Secrets Maroma Beach Riviera Cancun

Amazing experience with great service. Great food, very clean, not overcrowded, and great location with easy access to/from the airport and any excursions

We had the best vacation we’ve ever had as a couple last week. We’ve been to a number of all inclusive resorts - both with our kids and as a couple. This was our first time at Secrets Maroma Beach and WOW! It was quiet, the food was delicious, getting tables for dinner was super easy, the beach was lovely, and our room was the best of the best (governors suite in building 27!). All of this was made better by our concierge, Marcelo. He was always just a quick text or pop out of our room away and assisted us with anything we needed. He also surprised us one day with a beautiful display of rose petals on our bed for our anniversary. It was such a special touch! We will absolutely be back!

Hands down best resort I have ever been to. We had a swim up king room in building 25 which was perfect. Roberto Canul is that buildings concierge and I highly recommend asking for his building. We were there for our 25th wedding anniversary and they made it very special for us. From decorating our room w happy anniversary to special desserts prepared just for us, it’s the little details that matter most. They make you feel like a real vip while ur there. We are definitely coming back.

From the moment we checked in we were received with the upmost respect. My partner and I had such a great time. There is so much we are thankful for and we wish we could write a book on it but to keep it short. We want to thank the entire staff for making our stay spectacular and so far one of the best stays in Mexico. A special thanks to Roger our personal concierge who ensured that we never needed anything and that everything was going great as well made sure our room maintained fully stocked and sparkling clean. To Alfredo our waiter from the preferred Lounge who took the time and went out of his way to make sure that we were highly satisfied and made a custom made to order ceviche request from chef Ana that was extremely delicious. My girlfriend had been wanting it for weeks and it was not available on the menu how she wanted it. The ceviche exceeded our expectations and satisfied our cravings. The beach was beautiful, even with the sargasso they have a person cleaning it up constantly to where the beach is still very enjoyable. Victor our beach waiter made sure that we didn’t get thirsty or go hungry with his outstanding service. Sergio our waiter from Portofino which is one of the many amazing restaurants available on the premises. He served my girlfriend her favorite cucumber martini and made me my favorite old fashion whiskey drink exactly how I enjoy it in front of me. He made us feel very welcomed and even recommended some of the best dishes they had available which were extremely difficult to choose from due to how delicious they all are. He made sure we had one of the best romantic dinners we could have had in this beautiful resort. Felipe and Mateo our waiters from Oceana who made sure we enjoyed our last breakfast meal right before we had to leave to catch our plane back to reality and even brought us a little farewell dessert. They also have a 24 hour open cafe where we would always go to get our matcha drink or snacks if we felt like going for a walk, when we didn’t we would order from their room service menu and it was always on time, hot and delicious. Overall this resort exceeded our expectations. We have been to places like Xcaret Arte as well as Dreams Playa Mujeres and by far, Secrets Maroma Beach Riviera Cancún has taken the throne with a cherry on top. We are a couple who were looking to simply relax and have a great vacation and it was fulfilled beyond. Even got a massage from the spa and it was so amazing! The pools, beach, restaurants and even the room were amazing! We definitely will be returning!

The staff is amazing! Truly made the experience. Everyone was so kind and helpful. Everything was clean the atmosphere was calming and romantic. The beach was amazing too even though it’s sargassum season they did such a great job cleaning the beaches! The activities the even staff held were so fun and different that we wanted to try everything. The staff is kind and fun and great to talk to! Don’t even get me started on the food! The best food I’ve had in my life! The Italian and French cuisine were amazing! 10/10 the dinning experience felt like I was at a 5 star restaurant.
