Secrets Maroma Beach Riviera Cancun

Secrets Maroma was amazing at every level. The service, staff, dining, and facilities were top notch. We’ve stayed at all-inclusive before and they are way above any other experience. We will be back in the future.

Lovely experience. Best beach I've ever seen, and not crowded. Hotel amazing with first class service - attentive and friendly - especially Luis on the beach and Concierge Marco. Food very good and plenty of choices.

This resort was amazing to stay at. Have stayed at another resort close to here and it was much better. The staff was super kind and friendly. There was an abundance of food options and restaurant experiences. It was very clean and well maintained. I would revisit in the future.

From the moment we stepped foot into Secrets Maroma Beach to the moment we left (reluctantly), our stay was absolutely perfect in every way! The resort is beautiful! The rooms were clean and spacious and our concierge Marco was available at a moment's notice to assist us with anything we needed during our stay. The beach is the prettiest I have seen and there were plenty of chairs available for use and a beach bar with swing chairs (which I love). The pools were fantastic and the team that is working the pool bar and delivering drinks were very attentive! The Entertainment Team and the nightly shows were great! I typically am not a fan of attending shows but these were top notch with some great talent! During the day at the pool, they offered volleyball, bingo and other fun games to participate in if interested. We loved the Bingo and we really enjoyed Daniela! Every team member that we came in contact with was fantastic and had great personalities! My husband and I were celebrating our anniversary during this trip. One of the very special moments was when Rodrigo from the Entertainment Team approached us and said he had a surprise for us and asked us to meet him at a certain location. When we arrived, he had red carpet rolled out and our song was playing in the background. He had champagne, dessert and he set up a fun painting session with our handprints! We were able to take it home as a memory of this wonderful trip. Apparently, the team refers to this as "Moments of More" which makes the stay even more special. The resort and staff are fantastic in and of itself, but these "Moments of More" is what sets them apart! Johanna from Rooms Division and the General Manager were also extremely hospitable! I was very impressed with the conversations we had and their love for hospitality! Additionally, the food was delicious which is often hard to find at an all inclusive. We enjoyed the Mexican, Italian, French and the Hibachi meals very much and no reservations were needed (aside from the Hibachi table) which made it much easier to dine at your leisure. We had heard wonderful things about this resort and have always wanted to experience it for ourselves. Well, we did and it was unbelievable! We will definitely be returning to Secrets Maroma Beach! Thanks to all for making this trip special!
