Excellent
Excellent staff experience everyone was so kind, helpful and accommodating! We were greeted quickly, given a cold cloth to cool us along with a drink. We loved our bed it was So comfortable so we slept like babies. The whole room was beautiful and welcoming. We were amazed by how beautiful the grounds were. Everything was so clean and the grounds were well manicured. The bathrooms were also so clean. The restaurant’s were spotless as well. We loved our concierge Roberto he was just amazing and personable!

Best vacation ever. Most beautiful resort, the service and amenities were amazing. So many activities to do and great food and drinks. Katya was a great concierge and made sure we had everything we needed. Definitely plan on coming back to Secrets Maroma in the future.

Our experience at Secrets Maroma Beach Riviera Cancun was amazing - Top Notch on everything. We did preferred club and it did not disappoint, and would definitely do it again. The service was outstanding, our concierge Bramdon at Building 26 was amazing and made sure we had everything we needed daily. Housekeeping and turndown service were fantastic. The resort was amazing and had so much to do, so much we didn't leave the resort. Food, pools and the beach were great - service was insanely amazing. Can't wait to go back.

Great experience
Our trip to secrets moroma was absolutely incredible, the service and people that helped us on our stay were amazing, highlighted by our concierge Felipe. He was extremely helpful and so nice and made us feel right at home. I would recommend this resort to anyone that will listen

Beautiful beach, fantastic food, super friendly staff!
Loved every minute here! The staff was the best and the food was fantastic! Fun events daily were great too! The beach was well kept and clean, simply stunning!
