My husband and I had a great vacation here. The team members at Secrets Maroma make you feel so at home, and your entire stay amazing. The service is incredible. The food was also very good and the entire resort beautiful and very well-maintained. Would love to give extra thanks to some of the team members who we had the pleasure of seeing regularly — Brandon, Luis, Jose, Domingo, and Mani were phenomenal, along with the rest of the staff we met. Thank you to them all for a wonderful trip!

My wife and I chose Secrets Maroma Beach for our honeymoon, and it was hands down the greatest resort experience I’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The rooms were spacious, beautifully designed, and the cleanliness was absolutely spectacular—impeccable every single day. The amenities throughout the resort were excellent, and the value for what you receive is amazing. The beaches were incredibly peaceful, with little to no music, which made them quiet, relaxing, and perfect for unwinding. The layout of the pools was thoughtfully designed, allowing you to choose whether you wanted a more active, lively atmosphere or a quieter, more serene pool experience. That flexibility really made the stay special. The food deserves special recognition—hands down the best food I’ve ever had at a resort. Every meal felt high quality and thoughtfully prepared. A huge highlight was our concierge, Bramdon (building 26). He was unbelievable—very professional, attentive, and quick to meet any need we had. He truly elevated our stay. Another standout was Ener in the Preferred Club. If I were the owner of this resort, he would be my lead trainer for the wait staff and deserving of a promotion. He was intentional, remembered our names and orders, and was genuinely personable. Ener is exactly what I imagine when I think of extraordinary service. Secrets Maroma Beach is an amazing place for honeymoons, vacations, or even conferences. We couldn’t recommend it more highly and will absolutely be back.

Awesome experience....everyone who worked there was happy...attentive...helpful. rooms were beautiful and clean. Every amenity u needed was there...lots of activities and entertainment...would love to come back again!! Angel our concierge for our building 14 was very helpful!!
