The Reserve at Paradisus Punta Cana

The Bellmen were the BEST at the resort. They were on top of things. Our stay was chaotic. Lots of construction. We travel extensively and this was our worst experience at an all inclusive. The food was cold unless it was during a reservation. The customer service was subpar. We asked our concierge for reservations and to schedule a shuttle. My husband asked for golf tee times twice and they didn’t follow up. They committed but never followed through. We were in the presidential suite and the first morning we had no running water. Since I had a spa appointment that morning, I asked our concierge if the spa had showers, they replied, “I think so”. Didn’t offer to check nor did they follow up to tell us the water issue was resolved. Had to continually follow up about reservations for dinner, which we only received 1 we wanted. The ATM wouldn’t work so the bellman graciously took us to another on property and that one didn’t work, we tried a 3rd and finally it worked. 30 minutes of searching. We never got the customer service that was promised for the “Reserve” area which is why we paid the extra money. We will not return to this resort.

Wonderful resort with much to do! Adult area was awesome and quiet. The restaurants were exceptional and the Staff was efficient and provided very good service.

The perfect winter getaway with the family. We travelled as 2 families with 2 small children and it really was the perfect set-up for us all. We had a swim-up room which was great for the kids. Service was attentive and personable. Rooms and whole resort were clean and had everything we needed. A special shout out to Christopher as our personal concierge who helped us book restaurants and all the things we needed, made the whole trip stress free!

Great time, chilled location, great service, makes a trip with family very easy. Christopher our concierge, Christian the dr (when our kid got sick) and Arisleida in particular were wonderful.
