Excellence Punta Cana

This is the best resort I have ever stayed at. The staff will try their best to do anything they can to make you happy, and are always willing to help. Also, the food here is very good. So are the drinks. The rooms and the facilities are modern and clean as well.

Honestly this was other best vacation I have ever been on. My husband and I went here for our honeymoon and we are so glad we did. It was a great time to just relax and enjoy. We enjoyed lounging at the beach. The staff would frequently stop by and check on us to ensure we were taken care of. Our favorite part was hands down our own private pool. I am pretty sure we spent more time in our own pool than anywhere else. Our day would wind down by swimming, it would start up by swimming. In the end, we want to make this an annual visit because we enjoyed it so much.

Our stay at the Excellence was excellent. From day 1 to day 6. The suite was wonderful. The food was great and the staff were the best. 10/10 would recommend and would visit again!

Upon arrival, we were assigned a different room from what we reserved months ago. This was not the accommodation we had booked or expected for such an important celebration. Despite making multiple complaints, it took nearly 24 hours before we were finally moved to the Honeymoon Suite. We also experienced repeated problems with the hot water. On multiple occasions, the water was not hot, requiring Maintenance to be contacted. These issues were frustrating and unacceptable, particularly during an anniversary stay. In addition, the rooms appear dated and poorly maintained. The condition of the accommodations did not reflect the level of quality we expected when booking the Honeymoon Suite. We chose your property specifically to celebrate 54 years of marriage, and unfortunately, the delays, room assignment, maintenance issues, and overall condition of the accommodations took away from what should have been a very special occasion.

Our stay at The Excellence Punta Cana was absolutely amazing, and it made our engagement celebration truly unforgettable! The resort was beautiful, the food was excellent, and the service was outstanding from start to finish. A very special thank you to Bienvenido, whose exceptional service truly made our vacation. He went above and beyond every day with his kindness, attentiveness, and genuine care, making us feel welcomed and valued throughout our stay. We also want to recognize Einstein, Ronni, and Demetrio at Magna, Juan Carlos and George at the cabana, Hendrix and Rosangela at the pool, and bellhops Juan and Pedro for their outstanding hospitality. Every staff member played a part in making our engagement trip so memorable.
