Excellence Punta Cana

Hello, We stayed at Excellence Punta Cana from June 30 to July 14, and this was our fourth visit. Once again, it was an unforgettable vacation. From the moment you arrive, you are welcomed with genuine warmth, making you feel much more than just a guest—you truly feel at home. Everything about this resort is exceptional: the stunning grounds, the impeccable cleanliness, the delicious food, the peaceful atmosphere, and the incredible sense of relaxation and well-being you experience wherever you are. What truly sets this beautiful resort apart is its people. The staff is incredibly dedicated, attentive, and genuinely caring. You rarely have to ask for anything. It almost feels as though they can read your mind. They remember your favorite drinks, the foods you enjoy, and even your little habits. Every employee you meet greets you with a warm smile, and their positive energy is contagious. They are consistently professional, friendly, and welcoming, making it impossible not to feel happy and comfortable throughout your stay. The team is what makes Excellence Punta Cana so special. They are the reason we return year after year. Since discovering this resort, it has become our second home, a place where we look forward to seeing familiar faces and reconnecting with friends. This has been my best resort visit thus far!! Highly recommended and I will definitely come again. I am very pleased from the restaurants to the spa service I was extremely pleased.

We visited Excellence Punta Cana for our honeymoon and could not be more happy with our visit. The staff were always so helpful and friendly. We plan on coming back for years to come.

We had an incredible stay at Excellence Punta Cana. The staff made all the difference and were incredibly kind and helpful. The food was stellar and had a lot of variety. Facilities were clean and activities were very enjoyable. One small downside is the ocean is a but rough here and doesn’t allow for great swimming. But the pools make up for it - we didn’t even miss the fact we weren’t able to swim much in the ocean. We visited for our Anniversary and the resort really went above and beyond to make it special, to the extent they provided alcohol-free champagne in our room since we are expecting a baby. We would absolutely come back when we have the chance!
