Genuinely the best hotel and most relaxing holiday I've ever experienced. The hotel is incredible, the staff are exceptional, and the food is just out of this world. Currently writing this on the final day sitting in the World Cafe with the great breakfast selection, and have to give the biggest of shout outs and credit to probably the best member of staff I've ever encountered at any resort or to be honest, in any industry - Freddy. The staff are all exceptional but his attitude and personality are brilliant, he has well and truly made breakfast and lunches with his personal touch and his infectious smile. The guy is an absolute treasure who I can't say enough positive things about. He told us this morning he's worked here 14 years and to have the positive energy that he has and be as welcoming etc. Is brilliant. It is definitely part of what has made this trip the best one I've ever had. The quality of food at the restaurants is amazing, the Asian cuisine being a particular highlight for the quality. The beach, outstanding, with the seaweed regularly being removed by either staff or the tractor to ensure the beach is immaculate! We have had one of the swim up rooms and even though pricier, would highly recommend for the peace and quiet and that added touch of luxury. Also have to say the concierge's they have for the buildings are brilliant, so helpful, and always provide a nice greeting when you see them - special mention to our original concierge Paola who has been incredible while we have been here. Genuinely can't say enough great things about this resort, and the entertainment has been brilliant too. Can definitely understand why it has won awards and will continue to do so... and Freddy, is by far, a shining star at the resort.

Best resort I have ever stayed at! Nothing short of amazing! I will absolutely stay here again and any time that I go to Cancun.

The staff are so warm and welcoming. The food is very good for all inclusive. Would not hesitate to return and will recommend.

What a beautiful place. Been to a few 5* AI now. Loved that this one has a 24hr cafe serving ace coffee and use of iPad in the room to request room service (no accent/translation problems when calling concierge!) also, every building block has its own concierge-nice touch.

I've been to a lot of different Secrets but can say without a doubt this was my favorite. The service is beyond excellent. Shout out to Roberto, our concierge, who took care of so many extra details that made us feel so special. The beach was beautiful and the beach concierge service is awesome. The preferred restaurant and staff excellent but the food overall was very good. The Hibachi was the best I've ever had. The entertainment was worth it, except for the magic show-don't go....loved the silent disco nights.
