Stumbled upon paradise!
I had to reschedule my birthday trip due to hurricane Melissa and I stumbled across this resort through reviews. I am so glad I did. The resort is beautiful, the people are amazing and service is top notch. Miquel in the front and Jesus on the Club excellence beach side made a lasting impression with me. I definitely will be back!

Despicable behaviour!!! I thought I was being treated well because it was my birthday however, only to find out that the club concierge Jesus wanted to get into my pants. I have screenshots of his instagram conversation with my friend. Very disturbing and unprofessional

Affordable and comfortable
The grounds are so well maintained. We noticed people working daily to make sure that the walls, the floors, the fountains, the greenery was top notch. The maids/room refresh were so good too. Such consistent good and complete work. The Beach was beautiful. The sand was gorgeous and well maintained. The ocean was red flag the whole time we were visiting. I am an ocean person and would have loved to have been in the water but it was not safe to swim. Gorgeous view but not a good beach for swimming. The pools are clean and well maintained. The bars at the pools are quick and good service. Wish there were more non-alcoholic. I drank coke zero and arnold palmers that were yummy but its nice to feel a little fancy. The coffee shop place was so good, they were fast and they made very nice drinks. The buffet did not have variety, it was the same breakfast and lunch offerings everyday. With that said, they were always fresh and welcoming but boring very quickly. We did not enjoy agave, food was cold and not very good. Might have been an off night. Magna was yummy and fancy. Made us feel special the carrot and rice dish was my favorite. The best steak we had was at The grill. The spa was good. Hydrotherapy was guided and ended with warm day beds. The massage was DEEP tissue, very nice. This is a very nice resort for a very reasonable price. I think this is one of the few times that you get more than what you pay for.

This resort was FABULOUS! You are totally taken care of. When you arrive you receive a glass of champagne, a cool towel to wipe your face and hands, and a big “Welcome Home!". I am very big on service and the service I received at the Excellence Punta Cana was unmatched. Plus it's only for adults… so no screaming kids! The food was very good and they offer premium drinks. I would stay there again anytime.
