Secrets Maroma Beach Riviera Cancun

We had the most amazing time at Secrets Maroma! We have stayed many places in the Cancun area, and this is top notch. We stayed in the Govenors suits, and it was so spacious and romantic. 10/10! The seagrass is terrible right now, but the resort had Tractors out everyday cleaning it up. It was a great time. Brandon Gomez was our personal concierge and he was AMAZING! He went above and beyond making our stay extra special. The entertainment the hotel provided was also very nice. We had a couples massage and it was also a 10/10.

We had an awesome experience overall. However, I am writing to acknowledge an outstanding server at Oceana. Abelardo provided the best service we've ever had at an all-inclusive resort. We've stayed at several all-inclusives over the years, and he stands out as the best by far. He was incredibly personable, funny, and witty, making every interaction enjoyable. He was also exceptionally attentive, always anticipating what we needed before we even had to ask. His positive attitude and genuine care made our vacation even more memorable. Thank you, Abelardo, for going above and beyond—we hope to see you again on our next visit! Secrets is incredibly lucky to have him on the team!

We stayed at Secrets Maroma for a friend’s wedding and it was nothing short of amazing!! The resort is beautiful and the staff are absolutely phenomenal. They were all so kind and helpful. And the food was delicious!! Our concierge, Francia, was the BEST and Aaron was our favorite bartender!!
