Secrets Maroma Beach Riviera Cancun

Secrets Maroma was one of the best places I’ve ever vacationed. Our personal building concierge Roger Arroyo was truly exceptional. He went above and beyond when my husband got hurt in a fall. In fact, the whole staff was professional, courteous and helpful. In a time where it is hard to find good service, They REALLY know what Customer Service means there at Secrets Maroma. The food was very good, and beverages were truly top shelf for this Secrets. I would highly recommend this resort.

Came late July for our honeymoon. The location was great and ideal if you’re planning on doing a lot of of the main attractions nearby like Xcaret, Xel-Ha, Xplor or Xenses, it’s about 40-45 minutes away. About 25 minutes away from Playa Del Carmen, 50 minutes away from Isla Mujeres. The atmosphere was great. The aesthetic was very relaxing and crisp. Food was also great at each restaurant we attended. Did not eat at the French restaurant. We requested an ocean view room, however, the palm trees prevented the actual view of the ocean but the room was great . We were in building 25. They did offer to accommodate us to the other side of the hotel that did have an actual view of the ocean, but by the time we had already unpacked so we ended up just staying in the room we were in. It was very spacious. Jr suite and clean. The noise level was low. Pretty quiet . We had the preferred stay so we frequented the preferred lounge for drinks, Gonzalo and Eduardo were the best! Our concierge for the building was Marcelo he was also very helpful and always happy. David in the lobby with Amstar transportation services was great, very relaxed always and helpful. Vicente from front desk was so kind . We let them offer us the 90 minute presentation which turned into 2.5 hours however ended up getting $350 credit towards our excursions which we chose Xcaret and Isla mujeres . For 2 adults both excursions was $370 after the credit. Overall great experience and would return. Thanks again Rick & Itzel

Everything about our stay at Secrets Maroma Beach was absolute perfection! From the incredible food and amazing daily events to the top-notch service, we couldn't have asked for a better experience. The staff truly goes above and beyond to make you feel like family the moment you arrive. An overall amazing vacation—we can’t wait to come back!

We only spent 3 nights there, we certainly could have stayed longer. I was not ready to go home. The staff was warm and friendly, always a smile and a hola. I can't remember the last time I was so relaxed. The seaweed was an issue, certain times of the day you could smell it from the pool area. If you're coming for the beach skip the summer. We didn't mind hanging at the pool the whole time. We did the bike tour, lots of fun, all that drinking and eating it felt good to get some exercise. When we were there we were planning our next trip. I highly recommend.
