Casa Velas Hotel Boutique & Spa

This was our second stay at Casa Velas and it was just as amazing as the first time. We traveled as a couple last year and this year with family. The vibe of a boutique resort is much different than bigger resorts. The service is very personalized. The staff is always friendly and ready to help. The wait staff will learn what you like in a short period of time. We were so happy to see the same happy employees who were there last year. The food and grounds are exceptional. The rooms are very lovely and well kept. They are a nice size so you have plenty of room to relax or have room service at table. My daughter’s birthday fell on a day during our vacation. I mentioned it to the wait staff and all day they gave her celebrations. It started at breakfast and continued thru the afternoon at the pool and at dinner. It was so special for her. They were all so lovely to take the extra time to acknowledge her special day. I do not remember all of the names of the staff but I want to give a special thank you to Avalos, Ramon, Antonio, Armando, Daniel and Alonso for the wonderful hospitality they gave all of us. ❤️

On our way for our 4th trip to the fabulous Casa Velas! It is a small, all inclusive, adults only, quiet and relaxing resort not far from the Puerto Vallarta Marina. The food is excellent. The service is impeccable and friendly. We have got to know the wonderful staff over the last few years and cannot say enough about their willingness to go the extra mile to make your visit memorable! The rooms are very comfortable, spacious and up-to-date. The Emiliano main restaurant is superb and has a regular menu plus nightly features and entertainment. Casa Vela also has the Tau Beach Club, with a restaurant for lunch and dinner that’s a short walk or shuttle ride away to be right on the beach, with a pool too. We have also met some lovely guests from around the world while there. Highly recommended!

This was our third time staying at Casa Velas and we will definitely be back!! We just love the atmosphere here and always feel relaxed and welcomed from the moment we arrive. All of the staff work so hard and are exceptional! Gerardo at Emiliano’s is very attentive, friendly and gives such great service. And a very special shout out to Avalos, Ulises and Antonio at the pool and bar area. They were so much fun and went above and beyond every day, always with a great sense of humor and smiles!! They make you feel like family! We ate at Tau Beach Club for dinner two nights and the service was amazing along with beautiful sunset views! The live music in the morning and evening was very enjoyable. We can’t wait for our next stay!

The employees are fabulous. Gray line was waiting for us after we exited the airport. The pool and lounges were excellent. All inclusive trips are the only way to travel. The pool bar was great food & drinks. I especially liked dinners that were set up with cook making what you ordered right in front of you. I was told that was new this year. Had a fantastic time.

We had an amazing time! We went to the pool and had the very best time. We laughed so hard that we cried haha. Avalos and Antonio were the very best. They gave us top notch service and advice. Genuinely great people. I will go back just because of those two guys! The facility was amazing as expected. The food was spectacular. Ambiance was something that we will always remember and cherish.
