We came to Secrets Maroma Beach to celebrate my wife’s birthday, and from the moment we arrived, the experience exceeded our expectations. The resort is absolutely beautiful, incredibly clean, and has such a relaxing, low key atmosphere. It was exactly what we were looking for. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and spotless, and the pool area was amazing and always beautifully maintained. What truly made our stay special was the staff. Everyone we encountered was warm, friendly, and welcoming, but a very special thank you goes to Bramdon, our concierge. He went above and beyond to make my wife’s birthday memorable. He decorated our room with such a thoughtful, personal touch, checked in with us daily, and always greeted us with the biggest smile. Those little details made such a difference. Bramdon made us feel genuinely cared for and completely at home. The cuisine throughout the resort was exceptional. We enjoyed every dining experience and were so impressed by the quality and variety. The entertainment was also superb. One of the highlights for us was the jazz singer and her guitar player. They were absolutely outstanding and created such a beautiful atmosphere. We also met some wonderful, friendly people during our stay, which made the experience even more memorable. Secrets Maroma Beach gave us the perfect combination of relaxation, exceptional service, beautiful surroundings, great food, and wonderful entertainment. We came to celebrate a special occasion and left with beautiful memories. We would absolutely recommend this resort and will definitely be returning. My wife and I celebrated her birthday and our honeymoon. Best time ever! We will be going back again. Can’t wait to we see our friends at the resort. Staff were amazing and more than accommodating. Roberto, our floor concierge was more than what we can ask for. The room staff always made sure we were taken care of properly. Franco, the pool concierge, Giovany at Oceana whose service and recommendations were outstanding. David from Amstar and Henry from Aventuras Mayas made our excursion such a memorable experience. Our room was always clean and the pool was beautiful. Drinks and music etc. My wife and I miss our vacation resort family. Til we see each other again Secrets Maroma and the entire staff got it all right! Bravo!

Very underwhelming, not much to do, construction was going the entire time. No activities and the ones they do have look like it’s their first performance. Would not recommend
