The resort is spectacular! Alexis was fantastic and very responsive and nice as our butler. I really appreciated his attentiveness to our needs. Awesome trip! Great pools. Amazing food. The accommodations were perfect. One of the best all-inclusive resorts that I’ve been to.

This was our 1st visit to this resort and we spent 8 wonderful days in paradise to celebrate our anniversary. I cannot say enough good things about the entire resort and staff. Anibal was our butler and he was so kind and attentive to our every need and even left us a beautiful note, a plate of delicious desserts and a decorated room on our anniversary. We felt special and well cared for everyday. Anibal made sure my husband’s beer of choice was well stocked in our room daily. We would be wandering around the resort and Anibal would just appear to make sure we were ok and he always texted “Good Morning” with the daily activity schedule. When we went on excursions he would follow up to make sure we enjoyed the outing. He got my name on the list for jewelry making after I mentioned that I was interested in participating in that. When we return we will definitely be requesting him as our butler. Sadly he was not working when we checked out so I left him a note at the preferred checkout lounge and when he got the note he even texted me a big thank you. I didn’t get a lot of the staffs names but the hostess at The Sea Side Grill was super friendly and always remembered our names and where we liked to sit at the restaurant. All the wait staff at Sea Side Grill were spectacular and attentive. All the girls on the preferred beach and pool area were amazing as well. Always making sure our drinks never went empty and water was readily available. Fransico the bartender at Rosewater was funny and very good at his job and made the best fruity drinks and beer shots! Our housekeeper kept our room very clean daily and we loved the nightly turn down service. Coco cafe was one of my favorite places to go and get the best iced coffee everyday. We had a preferred swim out bungalow and throughly enjoyed every bit of it. We used our swim out daily. I have nothing negative to say about our stay and will be back “home” again as we have found our resort for beach vacations.

From the moment we arrived and were greeted with champagne and cool towels until we left feeling refreshed and relaxed, we were pampered and treated to 5 star service. We travel extensively and have stayed all over the Caribbean at other all inclusive resorts. None have met the level of service that Secrets provided. When we first arrived, I mentioned to our butler, Enrique, that I drink a lot of water. Within minutes of getting to our gorgeous swim out room, a case of water was delivered. Enrique continued to make sure we were taken care of and didn’t want for anything. The breakfast buffet has a huge selection of food to meet everyone’s taste. Ruddy at the Oceana was full of smiles, impeccable service and the omelette was a great way to start the day. We are beach people and spent the majority of our time relaxing in the preferred side of the beach. As was the case in other parts of the resort, the service was top notch. Yuleisy and Robert, our servers on the beach made sure we had plenty of water, drinks and snack. Stay around for the afternoon popsicles that are serviced with champagne. Yummy One afternoon, we had paella and sangria on the beach. It was delicious. The beach was gorgeous with clean sand, warm water and plenty of towels and lounge chairs. The landscape throughout the resort is maintained and lovely. If you’re looking for high level service, beautiful rooms, grounds and genuinely kind and caring people, this is the place in the Caribbean to go.

Another amazing trip to SCC! Special thanks to our concierge, Yafreisi, for welcoming us with a special surprise! She knew we were celebrating my husband’s birthday and had our room decorated and special surprises waiting for us! She was so attentive throughout our stay! Yafreisi arranged our spa day and Arelis and Carmen gave the best massages. Also can’t forget Juan who guided us through our hydrotherapy. We had so many delicious meals! Eddy at the French restaurant made sure our experience was exceptional. We remembered Yisbell at the Mexican restaurant from our last stay and he had the biggest smile each time he saw us! Ana took care of us most mornings at the buffet and remembered which juice we liked and how we took our coffee. Hose at the omelette station is such a gem! He greets each guest with such kindness! He was a favorite from last trip and we were happy to see him again. The team at coco cafe is incredible! Ester welcomed us back, Saidy was nice to see at the cafe and the Mexican restaurant. We forgot the name of the guy that worked night shift at coco cafe but he made the best coffees each morning. The lobby is so entertaining with Henry, Marlon, Augustin and Chayan at the bar making drinks with love! The waitresses Maria, Yenny, Santa and Meybi and so sweet and work so hard to keep everyone served. Can’t wait for our next visit!

We absolutely loved Secrets Cap Cana. Shout out to Miquel our butler, the staff at Oceana, El Patio, & Bordeaux. Our servers Stephanie & Vanessa on the preferred Beach. Angel at preferred checkout was wonderful. He treated us like family.
