Our stay at Sanctuary Cap Cana was unforgettable. The resort itself was beautiful, but what truly elevated our experience was the amazing service, especially from our butler, Angel. He went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and enjoyment. From planning our daily activities to taking care of every detail, Angel made us feel like royalty. We highly recommend Sanctuary Cap Cana.

We spent the most wonderful 5 days at the Sanctuary. Aside from the overall ambiance, general service and cleanliness, our trip was made perfect by our butler Lugo. He was very attentive and considerate, promptly responding to any question we had via WhatsAppp and organizing our reservations for the week at the beginning of the trip. He even sent us an afternoon cheese plate and bottle of champagne on our last day! He sought us out on the beach to make sure we wanted for nothing and arranged our ride to the airport with ease. He is the best! We spent a morning at the stunning spa; we had planned for a prenatal massage and an "Earth Connection" experience and were pleasantly surprised to find that they were able to accomodate our services in the same room. The beach staff goes above and beyond to make sure you never lift a finger- whether it is setting up a lounge chair, searching for a towel, and that your drink is never empty. The restaurant staff was wonderful and friendly-- special shoutout to the female hostesses who were so sweet and remembered us after a day or two. The Blue Marlin was our favorite for lunch and after-dinner drinks, we visited the steak restaurant twice (honorable mention to the skirt steak!), and were blown away by the pizza place on the last day! Whether it was for a pre-dinner cocktail or afternoon nap in a cabana, we loved ending each day at the Ocean Pool- spectacularly serene. We will dream of the wonderful scents of this special place and hope to be back soon!

This is one of our favorite resorts. It’s a peaceful place to get away. The staff is amazing! Angel was our butler and he fantastic. He made sure we were taken care of at all times. The staff here is amazing. The food! Wow the food is fantastic and they have plenty of variety. Thank you Angel for everything. We will visit again for sure!

Ruben was great! We loved him and he provided a very nice ride on our way to the airport. The trip was very enjoyable and efficient. We were the only couple on the ride and he was extremely nice and great to converse with. We will be back and hope to see Ruben again on our next visit.

Great food at the buffet and staff was friendly. Butler service was worth it! Was a little disappointed with the premium alcohol selection included in the package compared to other trips to Mexico but service and food made up for it. Hibachi was our favorite dinner but there are only 2 stations so make sure to reserve when booking you room.
