Excellence Punta Cana

For a first time all inclusive traveler, Excellence Punta Cana was simply put Excellente! From our time of arrival from Seasons Transfers, we were greeted up front with two champagne glasses. We then grabbed lunch at The Kitchen Table the daily morning/early afternoon staple, and afterwards while still carrying my heavy backpack around we were greeted by Jeremy, it was perfect timing for our room to be ready and he guided us and our bags to our room, thankfully he took the backpack right from me and put it on the cart. Once at our room he provided a quick relevant tour on how everything works and where everything is. Immediately after it was an excited rush to explore the amazing atmosphere with the pool, the beach, the bars, and the other restaurants to follow. Everyone is top notch friendly and always on your side! Check out Las Olas for lunch and Oregano as well, these are more casual options as there are more upscale options as well. Nightly entertainment/shows is also an awesome included item as you do not have to leave the resort for anything but some excursions. Many many many options to choose from for any person in your party. Shoutout as well to: Diego for our off site snorkel and party boat Santos up front with our champagne Einstein and Edward at the kitchen table Rhomer at Oregano And lastly Nicolas at the Dominican party dinner and show event. And to my friends at the Auditorium/Stage bar, uno mas agua y Dominicana (Presidente beer)

The staff were very tentative. The rooms were excellently kept, large tub and largest shower! The resort is extremely clean everywhere you go from the room, to the public areas, to the restaurants, to the pool! We were able to travel with ease to and from the airport using seasons transportation service. The location is tranquil and provides a peaceful and generally quiet stay with beautiful views of the nature and the ocean. Overall, it was a positive experience and worth the visit/value.

Overall trip was amazing, almost all the staff was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely plan on returning

I’ve had an amazing time at the Excellence Hotel, the atmosphere is beautiful and peaceful and so accommodating. The staff is incredible, and I can honestly say I feel so relaxed leaving and cannot wait to plan my next trip here. Make sure to go visit the Soul Bar. Amazing staff.

Awesome Amazing! It’s been a while since I’ve been able to say I thoroughly enjoyed EVERY PART of my stay…Except for Leaving! Customer Service It’s great to know that there are still all inclusive resorts that value old school customer service, punctuality, and fidelity. The way the pool is scrubbed every morning and the cleaning of the beach all day long is humbling. To see people smiling while working so hard even when no one is looking, speaks volumes about the character of the people and the over all integrity required By the excellence brand. Cleanliness The maintenance Is magical. There literally has to be a genie keeping this place so beautiful. Not a blade of grass out of place. It was like living in an AI generated paradise. My sister and I are convinced that they must work through out the night to keep this place in impeccable Condition. Vibe The music at dinner was also important to note. It was a mix of Dominican, current and classic pop culture, jazz, and R&B Food… Awesome The ribeye steak I had from The grill… will always hold a special place in my heart. I couldn’t have imagined eating at a buffet that had grouper that was that succulent… like how The spa was awesome thank you Isaura and Gabriel were phenomenal. I could go on for ever and still not cover everything, So I’ll just say, this was exactly what I wanted, needed and more. I can’t wait to come back to my new home
