Secrets Maroma Beach Riviera Cancun

Absolutely amazing experience. This place is an example for customer service excellence. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay so pleasant and especially to Roger,our Concierge, Gabriela,Hugo,all the staff from the Preffered Beach Club and Lounge. Great beach,food,Spa and obviously comfortable and clean accomodations. We are booking it again.

Overall we had a fantastic week at Maroma! We had group of 10 with a 19 & 20 year olds along. Their first time at adults only resort and LOVED IT! Great food…..we liked Hibachi/Asian, French & Mexican best. Leo & Sebastian were great servers in French restaurant! We also really Preferred Club breakfast…..everything was so good! Preferred Lounge had the BEST server named Jessica. She is a real gem! The concierge’s, Bramdon & Roberto did a great job….making dining, spa & golf reservations. Franco & Jose were awesome pool attendants. Eder was very attentive pool server. Daniel was quick to greet us on arrival….knew us by name throughout the week & wished us well as we left today. Spa was ok…..not outstanding. Pools were very chilly to start the week but one was heated more the last few days. That was our biggest disappointment! We really enjoy our pool time! Can walk about 1.5 miles to the left. Shorter to the right. Ocean was clear, nice to swim in. Minimal seaweed. Ample pool chairs & beach huts….no need to get up early to save seats! Loved all the food classes and samplings around the pool. Ice cream truck, paella & pizza making classes. Activity staff was good….water aerobics! Shows were average…..we enjoyed the Elements show the most. Live music in lobby, Preferred breakfast & poolside was good. Had fun with the silent disco & casino nights! Sports bar had plenty of games for nighttime fun or rainy days….pool, shuffle board, darts, foosball, soccer pool and 9 hole mini-golf course. All sports games televised too! Cleaning staff was very good & timely!! We’ll look forward to a return visit!

The resort was wonderful! The staff were so nice, the food was great, and our stay was super relaxing. I would absolutely stay here again!!

To say that our experience at Secrets Maroma Beach exceeded our expectations is an understatement. This was the first all inclusive resort we have ever been to, and we were very, very pleased with what we experienced here the staff is top-notch and we were so taken care of at every step of the way. They did a great job anticipating our desires and needs and learning our inclinations so that they could anticipate what would be a blessing to us and that was very well received. If you shout out to our concierge, Angel, who helped us secure a yoga mat and a hot water kettle among other things, our waiters Jorge and Freddie, who were super nice, Isabella and Alejandra who helped make daytime activities at the pool a blast and Isomar, our waiter by the pool. Finally, Valerie, who already helped us secure a great deal on our next stay! One thing we didn’t expect was to meet so many great people from around the world we regularly found ourselves in conversations with people over dinner or drinks or by the pool and even found some new friends to play games with in the lobby at night while listening to live music. We are truly leaving refreshed and revitalized, and cannot recommend this place enough! Book with confidence!
