Home again
The Excellence is our favorite resort. The staff are amazing, the service is fabulous, the grounds are immaculate. It is so relaxing and stress free. I feel like royalty here. Oregano needs more pasta options and the Beatles show needs to stop pretending they are British and stay in harmony! Ha ha. Small thing. Overall it’s heaven being here every year. Wish the online bookings had the option in Canadian $. PLEASE! Thank you for another wonderful vacation. ❤️🌴

Excellence Resort
Wonderful resort experience! The personnel were very friendly and helpful. Location is excellent. Food is better than average for an all inclusive.

Anniversary beach surprise!
The staff here are phenomenal. As soon as they found out it was our anniversary, they surprised us with a cabana with decorations and champagne! We will most certainly return with our friends and family!

Some Issues
I have been sick for 2 days from something I eat. The room smelled. French restaurant and sports bar food awful. All other restaurants were excellent. Only issue was when we checked in the only food available was at the sports bar, we were starving from traveling, the food was not good. They need more options at that time. The staff was excellent.

Unfortunately the staff tried to overcharge us on three separate occasions. The last thing you want to experience at an all-inclusive resort...

This resort was FABULOUS! You are totally taken care of. When you arrive you receive a glass of champagne, a cool towel to wipe your face and hands, and a big “Welcome Home!". I am very big on service and the service I received at the Excellence Punta Cana was unmatched. Plus it's only for adults… so no screaming kids! The food was very good and they offer premium drinks. I would stay there again anytime.
