Eliza was amazing today. She helped us out a lot and her co worker Arelys also tagged and helped her. We are preferred customer and we really appreciate everything you workers did. Please give them a good gratuity. Also we had a great bartender anibal that was also amazing.

The resort was absolutely beautiful. The landscaping embraced the entire hotel. The beach was one of the prettiest we have seen in Punta Cana with very minimal seaweed. There was plenty of beach seating and tiki umbrellas for all. We had a preferred master suite oceanfront that was very pretty and had a view you can dream of while waiting for your next trip. I would highly recommend Jose our Butler. He really went out of his way to assure an excellent experience.

Hotel is beautiful, staff was friendly Beach was great , did not like the food choices at the buffet , the specialty restaurants were ok , the room service was very good . Entertaining was very boring .

It is a place to enjoy nature and the Caribbean spirit, it is a place that has a truly beautiful landscape with its crystalline beaches, you can enjoy different recreational activities at all hours. The nightlife is very dynamic where you enjoy the different Caribbean rhythms. The gastronomy is good and the service has the expected quality. We enjoyed an exceptional vacation as a family and we are planning our return

I loved this hotel! It was very clean and the service was excellent! I loved it was right at the beach and the food was excellent! A hotel worth staying at. Fun pool day activities too!
