Secrets Maroma Beach Riviera Cancun

It was a great and relaxing vacation at Secrets Maroma Beach. What made even better is the staff at the resort. Everyone was wonderful from the restaurants, lounges, and the spa. My concierge, Guillermo, is always there and very helpful. Mercedes is awesome and tentative to ensure my room welcoming after a long excursion day or tentative during a relaxing day.

Secrets Maroma beach is my happy place. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure you have a great experience. Our concierge in preferred building 25 was Roberto. This was our 5th visit to this resort and he was by far the most friendly and helpful. The waiters at the pools will literally get you anything you want. We enjoyed our days there. The rock show was our favorite show. Don’t miss it! If you are on the fence about choosing this resort…take the plunge. You will be happy that you did!

During our recent stay at Secrets Maroma Beach from 8/23-8/29, we had the absolute pleasure of working with concierge Roberto in building 25. From the moment we arrived, he went above and beyond to make our vacation truly unforgettable. Roberto was incredibly welcoming, professional, and knowledgeable. He helped us schedule our special day at the spa, was always insuring we knew what events were each day and checking to be sure our room was always top notch. Exceptional customer service like this is rare, and Roberto is a true asset to Secrets Maroma. We cannot thank him enough for elevating our experience. We are already looking forward to returning!"

Really nice experience, amenities are top notch, and the staff’s treatment is another level Sometimes a place can be good but staff can be rude or careless, not in here They really get to know you and offer solutions for anything that might concern you Shoutout to Roberto Canul who was my building’s concierge, really nice guy that really cares for how’s your staying going and will encourage you to see the events or show in the hotel, really great attitude as well Also Carmen in the Lobby’s bar is one of the best too Been going 2 years in a row and always look forward to meeting her, really digs into what you like drinks wise and you can have a really warm and nice chat with her too Thanks for everything
