Secrets Maroma Beach Riviera Cancun

Hector from building 14 was the best concierge we ever had! Always smiling… remembered our names every day… and got our elevator to work the very next day! Food was excellent … drinks were a little weak …. Staff was excellent ! This was our 10th time in Mexico and our best experience yet at your resort ….. we will be returning next May!! Hopefully hector will be our concierge again!👍

Our time at the resort was perfect. The resort itself was gorgeous and the food was amazing. The staff were all super friendly and helpful and did everything they could to help us out. Our best memories were spent on the beach seeing and listening to the ocean at all times. The Bartender there Efrain took great care of us and helped us make wonderful memories there by giving us suggestions on new drinks to experience and also by helping us set up a reservation and serving us at the beach front romantic dinner. Our time spent at the resort was a wonderful experience and we really do appreciate everything he did to help us feel welcomed and taken care of.

It truly feels like a little piece of paradise on earth! The service and food were the best we’ve ever experienced, and the resort was impeccably clean. The staff was always available and went above and beyond to make every part of our stay comfortable and special. We loved all of the dinner options — especially the new Greek restaurant! Every evening, the service was outstanding. We were celebrating our daughter’s college graduation, and the staff made it extra memorable with thoughtful treats created just for her. The bartenders were fabulous, and every drink was delicious. They genuinely try to accommodate anything you could want! The entertainment staff also brought such a fun energy and made everyone feel welcome and included. We especially enjoyed the pool exercise classes. Our only negative was the size of the gym — it was a bit too small for the number of guests wanting a morning workout. Other than that, everything was exceptional!

We had an amazing stay and felt genuinely welcomed from the moment we arrived. A special thank you to Roberto, our personal concierge, who went above and beyond throughout our vacation. He took the time to explain all of the room amenities in detail, responded quickly to every request, and truly made us feel cared for. After we got badly sunburned on our second day, Roberto even arranged aloe lotion for us right away, which meant so much. We also want to recognize Mariana for her kindness and excellent spa service during our stay. She was always warm, welcoming, and made every interaction enjoyable. Their professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality made our trip even more memorable. Five-star service all around — Roberto and Mariana are true assets to the resort!

Secrets Maroma Beach was an amazing place to vacation! We had our Anniversary trip here and it did not disappoint. The food was great, the service was impeccable and the property was beautiful! The staff is also incredible! Hector our concierge made sure we were happy and had everything we needed. Alberto at the pool was amazing and he not only made sure everyone was taken care of but he also remembered everyone’s name! Eduardo in the main lobby bar and at the special events bars was so attentive and so joyful! He made everyone he waited on smile! Honestly, I could go on and on about the staff. The only thing we really did not get to enjoy much was the beach because of the sargassum. Secrets did all they could though to try and keep the beaches looking good. I would definitely recommend this property for a wonderful vacation.
