Juan Carlos and Miguel!!
We are currently enjoying our last day on the beach at EPC. We have had an amazing time. This place is beyond beautiful and the staff is very friendly. We are in an Imperial Suite and it is fantastic. If you ever have the chance, book it. You won’t regret it. Miguel took care of everything we needed immediately. Juan Carlos was our beach concierge and made our days at the beach perfect!! The water is beautiful, and we were able to get in most days, but you do have to be careful. The waves get pretty big. The food was great in our opinion. Shout out to Richard at the restaurants. He was a good time. The drinks were even better. Get a coco loco. It’s a fun way to start the day. We love Beloved in Cancun, but this place wins in several areas. You can’t go wrong at either, but I will say, there are no iguanas here!! And the visiting the birds quickly became part of our morning routine.

We went here for our honeymoon and loved everything about it! The food was great (especially The Grill) and every worker was INCREDIBLY nice. We had amazing service and an unforgettable time.

The perfect place to unplug and unwind!
We could not have made a better choice for a first all inclusive than Excellence Punta Cana! The resort itself is beautiful and thoughtfully laid out, The Excellence Club cabanas are where we ended up spending the majority of our time with our concierge, Jorge, making sure we had what we needed. The food and drink were delicious and plentiful, and the staff was warm and welcoming. It felt like we’d been vacationing here for years. We’re already planning our next visit.

Looking forward to our next trip
We had an amazing trip! The beach and pools were incredible. The food was beyond delicious. We splurged for the Excellence Club and it was definitely worth it. The drinks kept coming as did the food. The staff was polite and courteous. Jorge was our concierge at the beach and he was good humored and highly attentive. My husband and I are thinking we will 100% be back.

Went with a group of 6. Very accommodating and a wonderful time for everyone. I would recommend for bigger groups for celebrations. Made our honeymoon memorable.

This resort was FABULOUS! You are totally taken care of. When you arrive you receive a glass of champagne, a cool towel to wipe your face and hands, and a big “Welcome Home!". I am very big on service and the service I received at the Excellence Punta Cana was unmatched. Plus it's only for adults… so no screaming kids! The food was very good and they offer premium drinks. I would stay there again anytime.
