Secrets Maroma Beach Riviera Cancun

What a wonderful place! It was beautiful and the food and drinks were outstanding! Everyone was so gracious and helpful! Our room was amazing-beautiful view, great bed, 2 hot tubs! Our Concierge Guillermo was so kind and helpful! He took care of our needs, and he was extremely kind and professional. He made our stay wonderful!!

This was my second time at Secret Maroma resort, both stays were great! Excellent service, clean rooms, excellent food and drinks. The staff is working 24/7 to make your stay comfortable. I highly recommend this resort.

Overall experience was above our expectations! Guillermo took care of us from start to finish and we never had to worry about any detail because it was already taken care of.

The best honeymoon we could EVER ask for here. We got 2 kids under 4 and we needed something that was ADULTS ONLY, all inclusive, and more than a *casual* Mexico trip. One that celebrates the almost 5 years together, 4 of which were spent raising children. The staff were AMAZING. Loved our personal concierge, Bramdon. He took such great care of us and made sure we had a memorable stay. A special thank you to Isamar down at the VIP beach area for taking care of me when I wasn't feeling well. My husband and I are foodies and needed a place that didn't just look good, but served good food too. Secrets Maroma did not disappoint. With so many cuisines to choose from, and one serving delicious food, it is one of the top 3 things we loved from our stay.

This place is beautiful. We’ve been there 3 times and each one was perfect. We traveled with America Transfer to/from airport to the resort. Our driver, Alberta was very nice and out going. He made the drive very entertaining. Our room was always clean, neat and very comfortable thanks to Sonia and Mauricio kept the refrigerator in our room well stocked. Roberta, our concierge, took care of everything for us. If we had any questions or concerns he took care of it immediately. He was awesome! The resort beautiful, well laid out, and easy to walk wherever you wanted to go. The gym was very nice. My husband loved talking/laughing with Freddy in the breakfast buffet. He was very outgoing and entertaining. The resort sent us a bottle of champagne on our arrival which was very special. I’m sure we ate/drank at every restaurant/bar, they were all amazing. Checking in/out of resort is a breeze. Entertainment in the lobby, Rock show and fusion were all very good. The pools are really nice and when a large tuna is caught, the chef shows how to cut and grill, so very good. We can’t wait to return because we’ve such a wonderful time. This resort is consistent on every level. We enjoyed the whirlpool tub in our room and on the balcony. We loved everything about this resort, food, entertainment, layout, manicured gardens, beverages, and especially the staff.
