Our time at the beach area at Excellence Punta Cana was made exceptional because of the incredible service from the team. Christian, Juan Carlos, and Angelo were consistently attentive, warm, and proactive throughout our stay—always anticipating what we needed before we even had to ask. Whether it was keeping drinks refreshed, helping us get comfortable, or simply checking in with genuine friendliness, they made every beach day feel effortless and elevated. What really stood out was how personal the service felt. These gentlemen clearly take pride in creating a memorable guest experience, and it shows. Their professionalism, energy, and hospitality turned a great beach vacation into an outstanding one. Excellence Punta Cana is fortunate to have a team like this representing the resort. We’ll absolutely be back—and will be hoping to see Christian, Juan Carlos, and Angelo again.

First Timers - AMAZING!
This was our first time to the Dominican Republic. We celebrated our 10 year anniversary and it was amazing! Staff was kind, attentive, there are a variety of resort activities, and the spa was amazing! The food was very good as well. Beware of the parrots when walking through the garden, they’re nesting so they are protective and will approach/come at you.

This resort was FABULOUS! You are totally taken care of. When you arrive you receive a glass of champagne, a cool towel to wipe your face and hands, and a big “Welcome Home!". I am very big on service and the service I received at the Excellence Punta Cana was unmatched. Plus it's only for adults… so no screaming kids! The food was very good and they offer premium drinks. I would stay there again anytime.
