Great Relaxing Stay
Experience was great. If you're looking for a party, this place is not it. But if you want a quiet, luxurious escape, look no further. Never had to fight for chairs/cabanas at the pool. Restaurant always had plenty of tables. Food was great for all-inclusive. Avalos was amazing with his poolside service.

Excellent Stay
We had a wonderful experience at Casa Velas. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful, and the resort was absolutely beautiful. The atmosphere is very peaceful, quiet, and relaxing throughout the resort. Our room was spacious, very clean, and equipped with everything we needed. The access to Tau Beach Club is very nice and allows you to easily access the beach. We especially enjoyed hanging out at the beautiful Casa Velas pool. Bartenders Ulises, Avelos, and Ramon were so much fun and made great drinks! We would definitely return to Casa Velas and highly recommend it as a great place to stay in Puerto Vallarta.

Idyllic oasis with spectacular service
We reserved a day at Casa Velas via Resort Pass. We were specifically looking for a relaxing day at an adults-only resort. We can’t say enough great things about our experience there. The property is stunning, the pool is spacious and pristine with lounge chairs and cabañas, and the food is made from excellent ingredients. Avalos, Ulises, and Ramon were so kind and personable. They went out of their way to make sure we and the other guests had all that we needed. They made fabulous cocktails and created delicious mocktails. We definitely will be back to stay. (We also saw a gorgeous iguana sunning itself high up in one of the large deciduous trees along the pool area perimeter, so look for them if you go.)

Everything was as great as the first visit ! Loved it all. No complaints and only compliments on resort, staff, food, quietness and vibe Special kudos to Avalos at the pool for being so kind and attentive!

We just returned form a week of pampering at Casa Velas. The room was fabulous, the food was excellent, and the service staff incredible. The beach club was very private and well maintained. If you are looking for an adults-only place to unwind and be taken care of, this is it. We'll be back.

We stayed at this resort in January and Casa Velas is truly luxurious. We had a suite overlooking the golf course with a private Jacuzzi on the balcony. The staff is friendly and helpful, the restaurants are gourmet and the beach is close. We highly recommend Casa Velas Boutique Hotel as a quiet getaway just minutes from the the airport and downtown.
