Everything was top quality. The beach service from Juan Carlos, Raison, and Adrian was the best of any place I have ever travelled. Friendly and on top of everything.

We got the private pool suite. It was the bottom floor of a 3 story building no privacy and the heater did not work in the pool. The water was ice cold we did not get to enjoy it at any point. Even after complaining 3 times about the icy water. And it was not private there were 2 floors with balconies above it. They should advertise better and not use the word “private”. It was very disappointing. The food at the resort was not anything special, could not even cut the steak at “the grill” with the butter knife they give you to use. Did not even get to eat most of the steak it was frustrating. The service from our waiters, bar staff and valet we AWESOME!

If you don’t go for the food, you will love this place. Great setting and staff is super helpful and friendly.

This all-inclusive resort was an absolute BLAST! From day drinks to night vibes, it delivered nonstop fun, flawless service, and zero complaints. The staff truly made the experience unforgettable. Major shoutout to Erika and Kendry at the Sol Bar 🍹 these two kept the drinks flowing, the laughs coming, and the energy high. Love how they remembered exactly what our group wanted to drink! Hands down some of the best bartenders we’ve ever had on vacation! Yinauary at the Prelude Bar was just as amazing—so friendly, fun, and took great care of us. Martinis were nightly must for our group and Ramon knows how to make em! And let’s talk entertainment… Joyboy and Miguel understood the assignment 👏 Their energy was contagious, the games were hilarious (big fans of the bingo and diving for dominoes) and they made every event something to look forward to. Whether you wanted to join in or just enjoy the show, they made it FUN. They turned random moments into core vacation memories and had everyone laughing, dancing, and fully committed. It was Pandas first few shifts but we can tell he’s going to be a good time too! Perfect mix of relaxation, party, and top-tier service. If you’re thinking about booking—DO IT. Wow, wow, wow!!! This definitely was my top vacation of all time. The food, the employees, the beach, the service, top notch service!!! If you are looking for excellent service this is your place to stay at... You will not be dissapointed!
