Excellence Punta Cana

This was truly a vacation of a lifetime! We could not ask for anything to have been better or different! From our room, to the food, and the service along side the beach and the bars, every single person we encounter was a 10 out of 10. 2 of the best were Juan Carlos and Reison at the Excellence Club Beach Club! From day 1 til day 5, our specifically chosen chairs were reserved and ready for our daily enjoyment! Our drinks were never empty and every need was attended to. The food each night was exceptional. Our favorites would have to be the Grill and The Agave! They have made it so hard to leave, but the decision to return is the easiest we will ever make! Thanks for a wonderful 22nd Anniversary!! We will return, with our entire clan next time!!

My experience here at Excellence Punta has been absolutely amazing! I came here kind of skeptical because I originally saw this Resort on Facebook… So I wasn't sure what to expect. Even up until the day before I travelled, I was still a little apprehensive because I've been very disappointed by some of the ads & places that I've seen on Facebook. This one by far has been absolutely amazing. From the time I stepped foot onto the property, I mean it is nothing short of luxury and just really friendly staff. You would absolutely enjoy every second of your time here. The grounds are beautiful. The scenery is breathtaking. There's so much to do. All the restaurants are great choices. You would not be disappointed by any aspect of this luxurious resort. Hands-down, I highly recommend Excellence Punta Cana.

My wife and I recently stayed at the Excellence Punta Cana to celebrate our anniversary. Unfortunately, the experience was just average at best. One of the biggest disappointments was that when we arrived, there was no acknowledgment or recognition of our anniversary, which was disappointing considering it was a special occasion for us. Also, Do Not waste your money for the Excellence Club. It's really not worth the extra money. We didn't even receive a welcoming beach bag. They claim they had ran out. On the positive side, the transportation service was excellent, both coming to the hotel and returning to the airport. The grill restaurant was phenomenal. That steak was one of the best seasoned and cooked steaks I have ever eaten. The rest of the food was okay in the other restuarants, nothing particularly memorable. The hotel staff was great. The workers were friendly, helpful and provided good service throughout our stay. Overall, I will not be returning to this resort. The occasion and the price we were celebrating, I expected a better overall experience.

It was a nice place. The servers were mostly terrible. Completely ignored if you don’t tip. Or have to wait to tip. Mixed drinks are weak. Sometimes had no idea what I was drinking!
