Secrets Maroma Beach Riviera Cancun

Secrets Maroma was a 5 star experience. The atmosphere was so relaxing. The rooms were huge and the beach was exquisite. The water was clear and the sand was so pristine. The food was delicious. There were 8 lovely restaurants. Marissa was our concierge and she was perfection. She was so very helpful and tried to meet out every need. Everyone at the resort was so helpful professional snd courteous. I have never had that level of service ever anywhere. I can’t wait to go back.

I cannot say enough about Secrets Maroma Beach. It was AMAZING! The beach....the sand was soft as powdered sugar. We rented the Bali Beds and it was worth every penny. So relaxing and constantly being attended to. Angel in building #14 was great. He always addressed us immediately upon seeing us and asked if we needed help with anything and even came to find us on the beach to make sure we were doing okay. He was very attentive to our needs. A great employee! The restaurants were fabulous, the entertainment was wonderful, and all the employees were so friendly. Housekeeping did a great job each day. I would highly recommend Secrets Maroma Beach!

Could not fault this place for service even had a concierge at the beach!! Staff were all amazing from the cleaning to bartender to room service!

First time at Secrets Maroma and we had an unforgettable stay! The staff were amazing, food was delicious, rooms were very comfortable and always clean. The beach was so beautiful. Big shout out to Roberto in building 25, he couldn’t have made this stay more relaxing for us. You won’t regret picking this resort!

Great location! Under an hour from the airport and also under an hour to Tulum and Xcaret. Staff work very hard and are so pleasant and helpful (we struggled to find a sad member of staff!) Our swim up room was in a great spot, close to the main reception area and restaurants, and was cleaned to a high standard. I was poorly one day and didn’t leave my room, and I received a call from reception to check if I was okay as housekeeping had noticed I was on do not disturb. They asked if I wanted clean towels and offered to get me medical help if required. Beautiful grounds and beach which were always kept clean and tidy. The staff do not stop to be fair! Lovely atmosphere at the hotel, great facilities to keep you entertained throughout the day and night. All sorts of activities offered through the day for you to join in with if you wish. Food was delicious with soooo much choice on offer!!! This is our third time in Mexico but our friends first, and the whole 11 nights stay exceeded their expectations, so thank you xx
