Exceptional Stay at Meliá Paradisus Palma Real – Punta Cana We just spent 10 days at the Meliá Paradisus Palma Real and it was incredible from start to finish. Guillermo, our main concierge, was outstanding — warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. He guided us through our stay and even stepped in with medical assistance (I like to say he saved my life!). Truly the perfect host. Jean made our transition into the Meliá Circle membership easy and exciting. We hadn’t planned on joining, but his insight and approach showed us the real value, and we’re glad we did. Vanessa at the members pool and bar treated our family like royalty — attentive, genuine, and always with a smile. The resort itself is beautiful: spotless grounds, fantastic rooms, and food that’s a solid 10/10 — the best buffet I’ve seen in over a decade. We’ll definitely be back. We decided to go to Punta Cana for my husband's 60th birthday. It was the best decision we have ever made on a location. The Paradisus Palma Real Golf & Spa Resort was absolutely beautiful and had a wonderful staff who provided excellent customer service. We met some very hardworking people and to name a few, Yamita, Rosanna, Junior, Wander, Erickson, Miquel, Ramon', Guillermo, Yefrey, Roberto, Kayanna, Robinson, Luis, Edy and Bartiolo were so nice to us while were were there. Loved our time at this resort! Despite the algae bloom that they of course had no control over, our beach area was by far the nicest in the area (I walked about a mile down the beach and everywhere else was dirty and smelly). There were many delicious and diverse food options, all of which were extremely accommodating to my family’s dietary restrictions - non-contaminated gluten free food options were no problem. All the staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful, and language barriers were never an issue. It’s a beautiful resort!

Jhojan at the reserve pool bar has been a delight. He has looked after us the whole time we have been here. He goes out of his way to accommodate anything we need. It alwayd enhances our experience when we have someone as great as this guy on our side. Hes a true credit to your team at this fabulous resort
