Secrets Maroma Beach Riviera Cancun

By far the nicest and most luxurious resort we have ever stayed at. We have visited several other Secrets resorts over the years, and Secrets Maroma Beach stands head and shoulders above the rest. The beach is absolutely stunning—powdery white sand and crystal-clear water as far as you can swim. It’s truly postcard perfect. Every aspect of the resort exceeded our expectations, from the food and service to the beautiful grounds and nightly entertainment. The staff deserves special recognition. They were top notch in every way—attentive, professional, and genuinely caring. Room service was incredibly fast, and anytime we needed something, it was handled immediately. One evening my wife unfortunately came down with a stomach bug, and the level of care we received was remarkable. Room service went out of their way to prepare a special meal for her and even brought crackers and ginger ale to our room. Our concierge, Roberto, was absolutely tremendous. He helped coordinate everything for my wife and showed a level of care and consideration that we have never experienced before in all of our travels. Roberto is hands down the best concierge we have ever had. We would recommend Secrets Maroma Beach to anyone—young or old—looking for a truly luxurious, relaxing, and unforgettable vacation. We cannot wait to return.

Overall a 5-star experience consistent with the price paid. Clean spacious rooms, top-notch restaurant quality, and the beachfront was spectacular, with enough palapas for all, and long beach walks possible in both directions along the coast. We travelled with friends mainly for decompressing and escaping and that we did, mostly reading and dozing at the beach during the day, then socializing at the spacious venues at night.

Has honeymoon at secrets maroma beach and it is a beautiful place , the rooms are lovely and comfortable, there is everything you could want. Food is excellent and the staff exceptional, especially our concierge Angel Lopez who went above and beyond with anything you need or want. Have been here 3 times now and will definitely come again in the future.

Guillermo was our concierge and did a wonderful job. He secured a tee time for us, brought us extra treats that we requested and made us feel real comfortable. Great job secrets maroma.

My favorite spot on the planet. Period. We honeymoon let here in 2004 and have been back several times. I don’t even know why we try other places… we compare everything to Maroma and haven’t found a place that beats it yet. We’ve stayed at several other secrets resorts. They are okay- but nothing compares to the beach, service, food and vibe at secrets maroma. We actually came to Mexico for the Dave and Tim concert at Moon Palace. Winter storm hit the United States while we were in Mexico and we knew travel back to Dallas would be difficult at best. We decided to seize the day and extend our stay at secret secrets and I’m so glad we did. Especially after coming straight from another resort… the differences between what you get elsewhere and what you get at secrets are so astounding it’s simply boggles the mind. If you’re on the fence about staying here- do it. Don’t think about it just book it. And get ready cause as soon as you get home you’re gonna want to book a return trip. Just can’t say enough good things.
