Barely work!
It was such a wonderful expedition! Our concierge, Angel Lopez, made all the difference!

Amazing hotel
We stayed in preferred club block 16. Roger, our concierge was excellent, nothing was too much trouble for him. Being in Preferred offered us a quieter space in the two lovely areas. The whole of the secrets team are professional, helpful and delightful company. Again, they do their best to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The food is fantastic, everywhere you eat, either by the pool or in a restaurant it's always plentiful, well cooked and well presented. Thank you to all the chefs. The grounds, amenities and beach are kept in immaculate condition, you can tell the team are proud of where they work. One 'negative' would be the rotation of Corporate guests, some, not all, were very loud around the pool, many individuals tequilaing their way through the day which disturbed and annoyed many paying guests. On more than one occasion they had to be told to quieten down. This may prevent some guests from returning. Secrets need to look at this policy i feel.

5 stars! Outstanding
We spent 5 nights at Secrets Maroma. The beach was the best we have seen here. The staff was outstanding. Marcelo and Arberto took great care of us. Always checking on us and made our trip extra special. There’s always snacks and drink in our room. There’s always an event going on nightly. We were here for the Super Bowl. They had a great party! Lots of food, fun and I even caught a superbowl t-shirt that night! Thank you to all the staff, drink guys, restaurants! Your hospitality will always be remembered! Til next time!
