This was our 3rd visit to this Secrets and we have never been disappointed. The entire experience is beyond description. All of the other couples we met and talked to agreed and said they would definitely be back.

Secrets Maroma Service
We recently had a beautiful vacation at Secrets Maroma, What an amazing experience! Your staff is quite incredible….from the minute we walked into the lobby. Our concierge,Héctor, was extraordinary. He provided personal assistance and made us feel right at home. Each day, Héctor made sure he found us to make sure we had a “stress free” experience. Such a classy man that showed professionalism and addressing all concerns. Hector was a ray of sunshine and a true, loyal employee. Secrets Maroma is so fortunate to have such a phenomenal employee! Thank you to the entire staff for outstanding and attentive service. Absolutely a beautiful resort!

A five star experience
What really made the trip for us was the level of service. All staff that we met were above and beyond friendly and helpful. A special mention has to go to Bramdon Gómez, our personal concierge in building 26 who looked after our every need - information, transportation, trip planning advice etc. looking forward to coming back again and staying in building 26 with Brandon. 😃 Mrs. Barnett.
