Secrets Maroma Beach Riviera Cancun

We chose Secrets Maroma for our 25-year anniversary, and it was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The service was truly exceptional—every detail was handled with care and warmth. Roberto, our concierge, was top notch and went above and beyond to make our anniversary feel special. The entertainment crew was fantastic and kept the energy fun and engaging throughout our stay. I especially loved my workouts with Leo—he was motivating, professional, and made every session enjoyable. The food was consistently delicious with great variety, and every meal felt like a treat. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate such a milestone. I can’t recommend Secrets Maroma enough—it exceeded all our expectations and created memories we’ll cherish forever.

My husband and I just stayed 5 nights at Secrets Maroma and it was amazing. Once we landed in Cancun it was about a 30 min shuttle ride to the resort. We were greeted by the friendly staff and had our rooms within 15 minutes of arriving. There were so many activities we participated in during our stay. We enjoyed an acrobatics show that included a dinner outside, a fire show that included a dinner outside, we attended all of the theatre shows that were available during our stay and they were all amazing. The lobby had music you could sit and listen to while having a drink in the evenings. The food was the best we’ve had at any resort we’ve been to. We went on a group bike ride through a path in the jungle, attended a macrame class, went to a pizza making class, attended a tuna snoring, played mini golf, and played a few of the fun games they had set up on the lawn area. Our concierge Angel López was wonderful. He sent us a schedule every morning with all of the days activities as well as the shows for that night. Any request we had was taken care of immediately. We stayed in building 14 which had a view of the courtyard. The rooms were very nice and spacious. Our room was clean and smelled nice, the whole resort was clean. I would 100% recommend Secrets Maroma for anyone not wanting to be at a party resort but wanting to be at place with top notch food, drinks, and service with a laid back atmosphere.

Absolutely would go again. This was the first time we have been to a resort in 10 years of going where the reality was even better than the pictures and reviews. We were literally looking at booking our next stay before we left. The service is amazing and so friendly. The food was fantastic and the facilities clean and beautiful. The beach and ocean were stunning!

10/10 resort! We spent hours and hours researching almost every resort in the region and concluded on Secrets Maroma and we were not disappointed. Everything was over and above, the service, the food, the beautiful beach and sea, the entertainment, it was all perfect. You can’t ask for a better experience. The only negative thing I can say is avoid the sales pitch for the membership program, you will lose 4 hours of your day and it’s a complete waste of time (just do some googling and see for yourself). Other than that I can highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

What a dream location, the staff are absolutely fabulous there is nothing they would not do for you, we were treated to a fabulous lunch by Carlos who recognised us from 7 years ago. I cannot recommend this any higher
