Our stay at Casa Velas was absolutely unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, every detail exceeded our expectations. The property is stunning, peaceful, and impeccably maintained, creating the perfect luxury getaway in Puerto Vallarta. What truly made our experience exceptional, however, was the outstanding service from Avalos. avalos went above and beyond in every interaction, always greeting us with genuine warmth, professionalism, and a smile. No request was ever too much, and their attention to detail made us feel incredibly welcomed and valued throughout our stay. It’s rare to encounter someone who is so dedicated to creating memorable experiences for guests. avalos kindness, attentiveness, and commitment to excellence elevated our vacation from great to extraordinary. We cannot recommend Casa Velas enough, and we are especially grateful to Avalos for making our trip so special. I had a fantastic stay at Casa Velas! It was relaxing, quiet and tranquil. The pool was the star with great service thanks to Avalos who made our stay unforgettable! Dinner at Emiliano was fantastic and Chef Irving is a gem as well as our server Rocio. Would highly recommend staying here for a quiet, beautiful oasis style vacation.

Incredible experience at Casa Velas. The grounds are breath taking and the staff are unbelievable. They are, by far, what makes this place so special. Having access to Tau beach club is icing on the cake. After this stay, I completely understand why people return to this resort! 10/10 and I will be back!

Returned with my wife for first time in over 13 years. After 2 weeks of immersion we left with the same calmness and fulfillment as we did originally. The serene / scenic venues (resort and beach) are ideal for those valuing low key and private life styles. Add quality food and drink and a well coordinated and warm team of hospitality professionals and you end up with a unique experience hard to replicate. Congratulations to management and staff for keeping its "secret sauce" distinct and consistent over many years!

This was our third time at Casa Velas and everytime we go we fall in love with the space more and more. The service is really what makes this magical boutique hotel special. The staff really make you feel like family and we love coming back year after to see so many of the same faces. A special shout out to the guys at Tao - Eric, Antonio, Enrique and Carlos. The Beach club is our fav and we love spending the day there, it's a very short shuttle or walk to the club. Highly recommend a 6pm sunset dinner! We loved the changes to the menu at Tao this year! We also love the pool at Casa Velas and both Avalos and Ulises are so attentive and Avalos had us laughing daily! Enriques food is delish and while we missed the theme nights we always had amazing meals and service from Daniel, Gerado and Omar was outstanding! We cant wait to come back again next year! (I am totally posting this late as it was in my drafts!) The weather was also perfect for us - hot but not unbearable!
