Terrific Stay at Secrets Maroma
We had an excellent stay at Secrets Maroma. Our Building Concierge, Roger Arroyo welcomed us and ensured everything was taken care of during our stay. All of the staff were friendly and extremely helpful and attentive. The food was excellent and we look forward to future return trips!

A vacation to remember!
We had a wonderful week at Secrets Maroma Beach. It was our 2nd stay there and both were amazing. The facilities were beautiful and clean and the staff are the friendliest I’ve experienced. Our concierge was Héctor Arenas and he was fantastic with all the logistics and details of our trip. He was great with reservations and answered questions very promptly. On the beach, Enar took care of us multiple days and was outstanding, both in serving us and with his engaging and fun personality. We thoroughly enjoyed both those guys! The beach was stunning our first five days, my favorite of the 3 secrets we have visited in Mexico. We had some seaweed our last day, but the staff were working hard to clear it off.

EXCELLENT!!!
Everything was Great! Roberto took care of us from the moment we arrived daily till checkout he made everyday a Joy. The room was clean & beautiful! Bedding is Amazing. Food was great Aaron made a great Méxican coffee in the preferred lounge. Fritz was awesome with activities. Such a wonderful experience definitely a place I will be returning!

Fantastic place
A great place to stay, staff is excellent, everything we expected. Liked that we did not have to make reservations at the restaurants if it was busy they gave us buzzer the wait was not long at all overall a fantastic place to stay.
