Located at the north of Punta Cana and its 40 km coast filled with mega resorts. Far from the main excursions (diving, snorkeling, golf, national parks, Sana and Catalina islands , Peninsula de Samana. This hĂ´tel can't compete with the resorts but has a place for people who want to be quiet and regain their strengh. Nice and very wide beach. No need to set your towel at 7 am to reserve your stretch of beach. The beach is yours. No swim when it's windy (stream). Perfect rooms. Spacious and modern. Cosy terrace. Nice gardens. Nice Spa with 2 adorables masseuses. A fitness room. Nice swimming pool but when you have the ocean 20 m further .... 3 restaurants but never open in the same time (the hotel wasn't full). Correct level. I recommand the buffet restaurant and for the hotel the all inclusive option WiFi perfect in the room and the common areas. The personnel is nice and relax. Some critical comments after 10 days on site. The hotel can easily have an other scale. For that - cleaning the beach - cleaning the common areas (small trashes on the paths, clear off the tables around the swimming pool all the day) - organizing some distractions and setting an ambiance (a soul) - respecting the restaurant opening hour

Folks, if you have the option to not stay here, please do everything in your power to NOT stay here. Please, spend a few more dollars to stay elsewhere. I'm amazed by the few glowing reviews on here and wondering if we even stayed at the same place that these reviewers are claiming to be top-notch. We were pretty optimistic upon arrival to the hotel (thanks to the beach and pool) but that was VERY short-lived after our first dinner service. First things first - service. Service was atrocious. The hotel is severely understaffed and while it may be your low season, it doesn't mean the standard of service should drop for the few guests (when we stayed, they claimed to be at 60% capacity) that are staying with you. Our first night at Le Sivory, it took TWO hours between sitting down at a table (which we showed ourselves to) and getting my dinner. I ordered a seared tuna entree that was so pathetic that I wouldn't have even fed it to a stray cat. The tuna was so overcooked, dry, and gray. What's more upsetting is that you had to wait 2 hours to get subpar food. In between those two hours, it took one staff member 30 minutes to finally get a menu for us. We had to flag him down to get menus. It then took another 20-30 minutes for him to double check to get our order. From there, it was like watching paint dry waiting for our food to arrive. If you thought only the service was bad, take a seat. Grab some popcorn. We're going to be here for a while. To no surprise, the food was also pretty awful. Kudos to the hotel for quickly realizing that they actually can't provide good service (and good food) with your a la carte restaurants so by the next day, there was buffet service for at least one meal every day. On our second night, the chefs had brought out a grill with assorted meats and seafood to grill for dinner. Things seemed to looking up. Well, well, well, the chicken kebabs were not fully cooked. I shouldn't have to check protein doneness when I'm on vacation. And for someone who is actually a professionally trained chef, that's probably the last thing I want to do on vacation. For my lunch before this dinner, I ordered fajitas, thinking that it would be pretty hard to mess up. I found plastic in my fajita. I was chewing on plastic for lunch for a good few seconds. I'll spare you the rest of the the bad food situation here, but if someone wants to call my bluff, I've got pictures to prove this. My fiance and I had so much anxiety before each meal here because we just didn't know if we were going to get food poisoning, if it was going to be good, or if we were going to just wait 2 hours for a meal. FYI, room service trays should be cleared every few hours. Or at least by the end of the day. I shouldn't have to be greeted by yesterday's room service tray outside the door, with all the half-eaten food still on the tray (not ours, but was outside the room downstairs from us nearly every other day). I shouldn't see that room service tray when I come back from breakfast. The staff at this hotel have potential. Management just needs to invest time and money to train the staff. You guys could be SO good but because no one's willing to train you or because you're maybe not the greatest person, it doesn't leave your guests with good experiences at the end of their trip. I shouldn't wait an hour to get a clean towel when I want to lay by the pool. It shouldn't take someone 20 minutes to go get silverware and then another 20 minutes to get coffee. Also, maybe designate smoking areas? I don't appreciate second hand smoke when I'm on vacation or anywhere - it's disgusting. I've never been happier to land at JFK at the end of my trip and that says quite a bit.

Great place to stay, very calm and amazing food. Food is too slow to serve when choosing on menu, yet worth the waiting time. Gorgeous place near a beautiful beach of beige sand, not white but beautiful. Adult only type of hotel so very quiet. We went there with our post-teenage girls and they loved it. We were the only family of four but no issue. Everyone was so nice.

My partner and I spent 17 days at Le Sivory at the end of July: we needed a relaxing vacation and we got it 100%! If you're looking for a quite place with very attentive staff and delicious food, this the place to be. At the very beginning of our stay, we had an unpleasant night at one of the restaurants, where it took really long time before we could get our meals as that night the resort was probably understaffed. Nonetheless, the same night Hairo from customer service passed by the tables to get feedback on customers' experience and we could explain the inconvenience we encountered. The morning after, to apologize, the management offered us a free massage at the spa :). After that little inconvenience our experience turned into the most positive possible: we never had to wait long time anymore before being served, at lunch time Yubelkis (who did also a wonderful job every morning for breakfast) was passing by the pool getting orders for lunch so that we didn't even need to move from our sun beds, in the early afternoon Lorenzo was bringing us any kind of drink either to the pool or on the beach (by the end of the stay we didn't even have to ask as he knew what we wanted and he would just bring it!); in the late afternoon Juan Melo was taking over the pool service and would just give us a new drink even before the previous one was over and, finally, at night Santiago would pamper us with great service for dinner: one night he also gave us a private tour of their wine cellar which, according to them, is the biggest of the Caribbean! A few nights we were served by Ismael who entertained us with his lovely friendly humor! And last but not least, Pilates - the chef - was simply great: the food was always amazing and he wouldn't make any issue if we wanted to customize our meals or order something that was not on the menu. Thanks to all the staff, as we really had an amazing time at Le Sivory and would definitely go back to this resort in case we return to DM one day!

Enjoyed a nice quiet get away with my mate, perfect place to unwind. We stayed by the pool in the sun with excellent poolside service for 4 days. The room was clean and the private pool was an added bonus. Yubelkis in the restaurant was a pure joy and very attentive she even taught us a little Spanish while there. We will visit again.
