Vacation
Our only thing was the food was just ok. We did not starve. Room service was wonderful. The staff went of of their way to help.

Excellent vacation
We had such a great time at Excellence Punta Cana. Demetriio at Magna, Carlos bartender at Magna, Katia at Magna. Christian, Juan Carlos, and Reison were the best! They were family by the time we left. We loved the Resort and have been to many other in the Excellence Collection and we will definitely return to this one. Maria our house keeper was so sweet and joyful!

We didn’t want to leave
Our second time to Punta Cana, first time at Excellence Punta Cana, & it’s our favorite of the two we’ve been to. The property, the pools, ocean view, the staff, food entertainment… just right! The staff are especially great. We really enjoyed our stay - so relaxing. The grounds were very well kept & very pretty. The other guests we interacted with really enjoyed themselves too. Very easy place to be, to navigate (nothing was too far away), and the beach was clean and pretty. Zero complaints - want to go back already!

Everyone was very friendly and attentive! THe Buffet food coud use improvement, granted it was much better on the NCL Cruise lines!

The best
This resort is fantastic, it is clean, the personnel are friendly, Maria in particular was absolutely wonderful, she was outstanding in service and friendliness and in professionalism her nickname is Nicki Minaj. But she goes by Maria or NIKKI at times. She has made me feel very welcome and I look forward to seeing her again on next visits.

This resort was FABULOUS! You are totally taken care of. When you arrive you receive a glass of champagne, a cool towel to wipe your face and hands, and a big “Welcome Home!". I am very big on service and the service I received at the Excellence Punta Cana was unmatched. Plus it's only for adults… so no screaming kids! The food was very good and they offer premium drinks. I would stay there again anytime.
