Excellence Punta Cana

We loved our experience. If you want a relaxed atmosphere with good food for an all inclusive, this is a great option.

One of the best places I've stayed, really beautiful place and excellent food and services, only detail is the room are starting to show its age and the bathroom condition/maintenance is far from optimal.

This resort goes above and beyond with customer service! I enjoyed the entertainment and the food and the absolutely stunning views... but the thing that helped me truly unwind and relax on our trip was the people who went above and beyond to remember us and serve us with a smile and find ways to improve our experience! The Sol Bar had the most amazing crew: Kendry (Master of the Mojito and Old Fashioned), Luis, Elias and others were looking for ways to make our day the most carefree possible. The Aroma coffee bar had many great baristas but make sure to look for Yordania. Hostesses like Ingrid and Nicole are the reason my meal was always safe as they remembered me and my allergy nightly! Servers at the resteraunt like Eddy, Denny, and Solomon were going above and beyond to treat us like family and would even bring out something extra special to improve our experience if they knew what we enjoyed! All in all this trip was healing in ways we didnt expect and it was because we didnt have a care in the world we had to take care of ourselves. Thank you Excellence team!

I had an amazing time at Excellence Punta Cana! I travel to Punta Cana at least twice a year and have stayed at many resorts, but this one exceeded all of my expectations. The room was 10/10, the food was 10/10, the service was 10/10, and the pool and beach activities were fantastic. Every bartender was friendly and made excellent drinks, the resort was spotless, and the customer service was exceptional from the moment we arrived until we left. For the first time in 10 years of visiting Punta Cana, I honestly have no complaints. Excellence Punta Cana got everything right. I will definitely be back, and I'm even considering becoming a member!

Overall, we had a wonderful stay at the resort. The property is beautiful, well maintained, and the staff throughout most of the resort were friendly and welcoming. The rooms were clean, and there were many things to enjoy during our vacation. That said, there were a few areas that kept this from being a five-star experience. First, I wish there had been more music and DJ entertainment throughout the day and evening. A livelier atmosphere around the pool and common areas would have created a much more enjoyable vacation vibe. The biggest disappointment was the spa booking experience. Unfortunately, our experience with the spa was negative before we even stepped inside. We visited the spa reservation desk to learn about treatments and pricing, but the representative assisting us couldn't answer even the most basic questions. They seemed unfamiliar with the services, packages, and pricing. When you're asking guests to spend around $400 USD on a spa experience, there should be knowledgeable, well-trained staff who can confidently explain the offerings and help guests make an informed decision. Because of that interaction, we decided not to book the spa. The dining experience was also inconsistent. Some of the restaurants served very good meals, while others were disappointing. On more than one occasion, parts of our meals arrived cold, and a few dishes were simply not enjoyable to eat. With the quality of the resort overall, I expected a more consistent standard across all of the restaurants. Despite these issues, we still had a relaxing vacation and enjoyed many aspects of the resort. With improvements to the spa reservation process, more consistent food quality, and additional entertainment, this resort has the potential to provide an exceptional guest experience.
