Secrets Maroma Beach Riviera Cancun

We had a really great time at this resort. It was a nice luxury experience, staff was super professional. We enjoyed all the restaurants and loved the beach access and beach beds. Our concierge Angel was super friendly and was very helpful setting us up with access to beach beds and making sure our experience was going great. Highly recommend for a couples trip

Relaxing getaway before the start of 2026. Room was perfect with swim up. Every person we encountered were super polite! Location perfectly nestled with a few minutes walk to the beach.

Been to many resorts and this one is the best ever. Just top notch site, design, maintenance, staff, food, beach, drinks... Thank you Miguel and Maroma Team. We'll be back!

Wow!wow! Wow! I am so glad my travel agent , Renee Winsor from above and beyond travel recommended this place. From checking in with Paula , explaining the resort , while drinking champagne 🥂, Jonathan taking us to our room and so happy to answer any questions and show us around. Herberto and Rufina keeping our room clean and inviting. Hector at the Italian restaurant, Isabelle at the pool area . Everyone we meet was so friendly, happy to do their job , singing all the time , going above and beyond, from the lawn keeping to the building cleanliness. Itzel was a sweetheart and did my hair for our private dinner at the beach , which I would recommend, it was magical and Efrain at the dinner on the beach was absolutely amazing and made our night so special ❤️and of course our Marco , concierge, was so friendly, fun , helpful and knowledgeable.❤️the spa was out of this world. We had a wonderful experience, created lots of memories, just what we needed and wanted. The food is always delicious and fresh, everywhere, the pool and beach is amazing.

We stayed at Secrets Maroma from 12/25/25 to 1/1/26 and had a fantastic time. While the resort was over 90% capacity, it never felt too full or crowded. We were in Building 25 and our concierge, Roberto, tool excellent care of us the entire trip. He greeted us every day and made sure our stay was going well. If we needed anything, he made it happen. I was having issues getting correct pick up time info from my transportation company and I mentioned it to Roberto. He took control and got the information immediately. Food- we were pleased with every meal we had there. Italian was our favorite followed by Seaside Grill. We did not eat at Oceana or the Mediterranean. We found the service in the restaurants to be very quick and attentive. We did tend to dine before 7 pm to beat the rush and never had to wait to be seated. Room- we were on the 4th floor and had an awesome view of the resort and ocean. Elvia was our maid and took excellent care of the room. We didn't use the minibar a ton but Abel made sure it was always full. Pool- again, the resort was full but the chair saving game was not an issue when were were there. Franco and Eddy did an excellent job in managing this area. The water was a little cool at the start of the trip but warmed up towards the end. Marco and Victor stood out as some of the best pool side servers. Antonio at the swim up bar was awesome and always knew our order. Beach- plenty of chairs here as well. While it got full most days, it didn't seem like people reserved seats and never showed up. They were being used. The sand is awesome and the water quality was excellent. If you love the beach, this is the resort for you. This was our 3rd visit and it still held up to our high expectations. They even made a number of improvements since our last visit there with a remodeled Preferred Lounge, buffet area and the show pavilion.
