Secrets Maroma Beach Riviera Cancun

Everything about Secrets Maroma Beach was simply stunning. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming — nothing ever felt like too much trouble. The surroundings are immaculate and beautiful, with the whole resort feeling calm, luxurious, and perfectly maintained. The entertainment was excellent without being overbearing, and there was always something to enjoy whether you wanted to relax or get involved. The choice of restaurants was fantastic, with high-quality food and plenty of variety. It’s one of those places that really does live up to the hype, and then some. I would absolutely aspire to go back and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for a truly special getaway.

We had an excellent time at Secrets Maroma Beach Rivera in Cancun. The staff goes out of their way to ensure we have a great experience. Catalina at the pool was especially helpful and provided great service. The beach is beautiful and the main pool was heated which was nice. We'll be back!

It was an unbelievable experience. From when we got there to when we left, we felt at home. Rodger was the man, making sure we had everything we needed at all times throughout our entire stay. The staff was excellent and their attention to detail was second to none. Highly recommend staying at Secrets Maroma for your next trip.

My wife and I spent 4 nights at Secrets Maroma to celebrate our anniversary and it was truly an unforgettable vacation. The staff are top notch: friendly, attentive, and eager for you to enjoy your experience - whether room, food, bar, or entertainment. Their level of professionalism is hard to come by these days. Our concierge Angel was fantastic and he helped with all details to make our stay smooth. We also really enjoyed Luis the beach attendant. The food was outstanding. The only slight issue was the noise level in the room. We were on the first floor of building 14 in one of the swim out suites, but that meant the room service carts went right past our door to get to the farther buildings - and they go by 24/7. If you are a light sleeper, I would not recommend booking a swim out suite for this reason. If they could find a solution for the cart noise, it would make the resort perfect in every possible way!

Top notch all inclusive! We visited with another couple and had such an amazing stay- even though the weather did not always cooperate. The beach was GORGEOUS, the staff was SO kind and attentive, and the food exceeded our expectations for an all inclusive. Shout out to my breakfast guy that introduced me to Divorced Eggs and made them on request daily! I loved all the attention to detail put into this resort- the sophisticated design of the lobby and restaurants definitely stood out! Lots of varied activities throughout the day- but we mainly enjoyed post-dinner activities at Desires (new nightclub) and the Rendezvous Bar in lobby- ESPRESSO Martinis were the BEST! Live DJ, bands, casino night & Silent Disco were among our favorites- would highly recommend!
