Excellent Excellence
We came on our honeymoon, unsure of our expectations as it was our first time out of the country and to an all-inclusive resort. Everything far exceeded our expectations. Juan Carlos, down by the beach, especially took great care of us every day. Excellence club was more than worth it.

Best Honeymoon experience !!!! Leidy is the best !!
We were spoiled. Leidy was our concierge service provider and she was THE BEST !!!! We had the honeymoon suite and upgraded everything in our room and did the excellence club and that included the extra bars and restaurants on site and a private daybed cabana on the beach! We are beyond blessed by this experience !!! The service was perfect. The food was phenomenal and the drinks are THE BEST !! Thank you so much for a fantastic honeymoon !! Highly recommend !!

The Most Perfect Honeymoon
Miguel and the whole staff were very kind and helpful! Einstein at Chez Isabelle & Leo at Spice were super kind and really did an excellent job! The resort was kept so clean, and we both enjoyed our time! The entertainment was absolutely fantastic! Everyone made our honeymoon absolutely perfect, and a trip we’ll never forget! We can’t wait to come back!

Anniversary Trip
Pros- Beautiful resort and staff is amazing. The show's at night were very entertaining. The staff is the reason for the resort being so fun and relaxing. I would like to recognize from the Sol Bar Kendry, Ernesto and Elias. They left me with a warm and fuzzy feeling and are incredibly sweet young men. Jubelkis is an asset to your organization. She was always sweet and friendly just an amazing person. Cons - Four out of the six days it rained and was cloudy. Though no fault of the resort as you can't control mother nature. As for the biggest con of the resort, stay away from the Sports Bar. The staff was horrible and the service even worse. I believe a lot of it was a breakdown in communication. Don't expect good service at this location. One thing I would like to suggest is PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, tip your waiters, bartenders, housekeeping staff. These people don't make much money and they work for tips, just like we do in the United States. This was our second time at the Excellence and we will definitely be back.

This resort was FABULOUS! You are totally taken care of. When you arrive you receive a glass of champagne, a cool towel to wipe your face and hands, and a big “Welcome Home!". I am very big on service and the service I received at the Excellence Punta Cana was unmatched. Plus it's only for adults… so no screaming kids! The food was very good and they offer premium drinks. I would stay there again anytime.
