Great resort overall with great service and beautiful property. Very nice for relaxing vacation. All staff were incredible and would highly recommend staying here. Leinardo and Wander were especially great workers.

Unfortunately, our trip quickly went downhill due to multiple serious issues. Our room had a strong moldy smell, including the bedding, which was never properly resolved—only the sheets were changed daily, and the odor persisted due to humidity and condensation. The food quality was also very poor. After dining at one of the à la carte restaurants, both my husband and I became seriously ill with vomiting and were sick for two days. Medical assistance was offered only at our own expense. In addition, the restaurants were misleading. Menu descriptions did not match what was served, with cheaper substitutions instead of fresh ingredients and dietary options that were never available. We expected a basic standard of comfort, cleanliness, and food safety, especially booking through Expedia. Unfortunately, this trip resulted in illness, discomfort, and a completely ruined vacation.

Hipolita (I hope I spelled his name right!) was absolutely wonderful. He helped us with our bags and was one of the kindest, sweetest people we met during our stay. Always smiling, always welcoming, and genuinely happy to help — the best kind of person to be greeted by at a resort. He really made us feel taken care of from the moment we arrived and when we left

Everyone was very very nice! Excellent service with very hard working people! Reison, Carlos, and Juan are the Best when it comes to the beach! From food, to drinks, to providing the perfect spot to enjoy!!, Thank you Reison for being such a hard worker and having such a wonderful personality! I literally mentioned you in my prayers last night!!.., All 4 Louis’s were awesome but Louis in The Kitchen at breakfast and at night time at The Grille is Amazing! He went above and beyond for ALL my needs!! Thank you for the sour cream and pico every morning for breakfast!! Jorge on the omelette grill in The Kitchen had the Best morning personality! He is so kind and very good with people and food!!… Activities on the property were so much fun!! Karaoke night was SO much fun!! We danced and laughed and had the best time!!!…Loved the Rooms, the ladies kept those rooms clean day and night!! Excellent job ladies!! …The workers have a great attitude no matter what! Everything was provided for us whenever we needed! These people deserve to be tipped, what they do is borderline slavery and it saddens me to see so many people not tipping anything! In conclusion this place is 10s across the board!! I notice some people complaining about the food but my tastebuds are not yours and from my experience in traveling, I can find something VERY delicious in any location I’m at!! The food was plentiful and enjoyable!! Thank you Excellence!! Everything was Excellent and We will Definitely be back!!
