MAY VACATION 2026
Overall great time with all staff members and met some great people. Menus have changed. No bali beds at the main pool area. No pizza. Loved the pizza. Very few chairs by the main pool. We have always been club members but love the interaction at the main pool. The bali beds were so much more comfortable for us. Kudos to Coca Cola the entertainment manager. My go to if I needed anything. Also Cappuccino by the main pool. The towels were delivered and picked up by Freemin and he was so pleasant to speak with. Werner 1&2 also took care of us. Will return soon!!!!!

As good as ever
Visited E.P.C for the 21st time in April of this year. This hotel remains our favourite place for a sunny flop and drop. The food on this visit was really good in all restaurants with a big shout out to Gabrielle in the Grill and Raphael in Chez. They looked after us so so well. All of the staff still go above and beyond....special mention to Kendry at the main pool bar and Carlos....who makes the best cosmopolitans.....in the magna bar. Overall standards remain high here and we already have our next visit booked for Xmas this year

This resort was FABULOUS! You are totally taken care of. When you arrive you receive a glass of champagne, a cool towel to wipe your face and hands, and a big “Welcome Home!". I am very big on service and the service I received at the Excellence Punta Cana was unmatched. Plus it's only for adults… so no screaming kids! The food was very good and they offer premium drinks. I would stay there again anytime.
