Excellence Punta Cana

Had a fantastic honeymoon at Excellence Punta Cana. First time at this place, and first time in Dominican Republic as well, so wasn’t sure what to expect compared to your usual Cancun all inclusive. Put simply, this place is amazing. Wide restaurant selection, high quality food, great drinks, tons of daily activities, and what really stood out was the fantastic service across the board. Favorite restaurant was Spice (Hibachi) & Agave (Mexican). Michael Jackson show was surprisingly good. Beach is absolutely beautiful. Oh and the resort is so clean and aesthetic which really brings it all together. Lastly, three people here deserve a massive shoutout for making our stay here 100x more enjoyable and giving us great service every single day. Ezekiel, Hendruix, and ESPECIALLY Maria. Learned our names first day, said hi to us everywhere we went, helped with random assistance we needed, spent time with us at restaurants, during activities, shared about her life in the DR & her family, etc. Honestly just made us feel at home here, which is something you can’t buy before going to an all inclusive. Again, huge thanks to Maria for all she did for us, hope anyone heading here gets to have her around like we did!

My husband and I came here for our honeymoon on the day of our wedding. Although we got in super late at night, we were warmly greeted and shown everything right away. Maria (aka Nicki Minaj), Ezekiel, and Hendruix made our week long stay SO FUN! We had amazing conversations and created relationships with each!! As for restaurants, Spice Hibachi was easily our favorite. The chefs make the experience a great time and of course the food is amazing! The shows at night are definitely worth staying up a little later for after a long day in the sun. We loved the Michael Jackson show, Karoke, and bingo!! A 10/10 resort to come visit, we cannot say enough good things and we will be back for our anniversary!!

We just got back from this Resort and had like a family get together for several couples. First the restaurants were not all open and if you are craving something one night then sorry it is closed for upgrading. My sister had issues in her room with the A/C. I had problems in the suite with an awful sweage smell and the food at the restaurants were really not that good for the quality you expect from this type of Resort.

Stay we d in the excellence club. Had an amazing time. Our beach attendant Jorge made sure we never wanted for anything. Will definitely return. If you want a pampered relaxing vacation this is the place to go.

Absolutely wonderful stay. We couldn't have asked for better weather, accommodations, or food. The staff are happy to serve you - and they mean it. A huge shout out to our beach front attendant, Jorge, who cared for us as if we were family. We're coming back soon!
