This is Ali Najarian: I was really impressed with the level of service I received with my family and our wedding group. Everyone was happy with the customer service team at the resort. They were very responsive and helpful, Specially Mr Shawa,Munther who was really one of the most person doing his perfect job making everyone of our group more than happy, he deserves best appreciation from me ,my family and all our group . I would definitely recommend this resort to others. Thanks again to everyone for everything. Thanks Mr.Shawa,we will do it again.

We stayed at FPM the last week of May 2024. We were a party of 2 families 4 adults and 2 babies (8m and 18m). We booked the private pool rooms in hopes to get our rooms next to each other – which I noted on our reservation (both rooms on 1 reservation). I also contacted the resort again with this request 2 weeks in advance of our stay. Upon check-in, our rooms were in 2 different buildings. We were told that one of us could move to the other building the next day but that we would be displaced from our room for 3-5 hours. Ultimately, we declined the move which ended up being a big blessing because there was a lot of construction happening on a couple private pool rooms in that building resulting in lots of noise and concrete dust. Our friends ended up moving rooms after dealing with it for 2 days – their baby could not sleep with all the noise! I understand the need for maintenance on the property but we were given no notice at check-in and the construction was the room right next door! The food was a 6/10. We ate at surf & turf the first night and none of us liked our food which was disappointing. Room service was not great and took an hour to be delivered. However, we REALLY enjoyed our meals at the Italian and Asian restaurants! The taco buffet at Las Dunas was really good at lunch and the Mexican fiesta night on Thursdays was amazing food and entertainment – line up early!! Breakfast at Dukes was way better than the buffet in terms of freshness and quality. Unfortunately, we were not able to make a reservation for the hibachi tables because the only times they had available were after 9pm which is impossible with 2 young babies. Housekeeping was pretty consistent and they did a great job cleaning our room. They even changed our bedding within 30 mins after our baby was sick in our bed. We did not opt to book Finest Club and didn’t mind. The only benefit we would have utilized are the cabana beds on the beach but we only did the beach for 2 days during our stay. The main pool is very small since half of it is adults only. I’d guess there are maybe 20 lounge chairs around the main pool. We mostly used our private pool and the pool outside of building 2 where our room was. I loved having the private pool to lounge at during naps and for quick swims in the shade with our baby. The beach was a LONG walk from building 2, maybe 15 minutes which is a trek with a heavy baby. We did bring a travel stroller which we used a TON! But opted not to take it to the beach, we just didn’t want to leave it unattended for hours. Plus it gets hot in the sun. The resort did not feel overcrowded. We had no issues getting sat at restaurants, we made sure to get there around opening every night. We always were able to find chairs on the beach and around the pool at 9am. If I could make one suggestion to the resort it would be to OPEN THE COFFEE SHOP BEFORE 7AM!! There was always a small group of parents who had been up for a while door busting the coffee shop right when it opened at 7 haha! Our baby decided vacation starts at 5:45 am. Transportation through seasons was included in our booking since we booked direct. They were prompt, easy to find and excellent to work with. Just a heads up – they do NOT have rear facing car seats. Our 8m old made it work but if he was any younger I would have felt very uncomfortable with that arrangement. We departed the resort 3 hours before our flight and had enough time to do check-in and security. I would not recommend any less than 3 hours though. We have stayed at 6 other all-inclusive resorts and I would say this one was middle of the road for us. The food quality was the biggest disappointment. We did enjoy our time at FPM but considering what we paid, I don’t think we would come back again.

Pita, angel, Isabel, victor and Roger treated us so well. We were pampered and our entire trip was amazing. Highly recommend. The food. Room. Drinks. Beach. Spa. Staff were all top notch and we had a fabulous time. The swim up room is beautiful.

The beach crew - Angel, Isabel, Victor and Pita - were top notch. Very attentive. 4 stars not 5 cause the Italian restaurant was favoring folks for seating and even as a couple we were unable to get in without an unreasonable wait. On the bright side, room service was prompt and Legends barkeeps were great.

We had our wedding here and could not have been happier with our choice! The resort is beautiful and the staff are amazing! Our wedding coordinator, Karla Rojas, was so nice, professional, and very on top of everything. She made sure our wedding day was smooth and without any issues! The resort is very kid-friendly, many of our younger guests had a blast at the kids pools, but laid out so that other guests were also able to enjoy a kids-free trip. We were so busy that we weren't able to try all of the restaurants, but highly enjoyed Dommo and Lizo! Our waiter at Dommo, Carlos, was so attentive, as was the team at Lizo during our family dinner. Munther Shawa, the Food & Beverage Manager, was incredibly helpful in setting up several group reservations and so nice. He went out of his way to say hello whenever he saw us and was very patient with our last minute reservation changes. At each of our group dinners there was always a surprise "Congratulations" dessert or treat that really showed that Munther and the staff went above and beyond. Shouts outs to Flor, Darmin, and all the wait and bar staff at our welcome party and wedding reception who gave us the VIP experience! The spa was wonderful - don't skip on the hydrotherapy! Massages and facials were A+. 10/10 would return!
