Honestly, hands down the best experience I’ve had with all inclusive resort and my wedding went as smoothly as any bride can ask for. Michele was the best, always supper responsive - even though we were in different countries. Always made time for all of my silly request, the entire staff was wonderfully no matter which area of the hotel you were at. I appreciate them and mostly Michele. Definitely recommend for vacation, weddings, or anything you need.

Beautiful warm location. Very close to the airport. Cheap uber ride into the city if you’re looking to do that. Relaxing and picturesque atmosphere at the resort. Large, clean rooms that stay nice and cool. Couldn’t hear anyone else while staying in the room. Service at the restaurants and pool is great. Edwin and Marcelino by the pool and Hector at Andrea’s provided us an especially great experience. Christian the manager helped us with any questions we had and constantly checked in to ensure we were enjoying our experience. He made it feel like the resort really cared that we were having a good time. If you’re looking for an all inclusive experience and chilling in the sun for a week, 10/10 would recommend. Staff is great!

We are so happy we chose Velas Vallarta to host our wedding in April. Our wedding coordinator, Michele, was amazing from check in, throughout our entire stay, and especially on our wedding day. Her attention to detail was truly on point. In addition to hosting our wedding, we had our friends and family stay at the resort. The staff was friendly and quick to respond to any concerns that came up. Our guests continue to talk about how great their vacation stay was at Velas Vallarta. The resort offered plenty of fun for both kids and adults. The activities were enjoyable for everyone and added to the overall experience. We were also impressed with the extensive food options. Everything was delicious, and the variety definitely helped with my picky 5 and 10 year old eaters. Two small suggestions would be to skip the dance floor on the day of the wedding if it’s a beach event, although it looks elegant and amazing, it can get slippery due to the beach humidity even if they mop it a few times throughout the event which they did for us. Also, I wish that our entire wedding party and all guests could have been placed in the same resort area. Otherwise, the stay was cozy, relaxing, calming, and overall a lot of fun. My now husband and I are going back in a few years for my daughter Sweet 15 celebration! Thank you Velas Vallarta!

Edgar Medel’s Spanish classes were wonderful. Fun, informative, well explained. He was great with lots of questions. We laughed a lot and definitely improved our Spanish. A great activity at Velas Vallarta!

As Muslim travelers, we're particular about halal food. I arranged ahead of time to have halal meat delivered to the hotel on my own and coordinated with the hotel staff to receive the shipment. Chef Roberto personally handled our culinary needs for the duration of our stay which was fantastic. My sincere thanks to Roberto and his incredible staff. Food is abundant, varied and of high quality. General service is impeccable. Beach could be better to be honest but that's not in the control of the hotel of course. We still spent most of our time in the ocean.
