This was one of the most wonderful vacations that we’ve ever spent as a family. Dora was incredible. The service is impeccable. Food was delicious. Dora invited us to the beach for a cleanup to support the turtle season, which was a wonderful experience The beach experience was done with our entire family, which was phenomenal The rooms were clean and our favorite restaurant was the hibachi grill. Weather was fantastic. Pool was clean plenty of chairs for everyone to enjoy.

Our experience with the rooms, staff, and service team was outstanding!! The La Hacienda and Cafe’ Sisal were excellent!! Our favorite part of our day was our morning and evening walks after breakfast and dinner. Stunning grounds that are kept immaculate. Dora was so inviting and she made us feel like family everytime we saw her!!! Love her so much!! Lucia and her partner at the main pool bar was fantastic!! The go team is so energetic and ready for anything! Keeping us active and entertained! Absolutely excellent!! Overall an amazing experience and WE WILL BE BACK for a fourth time.

We went for our 25th wedding anniversary and it was wonderful! So much so, that we booked a last minute getaway here for May 18th. The extra touches make you feel so special. The main pool had a great vibe and the staff was extremely accommodating and friendly. The beach was clean and had great service there. We had the Prive package and it was wonderful. Since this next trip is last minute we didn't purchase the Prive and I know I will miss the bali bed and other extras. The food was great, try the divorced eggs at breakfast. Can't wait to be back next week!

This was a beautiful and well run resort on a massive property, built into the jungle, rather than just scraping a section out to develop it. We stayed in building 13, close to the beach, pools and outdoor restaurant, which was incredible. Staff was superb, including our housekeeper Maria and our extremely friendly and helpful concierge in the base of our building (Kehsi??) Shout out and thank you to Carlos at the pool concierge. Dora the PR rep who get's things done and makes people smile was so sweet and so helpful! Sebastian the Magician, who I had the pleasure of enjoying at a very small private show in the sports bar after his performance was by far the most talented magician I've ever seen in my life. This went on for close to an hour for 5 of us at the corner of the bar, no one else realizing what was taking place. A special shout out Ben the groom and his lovely bride, my buddy David, his father Jim and all of the friends and family that we met, there for a beautiful wedding and celebration. The hardest working, most impressive display of service that I witnessed over and over again was the great Marcos at the Sports Bar each evening. This guy was mind-blowing and the service matched his speed and attention to detail. He ran that bar like few I've ever seen, and I spent a lot of years in the business. Cheers to you, my friend! My wife and I had a perfect anniversary trip, with plenty of excellent drinks and meals, highlights being the Martini Bar in the evening and the french restaurant. Thanks for helping us to have a memorable and enjoyable vacation.

Go team is good. Dora was extremely helpful. Food and service was great! Great weather & awesome views! Activities and entertainment was amazing! Favorite was pool, activities, entertainment & food! It would be better if the coffee shop opened by 6am not 7am. It would also be helpful if the concierge came in before 9am maybe 8 am.
