Great Vacation
Facilities, services, staff, amenities, and everything about this resort is great. The daily all-inclusive fees seem steep but each day the value was seen and experienced.

We've been going to Velas Vallarta for over 20 years and doing the all inclusive. This trip we were so happy to see our favorite waiters Jacinto, Ivan and Edwin at the pools. Dinner at Andrea's was fabulous each night with Juan and his son Juan Jr. Big shout out to Omar for running a great dinner service. We had our first experience with the newly remodeled one bedroom in building 2. The improvements were exceptional. Looking forward to seeing the remodeled beach front restaurant next spring.

Outstanding Breakfast Service at Velas Vallarta – Shoutout to Edgar & Alan!
My wife and I just returned from a wonderful stay at the Velas Vallarta Resort, and we want to share some well-deserved recognition for two exceptional team members: our breakfast waiters, Edgar and Alan! We first met them during breakfast at Andrea Restaurant, and their service was so outstanding that we requested to sit in their section every single morning for the rest of our trip. Here is why Edgar and Alan deserve the highest praise: • Impeccable Efficiency: They got our custom breakfast orders exactly right every single day, delivering fast, flawless service with zero mistakes. • True Hospitality: They are incredibly amicable, professional, and their great sense of humor brought so much joy to our mornings. • Made Us Feel Like Family: They went above and beyond to make us feel completely at home, providing a truly welcoming and memorable experience. Thank you, Edgar and Alan, for making our vacation so special. Management, these two gentlemen are absolute gems and the ultimate ambassadors for the Velas brand!

My wife and I have just completed the sixth stay we won in a Luxury Link auction. We have been totally pleased with all of our LL purchases and this one at the Velas Vallarta in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico was no exception.
