Excellence Punta Cana Review
10/10 vacation with no complaints! Whether we were hanging out by the pool, eating, sitting on the beach, or watching the entertainment, the amazing workers were always around making sure we had a great experience. They had excellent food at every restaurant with some of the best waiters. We never had an any issues with the room and everything was very clean. The beach is also beautiful! Workers like Jorge and Joel made our vacation experience so much fun!

The beach was amazing and very relaxing. All of the restaurants have delicious food options and we never had any complaints. Our room was always cleaned and restocked when we got back for the day. There is so much to do on the resort and the scheduled activities and shows were so much fun. The staff here are also excellent. Jorge made all of our beach days so much fun. Joel and Diego also made the trip very enjoyable. 10/10 would recommend.

Red Hair Maria is the Champion
I’m presently at the luxurious Crysomare Resort Hotel in Ayia Napa I arrived on 3 Sept 2026 and will be leaving for London Gatwick on the 15th Sept which is in its 5th season and going strong. I must say Red Hair Maria in the Food hall welcomed me with a great smile such a warm engaging woman!!! She was so friendly who was orchestrating everything from leading her excellent team to take care of every whim in the dining area. Everyone loves Maria and I can see why as she gives 100% in everything she does. She’s one in a million that’s for sure and there are no words that describe how amazing she is!!! Dedicated to her job she is and all her staff adore her!!!!

Great couples get away.
Our service was inconsistent but mostly great. Food and drinks were inconsistent but mostly great. Chez Isabelle and the Grill were our favorite dinner spots, we did not enjoy our experience at spice. The grounds at this resort do not compare to another, absolutely gorgeous. Please be advised that they did start a major pool remodel on 9/9/26 and have closed one of the main pools for extensive work.

This resort was FABULOUS! You are totally taken care of. When you arrive you receive a glass of champagne, a cool towel to wipe your face and hands, and a big “Welcome Home!". I am very big on service and the service I received at the Excellence Punta Cana was unmatched. Plus it's only for adults… so no screaming kids! The food was very good and they offer premium drinks. I would stay there again anytime.
