Beautiful beach, great staff, so so food
The beach at this resort was gorgeous, the water, the waves, the beach beds and lounge chairs made it very comfy and relaxing. The service was really great, staff were happy and super attentive! The food on the other hand was really why I can’t give it five stars. It was bland, sometimes didn’t meet the description on menu and even cold at times. If you know this going in about all inclusive type places then it probably meets expectations.

Cherelyn in animation was very nice and entertaining! I was here by myself and she was very friendly and inclusive. I was here during disco night and Dominican night and it was amazing.

I’m stay in the resorts in the I love entreteiment with inCherelyn, sailent disc, Dominican nigth in activity all day in the pool and the tired… good job animation…

A wonderful experience
We went to Excellence Punta Cana to celebrate a special event and were a part of 6. Among our many resort experiences this ranks among the best. The team goes out of their way to make your stay perfect and fix any flaw you may encounter (highly unlikely). Staff is great, food is awesome and the resort is fantastic!

Cherelyn was great! The food and dancing was so much fun!!! I’m here in Dominican Arabia party!!!! And participating in activity with here!!! I love the entertainment!!!

This resort was FABULOUS! You are totally taken care of. When you arrive you receive a glass of champagne, a cool towel to wipe your face and hands, and a big “Welcome Home!". I am very big on service and the service I received at the Excellence Punta Cana was unmatched. Plus it's only for adults… so no screaming kids! The food was very good and they offer premium drinks. I would stay there again anytime.
