Excellence Punta Cana

We had an Excellent experience in Punta Cana. The Magna Bartender Francis was amazing -- he made my beautiful Bubble Cosmo. The notable servers were Ronny, Luis, Adam and Elizabeth -- friendly, helpful and memorable service. They decorated the dinner table for my birthday dinner at Magna and my breakfast table at Magna as well. HENDRIX was amazing as our Excellence Concierge -- he remembered our names, where we were from and made our pool beds daily. There is a tamarind drink on the menu, but the Excellence pool bar did not have tamarind for the first few days, once he noticed that they did not have it -- he got it for us the next day. We enjoyed the upscale alcohol at the Excellence bars. Other notable workers were Joan, Alberto, Butterfly, Nayeli and Soriano. The ENTERTAINMENT Team was amazing. We had great experiences with Maria/Nicky Minaj, Jose/Blade, Luis Manual/Coco Cola and Misael/Joy Boy. They also remembered our names each day and interacted with us at the activities, shows and dance sessions. We created bracelets, soap & paintings with them. We attended the mud therapy and aloe vera sessions with them, as well as the Mamajuana and Sangria session. We attended every show in the evening and dance party afterwards. We enjoyed our Spa Hydrotherapy session with Alexander -- the steam room and sauna were so great to experience. Geivy and Delsy at the spa conducted our Diamond Ritual Massage experience. They decorated the couples massage area for us -- it was beautiful. We enjoyed all of our Diamond Member amenities. Overall, we had an Excellent Time and enjoyed the food, drinks, activities and staff members.

Air Conditioning needed attention, flies on food, most people are there to relax, not a party environment.

We had an amazing time at Excellence Punta Cana celebrating my fiancés birthday/our engagement. The service, cleanliness, location, and value were all worth it. Would definitely recommend staying here if anyone is on the fence.

Was very clean and quiet and a gorgeous place to stay. The staff were all incredible from the bell boys and pool staff to the concierge and spa staff. Especially appreciated the entertainment and spa.
