Excellence Punta Cana

Excellence Punta Cana is beautiful. Open air lobby, entertainment, many restaurants and bars. We stayed as part of the Excellence club and were very pleased with that section and service of the beach and the two EC pools, especially the waterfall pool. This pool from 8AM to 10 is blissfully quiet with zen music, grab a float and just pure bliss. Thank you to RAFAEL at that pool who saw me, stopped cleaning and made my day by bringing me a raft.The beach crew outstanding CRHISTHIAN, Edwin, Bennie, Juan Carlos. Bkfst buffet great and our regular servers once they spotted us had our beverages set. DANNY ELIZABETH ? Spelling Jenessia part of that crew. Also shout outs to GENESIS, LEO he was our fabulous Dominica Celebration server. The DR celebration night was our favorite. Chez Isabelle and Spice my favs along with all the perfect coconut ice cream, treats and coffees at Aroma!! 2 evening women at Aroma were awesome and great vibes!CHRISTINA at front desk and guest services always pleasant and helpful. Hydrotherapy session at the spa was AMAZING as was my phenomenal facial and scalp treatment by GLORIA. It was my birthday and the spa recognized this w little touches. Birthday was not recognized at cabana reservation or chez Isabelle as had been promised. Very disappointed as t I is was reason for trip. Food is fine. Service great. Environment stunning. Room...ask for a fan and dehumidifier immediately when you check in. And for the love of god, remove the soaking tubs under the TVs. Useless and ugly. Seasons service transportation reliable and top notch. Shout out to the life guards and security watching any potential vendors coming near guests. Plently of palapas and shade. Music great. Was I happy? Met great people. I read 3 books, was blissfully relaxed and tanned, husband and I had a great time! What makes IT GREAT...IMMACULATE, beautiful GROUNDS AND EVERY SINGLE EMPLOYEE always smiled and said hello!!!

We stayed at Excellence Punta Cana for a week during the last week of May with two couples, and it was truly a fantastic vacation from start to finish. The weather was beautiful throughout our stay, and the resort itself was stunning, well-maintained, and relaxing. One of the highlights was the variety of restaurants available. The food was consistently excellent, with plenty of options to suit different tastes. We never had to wait for a table at any of the restaurants The staff were exceptional—friendly, attentive, and genuinely committed to making guests feel welcome. Service was outstanding everywhere, from the restaurants and bars to housekeeping and poolside service. There were no long waits at the bars, and the overall level of service exceeded our expectations. The resort offers plenty to do for guests who prefer to stay on property. There were numerous activities throughout the day, multiple pools, and swim-up bars. The evening entertainment and shows were also very enjoyable and professionally done. We were especially impressed by how easy it was to find chairs and loungers, both at the beach and around the pools. Unlike many resorts, there was no need to wake up early to reserve a spot. Our room was spacious, comfortable. Housekeeping serviced the room twice daily, and everything was kept spotless throughout our stay. The manager Danny Mercedes was great and made sure all of our needs were met. Overall, this was a wonderful experience and one of the best all-inclusive resorts we have visited.

Me and my now husband went here for our honeymoon. Amazing service and amazing staff. Everyone was so nice. The beach, restaurant, and rooms were kept very clean.

If you are looking for a place to relax and not have to worry about a thing, Excellence Punta Cana is the place to go!! Everyone was amazing and so kind. I have literally no complaints what so ever. Great food and great drinks!

Had an amazing trip - Goal was to relax and enjoy the facilities. Would definitely recommend! Spa and Isabelle especially!
