We can’t say enough about this resort. The food is amazing, the staff couldn’t be more accommodating and the resort itself is immaculate.

we went to maroma building 25 Roberto was our concierge.. HE was THE best ever (we've been to many Secrets... even Impressions with a " butler" .. he was so considerate and the way he interacted with everyone.. amazing..

Staff were amazing. Food was unbelievable. I don't know where they found the chefs to do all this amazing work. Staff were so kind and caring and willing to do anything. Beautiful, Clean rooms, excellent beach and pool and Roger our concierge was so concerned for our happiness. A true professional! What a joy! Then our last night we were sitting around with friends soaking in the last moments and Armando Coda came up and blew our minds with his Mental Magic to top it off. We will tell people about this place!

Never a better experience in cancun
For the size of this resort, the attention and care of the staff made it feel more personal than I anticipated. No detail was too small, no need unmet. Food was superior from room service to beach, and everything in between. Entertainment was fun, and disco/dancing in the evening was an unexpected delight. Truly, I can’t think of one thing I would change or say could have been done better. Five stars, well deserved!
