Great Experience
The staff was fantastic especially Miguel (Mr. Solutions) and Rafael (who delivered our room service. The resort is very clean and everything was very nice.

Could be better
Room was too hot. Could not adjust setting lower than 68. A lot of the servers acted very unpleasant especially at Aroma and sports bar. Only one restaurant was open during check-in time. Need a good breakfast restaurant but loved that room service is included. Kitchen table served us raw hamburgers and then argued with us about it. The grounds are beautiful, staff works very hard at keeping it clean. Entertainment staff is wonderful. Need more padded chairs on the beach. The Legends show was the best and The Grill is amazing!

This resort was FABULOUS! You are totally taken care of. When you arrive you receive a glass of champagne, a cool towel to wipe your face and hands, and a big “Welcome Home!". I am very big on service and the service I received at the Excellence Punta Cana was unmatched. Plus it's only for adults… so no screaming kids! The food was very good and they offer premium drinks. I would stay there again anytime.
