Beautiful resort and excellent staff
Lovely resort. Beautiful room and amenities, but the highlight was the staff. Especially our concierge Héctor, who was so helpful and friendly.

You get what you pay for and this was a great experience.
You get what pay for and this holiday was exceptional. Easy to get around for those with reduced mobility, great restaurant choices. Loved not having to reserve for meals. Building 14-15-16 are very well located and swim out room is very nice and quiet. Only problem is the amount of sargassum (weed) on the beach and ocean. Some tractors picking it off our beach but ocean was not nice to swim in. Not the resorts fault as it is all over the Caribbean and ocean coasts. Chairs and umbrellas on beach are great and were easy to access. Beach is very quiet, pool has more music and activities.

The resort as beautiful, the service was excellent specially our concierge who provided us with daily information and superb service. Food was delicious, spa services superb and beach was stunning! 10/10!!!!!

Been to a few secrets resorts. This is my old time favorite. Been four or five times. Great customer service, the best beach, great food, and great people.
