Amazing
The bellboy was so helpful. The room service gentleman Fredy was awesome. Unfortunately the concierge never answered the phone and message were full! Bugs were terrible but everything else was perfect. Gorgeous hotel Ty

First Time
Relaxing and rejuvenating was the purpose for this trip and I was able to do just that with out any distractions There were no premium alcohol in the room.

This resort was FABULOUS! You are totally taken care of. When you arrive you receive a glass of champagne, a cool towel to wipe your face and hands, and a big “Welcome Home!". I am very big on service and the service I received at the Excellence Punta Cana was unmatched. Plus it's only for adults… so no screaming kids! The food was very good and they offer premium drinks. I would stay there again anytime.
