Excellence Punta Cana
Andrely the bellboy was excellente. Restaurants were great. We were there for one week and had a great time. Our favorite resort we have stayed at in the DR.

The staff are what makes this place special
This is our third time here and the best yet. The food just keeps getting better with lots of variety. What really makes this place is the staff. They are so attentive, kind, thoughtful and fun. Thank you servers Alejandra, Orlando, Richard, Junior and Elizabeth. The restaurant managers are also part of ensuring the best experience and thank you to Bautista and Domingo and food and beverage manager Martha. Our friends at Palms bar were amazing and thank you to our friend Soriano. You made us feel special every day! The spa is first class and I have never had a better one than with Soribel. Lastly big thank you to all the excellence club beach staff! You were wonderful and Christian was a huge part of our trip greeting us at the beach every day and doing every thing to make it an incredible experience. We will miss you all and see you in 2027!

Cabana experience
Jeffy, the cabana concierge was great, him and his staff treated us wonderfully. They treated us like family and were very accommodating.

10/10 Would Do It Again
Magna, the Grill, and Chez Isabelle are excellent restaurants. The coffee at Aroma is delicious. Francis, the bartender at the Excellence Lounge, was absolutely fantastic. Melvin, who works at Chez Isabelle and Las Olas, was extremely friendly and accommodating. Shaggy and Honey always made the activities fun and engaging. The rooms were clean and well stocked with drinks and snacks. The ambience across the resort was perfect and relaxing.

This resort was FABULOUS! You are totally taken care of. When you arrive you receive a glass of champagne, a cool towel to wipe your face and hands, and a big “Welcome Home!". I am very big on service and the service I received at the Excellence Punta Cana was unmatched. Plus it's only for adults… so no screaming kids! The food was very good and they offer premium drinks. I would stay there again anytime.
