Excellence Punta Cana

Everything was amazing, service was excellent! Couldn’t complain. Thank you so much for the hospitality.

I came here to spend some quality time with my boyfriend and it was an amazing stay! The room was clean. It was very relaxing. The food at the restaurants was good. Our favorite restaurant was Agave. Additionally, Jorge who works in the excellence club area on the beach had our beach chairs ready every morning. Eddy at Magna was also very attentive and ready to help. I’d recommend this resort if you are looking for a relaxing getaway.

We had an amazing experience at Excellence as this was my second time Visiting. The staff at the restaurants and the beach attendants were absolutely amazing. A big shout out to Jorge who was our beach attendant the entire time and restaurant staff Eddy for providing service that was above and beyond. They were the kind and helpful Dominicans I’ve come to know and cherish.

First time visiting this hotel and trying out this brand of hotels. Experience and service was great. All the workers were very attentive like Jorge at the beach on the Excellence Club side and Rosangela, Bienvenido, & Albert at the bar on the pool side of the Excellence Club. They were all attentive, treated us with a 5 star experience and went above and beyond to make sure all our needs were met. You’ll come here enjoying your stay and making friends along the way ❤️

Very attentive to our comfort at the beach and pool. The room service was lovely and the restaurants had delicious foods. Shoutout to Rosangela, Alberto, Bienvenido and Jorge for being friendly and welcoming. They made leaving Punta Cana hard to do because it felt like leaving family. I am already planning on coming back!
