Three years in a row at the same resort, and we always get asked, “Why don’t you try somewhere new?” Simple—why change when we absolutely love it here? From the staff, restaurants, shows, pools, and beaches, this place is a 10/10 every single time. The entertainment team is hands down the best there is and keeps us laughing and having fun from the moment we arrive until the day we leave. A special thank you to Cappuccino, Nikki Minaj, Honey, Juan at the pool bar, Joahn our pool server, Mariela from housekeeping, and Issac at the grill for making this trip even more memorable. The best part? From the moment you step out of the vehicle, you feel like you’re home. The entire staff treats you like family, and that’s what keeps us coming back year after year. 🤍☀️

Great experience for us. Went to the spa and spent our days at the Excellence Club beach area. The servers will keep you well fed and watered. Also, a special shout out to Ronny ( 7 r's) who took care of us in the Magna restaurant on our last night, he was great! Highly recommend if you want to get away for a few days.

My husband and I went here for our honeymoon. It was our first all inclusive resort experience. I worry it has set the standard too high because it truly was wonderful from the food and service to the atmosphere and entertainment. I already cannot wait to come back.
