Great trip and excellent hostess, Lorenna!!
What a wonderful trip! Great food, fun, and relaxation. Let me just say that the hostess Lorenna stood out from the crowd. She was very approachable, well dressed, polite, and friendly with outstanding customer service!! She went above and beyond to make we were ok, even after being seated. I give her ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!!

First time all inclusive
Paradisus Palma Real Golf and Spa resort was not a disappointment in any respect. The resort was well maintained and staffed, and we felt quite taken care of! Our beach porter, Rafael, was friendly and on top of it, and kept the drinks flowing all day every day! He had our cabana ready and waiting for us every morning! Our family concierge, Basilia, was at our beckon call and very accommodating all week!

Wonderful experience
Great experience with Eriol arranging all dinner meals and making sure all issues were resolved quickly. He checked in with us frequently and made sure our room fridge was always stocked.

Good and restful
Had a good time but was expecting more options in the Reserve Section . We found the food was better outside the reserve section than within.
