We had traveled faithfully for 15 years but, this was our very first trip to Mexico. We were not sure how it would compare. We were pleasantly surprised. We had the prefered room. Some of the amenities for that room level were wonderful, We had our own concierge for our block of rooms. Brandon hit it out of the park. Any requests that we had were exicuted quickly. He greeted us with a smile and even when with other guests gave us a wave of acknowledement. The pool side was excellent. We had never had such great pool side Service before. Dario was excellent. We were so well taken care of, All the food was top notch. The food at the French restraunt was so good we ate there 3 nights in a row making our way down the menu. Some of the best resort food we have ever had. We did do 2 days of diving and that would be the only downfall to staying here, There is no diving close by. Transfers were long 1 hour+ diving in Cancun was dissapointing. We were told Cosumel is the place to be for diving. If we decide to go to Mexico to dive we would do the loacation of our stay differently. If your not diving, this is a great resort to stay at. They had plenty of fun activites to do, Archery was so fun they had bike trail tour in the am and many fun shows in the evening.

Our new favorite vacation destination! Exceptional all the way around! Staff was amazing Roberto was our personal concierge who was magnificent along with Dario and Manny on the beach! My wife and I can’t wait to go back! From check in to check out, there is not a single thing I can think of that was not beyond exceptional. Also, the spa needs to be on your must do list. Lilly was amazing! Such a wonderful resort! Best vacation!!!!!

This resort is my favorite resort in the Cancun/Riviera Maya area that I've ever been to. The drinks were strong, the food was great and allergen-friendly, and the service was wonderful. I am gluten-free and had amazing high quality options. The beach didn't have seaweed, and while it was hard to find a chair, it was beautiful. The only thing that wasn't great was that the swimout pools are not heated and can be cold in the shade. Otherwise, it was excellent! We will be returning for longer.
