Excellence Punta Cana

Excellent! Very good food, very fun activities, relaxing beach, Michael Jackson was the best show, Chez Isabelle was the best restaurant, Bar Sol best bar. Kendrey was a great bartender, got us everything we needed. Eduardo, aka PANDA, provided excellent entertainment and always got the party started.

We had an amazing time!! Everything was perfect restaurants were delicious especially Chez! Every night there was a a fun activity for all the guests, such as circus, Michal Jackson show, and bingo! The rooms were always clean and maids came at least once a day usually twice! The location was perfect and right on the beach everything was easy to walk to! Eduardo aka Panda was the best always encountering everyone to participate in activities and always fun! 10/10 experience!

I paid to see my sister get married at this resort, I arrived 30min early to only be held at the front desk, and advised me that the wedding coordinator would come to escort me and my husband to the wedding. After waiting 30minutes the front desk employee decided to escort us himself as he saw us waiting and proceeds to takes us to the wrong end of the resort, stating "Oh, it's not here, it's on the other side" and starts to walk us to the other end of the resort where we see everyone applauding the end of the ceremony. The employee carelessly states "oh, I guess it's done" and leaves us there to walk the remaining distance as we missed everything.

After having my stay at this resort, I now understand the overwhelming number of positive reviews! It’s far from the airport, but worth it! I chose not to leave the resort and I was entertained the entire time. The staff work so hard to make sure you have a good experience. After you’ve been there so many days, it becomes a family environment. You recognize certain staff members, and they recognize and acknowledge you. For a resort, there were good food dishes. They helped me enjoy my birthday. I have zero complaints. I would definitely come back.

Beaches were nice, rooms were nice, but all service components fell on their face. Not ideal as many workers were very uninterested and did not seem to care about customer service. Food was fair at best, definitely what I would image of "resort food" if I had never been. For what it costs to stay here, was expecting MUCH better in all aspects including poolside/beach side- awful service.
