Lives up to its name: Finest resort. We’ve been so disappointed with all-inclusive resorts in the past so we didn’t have much expectations for this one. However, this resort exceeded all past notions! The service is what sets it apart from the rest. Unlike the many resorts we’ve been to, tips were def appreciated but not expected. Services was no compromised if l didn’t have any change on me at times. Few tips: - building 4 and 5 are club level, I highly recommend upgrading to club levels you have access to so many more amenities and you can stay closer to everything - the hydro spa therapy is a must (free with club level stay) - there’s a steamer in the room - book your hibachi reservations the day you get there, they go fast (one of the best experiences) - bring dressy clothes for the evening, there was a wedding every night and most of the party would gather at the main lobby bar. If you like dressing up, you won’t feel out of place - try the tacos from the food truck, so good! - sad we discovered the juice bar the last day, they made the best smoothies - don’t forget to bring ear plugs for the kids and aloe gel for sunburns

This was our second stay here and wow, I think it was even better this time! We stayed in the Excellence Club and were absolutely spoiled rotten. The transportation to and from the hotel was great. Our driver taught us a lot about tequila! Our room was spacious with a great ocean view. Pillows were so comfy! Our fridge was well stocked with beer, wine, sodas and juices. We spent most of our days on the Excellence Club beach because who wouldn't want to be pampered by Fernando, Eduardo, Carlos and Javier?? They were the best! We had a constant supply of drinks, waters and snacks. The pool bar was also fantastic - kudos to bartender Cornelio for introducing us to the 'Mini Beer' shot! I won't list all the restaurants we went to, but I can say they were all good and service was great. My only suggestion is to expand upon the 'snack' items in the Excellence Club lounge. I love the green juice and would love to have had it available in the lounge with some healthy snacks. Otherwise, a perfect stay. We will be back!

There are so many rules here, it makes the vacation very stressful. Everywhere you get food has a dress code, whether it is on beach or inside and they enforce it. Food is mediocre at best! Super expensive and not worth the stress of navigating where each family member can and can not eat or be on beach based on their "status" of what you paid to stay there!! For a family of 4, made us get 2 rooms because a 13 year old is considered an adult! Ridiculous, all about the money!!

we had our wedding here and had the most amazing time with our friends and family. we had a party of 80 and the service was top notch. Karla our wedding coordinator was amazing and made sure everything went very smooth for us and very helpful every step of the way our biggest concern from the beginning was with our food restriction as our family of 30 are all vegetarian that also does not eat onion, garlic, shallots. we were worried they wouldn’t have enough to eat! but we had the best special attention from Munther Shawa - he was the best! super attentive as he set up time and restaurant for my whole family every night they were there and had the chef make us special off menu food to cater my whole family to make sure they got their vegetarian meal without onion, garlic and shallots! he even came to our set dinner reservations every night to check up on us and made sure we had enough to eat and the food was amazing! if you are considering coming to the finest in cancún and have diet restrictions rest easy! Munther Shawa will most definitely take care of you! absolute beauty 👍🏽🙏🏽

Very warm and welcoming from the moment we arrived until we left. The staff team, including Linda from Dukes and Angel from Brass, made a difference in our stay. The place is amazing; there are no words to describe the gardens, pools, all bars, rooms, theme restaurants, etc. Each restaurant deserves a visit, although we lost count — not sure if there are 6, 8, or 9. The hospitality was incredible, I highly recommend it. The pictures were taken by my friend Carlos. The hotel team deserves this positive review, and the architects, and landscapers. No words.
