Excellence Punta Cana

The resort is beautiful and clean and food was great! However 2nd day into our trip our ac was not working in our room. Had 2 workers come to our rooms multiple times helping fix it and my engagement ring was stolen. Resort did nothing to help but tell us an investigation would be done and took them 5 days to then turn it around on us and say I lost it outside by the pool, when the ring was taken off in the room and didn’t leave after. But when we were delivered a dehumidifier it was magically gone. Staff did nothing for us regarding this inconvenience and only gave us an email and business card of the manager and told us to email when we got home. Not sure we’d go back but other than that big inconvenience Eduardo, Wander and Kendry did make the rest of the trip great and made sure we had a good time despite this ruining our trip.

What can I say about a bunch of dedicated people that enjoy making people happy. The place is kept up with. Every day we saw the staff working on details like cleaning the pool, picking up seaweed and the smallest thi gs that are overlooked in May other hotels. Bravo!

We can't say enought about Excellence Punta Cana. From the moment we arrived we were greeted with smiles, ear to ear, from everyone. And I mean everyone! Genuine, humble staff that will go out of their way to make you feel very special. From the front desk, to the restaurant staff, the servers, bar tenders, house keepers. To mention few; Mariela Santana (house keeping), Santa, Yohanna, Elbin "Chespitrito" (Kitchen Table Restaurant). So many more that I would not have enought space to mention everyone. Wait! Shout out to Fermin who makes sure everyone has clean towels at the beach and pool and Pedro who handled our luggage. Restaurants- Incredible food at The Grill, Chef Isabelle, Habachi. The Martini Bar was so much fun! Rooms are spacious and comfortable. mini bar stacked with everything you can think off. All this is overseened by a fantastic management team. From Valentina to Antonio and the general mgr Aaron Lozano who manages by example and allows his team to have ownership of their jobs. We will be back next year without a doubt! We leave today but part of our hearts stays behind with them but we take beautiful memories back home. Gracias a todos nuestros nuevos hemanos!

This is a beautiful property. For the most part the staff tried to be sure your were happy. Weather was incredible, pools were great! My main concern is the food, while we had a couple great means, for the most part the food was less than spectacular!!

we honeymooned here and loved it. Miguel at the front was awesome and very helpful!!!
