A definite place to vacation!
The best part of the entire experience was the overall friendliness of the staff. Bellboy Johnathan, the entire staff at Magnum restaurant and activity lady Cherelyn always went above and beyond. I received the absolute best deep tissue massage I’ve ever had in my life at this resort. The variety of food was amazing. My only concern was how long it took to be served at The Grill. Yes, they were busy but even talking to others on vacation, the overall experience was it took a while to submit our order and receive our food.

Great experience
This was our first visit to the Excellence Punta Cana and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a resort in Punta Cana. Staff were extremely helpful and always friendly. Food was good and there was plenty of acivities do around the resort all day. The pools are excellent and there is easy access to the Sea. Overall it was an excellent experience at the Excellence Punta Cana.

Great Hotel - Took mom for her 60th
had an amazing stay at Excellence Punta Cana. I’m 27 and took my mom here for her 60th birthday, and it ended up being the perfect place to celebrate. The resort was quiet, relaxing, and exactly the kind of peaceful getaway we were hoping for. The food was amazing throughout the trip, and the staff truly made the experience special. Everyone was kind, welcoming, and attentive. Some of the standout spots for us were Chez Isabelle, Aroma Coffee Shop, and The Lobster House. Each one added something memorable to the trip and made the experience feel even more special. Overall, Excellence Punta Cana was beautiful, relaxing, and memorable. It was the perfect trip for my mom’s birthday, and I’m really grateful for the experience.

40th birthday trip at the best resort!!
My best friends and I had the best time at the resort. Everyone was so friendly and always there for what we needed. The restaurants had amazing food with the best waiters. Our favorite waiter was Joel! The best resort ever! Favorite part was the pool! We will come back!

This resort was FABULOUS! You are totally taken care of. When you arrive you receive a glass of champagne, a cool towel to wipe your face and hands, and a big “Welcome Home!". I am very big on service and the service I received at the Excellence Punta Cana was unmatched. Plus it's only for adults… so no screaming kids! The food was very good and they offer premium drinks. I would stay there again anytime.
