The staff were all friendly and the stay was great! Miguel was warm and inviting from our arrival and so sweet when it was time to go home.

Beauty and Best
Spent a week at this resort celebrating my daughter’s 30th Birthday. Resort was beautiful and the staff was definitely top notch. The food here was definitely not up to par. Thank goodness we played golf off the resort and were able to have meals at the course. Because of the food, will not be back

Excellence Punta Cana - great experience
Great experience! Andrely the bell hop was excellent. Christina was a great concierge. The Grill and Agave were our favorite restaurants. Franciel was a waiter that went above and beyond. Beach was great water is a little rough. Pool and activities were lots of fun.

Beautiful Views, kind staff
The staff are extremely kind and helpful, and humorous too, especially Andrely! The weather was consistently beautiful and the drinks were tasty. If you come, make use of the spa, a truly calming experience!

Excellent resort!
Miguel is excellent at coordinating arrivals/departures! Made catching our ride to the airport seamless. My husband and I came for a week as first-timers for our anniversary and had a fantastic stay! Our favorite restaurants were the Lobster House for breakfast and Agave for dinner, with the grill as a close 2nd. We avoided the buffet, but are not buffet people. All of the staff were incredibly friendly, but our favorite people were hostesses Johanny, Ingrid and Pamela; Server Dominiso, and Barista Yordania at Aroma! They recognized us daily and went out of their way to engage with us. We recommend tipping your hostesses— they hold the power to getting you a table quickly! Treat the staff nicely and they will return the favor. We’d also recommend trying to learn basic Spanish phrases— I think they appreciate the effort to speak their language and definitely feel like it increased engagement. If you want dedicated pool chairs or palapas— get out there early. Palapas claimed by 6:30 most mornings and pool chairs by 8:30. No problem finding chairs on the beach any time of day. Overall, we were very impressed by the entire stay!

This resort was FABULOUS! You are totally taken care of. When you arrive you receive a glass of champagne, a cool towel to wipe your face and hands, and a big “Welcome Home!". I am very big on service and the service I received at the Excellence Punta Cana was unmatched. Plus it's only for adults… so no screaming kids! The food was very good and they offer premium drinks. I would stay there again anytime.
