Fantastic fun All Inclusive
This resort had a huge array of restaurants and bars. The food is of really high quality with lots of variety. Plenty of bars around the resort. Evening entertainment is great and fun. Loved the late night taco stand ! Service is very friendly and fun. Hector our concierge was really helpful and super attentive. Loved Alberto who gave great pool service and Leo also. Fernando also great at lunch service. Only downside is that sometimes there was a lack of beds at the pool and guests getting up early to bag beds !

I’d highly recommend this resort. Beautiful grounds, delicious food, staff seem to really care about your well-being and comfort , and there’s no end to the great live music and activities. Special shout out to Omar and Marcelo. They’re awesome!!!

Secrets Maroma Beach 10/10!
We stayed in the Preferred Club Junior Suite Ocean View Double-definitely worth it! Room was beautiful, and mini fridge stayed stocked. Roberto was the best concierge, and did a lot to help! The food was so good!!! (Plenty of choices!) Spa was very nice. Beachside service was good. The entertainment/activities were awesome! (You will never be bored!!) Every employee greeted you with a smile on their face and were happy to help. I highly recommend this resort!

Great service
Service was top notch. Angel was our concierge and was attentive to anything we needed. Even so far as to blow up a raft for my fiance. Marcelo was also great and super friendly. We’ve been to a lot of resorts and none have compared to the service we received at Secrets Maroma

Wonderful Resort !
From the moment we got the resort was stunning anything and everything you could want the staff was amazing and always went above and beyond. The staff always greeted us and Made us feel more than comfortable and at home here. Our personal concierge Angel was AMAZING! He always made sure we were up to date with all the events by texting us personally. Outside and around the hotel when he saw us, always made sure to check up and make sure everything was okay. He was really nice, funny and friendly!! The food was really good and had a good variety the staff inside all the restaurants and food places were incredibly nice too!!! All the events that were held were so fun!! There was a good variety of events all day and night so everyone had something to do if they wanted to I would definitely recommend to anyone who wants a nice relaxing getaway 10/10! Reminder Angel was THE BESSTTT!!!
