An EXCELLENT experience
This resort is BEAUTIFUL. From the moment you arrive you are greeted with amazing hospitality and service. Everyone is so kind and welcoming especially after a long travel day. They get you checked in as quickly as possible then take you to your rooms, you don’t have to carry a single thing! The bellhops and check in desk were absolutely amazing. The rooms were spacious and clean! The beds are huge and comfortable. They provide a steamer and distilled water, a safe for valuables, a beach bag etc. the 24/7 room service was amazing! I loved trying everything on the menu, the cheese sticks and pizza were probably my favorites. They had Dominican night one night we were there! The food and entertainment were top tier and it was so fun seeing their culture. Now to my FAVORITE part, the beach side and pool side service! We had the most fun at Bar Palma! The bartenders were so much fun and were so accommodating! We had a pretty big group of over 20 of us and they did SUCH a great job at making sure we always had drinks and water! If you go, find these gentlemen and you will have the best service, BienVenido, Danilo, Wilson and Reison! Now if you are going as a group of singles beware that it is NOT a singles resort. There is a lot of freshly married couples, couples celebrating anniversaries or couples traveling together. The guests there (besides us) were pretty chill for the most part, there were some Karen’s that complained because they don’t like seeing people have fun but other than that most were kind.

Fourth time at the resort and another great trip! Kendry and the staff at Sol Bar was fantastic especially with all the drinks, all made to perfection. Pamela at Magna was friendly and welcoming everytime I arrived at Magna. Could not recommend this resort anymore!

Hendruix is the best!
Find Hendruix near the Palms bar you wont be disappointed! He remembers the details while being entertaining. Get ready to be spoiled!

This was our second time at this excellence resort and it was just as amazing as the first. The food is always good, the staff are friendly and welcoming. The beach view is gorgeous. The rooms are always clean. The experience is always incredible. Will definitely be back next year!

This resort was FABULOUS! You are totally taken care of. When you arrive you receive a glass of champagne, a cool towel to wipe your face and hands, and a big “Welcome Home!". I am very big on service and the service I received at the Excellence Punta Cana was unmatched. Plus it's only for adults… so no screaming kids! The food was very good and they offer premium drinks. I would stay there again anytime.
