The Reserve at Paradisus Punta Cana

Paradisus Palma real was a fantastic hotel and all-inclusive experience. The hotel rooms, amenities, beach, and especially service was fantastic. We opted for the reserve (adults only) package and it was well worth it. The pool and beach areas were not crowded, day beds were great and drinks were plenty. The restaurants exceeded our expectations with delicious meals, especially the Mexican restaurant. We were assigned a personal concierge Adriel who was fantastic. He always ensured we had restaurant reservations, transportation, and anything else we needed during our stay. He checked in on us regularly and even got the resort to make a cake for my brothers birthday without us asking. He was phenomenal. On the beach, we had another amazing bartender, Rafael, who ensured we always had a daybed and towels laid out each day. He checked on us regularly and made sure we had drinks water and food at any time. He went out of his way to get us some coconuts as a special request. Overall I would highly recommends this resort.

Restaurant FLORA absolutely mess and terrible. We waited to order meals and give some drinks 40 minutes and hour and half didn't get any food left.Few times I asked server and each tie he was telling it's coming in few minutes, never came. We wet to eat in buffet . They advertise this place of famous chef-it's terrible place

Our stay at this resort was nothing short of incredible from start to finish. The property itself is stunning, but what truly sets it apart is the experience and the people. The activities were plentiful, unique, and so much fun—everything from coffee workshops and clay working to Pilates on the beach and a silent disco. There was always something engaging to do, and it never felt repetitive. A very special thank you goes to our concierge, Alam, who handled every detail flawlessly. From dinner reservations and spa appointments to cabana rentals and more, Alam made everything seamless and effortless, allowing us to truly relax and enjoy our time. The entertainment staff, Fernando, Carlos, Pollito (Johan), Dana, and Alfredo brought so much energy and joy to our week. Their enthusiasm and warmth made each day even more memorable. Junior (various restaurants), Yasmailin, Enrique (KANNA), Antonio and his team (ginger bar) made us feel less like guests and more like longtime friends and family, which is something truly special. The rooms were beautiful across the board. Between my family, we experienced five different room configurations, and every single one was lovely. Our oceanfront suite was absolutely incredible, spacious, serene, and unforgettable. This resort delivers not only beauty and luxury, but heart. We cannot wait to return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for an exceptional, joy-filled getaway. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We stayed for our honeymoon in The Reserve area. It is a beautiful hotel, very clean, very well organised. There are food options for everyone. The aim of the hotel is to relax, so you don't have a million activities, but you can use the installations of the whole complex. Our concierge, Emmanuel, made everything a 100% better. He was kind and very efficient without being invasive. He really took care of everything! Points to improve: the rules of the hotel have should be applied, there were people using exclusive ammenities without staying in the area, people occupying beach chairs all day with towels without using them and those sorts of things. Also, they need to hire more staff for busy days, it lowers the quality of the service making it slow, specially at dinner time. But overall it was a great experience and we enjoyed our stay very much. Would definitely recommend.

My husband and I had a phenomenal week here. We were really able to fully relax and just enjoy our time. The breakfast and lunch buffets were great with an extensive variety. The Ginger Cafe was perfect for our morning lattes. It was never a challenge to find a beach chair even when showing up to the beach at 11am. We also really enjoyed the nightly entertainment. We would highly recommend this hotel and plan to return some day!
