Secrets Maroma Beach Riviera Cancun

Whoooa, what a fantastic stay we had at the Secrets Maroma Beach Resort. As a ex Hotel GM myself I have to say that I was extremly impressed with the Hotel, the Restaurants, Rooms, Entertainment etc. but the entire staff was outstanding. One could tell that everybody was proud of their job and the hospitality was therfore fantastic. Our concierge Roberto and Zayda from the Hyatt Unlimited Vacation Club VIP Service stood out even more. The beach was incredible, the pools impecable and the F&B operations left nothing left to be desired. They even had a staff member with a little push cart cleaning the sunglasses and reading glasses of the guests. Due to the Resort layout nothing was overcrowded and the general feel was of a small boutique hotel. This was and is a very classy operation and we will be back for sure. Thank you for a very enjoyable time at a wonderful resort.

This is our 2nd visit, we never return to the same resort twice. We love Maroma and will definitely be back. The food was outstanding, the outdoor buffets excellent ! Housekeeping was stellar, all staff helpful and friendly. Pool staff, wait staff, concierge Angel, restaurant hostesses go above and beyond. Any needs we had were responded to promptly. Thank you for a wonderful stay - see you next year!

This a beautiful resort with wonderful amenities, activities, pools, and the beach is one of the best! Can’t beat the pure white sand! Shout out to their staff who went above and beyond for us while we were here: Angel our concierge, Leo our waiter at the French restaurant (this one is th best of them all), Hugo one of the event coordinator staff/food service staff who made my birthday extra special, an Isemar one of the waitresses by the pool giving us endless drinks with a smile! 😃 we will be back!

This was the best resort I've been to. The staff was so friendly and accommodating to any request my wife and I had. The rooms were clean and the staff ensured we had everything we needed by restocking the room refreshments daily. All the food was so delicious and there was so much variety, it would be impossible not to find something to eat/ drink that you will love. From the activities and events, to the care of the staff, every single thing was thought through to ensure we didn't have to lift a finger during our entire stay. I know this review makes Secrets Maroma seem too good to be true, that is because it truly is. This is paradise.
