Fair but not worth the price
Nice resort but did not meet my expectations, maybe I set the bar too high. The general service staff seemed pleasant enough and always had a smile but there was an underlying attitude of ambivalence almost bordering on meanness

Excellent stay at Excellence!
Everything was perfect! We can't wait to go back!! My husband and I stayed at Excellence for our honeymoon and it was a blast. The food was great, the place was beautiful, beach was fantastic. The workers were all super friendly and you could tell they really care about you and how you were doing. The only complaint would be I felt like we were getting hassled in the resort to buy things. I've been to another resort and it was not like that.

Outstanding Customer Service!
This our second visit to an Excellence resort and it did not disappoint! The resort was clean, the food and drinks were amazing, and the customer service was top notch!! Erica was one of the waitresses from the Sol bar and she made sure we always had a drink in our hand. She made us feel so welcome and always had a smile on her face! She was one of the best! Also, Benny was a fantastic waiter at The Grill. He gave us amazing service and made us laugh a ton. Everything about the resort and staff were great and we would definitely come back!

Perfect for honeymooners!
Amazing time & great food! The service was great from all staff, people everywhere to greet and help you! The shows at night are a fun addition to the entire experience! My favorite night was the Micheal Jackson Tribute show!! Highly suggest the Excellance for you next getaway!

This resort was FABULOUS! You are totally taken care of. When you arrive you receive a glass of champagne, a cool towel to wipe your face and hands, and a big “Welcome Home!". I am very big on service and the service I received at the Excellence Punta Cana was unmatched. Plus it's only for adults… so no screaming kids! The food was very good and they offer premium drinks. I would stay there again anytime.
