The Vibe: Perfect for Families Before diving in, it is worth noting that this is a true family resort, not an adults-only party spot. The atmosphere is upscale yet welcoming for those traveling with kids, making for a relaxed and high-quality vacation. We will definitely be going back! First Impressions The arrival experience was seamless. We were greeted with chilled towels and sparkling wine, and the lobby is simply grand. Also, the "lobby smell" is incredible—it’s the first thing you notice and sets a luxurious tone immediately. The Accommodations: 10/10 The rooms were the best part of our stay. We booked a 2-bedroom ocean-view suite and it was spectacular: Space: 3 full bathrooms and 2 massive balconies with stunning views. Quality: Beautiful decor, super comfortable beds, and high-end L’Occitane toiletries. Perks: Nespresso machines in-room and consistently well-stocked snacks/drinks. Dining: Not Your Average All-Inclusive The food and presentation are top-notch. It truly doesn't feel like typical "all-inclusive" food. Breakfast: Great smoothie selection and two fresh-made hot stations. Dinner: Every restaurant we visited was delicious. Note to Guests: They don't post the restaurant schedule online. We arrived to find the buffet closed on our first night without a reservation, but the staff was wonderful and squeezed us into Legends to ensure we were taken care of. The Grounds, Beach & Water Park The property is stunning, well-maintained, and very easy to navigate. The beach is beautiful and swimmable, and the Aqua Park was a massive hit with the family! The "Towel Game" Warning Our only real frustration was the pool chair situation. It is the worst I’ve ever seen—you have to be at the main pool by 6:00 AM to get a seat. It’s clear that people are tipping attendants to "reserve" spots early, which is frustrating for such a high-caliber resort.

We had a wonderful time at Villa Del Palmar Cancun. Our servers were very nice especially Luis at Devino Chef Stefania work was amazing at the Mexican special dinner, Maria, Alberto, Wilfredo, Amy, Mafer, Sharely, Ayuri, and of course Mario. Beachside Jesus was awesome to us all and so was Adrian and Alonso, and Sergio from Devino as well as others. We loved walking on the beach to the pier and looking for fish.

We had a great time everyone was very professional and helpful we ate breakfast at Caprichos every morning meeting Cesar Soberanis the first morning and he took great care of us everyday having a special fruit tray ready for our last morning ask for him

This was our first time in Mexico, with did a bit of research before going and found this to be really good place although we weren’t sure because usually online photos are edited and the reality is mostly different but in this case, we were totally amazed by this property, it looked even better than the online photos. The service and food was awesome. We stayed for five days with our little kids, aged between four and 11. They had tons of fun in the sand and pools. Lush green lawns, lots of palm trees. The white sand, water was turquoise blue, no seaweed, everything was so perfect. We would highly recommend this resort especially you have little ones accompanying you and you wanna have lots of fun with the comfort, extremely good service and great Mexican vibe.

The resort is family and kid oriented. The food is amazing at all restaurants and bars. I would like to give a shout out to the staff including Angel, Kevin, Jorge, David, and Alejandro who coordinate the layout chairs and tables by the pool and beach areas. They were so welcoming. The house keeping service team member Lucely was great and did everything to make our room nice and tidy. The waitstaff team Jorge, Ismael, Wilber, David, Jorge, Adrian, and a few others were on point. The activities team for events was so terrific. They hosted so many different events each day. This place is our second time here. The beach was super clean and the water was perfect. We plan on coming back again next year. We stayed for a week.
