Secrets Maroma Beach Riviera Cancun

We had a truly wonderful experience at this resort and would absolutely come back in a heartbeat! The location is stunningly beautiful, and it is clear that they pay attention to every single detail to make your stay perfect.What really sets this resort apart, however, is the amazing customer service and the incredible staff. We want to give a special shout-out to the team members who made our trip unforgettable with their excellent service:Sara at the World CafeRebecca for the delicious eggs each morning, Ana & Einar at the pool, Karen our concierge for keeping everything seamless and making sure we were happy, Leonardo, Domingo, Sergio, & Francisco at the French restaurant for phenomenal dining experiences, Alberto at the playa (beach) for taking such great care of us by the water. Thank you to everyone for making our vacation so special. We cannot wait to return!

The staff was extremely wonderful. Always asking if we needed anything. Francia Torres was very professional and she always ask us if we needed directions on the resort. I didn’t bring any long slacks. I told Francia about this and she provided slacks for me so I could eat at the restaurants. She was great.

We just returned last week from the second time at this amazing resort. Everything was incredible from our room, to food, to spa, to service! It even rained two days! We choose preferred club level and stay in the honeymoon preferred suite, ocean front. The suite is gorgeous and huge! The balcony hot tub was delightful! Love soaking, starring into the ocean while feeling the ocean breeze and sipping a cocktail! Some of our favorite restaurants- 1)French restaurant- Bordeaux- had the French onion soup, filet, and chicken cordon Bleu! Unbelievable!! 2)Seafood restaurant-Oceana, which is in the middle of the resort and open air dining. The seabass, coconut shrimp, and mahi skewers were our favorite! Also, they have a live musician some evenings. Tuesday night we loved the saxophonist while eating dinner! 3)Japanese restaurant- chicken pad Thai was fantastic 4)Coco cafe- unbelievable coffee shop with everything you could imagine- pastries, coffee, cookies, icecream, breakfast sandwiches, ect… 5)Oceana preferred breakfast was phenomenal with live musician some mornings. The food is seriously next level (and not just for an all inclusive) and better than most we pay for at home. Some of the amazing staff we love!! Edwin Guadalupe- lobby bartender Nick and Aaron- preferred beach club bartenders Miguel-preferred beach server Luis-beach concierge Ana- pool server (had her both years) Saria- house keeping Mauricio room beverage Bramdon- building 27 concierge If you are looking for an incredible place to just get away from it all with beautiful pools, a gorgeous spa, and surroundings as well as incredible people and food then this is your place! You’ll be treated like kings and queens! So much so that it almost is uncomfortable. Yes, the beach has seaweed and the vegetation is not what it was two years ago due to the storms, but this is pretty much everywhere right now. The sand is still beautiful and soft, the sound of the ocean will put you to sleep, and the seaweed just doesn’t bother us as we still get in the water (and they work so hard every day clearing it). This was our second time at Secrets Maroma and third time at a Secrets resort in Mexico. Went to Akumal last year and loved that as well, but Maroma still has our hearts! We will be back every year that God allows! 🏖️🍹🌊

Maroma Beach is beautiful and luxurious. The staff are incredible and the food is great. We recommend it if you are looking for pure relaxation!

I had a wonderful time. Staff was so helpful and kind, particularly our concierge, Angel Lopez. Everyone checked in on us regularly, the food was incredible. Overall, great experience.
