Great Service but Bland Food

The staff was always very friendly. Accommodations were clean, had everything I needed. Wedding was very organized, beautiful flowers, great bartenders, entertainment, lots of activities to choose from. Spa was amazing. The only downside was the mostly tasteless food.

We just returned from excellence Punta Cana and are so sad to be home. The kitchen and the grill were our 2 favorite places to eat. There was always some sort of entertainment and staff was so friendly helpful and just pleasant. We agreed we would 10/10 visit again

The hotel is amazing food was great drinks were on point. I am so glad this hotel had Queen Evelyn she enhanced the DR experience to the fullest. She taught me how to dance bachata she had made the games on the resort way more fun than your average Bingo. I love the water Zumba I wish they offered this back at home! Queen Evelyn really gave me the experience of what Punta Cana really was about which was excellent!!!!!

We arrived for a week to celebrate an anniversary and from the moment we arrived we felt welcomed, relaxed and at home. The club pool was a favourite. Staff Evelyn (and entertainment staff) and Hendrix were beyond amazing; genuinely friendly

We returned from Excellence Punta Cana last week after a great 11 day holiday. We've been before, so knew what to expect but have to say that it really exceeded our expectations. What really makes this place special is the staff who are simply the best! Special mention to Altegracia, just the best evening drinks waitress ever, Smerlyn at Chez Isabelle, Andrea Deiby, the lovely front of house girl at Spice and our housekeeper 1101. Also, super, uber excellente Ray, the Tennis Coach, and Queen Evelyn (from Papa and Mama). We'll be back in November!!
