Secrets Maroma Beach Riviera Cancun

This was our 5th visit to the wonderful Secrets Maroma Beach, and our third in a row since 2023 - it goes without saying that we love the place! The location and layout are great, with the recent updates to the Preferred Lounge/Bar being a huge step forward. We stayed in building 26, close to the Preferred beach area, which remains our favorite - the beach was immaculate with very little seaweed and new beach loungers which were welcome. The place is great but what makes it really special are the staff - without exception friendly and good fun. To see the professional growth in some individuals from previous years is amazing. Bramdon is now Concierge in Building 26 - previously we knew him as Pool Concierge - he's a natural talent and an amazing host with nothing left to chance, and all our requests taken care of quickly and efficiently. Some other "old friends" are still doing a great job - Mauricio by the pool, "Willy", Marco, Eder, Luis by the beach, the two Eduardo's, Luis (Machete!), Pedro and Erik in Preferred Lounge all remembered us by name! Another great example is Rifkele - previously at the Preferred Breakfast, and now a Wedding Planner and whilst we weren't getting married, she was still super friendly and helpful and was like another old friend. Another shout out to some great restaurant hosts - Veronika, Daniela and Julio. Too many people to mention here, but what a team! Only point for improvement - the gym needs new aircon please! Visit Secrets Maroma Beach - you won't regret it!

Our experience at Secrets was amazing. We met Armando Coda one evening and he was amazing at his craft. I also enjoyed the service and the food at all of the restaurants. I will definitely come back again as soon as possible.

We came Secrets Maroma to celebrate our 25 th wedding anniversary. We have previously visited secrets Akumal. I call secrets all inclusive on steroids. From the moment you arrive you are treated as royalty. Every waiter, waitress, bar person coffee shop and worker at the resort makes you feel special. Nothing is too much. Whenever I saw Roger he would always ask how we are and if he could do anything for us. Every restaurant is like fine dining. The resort is immaculately clean. We upgraded to the preferred package with swim up room which was lovely. We loved the preferred dining for breakfast. Made you feel special. I cannot rate this resort highly enough.

We had yet another amazing stay at Secrets Maroma Beach, this was our 6th visit. Check in on arrival as seamless and very welcoming. Our room was spacious and comfortable, the toiletries in the bathroom are good quality and the minibar is well-stocked. A special thanks to Bramdon, our concierge in building 26, he is an excellent host and his guest/customer service is second to none, he has such a great sense of humour. A big thank you also to Edy, Mauricio and Hugo the pool concierges who always made sure we had sun loungers, fresh towels and a bottle of water each morning, they also ensured our sunglasses were cleaned each afternoon. The restaurants at Secrets Maroma Beach are the best, there’s never a long wait for a table, the food was delicious and the service was top-notch. All of the resort staff were attentive and friendly, nothing was ever a problem, everyone goes above and beyond to ensure you have the very best experience. I can quite honestly say this resort is our favourite and we will be coming back in 2026.
