Excellent Customer Service
My experience at the Cass Vellas hotel with extraordinary. It started with my concierge Denis. She was the first person to greet us when we arrived. She ensure our room, dinner, and any need that we had was taken. During my poolside experience I was well taken care of by trio of attentive, enthusiastic, accommodating attendants. Avolos,Antonio and Ramon ensured my drinks were timely ,flavorful and addressed all my food needs with haste,accuracy and friendly smile. They made me feel special, brought humor and high level of customer service. Every member of this staff has been outstanding and looking forward to a return trip next year. Excellent Service
Casa Velas resort is an amazing hotel! The service at the Concierge by Denis, the restaurant Emiliano by Rocio and the service at the pool by Antonio and Ramon was just outstanding. During our stay, the service that also far exceeded our expectations was the service provided by Avalos at the pool bar. He was an attentive and enthusiastic server who took the time to know what interested you, often times suggesting a special cocktail. In addition, he remembered our drink orders each day. Each day we saw him he was smiling and excited to greet us. Truly an outstanding touch. We would definitely stay at Casa Velas again. Not only was the food delicious and high end, but the rooms were clean the service from everyone was impeccable.

Amazing experience, will be back!
The best experience in PV. Truly their staff was incredible from the moment they greet you, to the pool area, restaurant and beach club. Omar, Ulises, Gerardo, Leo and Avalos went above and beyond. The gentlemen at the beach club were amazing. The food is next level. If you want to relax, have a good time this is the best spot. The hotel grounds are beautiful!

Incredible Food & Service
We had a blast! We were there for five days and were spoiled the entire time. The service is top-notch. The food quality is incredible. The attention to detail made our stay so relaxing and stress-free. Shout out to Avalos and Ulices at the Aqua Bar. These gentlemen took car of us and made our stay so much fun! This is our second stay at Casa Velas, and we will definitely be back.

Casa velas: all-inclusive adults only peace and quiet
We had the most lovely time at Casa Velas. Is quieter and smaller than the other Velas resorts (but you still get access to the others). Adults only! Our best times were at the pool with our favorite bartender Avalos, Antonio, and Octavio. Beautiful, great food. Good discounts available during the rainy season.

We just returned form a week of pampering at Casa Velas. The room was fabulous, the food was excellent, and the service staff incredible. The beach club was very private and well maintained. If you are looking for an adults-only place to unwind and be taken care of, this is it. We'll be back.

We stayed at this resort in January and Casa Velas is truly luxurious. We had a suite overlooking the golf course with a private Jacuzzi on the balcony. The staff is friendly and helpful, the restaurants are gourmet and the beach is close. We highly recommend Casa Velas Boutique Hotel as a quiet getaway just minutes from the the airport and downtown.
