Great celebration in Punta Cana
Grounds were beautiful, room was clean and well kept. Service was lovely, especially from Leticia at the pool bar. Our concierge Jendry was very helpful and brought great energy. Thanks for making our stay enjoyable!

Our stay had started a little badly but our DC Christopher really saved our trip. He was available, courteous and helpful. He responded to all our requests quickly and positively. We had a great holiday thanks to him! A big thank you to you Christopher!!!

Best resort i’ve ever been
Amazing experience all around, the Food was good, the staff has an amazing attitude and great service. On top of that our butler Jendry made the experience feel even more special. Thank you a lot jendry and the whole team.

Amazing service at Paradisus Palma Real
Our family trip was amazing. Eriol, the concierge, helped make an incredible experience for my two kids, my wife and me. He was very helpful and made wonderful recommendations for restaurants, activities and was able to book us for a water park that my kids absolutely loved. I would highly recommend the Paradisus Palma Real as a destination for families and Eriol as a concierge
