Excellence Punta Cana

We had an amazing experience. We spent 8 days with family and couldn’t have had a better time. The service was the best I have had at any Excellence Resort. The following staff made out stay exceptional. Our stay at the Excellence Club was an absolute dream, largely due to the world-class team. From the moment we arrived, Leidy and Miguel provided flawless concierge service, ensuring every detail of our week was perfect.The dining was spectacular, with standout service at every turn. A huge thank you to Joel for making our dinners at the French restaurant so special, and to Rony for your exceptional attention to detail at Oregano and Magna. The Lobster House and The Grill were also highlights, made even better by the incredible care of Leo and Dionisio.Finally, the drinks were always flowing and perfectly mixed. Thank you to Altagracia for the best martinis, and to Berroa for your phenomenal bar service. We cannot wait to return!

This resort is well-maintained and the staff is exceptional. While the property is a little older, it is still very nice and clean. The strength of this resort are its people…everyone had a smile and a greeting! The food was good…but we didn’t get to try Spice because the reservations were too late. Some of the restaurants aren’t open every day, so just make sure you check. I was a little annoyed by the “Excellence Club” where you have to pay extra for all of the pools and access to cabanas on the beach—when we booked, it wasn’t clear that we wouldn’t be able to go to all of the restaurants /pools. Looking at the pools and cabanas, I wouldn’t spend the extra money. Our room was nice, but the AC struggled to keep up, and it dropped on me in bed! They have a cute turn down service. The beach was nice, but we couldn’t swim in the ocean because it was red flag. Not the fault of the resort, for sure. Just be aware. Lots of seaweed, but they work so, so hard to get rid of it. Overall it was a beautiful resort and a good experience! Jonathan, Ramon, and many of the servers were amazing! We would come back!

This was the best vacation ever! the staff was very welcoming.. the resort offers so many different activities and amenities! our room was constantly clean and so was the pool and beach ! i’d recommend this to anyone wanting to travel to Punta Cana!
