This dinner was the BEST from the resort! The staff provided a fancy setting to a handful of execs that needed to relax, share some wine and chat business opportunities. Maximus and Jonathan were excellent servers and helped several of us find delicious gluten free options....by the way, split the Tbone with someone. 😅😋

Our trip to paradises Palma real was made so much better by Vanessa on the beach. She greeted us with a smile every day! She saved our spot on the beach every morning and knew each of our drink orders. She was a bright spot in our days that we looked forward to each day

Felix was our Chef at Tokimeku and he was amazing! We had so much fun and the food was so delicious and true to Japan; having been there twice you can take my word for it. If you ever come to Paradisus Palma Real make sure to stop by and see Felix in Tokimeku.

Everyone on staff is absolutely wonderful! I have no complaints, it’s beautiful and the people are amazing! Rooms are always clean, great entertainment, amazing drink selection, and most comfortable bed ever! We came on a trip with my company, but we will definitely be back!

I did not give it one star because the resort itself is beautiful. This is my 3rd time here and I must say, customer service is horrible. No one can give you a straight answer, upon arriving to our room the TV remote did not work, I had to unplug the electrical cord on the back to get some sleep, no blow dryer in the room, called about both, it took 24 hours to get a remote and blow dryer that does not work . I called about the blow dryer, told me to check the GFI, I had already checked that and plugged toe dryer into every outlet in the room, it still did not work, I am still waiting for one that works!!! We have had to leave the hotel very early and ordered room service breakfast the night before for 6am, yesterday we received it 25 minutes late and this morning after calling them twice I had to cancel. I requested breakfast for 6am this morning last night at 9pm, I called this morning at 6:10am a gentleman told me it was on its way at 6:30am I called spoke with another gentleman told me it was being prepared and would be arrive in a few, I canceled, we were being picked up at 7am. The beach, accommodations are great. The Mavi buffet, the food has been cold both times we have eaten there. It is a shame that the most important aspect of a resort “Customer Service” has diminished. I am an understanding person and work around issues, but this is uncalled for. Hope you are able to resolve this issue for your future customers. I will not be coming back.
