Excellence Punta Cana

Jorge from the beach concierge was absolutely incredible and truly made our vacation extra special! From setting up the perfect spot for us at the beach and pool to enthusiastically bringing us food and drinks throughout the day. We wouldn't let us left a finger 😅 he consistently went above and beyond by being attentive, welcoming and ready to help with anything we needed.. all with a smile on his face! We would also like to give a huge should out to Deiby from Chez Isabelle, who made our dinner the most fun and memorable of all out six nights! He turned our dinner into an experience with big reveals and fun interactions. He put so much effort into making sure we were having a great time. Thank you both for the incredible service ☺️

Excellence Punta Cana is our absolute favorite resort and this will be our 4th time with the resort for our anniversary week. Jian Carlos at the excellence beach concierge made sure we always had everything we needed. He remembered who we were and absolutely made our last day the best beach day ever. He is always so upbeat and fun to be around while constantly checking in our all of the guest. This is the reason we continuously come back to the resort. The workers are truly amazing and you can tell that they truly love working here and getting the chance to meet new people from all over the world. 10/10 the absolute best beaches we have had are because of Juan Carlos! He would make an absolute amazing supervisor for the team and in fact knows what he is doing!!

Such beautiful humble people, always willing to help with anything and everything. This place is perfect if you are looking to relax by the beach and pool.

The pictures online did not do Excellence Punta Cana justice. The place was consistently clean and orderly. Many of the restaurants has great food and ambiance. All of the staff were kind and friendly. There were plenty of activities available to keep us busy throughout the week. The resort also had one of the best hotel gyms I have ever seen. My husband and I were thoroughly impressed overall and hope we can return someday!

The amenities here were great, the price point was perfect for what we received, the service was not Disney, but still some of the best we have received, the only negative thing we had was the quality of food at the majority of the restaurants.
