Thank you for an amazing stay!
We were here for a wedding and had the best time ever. Want to especially recommend Omar and Camilla in the restaurant in the morning at check out time were PHENOMENAL! Everyone was running around desperately demanding service etcetera before checkout. They did not show even a little impatience or irritation! Please give them my most sincere recommendation. Each and every staff member was amazing. We had to change our room on arrival because even though we had the most amazing cottage room, my companion had heart surgery and recovering from cancer. We were immediately accommodated and given a perfect room with no stairs involved. Thank you!! Thank you!!!

Excellent Stay My First Time In Puerto Vallarta and Mexico
Had a wonderful time staying at Casa Velas for a business retreat. The accommodations are top notch. The bed is medium firm. Excellent large walk in shower as well. As a part of our all inclusive package, water bottles were supplied daily.

Obsessed w/ Casa Velas!!
This was our second trip to Casa Velas in less than 6 months and we can’t wait to go back! We have very busy careers that require long days and much stress so when we need to reset this is our go-to-place. The hospitality is top-notch! Sandals if you are reading this your employees could learn so much from these amazing team members. My husband and I repeatedly commented how nice everyone. For someone who travels and stays in hotels for work weekly I can’t say enough about the cleanliness of this resort, they touch everything and it shows. The food is fresh and made to order and any requests made are handled immediately and with care. If you are looking for a place to unwind, book here, you will not be disappointed. I enjoyed a facial at the spa this trip and was very impressed. Planning to return in the Spring!

We just returned form a week of pampering at Casa Velas. The room was fabulous, the food was excellent, and the service staff incredible. The beach club was very private and well maintained. If you are looking for an adults-only place to unwind and be taken care of, this is it. We'll be back.

We stayed at this resort in January and Casa Velas is truly luxurious. We had a suite overlooking the golf course with a private Jacuzzi on the balcony. The staff is friendly and helpful, the restaurants are gourmet and the beach is close. We highly recommend Casa Velas Boutique Hotel as a quiet getaway just minutes from the the airport and downtown.
