Amazing honeymoon!
Excellence, Punta Cana was perfectly catered towards relaxation. I’ve never had a vacation where I was more catered to, and many of the staff are looking out for you. I highly recommend taking up the many workshops (good fun and free keepsakes) and using the excursions to break up the days of relaxing with some doing. My wife and I felt especially taken care of during our honeymoon.

Excellence resort five star
Our honeymoon stay was amazing! We did the bachata dance lesson, the faceless doll painting craft and volleyball! We also did the 4th of July experience and it was so good! The food was also amazing and the Michael Jackson show was seriously one of the best things we witnessed at the resort. I would recommend for anyone to come and stay here specially if you are looking for an all inclusive adult resort! We are so thankful for all of the excellence crew that treated us so nicely and made us feel right! Thank you cherelyn for all of the experiences 💙

Good, not Great
First trip to EPC after 2 years at Beloved Playa Mujeres. For the money, EPC was fine but Beloved sets the bar very high. Much if the staff seemed to have little to no patience when it came to language barriers. Many seemed to be just "going through the motions" when it came to doing their jobs. Our room phone did not work and we had to change rooms 2 days in. Reception offered us 25 extra minutes of spa services for the inconvenience. We checked with the spa manager to see if we could add that on to our complimentary Diamond-level message and we were told it was no problem. We were shocked to be given a bill for $375 at the end of the treatment. We had to explain it again and the charge was removed. Great for the money, but we would prefer to save a little more to go back to Beloved.

This resort was FABULOUS! You are totally taken care of. When you arrive you receive a glass of champagne, a cool towel to wipe your face and hands, and a big “Welcome Home!". I am very big on service and the service I received at the Excellence Punta Cana was unmatched. Plus it's only for adults… so no screaming kids! The food was very good and they offer premium drinks. I would stay there again anytime.
