Amazing vacation
We love Secrets Maroma Beach! This is our third vacation here. We came for dinner it 1 year anniversary this year. We have come in July, November (had our wedding here) and December now. Our concierge Francia Torres was amazing. She went above and beyond for every request and made sure my husband had a wonderful birthday. Alberto is our absolute favorite! He remembers us by name and knows our favorite drinks. Freddie and Jose were wonderful waiters for breakfast and lunches! Hugo is another stand out guy! We have made this our home away from home and cannot wait to enjoy another stay here! Everyone is so friendly and makes sure you are having the best time. Isabel in the entertainment staff is so bubbly and full of life. You won’t regret a trip here. Make sure you get out on the beach to witness a sunrise as well. They are breathtaking.

Wonderful resort on a perfect beach
We just returned yesterday from a week stay at Maroma - our first time to this resort. We have been to F.A. Condesa many times and love it, but this resort excelled in every respect (except maybe the pools). Our concierge, Marcelo was excellent. Very kind and attentive to any needs we had. We stayed in bldg. 27, ocean front and would recommend it, however higher floors have better views. We would definitely return to this resort in the future.

A Great Place for a Relaxing and Fun Vacation
We had a great experience and truly enjoyed our stay at this resort. Everything was fantastic, especially the staff and the restaurants. The only minor drawback — not related to the resort — was that the weather was rainy and windy for two of the six days we were there (although there were also some nice plans for rainy days). Overall, I would highly recommend this place.

Peace and Comfort on Riviera Maya
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay; effortless to find a chair or cabana, and the resort is peppered with lots of unexpected, hidden areas to relax. Food is excellent with plenty of variety. Service is top-notch and friendly. Plenty of activities and options; personally, these don't interest me as I'm there for relaxation - which wasn't a problem, out by a beautiful beach. Absolutely planning to return.
