Best trip I’ve ever had!
I never leave reviews but they absolutely deserved it. Not only is the resort clean, aesthetic, beautiful, and easy to get around but the staff is the nicest and most genuine group of people I’ve had the pleasure of meeting. They truly truly want you to have an amazing trip and we truly felt catered too. I didn’t have 1 bad meal here (lobster house was our favorite) and their drink menu was extensive and delicious. They’re really ontop of their game and are consistently keeping drinks flowing and the vibe good. That being said we did do the excellence club, which did have some added benefits so we really only went to the excellence club only pools but I’d say it was 100000% worth it for access to Magna (restaurant/bar with top shelf liquor like mcallan) alone. Every afternoon someone was also constantly coming around taking lunch orders so you didn’t even have to leave the pool to eat! House keeping was also amazing- shout out to Gabriel and Daniel. So so sweet! We didn’t attend any of the night shows just wasn’t our style but it was Truly an amazing vacation and out of everywhere I’ve stayed I’d recommend this one 10 times over.

This was my first time in the Dominican Republic and I’m glad I hit it on the nail with this resort. Everything about this resort makes it worth booking. Service was excellent, overall experience was incredible. Only down side of my trip was that I wish I stayed longer. Book this resort if you’re considering Punta Cana!

Really nice resort!
The food was excellent! The service provided by Juan Carlos and Benvenito our beach concierge was amazing. The drinks at Magna were the best, they had the best bartenders and quality of alcohol. The overall service for being in the club could have been better. There was Entertainment in the larger pool but no entertainment in the club pool which would have been nice. Overall the resort was very nice and I would come back.

Great Service but Bland Food
The staff was always very friendly. Accommodations were clean, had everything I needed. Wedding was very organized, beautiful flowers, great bartenders, entertainment, lots of activities to choose from. Spa was amazing. The only downside was the mostly tasteless food.

Excellence describes this stay perfectly
We just returned from excellence Punta Cana and are so sad to be home. The kitchen and the grill were our 2 favorite places to eat. There was always some sort of entertainment and staff was so friendly helpful and just pleasant. We agreed we would 10/10 visit again

This resort was FABULOUS! You are totally taken care of. When you arrive you receive a glass of champagne, a cool towel to wipe your face and hands, and a big “Welcome Home!". I am very big on service and the service I received at the Excellence Punta Cana was unmatched. Plus it's only for adults… so no screaming kids! The food was very good and they offer premium drinks. I would stay there again anytime.
