Excellence Punta Cana

We just returned from an absolutely wonderful stay at Excellence Punta Cana, and it truly exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional — warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. This resort is a perfect blend of relaxation, fun, and five-star hospitality. We were especially grateful for the incredible staff who made our experience unforgettable: • Kendry at the pool bar — always friendly, upbeat, and consistently making fantastic drinks with a smile. • Melvin at The Grille — attentive, professional, and made every meal feel special. • Victor — wonderful service and such a kind presence throughout our stay. • Aran at breakfast — a great start to each morning with excellent service and a welcoming attitude. • Jorge and Tomas at breakfast — both were attentive, efficient, and genuinely pleasant every single day. • Jariel at the front desk — incredibly helpful, professional, and made everything seamless from start to finish. • Frank, who handled towels and chairs — always checking in, incredibly kind, and made pool days effortless and relaxing. • Eduardo, Misael, and Cherelyn during bingo — such fun energy, great personalities, and truly engaging hosts who made the activities memorable. • Ramon at the martini bar — exceptional service, expertly crafted cocktails, and a wonderful personality that made evenings extra enjoyable. Every interaction felt thoughtful and personal, and it’s clear this resort values hospitality at the highest level. The staff are truly the heart of Excellence Punta Cana. We have been coming for five or six years and have always found the resort of very high quality. Staff is very friendly and attentive. While during out most recent trip room service was disappointing. Food, both qualty and service was mostly first rate. For the first time evening entertainment was reduced rom three separate acts to two. Quallity of the main evening attraction was much below the quality we experienced in past visits. The type of entertainment was very repetitive.

We came here for our honeymoon, stayed in the honeymoon suite. The service and excellence club concierge was so helpful! Our favorite part was the private cabanas, our friends Reison and Bienvenido gave us the best experience, go find them for the best time! Make sure to take a night for coco bongo, an experience not to be missed!
