Excellence Punta Cana

Excellent resort, great staff and amenities. Like any resort, there is always some hit or miss with food but overall food was good and you won’t go hungry! Great coffee and ice cream at Aroma. Lots of birds and nice rooms, decor, etc. Nice beach as well!

Miguel angel, Reison, Plata, and Hipolito were all amazing. The staff really makes the stay feel welcoming and attentive. I will say that the staff made my stay!

Our stay at Excellence Punta Cana was amazing from start to finish. The beach was perfect—soft sand, no rocks or shells, and just enough waves to enjoy. We didn’t experience any bugs or mosquitoes, and the weather stayed in the 70s–80s, with only brief rain during the first two days. The customer service truly set this resort apart. Nicolas at the Lobster House treated us like royalty and even coordinated with other restaurants to ensure continued exceptional service. Manauri at Magna was equally outstanding. By the end of our stay, staff everywhere already knew our drink orders. The Excellence Club was well worth it, offering reserved beach seating and top-tier service from Christian and Reison, who took great care of us daily with seating, drinks, and snacks. A special shoutout as well to “Mr. Coca-Cola” (we unfortunately didn’t catch his real name), who went above and beyond helping us acquire gifts. Exceptional service, beautiful surroundings, and an unforgettable experience. We can’t wait to return!

Came for a birthday trip with some friends. It was an amazing time! The service is wonderful and really made this trip special. Reison and Christian provided amazing beach service. And Nicolas at Oasis and the Lobster House made us feel like family. Would absolutely recommend this place for anyone who wants a trip that is equal parts fun and relaxation!
