Secrets Maroma Beach Riviera Cancun

The view from our room was absolutely spectacular. It faced the ocean. Every single person that we encountered welcomed us with a smile and a hello good afternoon good evening or some other form of interaction. We used many amenities while on the resort from having a romantic dinner on the beach to eating at Bureau and also having a couples massage. None of this would’ve been possible without Guillermo our concierge for our building 17. He was absolutely amazing. He went above and beyond every single day to make this experience something that neither my husband or myself will ever. We came for our honeymoon and left with memories that will last a lifetime and about 1000 pictures. This resort offer so many included options as well as options for different excursions that are life-changing. We were greeted with champagne and our room with fresh fruit, a beautiful banner on the door that said just married, extra special happy honeymoon recommend secrets Maroma and I highly recommend Guillermo.

Our stay at Secrets Maroma was absolutely amazing! The food was delicious with plenty of great options, and the service was outstanding from start to finish. Every staff member was friendly and attentive, but Angel truly went above and beyond to make our vacation special. His hospitality and positive attitude made a lasting impression. We can’t wait to come back and would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing, luxury getaway! We recommend going from December - April for the best water.

We had an outstanding experience at Secrets Maroma. The resort exceeded our expectations in every way. The activities were fun and well organized, the food was excellent, and there was always something enjoyable to do throughout the day. One of the highlights of our trip was the afternoon event featuring an 80 kg Bluefin Tuna. Watching the preparation was impressive, and the tuna tasting was absolutely fantastic. It was a unique experience that added to an already memorable vacation. The staff was friendly, attentive, and helped create a relaxing atmosphere from start to finish. We would highly recommend Secrets Maroma to anyone looking for a great all-inclusive resort experience. The only disappointment was the significant amount of seaweed during our stay, which limited our ability to fully enjoy the ocean and beach. We understand this is a natural occurrence and beyond the resort's control, but it was the one aspect that detracted from an otherwise perfect trip. Overall, we had an excellent time and would gladly return a different time during the season. Highly recommended!

Gorgeous hotel , resort is spotless with lots to do and excellent food and service ! Rooms were lovely and immaculate , beach was beautiful overall atmosphere was great.
