Secrets Maroma Beach Riviera Cancun

Exceeded our expectations. Staff and our personal concierge, Angel L., attended to our every want and need. Basically spoiling us. It was a quick stay but we made the most of it, Beach, pool and a few of the many activities offered. Highly recommend a day in the private poolside cabana. Thanks Julio for the extra attention. Restaurants were amazing with many food options. Looking forward to a return stay.

This is our favorite resort in the Riviera Maya. The beach is perfect, and the resort isn't a far commute from the airport. Our room was incredible and had a view of the gulf, which he hadn't experienced before. The food was terrific, and we had the best service in every part of the resort. Roger Arroyo is an outstanding Concierge - so friendly and gracious! We will definitely return to this resort in the future.

I am so overwhelmed (in the best way) by the hospitality we experienced this past week! My coworkers and I worked for months planning our Awardee Weekend, and the whole time we kept asking, “When is the big problem coming?” because when you plan events like this, something always happens. But honestly, very little did. Just a few tiny things that only the two of us would have ever noticed. Our attendees were completely impressed. From the rooms to the beautiful property, the hospitality was truly top-notch. The food and drinks were excellent, and the staff made everyone feel welcome and taken care of the entire time. And we can’t forget the weather—wow! It could not have been more perfect. We’re so grateful for the experience and incredibly proud of how everything came together. Highly recommend! Huge shout out to Amstar, Cindy, LuLu, Hugo, Gloria, Roberto, ED! I could go on and on for the top notch service :)

Our 5-night stay at Secrets Maroma was one our best trips yet. The grounds, staff, food, entertainment were all 10/10. This was our first stay at a Secrets property and definitely won’t be the last. I’m still pinching myself at how beautiful everything was including our preferred club swim out suite! We had an amazing concierge, Roger, who went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Beyond Roger providing A+ service, we also enjoyed each staff member we came across. Some favorites that deserve recognition were Jose (Sugar Reef bar), Luis (beach concierge), Victor (Palapa bar) and Manuel (preferred beach club) - they all went the extra mile to deliver an exceptional experience. We were also lucky to be there for Super Bowl and the event the resort put on was amazing - they had a full stadium setup with bleachers, popup food stations and games. We are looking forward to returning asap!

Wow what an amazing resort. Too many excellent staff members to mention, plus I feel it’s such a team effort it feels unfair to mention just a few. All the restaurants were excellent except for the Mexican which was very disappointing and bland especially given where the hotel is located. Plenty of sunbeds available, never felt the need to rush out in the morning to reserve one. The entertainments team were very visible and encouraging but you never felt pressure to join in the activities. The beach was beautiful, with soft golden sand. The rooms were clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. Despite our original concierge being non existent, his replacement Francia was very helpful and booked a hospitality room on our last day so we could enjoy our last day and have a shower before we left. Wouldn’t hesitate to return to this beautiful resort.
