Secrets Maroma Beach Riviera Cancun

Both the hotel and location are excellent with one of the nicest beaches we have visited. We were welcomed on arrival by a great team and a welcome drink, which was good as we arrived quite late on our first day. The swim up room was a great size and perfectly clean. There was one faulty lightbulb which was repaired within 30 minutes of reporting the following morning which if anything was too fast, we were still getting ready for the day. The food overall was good quality and there was plenty of choice both in the buffets and the selection of à la carte restaurants (would probably place the Italian at the top of the list). The one niggle we had early on was the layout and opening days of the restaurants which we found a little confusing. The staff throughout the hotel were amazing and the service here is one of the best in the hotels we’ve visited. Whether at a restaurant, in the main lobby or by the pool there is always someone ready to help you or get you the next drink. Special shoutout to our Concierge - Marco who genuinely did everything possible to make our stay perfect and we’re already working out how we can make sure we get Marco again next year. He was easily contactable and helped us with our questions and arrangements throughout our stay and just made the hotel and room feel like a home you don’t want to leave. The entertainment team work hard day and night and have a packed schedule of activities to take part in. These included more active things like pool and beach volleyball, to bracelet making and the evening shows which were great fun. The whole team were great but Claudia stood out on a few occasions and deserves a special mention.

We had the best experience at Secrets Maroma! All the food is amazing and the service is top class. Thank you to our concierge Felipe for making us feel well taken care of! He even helped us book a doctor when my husband wasn’t feeling well.

We had such a blast. The food was amazing everywhere we ate and the service was so good. Angel the concierge was super helpful and informative and made our stay even better. Alejandra of the activities team had so much energy and had us playing all sorts of games like pool volleyball and blackjack in the pool. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful beach resort!! Food, Staff and services are top notch! This is our second time to the resort. We loved it the first time and the second time is even better! The room is beautiful and The beach is as beautiful as ever. The recently renovated restaurant and member lounge areas make it even better. The hospitality is unmatched.

Secrets Maroma exceeded our expectations. The resort is beautiful, the beach is incredible, and the food and service were consistently excellent. Our concierge Angel made our stay truly special. He was attentive, professional, and always ready to help with anything we needed—dinner reservations, questions, or thoughtful touches throughout our trip. We also loved the entertainment team, especially Omar and Claudia. They brought great energy to every activity and made each day fun and memorable.
