Poor experience
We were provided wrong information upon arrival. There was no accommodation made when we had just arrived and wanted to eat. Customer service was poor expect for Francisco Sanchez and Elizabeth.

The best honeymoon!
Recommend this place if you are looking for relaxing but, also sprinkles of fun. The best food place was the grill by far. Their porterhouse was amazing! Will definitely be back!

The best resort in Punta Cana!!!
I love the resort , I came with my wife and the place and beachfront is well kept. I enjoyed the food a bunch.Also the staff was amazing and friendly especially Cherelyn!!

Amazing experience from arrival to departure!!!
Everything about this visit has been phenomenal! The service was great everywhere we went, the food was good, the hotel and pools were clean, and there were plenty of activities to participate in throughout the day.

This resort was FABULOUS! You are totally taken care of. When you arrive you receive a glass of champagne, a cool towel to wipe your face and hands, and a big “Welcome Home!". I am very big on service and the service I received at the Excellence Punta Cana was unmatched. Plus it's only for adults… so no screaming kids! The food was very good and they offer premium drinks. I would stay there again anytime.
