay at Secrets Moxché Playa del Carmen, I highly recommend it. The resort itself is fantastic, and if you’re lucky enough to have Roberto as your concierge, you’re in excellent hands. We had an amazing anniversary trip to Secrets Maroma! The resort was stunning and the staff were incredible. We wanted to give a special shoutout to Roberto our concierge in building 25, as he was one of the nicest people and willing to go above and beyond in his job. He really wants everyone to have a great time and that shows. Also, William at Seaside was our favorite waiter, fantastic at his job and just nice to have a conversation with. We highly recommend Secrets Maroma to anyone who wants a relaxing time in a beautiful location, with superb service.

Secrets Maroma Beach was the nicest resort we have ever stayed at. Staff was especially kind and timely with all requests. Our concierge, Angel Lopez, was very kind and helpful when we needed assistance. Overall amazing experience at this resort and we will be coming back!

The most amazing stay and location, unable to fault it. The staff are second to none. The team at breakfast Freddie, Alejandro, Roberto and Lucio always met us with a smile. Hugo, Mr G and the poolside lunch team were also incredible. There was always such a vibrant atmosphere, created by the incredible activities team (special thanks to Daniel, Angel, Oscar, Emmy, Alejandra). The dining experience at night was always outstanding and we had great service from Hector, Gabriel, Angel, Salvador and William during our stay! We tried every restaurant and loved all. Our room was beautiful and so spacious, with a fabulous view and the housekeeping team provided a great turn down service. The le labo toiletries are a great touch. Can’t thank the secrets team enough for our experience, we were celebrating an anniversary and birthday and can’t wait to come back.
