Casa Velas Hotel Boutique & Spa

We had the best time at Casa Velas! The resort is beautiful and relaxing, and all of the staff were absolutely amazing. Everyone was so kind and welcoming and really made our stay that much better. The food and drinks were great and we truly enjoyed our entire stay. We’re sad to be leaving and would definitely come back!

Third time staying at Casa Valas Puerto Vallarta. A lovely boutique resort that is a true oasis. Travelled this time in the low season, very quiet and relaxing. The service was exceptional and food was ok. Special shouts out to Martin in reception and Avalos and Ramon at the pool bar, they are a lot of fun and always ready for a laugh. Avalos has probably one of the best ‘Chewbacca’ cries you will ever hear. The Tau Beach Club access is a great addition to Casa Valas and a lovely spot to relax by the ocean for the day and/or a scenic location for dinner. Shouts out to Isaac, Leslie, Saul, Antonio, Enrique and Erick!

My wife and I spent a week at Casa Velas on our honeymoon and we were blown away with how amazing the hotel and staff were. The accommodations were clean, modern and perfect. We enjoyed every minute of our stay and were sad to leave after the week was done I surely forgot a few folks but wanted to shout out everyone The Beach Club: Enrique, Leslie, Elisio, Fernando, Saul, Antonio, Erick, Isaac Hotel Restaurant: Daniel, Omar and Alfredo The shuttle drivers and bellhops: Alexander and Martin The Pool Bar: Avalos, Ramon, Alejandro Concierge: Sarahi and Esmerelda Thank you everyone!!

Great hotel! Staff and food were fabulous. Our room was huge. While not on the beach we loved going to the beach club and we also enjoyed the hotel pool. Dinner at the Beach Club at sunset is not to be missed! The staff was so attentive and we really enjoyed meeting Ulises, Martin, Lesley, Alfredo, Erick and all the staff that really made our stay so great!

Amazing location with a beautiful green garden and wonderful pools. This is the place you come to relax, not worrying about anything. The staff here is excellent and kind. They really know how to take care of you and make your stay exquisite. My wait staff, Ulises, Omar, and Eo, made my stay feel magical with the level of service they provided. The food is on another level; everything is wonderful and fresh. They have their own garden to provide fresh ingredients. I would recommend this hotel if you want to relax and feel like it is a second home.
