Magic night
I was in the activity the magical night, I participated in all the activities tonight, I was in the chiropractor, I cleaned my vibes, I read the letters and everything totally free, this activity given by the hotel was incredible plus the circus that same night and more accompanied by my hostess Cherelyn from the entertainment team, I danced all night later with the live du, I enjoyed a very cold Dominican beer and to end the night my partner and I ate a delicious snack that they offered, tonight was magical without a doubt.

We love excellence. The food quality here was lacking considerably compared to the other excellence resorts. Bars, resort grounds and service however was still top notch.

Excellence Punta Cana was amazing. Service was top notch. The staff no matter where you were, always smiled and said hello. We did the excellence club level. We had the junior suite near the cascade pool. It was wonderful. Very spacious. Beds are comfortable. And we have a real hard time finding beds we can actually get some sleep in. Temperature in room was always very comfortable. House keeping does a great job. Room service was always very quick, food was always hot and well presented. We ate at all of the restaurants except for the Grill. We just didn't get to it. My favorite is the Italian, Oregano. We wanted a specific dish for lunch and the chef accommodated us each time. All were really good. And the coffee bar is wonderful. Martini bar is a must. Especially if you like espresso martinis. Grounds were beautiful and well maintained. I would definitely go back.

Great vacation!
We had an amazing time at Excellence Punta Cana! Beautiful resort. All the details were considered in the landscaping, services, food, and decor. Rooms were spacious with a nice balcony, rainfall shower and fully stocked fridge. Each day there were numerous activities. Cherelyn led a number of them and she was great - enthusiastic, welcoming and helpful. Made the experience that much better! Would recommend to anyone.

Top notch service!!!!
Third year here as an absolutely amazing experience. Service top notch. We felt like all staff could not do enough for us. We felt very special . Club pool service was the best. Juan Carlos went out of his way every day to give us the best experience ever. Mikayla was by herself getting drinks for the whole pool and she was amazing

This resort was FABULOUS! You are totally taken care of. When you arrive you receive a glass of champagne, a cool towel to wipe your face and hands, and a big “Welcome Home!". I am very big on service and the service I received at the Excellence Punta Cana was unmatched. Plus it's only for adults… so no screaming kids! The food was very good and they offer premium drinks. I would stay there again anytime.
