Excellence Punta Cana

They ruined our honeymoon. Nothing listed on the honeymoon suite was provided, not even the banner on the door stating "It's our Honeymoon". No one at the resort apologized for anything. All they care about is your money. The food quality was horrible.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Excellence Punta Cana! The resort is beautiful, immaculate, and incredibly relaxing. From the moment we arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive, always going above and beyond to make our stay special. The food, accommodations, service, and attention to detail exceeded our expectations. We felt completely spoiled from start to finish and truly didn’t want to leave. An amazing experience all around—we can’t wait to come back!

We were spoiled with two separate balconies - one offering a lively view over the main pool, and the other providing a serene ocean view complete with its own private plunge pool. Having that quiet spot to soak in the water while looking out at the sea made our honeymoon feel extra special. The daily housekeeping was fantastic, keeping everything spotless and fully stocked with top-tier all-inclusive amenities. The daily schedule was packed with fun activities, from poker games to lively evening entertainment. From the seamless luggage service and charismatic event hosts to the incredibly friendly drivers who handled our transfers, every single person we encountered went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. It was the perfect setting for our honeymoon, and we are already looking forward to booking our next visit!
