Excellence Punta Cana

I enjoyed my trip , I wish I would’ve stayed longer. My wife and I must definitely be back . The room service and hospitality were amazing, the staff recognized my wife and I and were so present. The best resort ever

Our experience here was incredible Jonathon was great at the lobby with our service . The lobster house food with Nikolas was great and the bartenders were on point . Everything was perfect . Very friendly staff

This report is amazing! The service ws exceptional. The food was the best I've had in DR. We also loved the nightly entertainment. And the bell boy service came to my rescue when my luggage zipper was broke. He was able to fix my bag so i could get it back home. Jonathan was the best!

We have stayed at the Excellence resort many times in Riviera Maya, but this was our first experience in Punta Cana

Just returned from another wonderful trip with family. I had been a bit critical in my last review in April (since deleted) about the consistency of food and some other things, but I really was impressed at the preparation and presentation of meals during this trip. I wasn’t prepared to enjoy it so much and could tell they have made a genuine effort to elevate the dining experience. There were many seafood options along with beach side ceviche one day so my experience doesn’t match other’s reviews. The staff is still wonderful and hotel perfectly maintained. The AC in the room was great (building 14). It was low occupancy so very easy to find chairs and no waits at restaurants. The general manager was always walking the grounds and very kind to my parents taking their suggestions. Sol bar staff- were terrific and had a surprise birthday cake for us one day. Some small suggestions: better blackout curtains especially rooms facing the sunrise, and as always bring back poolside pizza :). I look forward to returning with friends!
