Excellence Punta Cana - 5 stars!
Our experience was top notch! The best service, the cleanest atmosphere, the friendliest people! The food was amazing everywhere we went. The atmosphere was very relaxing and laid back, and the rooms were clean and well taken care of every day! Miguel Angel was amazing and super helpful, Hector at Prelude Bar was the BEST service we could have asked for and took care of us every night!

Great group trip
Adam was the best server I’ve ever had. Staff was very friendly overall. Service was great. Juan made reservations for 8 every night and that was awesome. Excellence Club is definitely worth it. Love having so many pools to choose from

Welcome home
This resort is fantastic. It is all about the staff and how they make you feel. All resorts are beautiful. Food is always subjective. What keeps us returning time after time is the staff. How welcome they make you feel. How they remember you from one day to the next. How they remember you when they see you a year later. The resort always says “welcome home” when you arrive and they do everything they can to make you feel like they mean it.

Wonderful get away. Maybe just some better food would have made it perfect.
All in all it was a fantastic time at Punta Cana and from what I could tell it was one of the nicest resorts on the north side of Punta Cana. The seaweed and the food was the only let down. They cleaned up the seaweed everyday so they definitely tried to keep it at bay. The food seemed pretty-made. Definitely recommend getting some Steak at The Grill.

Beautiful resort, best one in Punta Cana. Very lovely people. Terrance plunge pool room is well worth the spend.

This resort was FABULOUS! You are totally taken care of. When you arrive you receive a glass of champagne, a cool towel to wipe your face and hands, and a big “Welcome Home!". I am very big on service and the service I received at the Excellence Punta Cana was unmatched. Plus it's only for adults… so no screaming kids! The food was very good and they offer premium drinks. I would stay there again anytime.
