Secrets Maroma Beach Riviera Cancun

My wife and I just returned from a week stay at Secrets Maroma. Everything was exceptional! The hospitality, the nightly entertainment, the food, the service, the landscaping, the atmosphere... everything. Our expectations were exceeded in every way. I would definitely recommend a stay at Maroma.

We just returned from our 23rd time at Maroma, and just booked our 24th. The same question we get all the time why; don't you want to try other places? We have been to numerous other resorts throughout Mexico, Punta Cana, Bahamas and Bermuda. But Maroma continues to exceed our expectations every single visit. The resort is beautiful, the food is outstanding, and the SERVICE is truly what sets it apart. We are treated like Royality every single visit. A special thank you to our concierge Roberto (building 25), we request his building every single visit! He consistently goes above and beyond to make each of our visits perfect and treats us like family. His attention to detail and genuine care are a big reason we just keep coming back. We would also like to recognize Bramdon (building 27) concierge but used to Manage the Pool for years before his promotion and he still takes the time to come find us with his big smile and makes sure we have everything we need to make our stay relaxing and just perfect. Another standout is Manuel (Manny) the Beach Concierge, his hospitality and professionalism make our Beach Bali beds experience so memorable. We stay Preferred 4th Floor Oceanview each visit and our room is always beautiful, spotless and comfortable. We are also amazed by the effort they put into cleaning up the beach whenever the seaweed washing ashore, they work continuously throughout the day to keep the beach looking stunning! The Spa is another highlight of every visit. From the moment you walk in your greeted by a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere that immediately helps you unwind, thanks to Sergio for setting up all my treatments. The staff at Secrets Maroma don't just treat guests well they make you feel like family. After 23 visits we can honestly say this resort feels like a second home. We have made countless wonderful memories and friends here and are already looking forward to our next trip this August. We highly recommend Maroma!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

He consistently goes above and beyond to make every stay memorable, and this trip was no exception. From coordinating special surprises to ensuring every detail was perfect, Bramdon’s kindness, professionalism, and genuine care are what keep us coming back year after year. We would also like to recognize Eddie, who created the perfect pool experience every single day. His attention to detail, friendly personality, and commitment to guest satisfaction made our days by the pool relaxing and effortless. And a huge thank you to Mateo, our breakfast and lunch waiter, who always remembers us and exactly what we like. His warm smile, exceptional service, and personal touch make every meal feel special. It’s employees like Mateo who turn a great vacation into an unforgettable one. The people at Secrets Maroma Beach are what make this resort so special. Their hospitality, kindness, and dedication create an experience that feels less like a vacation and more like coming home. We are already looking forward to our next visit. My concierge, Ángel López, was very helpful and friendly. He was always asking how we were and keeping us updated with daily activities!

This resort has been by far my favorite resort I have ever been to. Everyone was very helpful and kind. Whenever they had to go out of the way to help us out, they did it with happy hearts and went the extra mile. My concierge Angel was so kind and giving my siblings and I everything that we needed. The rooms were beautiful and housekeeping always did their best to keep our rooms looking nice. 10/10 would go again!
