Excellence Punta Cana

Andrely was excellent staff, very kind and knowledgeable. We had blast and highly recommend Oregano and Lobster House for the restaurants. The Blue Bar (the swim up bar) was our favorite bar and Juan is an amazing bartender but unfortunately weather wasn’t always the most cooperative. Would recommend as an all inclusive if you plan to come to Punta Cana.

Andrely was excellent. We loved the Grill Restaurant. Everyone was fantastic. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Beautiful pool. The coffee shop was also a highlight.

This was our first ever all-inclusive and it was a magical experience. Jeremy was great when we arrived, welcoming us with champagne. From the food, the service, the entertainment - we enjoyed every minute. Bernardino and Honey were so funny and friendly, hosting daily bingo and food tastings. Miguel was extremely helpful and friendly with handling our transportation to the airport. All the employees were so kind and hard-working, ensuring your experience is the best. We hope to come back one day!

My partner proposed to me on this trip and it was an absolutely amazing experience - the private dinner, light up “Marry Me” sign, photoshoot, and a romantic bedroom setup for after dinner made our trip extremely special and looking forward to returning for our anniversaries! The staff is very friendly and helpful and will go out of their way to make your experience better in any way they can. The atmosphere and rooms were gorgeous - even though there was some rain during our trip, we didn’t mind sitting inside and enjoying their many other amenities and activities outside of the pool and beach. Shoutout to Luis our photographer for working with us and shoutout to Miguel our super helpful and friendly bellhop!

We had an absolutely incredible stay at this all-inclusive resort! From the stunning pools to the fantastic food, everything exceeded our expectations. What really made our trip special was the service—especially Miguel at the front desk/area. He was incredibly helpful, friendly, and went above and beyond to make our check-in and stay effortless.
