Very good overall
We had a great time at the excellence resort. In spite of the problems with the temperature of the room, our stay was very enjoyable and the offer for an upgraded room next time is greatly appreciated!

Incredible Vacation
Had a great time celebrating an anniversary with my wife! Workers were all friendly and hospitable, food was good, and weather, amenities and activities were great. Looking forward to coming back in the future

Excellent Stay
Resort was gorgeous, but food options were hit or miss. Tomahawk steaks were more bone in ribeye than tomahawk, but they were very good. Other times food wasn't properly labeled or there were unmentioned substitutions (zucchini instead of Brussels sprouts). Service everywhere was top notch and the pools/grounds are exceptionally maintained. Strongly recommend enjoying the botanical garden.

Amazing Punta Cana vacation
The property was extremely clean and the staff in every area was very friendly and helpful. Every need or want was met without hesitation. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a first class 5 start Caribbean vacation!

Return to Excellence Punta Cana
Our return to Excellence Punta Cana was wonderful. We had spent our honeymoon here so many years ago, but one thing that did not change or disappoint was the service. There are so many people making you feel right at home from the moment you step onto the property. From Oneil greeting us with us a smile and handling our baggage, to Dionisio and Jonathan taking care of our every need at meal times. These are just a few people that will no doubt bring us back here again!

This resort was FABULOUS! You are totally taken care of. When you arrive you receive a glass of champagne, a cool towel to wipe your face and hands, and a big “Welcome Home!". I am very big on service and the service I received at the Excellence Punta Cana was unmatched. Plus it's only for adults… so no screaming kids! The food was very good and they offer premium drinks. I would stay there again anytime.
