Secrets Maroma Beach Riviera Cancun

My husband and I enjoyed every moment of our anniversary vacation. Delicious food of all sorts and cuisines, very accommodating, friendly and polished personnel, amazing facilities - everything was perfect. Our room was pristine and sparkling clean every day. Our concierge Guillermo was absolutely top notch - he addressed every tiny request of ours, was available at all times, and made us feel truly at home, perfectly taken care of in every sense. Best vacation ever!

We had a wonderful experience at secrets everything was a 10!! The food the service and the staff!! We had Katya Palomera as our concierge and she was available For anything we needed. Victor at the infinity pool took care of us everyday and was professional and friendly. Everyone was top notch!! We can’t wait to visit again!!

Everyone and everything was amazing! It truly is a beautiful resort with all the amenities but really it’s the people that make this place so special and our stay so memorable!! Marcelo went above and beyond, even making a beautiful birthday message for me with rose petals and balloons on our bed. Sarai and Humberto were equally great! What a relaxing and enjoyable experience - thank you all!!

My boyfriend and I are a young couple in our early 20s, and we absolutely loved our stay at Secrets Maroma Beach Riviera Cancun! This was our first adults-only vacation together, and overall, it was such a relaxing and enjoyable experience. The resort had a beautiful atmosphere, great service, amazing food, and so many activities and entertainment options throughout the day and night. 🍽️ Food & Restaurants:
The food throughout the resort was one of our favorite parts! Everything had great flavor and there was a nice variety of options. Bordeaux was one of our favorite dinner experiences. A special shoutout to Sergio, Veronica, and Nicoleta for being so sweet and providing amazing service. Sergio was our waiter both nights we ate at Bordeaux and was absolutely fantastic! Oceana was a really nice place to enjoy breakfast. We also really enjoyed Seaside Grill. The service there was great as well. 🎶 Entertainment & Activities:
The nightly entertainment was one of my absolute favorite parts of the trip! We loved having different shows to watch every night, especially the Mexican dancers, Fire show, and Boogie show. The dancers and performers were incredibly talented, and the shows were such a fun way to end each night. 🌊 A Few Disappointments:
There were two things that kept us from giving the resort 5 stars. First, the resort was undergoing construction throughout the center of the property during our stay. We were disappointed because we were not made aware of the construction before booking, and it did take away from the experience at times. The ocean also had quite a bit of seaweed during our August stay, which was disappointing because we were really looking forward to enjoying the beautiful beach and ocean. I understand that seaweed can be seasonal and outside of the resort's control, but it was still a downside to our trip. ❤️Overall, we had a really nice stay and would definitely recommend Secrets Maroma Beach Riviera Cancun, especially for couples looking for a relaxing adults-only getaway. Despite the construction and seaweed, we enjoyed the food, service, activities, Preferred Club amenities, and especially the nightly entertainment. We made some great memories together and really enjoyed our first adults-only vacation!

fantastic experience, highly recommend this resort. totally worth the cost for this premium resort. service level was top notch, along with the buffets. HOWEVER, be aware they're undergoing major renovations central to the whole resort (until approx Nov 2026) which can be a major eyesore depending on where your room is located. I was not aware in advance, so I made sure to point this out. I was fairly compensated via massage for myself and my wife combo'd with hydrotherapy at the spa, so I won't take any stars away from the review. but ultimately if you're planning to visit, you should know this.
