Excellence Punta Cana

During my recent stay, I experienced exceptional service from two members of your staff. Felix, the manager at Oregano, went above and beyond to accommodate my preferences. Although the menu items were too elaborate for my taste, he personally ensured I received simple dishes such as pasta with garlic oil and shrimp, as well as plain lamb chops seasoned with only salt and pepper. The following day, he recognized us again at lunch and prepared another special meal without hesitation. His attentiveness and professionalism were outstanding. Additionally, Ms. Griselda at The Kitchen Table made a strong impression with her consistency and attention to detail. She remembered my preference for two tea bags each morning, which I greatly appreciated. I have visited Excellence Resorts on nine occasions, including four stays at Excellence Punta Cana. Historically, the food has been one of the primary reasons I return. However, the recent changes to the menus across your resorts have been disappointing. The selections have become limited and overly complex, which no longer aligns with the dining experience I have valued for years. Unfortunately, I will not be returning until the previous menus—or a similar variety of straightforward options—are restored. The culinary experience has always been a defining factor in my loyalty to Excellence, and the current direction does not meet the expectations established by your brand.

Went with a few friends in our mid-30s for a weekend to relax, low key. The resort was beautiful, clean, the food was good particularly in the Excellence Club restaurants. Gym was great, pools were warm and not overcrowded.

This place was my first expense outside of the United States. Great people great food great drink great experiences couldn’t have asked for anything more.

It was such a great stay. awesome, awesome, awesome, awesome love love love love love love the staff was great and so was the food.

Great resort. But definitely recommend upgrading to club class. Much nicer lounges, your own pool, actually two pools, and access to the best restaurant on thecomplex. Beach is nothing to write home about big waves pretty well all the time.
