Avalos and Antonio were AMAZING!
Avalos was an incredible server! He was so attentive and made sure that we had everything we needed throughout our day at Casa Velas. Antonio made excellent cocktails and paid attention to our likes and dislikes. Staff was kind and thoughtful. Resort was beautiful and peaceful… the true definition of relaxation. Wonderful day experience and will certainly be back! Thank you, Avalos and Antonio!

Clean resort with friendly staff. Avalos was the best poolside bartender, so much fun. Went for a friends wedding and the atmosphere was stunning.

Paradise in Puerto Vallarta
If you are looking for a wonderful vacation experience, visit Casa Velas! We have been going there since 2010 and this year was our 26th time staying there; we now go twice a year. The staff, the food, the service and the accommodations are excellent. We often see some of the same guests each year; so many people love the atmosphere that they return! Casa Velas is an adults only, all-inclusive boutique hotel with 80 rooms. There is also a beach club, Tau, that guests at Casa Velas may use; it has a restaurant, pool and beach access. The front desk staff, the restaurant staff, pool staff and bartenders all work to make each guest have an enjoyable experience.

We were here for a wedding and had the best time ever. Want to especially recommend Omar and Camilla in the restaurant in the morning at check out time were PHENOMENAL! Everyone was running around desperately demanding service etcetera before checkout. They did not show even a little impatience or irritation! Please give them my most sincere recommendation. Each and every staff member was amazing. We had to change our room on arrival because even though we had the most amazing cottage room, my companion had heart surgery and recovering from cancer. We were immediately accommodated and given a perfect room with no stairs involved. Thank you!! Thank you!!!

We just returned form a week of pampering at Casa Velas. The room was fabulous, the food was excellent, and the service staff incredible. The beach club was very private and well maintained. If you are looking for an adults-only place to unwind and be taken care of, this is it. We'll be back.

We stayed at this resort in January and Casa Velas is truly luxurious. We had a suite overlooking the golf course with a private Jacuzzi on the balcony. The staff is friendly and helpful, the restaurants are gourmet and the beach is close. We highly recommend Casa Velas Boutique Hotel as a quiet getaway just minutes from the the airport and downtown.
