So far, the trip has been excellent! We had a minor issue with the pool service, but Paulina, the manager at Secrets, quickly resolved the issue and exceeded all my expectations from there. Miguel at the pool is very attentive and friendly! Their exceptional service went above and beyond, accommodating our every need and making our stay truly special. Entertainment and activities are non-stop, with always something new to enjoy. As others have said, the AC in the restaurants is a bit weak, but we found sitting outside to be more comfortable with the breeze. They are also doing renovations to address this next year. The beach is the nicest of any resort we’ve been to. We went during seaweed season, and there was almost no seaweed on the beach. The white sand was soft and incredible, and the scenery was stunning. There are lots of Instagram-worthy picture spots for my girlfriend and perfect locations for capturing memories. The transportation drivers between locations are quick and efficient, minimizing waits. The housekeeping staff are also amazing and provided turndown service without even asking for it. As we went to the clubs every night, coming home to a fresh bed and bottles of water was an amazing touch. Maintenance and everything else is quick and efficient. We didn’t find a single non pleasant staff member or anything that made this trip anything other than amazing. 10/10 would recommend!

This was our second visit here. The staff were great food was great. Entertainment staff were great around pool all day. If you like the beach it’s great too. We are not big at staying up late so we missed most of the nite shows. Heard good things thou. Love the no reservations. for meals. We are booked to go back in Dec

The hotel looks old and in need of an urgent renovation and refreshing. The food is not good at the buffet, only the especial restaurants have better options

I can see myself returning to Secrets in the future. Overall A+ experience! The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Preferred Club worth the money. Ocean view swim out room was a great way to end our beach day. Main pool was very warm, swim out water was refreshing. Suzi and Marta at the beach were amazing. Marta had our Bali bed ready for us and checked on us throughout the day. Suzi was a dream. We never had an empty glass as she anticipated our needs and keep us refreshed. She was kind and had a great smile. Cannot say enough good things about her. 😊 The restaurant food was average nothing stood out. Menu choices limited and wait staff seemed rushed as they were under staffed. We had a standing breakfast room service order of coffee, sweetbread and fruit that was always on time and a great way to start the day on the patio. Overall, the rooms are in need of a refresh but were comfortable. Once the remodel is complete we will be back.
