We have been to several of the Secrets and Dreams branded hotels. This was by far the best experience yet. The staff, hotel, property, and beach are very very nice. We stayed in building 26. We were in a Preferred level room. Bramdon was our concierge. He did a great job and was full of good energy. The Preferred lounge was very nice for a quick snack and beverage.

My wife and I had a wonderful time at Secrets Maroma Beach, the entire staff was very welcoming and friendly. The resort is beautiful and very well maintained. The beach was incredible. The food was amazing and service was excellent. Our concierge, Hector Arenas was the best. He took care of us and made our stay unforgettable. We had an awesome, relaxing stay.

This was our second visit to Secrets Maroma Beach. It was as amazing and memorable as the first visit. Our concierge, Guillermo, made sure all of our needs were taken care of and Nora and Humberto made sure our room was always in order and felt like home. The food was great, the service was spot on, and the spa was fantastic. My wife and I were there for a conference, with enough free time to enjoy the resort, and we can't wait to go back!
